Capital Gains Tax Hike Will Affect More Than Half of Canadian Small Businesses: CFIB

More than half of Canadian small business owners say that the capital gains inclusion tax hike will affect them, according to the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses.

The polling, released Thursday, challenges the Liberal government’s claims that only the highest earners in Canada will be affected.

Fifty-five percent of small business owners surveyed said it would eventually affect the sale of their business. Forty-five percent% said it would affect their private investments, and 41% said it would affect investments held within their corporations.

Effective June 25, the capital gains tax hike will force Canadians earning over $250,000 in capital gains annually to pay tax on two-thirds of their gains instead of half. All capital gains for businesses and trusts, regardless of the amount, will be subject to the increase.

16-Year-Old Stabbed to Death at LAPD Fundraising Carnival

A 16-year-old was fatally stabbed by another teen during a summer carnival in the Palms community that was being held as a fundraiser for the Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Division station and youth programs, multiple sources said.

The stabbing was reported around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22 near the intersection of Venice Boulevard and Keystone Avenue, which was shutdown shortly afterward, according to NBC4.

Witnesses said there was a fight just before a 15-year-old boy stabbed the victim multiple times.

The injured teen was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries, KTLA5 reported.

Authorities believe the stabbing was gang-related.

There was a large police presence at the event, but LAPD Officer Christian Faulkner told CBS2, “there are windows of opportunity, unfortunately, that suspects can find and we can only cover so much of an area ….”

The suspect remains at large and no description was released.

Arab Family Attacks Jewish Family at 5th Grade Graduation in Brooklyn, Yells ‘Free Palestine’

A Brooklyn elementary school graduation descended into violence when a Jewish family was attacked by members of an Arab family who shouted anti-Semitic slogans, including “Free Palestine,” “Gaza is Ours,” and “Death to Israel.” The incident took place at PS 682 in the Gravesend neighborhood during a fifth-grade graduation themed “All You Need Is Love.” The conflict occurred after the graduation ceremony, which included a student wearing a graduation cap that read “Free Palestine” and waving a Palestinian flag while walking across the stage.

The altercation started when Lana, a Jewish mother, and her Dominican Catholic husband, Johan, began taking photos of their children. They were pushed aside by family members of the student with the flag. Lana suggested there was space for both families, prompting an older man to turn and say “Free Palestine.” When Johan responded that it wasn’t the time for such a discussion, the man escalated, shouting, “Free Palestine, Gaza is Ours, Death to Israel,” per the New York Post

Arkansas Nurse Was Treating Mass Shooting Victim When She Herself Was Killed

(Reuters) — One of the four people killed in a mass shooting at an Arkansas grocery was a 23-year-old nurse who was shot dead while treating another victim, police said on Sunday.

“Instead of fleeing the store, she stopped to render aid in one of the most selfless acts I’ve ever seen,” Colonel Mike Hagar, director of the Arkansas State police, said of the nurse, Callie Weems.

The gunman opened fire with a shotgun shortly before midday on Friday at the Mad Butcher grocery in Fordyce, a town of 3,200 people about 70 miles (110 km) south of Little Rock, killing four people and wounding nine.

The suspect gunman, identified as 44-year-old Travis Eugene Posey, was also wounded in a shootout with police and will be charged with four counts of capital murder, officials said.

Weems, who comes from three generations of nurses, loved to ride horses and was nicknamed “Woodrow” after the character Woodrow Call from the book and television series “Lonesome Dove,” the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported, citing an interview with her father, Tommy Weems.

“She died doing what she always does: Helping,” Weems said.

Investigators have yet to determine a motive for what Hagar called a “completely random, senseless act.”

He said the shooter began firing indiscriminately in the parking lot and then inside the store, armed with a 12-gauge shotgun and a pistol and firing mostly buckshot.

Biden Will Not be Replaced Before November Due to ‘Logistical Nightmare’

A new report has asserted that President Joe Biden will not be replaced by the Democrats on the ticket for the November election due to the numerous barriers that would prevent such a move.

It’s not a surprise that many believe there’s a chance that, given his horrific polling numbers, Democrats would be seeking out a different candidate.

The overall lack of enthusiasm from within the Democratic Party for Biden suggests that he could be replaced by the DNC ahead of the election.

Some believe that even though it would be a risky move, however.

Bloomberg Donates Millions to Help Biden Stop Trump in November

Left-wing billionaire Michael Bloomberg has donated a whopping $20 million to Democrat President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign.

The former New York City mayor hopes the donation will boost Biden’s chances of stopping President Donald Trump from winning re-election in the critical November election.

Bloomberg, a one-time Republican turned independent turned Democrat who briefly ran unsuccessfully against Biden for the 2020 presidential nomination, wrote a massive $19 million check to the Future Forward PAC.

FF PAC is the leading super PAC supporting Biden’s bid for a second term in the White House.

Bloomberg also gave the maximum donation of $929,600 to the Biden Victory Fund.

Here’s Why Biden Should Root for Trump to Win Immunity Push, According to Lindsey Graham

President Biden “better hope and pray” the Supreme Court comes down in favor of former President Donald Trump’s immunity push, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

Graham, 68, contended that Biden could find himself in legal jeopardy if the high court sides against bestowing absolute immunity upon a president.

“All of these women who’ve been raped and murdered have one thing in common — the people that killed them, raped them, and murdered them were in our custody and let go — I think, illegally so,” Graham argued on “FOX News Sunday.”

“When he allowed the killer of Laken Riley to be released on parole because [of] lack of capacity, I think he’s subject not only to lawsuit but criminal prosecution if there’s not presidential immunity.”

Illinois Gov. Pritzker’s Policies Under Fire as State Faces Population Decline and Tax Hikes

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, once considered a rising star within the Democratic Party, has come under scrutiny as the state grapples with a significant population decline and a controversial $52.7 billion spending plan for 2025.

Between July 2021 and July 2022, over 142,000 people left Illinois, with only New York experiencing a faster rate of population decline during the same period, the Daily Wire reports.

Former President Donald Trump recently targeted Pritzker on his Truth Social platform, stating:

Sloppy J.B. Pritzker, the Rotund Governor from the once great State of Illinois, who makes Chris Christie look like a male model, and whose family wanted him out of the business because he was so pathetic at helping them run it, has presided over the destruction and disintegration of Illinois at levels never seen before in any State. Crime is rampant and people are, sadly, fleeing Illinois. Unless a change is made at the Governor’s level, Illinois can never be Great Again.

Major Breakthrough Study Uncovers ‘Off Switch’ for COVID mRNA Shots

Scientists have just announced a major breakthrough after discovering an “off switch” for those who have been injected with Covid mRNA shots.

The groundbreaking discovery was revealed in a recent preprint study.

Contrary to initial claims that the “vaccine” stays in the arm, it spreads throughout the body.

The spread of the mRNA from the shots is prompting serious safety concerns from leading experts.

The spike protein triggered by the mRNA from the shots has been linked to multiple deadly diseases and sudden death.

The mRNA shots are believed to be responsible for surging cases of turbo cancers, heart failure, strokes, blood clots, and damaged immune systems.

However, the groundbreaking new discovery gives hope for approximately 5.5 billion people to “inactivate” what they put into their bodies.

The new study was led by renowned cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough.

Interestingly, the poll shows that the 2024 election is more of a battle over Trump, with Biden having very little support of his own.

NASA: Nova Explosion to be ‘Once-in-Lifetime’ Event in Night Sky

The American space agency NASA says a huge star explosion is expected to light up the night sky later this year. NASA describes it as a “once-in-a-lifetime” event.

The event is known as a nova. It happens when changes to a star cause it to release a large amount of energy and it becomes very bright. This activity is only temporary and such stars usually return to their normal state after experiencing a nova event.

Astronomers have predicted the nova is likely to happen by September 2024. The expected event will involve a two-star system — called a binary system — in the constellation Corona Borealis, also known as the Northern Crown. This constellation is about 3,000 light years from Earth. A light year is the distance light travels in a year — about 9.5 trillion kilometers.

The binary system is called T Coronae Borealis. It contains two gravitationally linked stars — a white dwarf and a red giant.

NASA describes a white dwarf as the remains of an Earth-sized star that died. A white dwarf is formed when the star burns off all its central nuclear fuel and loses its outer layers.

A red giant forms when a star releases large amounts of hydrogen at its center. This loss of energy causes the star to begin to collapse. But the process also increases the red giant’s temperature and pressure, leading to new releases of energy that can affect nearby objects.

Astronomers say a red giant’s release of hydrogen in a binary system causes a heavy buildup of pressure and heat on the white dwarf. Over time, such buildup can cause a “thermonuclear explosion” large enough to blast away the material the white dwarf had collected.

This process differs from a supernova. NASA describes a supernova as an “extremely bright, super-powerful explosion of a star.” The main difference is that a supernova is the final destruction that happens at the end of a particular star’s life. In a nova, the white dwarf remains active after the event.

Philadelphia Teen Arrested After Shooting Himself in Bathroom on AC Boardwalk: Police

ATLANTIC CITY — Authorities in Atlantic City have charged a Philadelphia teen who they say shot himself in a boardwalk bathroom stall, then lied to investigators about what happened.

Officers from the Atlantic City Police Department were called to Chelsea Avenue and the boardwalk Sunday night for reports of a person who had been shot.

A 16-year-old boy was taken to AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.

After reviewing nearby surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses, investigators learned that the boy and his mother had lied about what happened.

Detectives discovered that the boy had shot himself in a public bathroom stall on the boardwalk with an illegal gun he brought from Philadelphia to Atlantic City.

The teen was charged with several crimes including unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of hollow-point ammunition, and providing a false statement.

Scientists Raise Alarm Over California’s Geoengineering Efforts to Tackle ‘Global Warming’

A group of scientists has warned that California’s use of geoengineering to fight “global warming” could likely have an impact on temperatures in Europe.

As Slay News has reported, scientists in California have been spraying the skies with aerosols in order to reflect sunlight away from the Earth’s surface.

The plan is supposedly aimed at tackling so-called “climate change” by cooling the Earth.

However, experts have been raising the alarm that such practices could have a devastating impact on the Earth’s natural climate.

Last month, Bill Gates-funded University of Washington researchers sprayed reflective aerosols into clouds over the ocean near San Francisco Bay.

‘The Devastation is Severe’: Parts of Iowa Underwater Amid Flood Emergency

JOHNSTON, Iowa (KCAU) — More than 1,000 Iowa residents slept in shelters Saturday night after floodwaters inundated the northwestern part of the state and destroyed hundreds of properties, Gov. Kim Reynolds said.

Entire neighborhoods were forced to evacuate after 13 rivers flooded the region following weeks of rain, the Associated Press reported.

“After four years of drought, the state has experienced unusually heavy rainfall this spring,” Reynolds said during a press conference on Sunday. “Some areas up in northwest Iowa got up to 15 inches of rain over two days.”

“I can tell you, the devastation is severe, and it’s widespread. In almost every community impacted, the rivers crested several feet above record levels from the floods of 1993,” she added.

Reynolds declared a disaster for 21 counties, including Sioux County, where drone footage showed roofs and treetops poking above the water, with streets completely submerged.

Three Columbia University Deans Placed on Leave Over Insulting Texts Sent During Antisemitism Debate

Columbia University put three deans on leave after insensitive text messages surfaced, revealing a disrespectful exchange that took place during a discussion about antisemitism on campus.

A Columbia spokesperson told the Washington Free Beacon that the three administrators had been placed on leave were Vice Dean and Chief Administrative Officer Susan Chang-Kim, Associate Dean for Student and Family Support Matthew Patashnick, and Dean of Undergraduate Student Life Cristen Kromm.

The messages were exchanged during a May 31 Columbia College reunion panel discussion called “Jewish Life on Campus” focused on “the climate on campus since the October 7 attack.” The New York City campus took center stage in the turbulent college protests that erupted across the nation over the war in Gaza.

As panelists, including the co-leader of Columbia’s antisemitism task force and the head of the Columbia/Barnard Hillel, spoke about concerns they had about antisemitism on campus, the elite school’s top administrators dismissed them, photos of the texts obtained by the Free Beacon reveal.

Top Cardiologist Drops Bombshell: COVID Shots Caused 112,000% Spike in Brain Clots

One of the world’s most revered cardiologists has just raised the alarm after uncovering bombshell data showing that Covid mRNA shots have caused a staggering 112,000% increase in brain clots.

A newly-published study by a team of experts, led by American cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, analyzed all reports of cerebral thromboembolism over the past 34 years.

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, cerebral thromboembolism occurs when a blood clot forms in the brain’s venous sinuses.

This prevents blood from draining out of the brain.

This chain of events is part of a stroke that can damage the brain and central nervous system and cause sudden death.

It is a known side effect of Covid mRNA shots.

The study by Doctors McCullough, Kirstin Cosgrove, James Thorp, and Claire Rogers examined data on reports of cerebral thromboembolism following Covid shots submitted to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

Again! Jewish-Owned Montreal Restaurant Targeted in Overnight Attack

In a troubling incident that occurred overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday, the Jewish-owned restaurant Falafel Yoni in Montreal was targeted and attacked. The restaurant, which had recently been listed on a boycott list circulated by anti-Israel activists on social media, was shot three times, leaving three holes in its front window.

On June 19, early morning, the staff at Falafel Yoni discovered three holes on the front window of the restaurant and they called the police. “This morning, when the staff came in, they noticed some holes in the window and quickly realized that it was some projectiles that were fired at the window,” explained a worker at the restaurant whose identity has been hidden to avoid reprisal. “They alerted my partner and myself, and we subsequently contacted the police because it was pretty apparent that the restaurant was targeted for some kind of violent incident.”

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith and her cabinet are considering a Sovereignty Act motion to oppose the federal government’s censorship of conventional oil and gas companies after the latest attack on the industry.

Through last-minute amendments, a private member’s bill threatening oil and gas advocates with jail time quietly made its way to Bill C-59, An Act to implement certain provisions of the fall economic statement.

It amends the Competition Act to combat ‘greenwashing’, threatening companies with stiff fines for communicating environmental or social assertions.

It received royal assent on Thursday before the summer parliamentary recess.

Bloc MPs Will ‘Pay the Price’ if Implicated in Foreign Interference, Party Leader Says

Any member of the Bloc Québécois caucus implicated in foreign interference will “pay the price,” said the party leader. “That’s the only thing I need to know,” Yves-François Blanchet told reporters Tuesday.

He said Parliament can ill-afford to be under the influence of foreign, hostile powers.

A June 4 report, Special Report on Foreign Interference in Canada’s Democratic Processes and Institutions, revealed that MPs leaked confidential information to foreign officials in exchange for secret payments.

It also said a former MP maintained relations with a foreign intelligence officer and sought a meeting with that officer while in a foreign country.

As of writing, Blanchet is in the process of obtaining security clearance to read the redacted version.

Foreign Interference named China as the “most prolific actor” in clandestine operations.

The National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians (NSICOP), which authored the report, is an independent, high-level review body of Canada’s national security and intelligence organization composed of lawmakers from all major parties. Its members are bound to secrecy under the Security of Information Act.

MPs and senators increasingly want the culprits to be unmasked and expelled, reports Blacklock’s Reporter. However, party leaders have so far refused to disclose names.

Reporters have repeatedly asked Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as of late to release which elected officials were implicated in foreign interference. He has yet to fulfill that request.

[Comment: I call on someone to leak the report to a news organization, such as Wikileaks.]

Majority of Canadians Oppose Costly Election Delay

Most Canadians oppose the government delaying the next federal election by a week. The delay would mean that 80 MPs would then qualify for taxpayer-funded pensions.

A Leger study commissioned by the Canadian Taxpayer Federation, a non-profit government watchdog, found that 63% of Canadians oppose the government delaying the election by an extra week for Diwali, a Hindu holiday.

The fixed general election date is set to Oct. 20, 2025, which happens to be the first day of the five to six-day celebration of the Hindu Festival of Light.

‘Too Much Red Tape’: Canada Day Parade Cancelled in Montreal

The annual Canada Day parade has been cancelled in Montreal this year just two weeks before the event, with the organizer citing excessive red tape and bureaucratic hurdles with the city.

Nicolas Cowen has been running the parade since 2015 and says that he cannot guarantee public safety at the event due to a lack of volunteers and security staff because of issues obtaining licenses. He says for this reason, he’s made the “really disappointing” decision to cancel the July 1st event that was scheduled to take place.

German Military Acquires Combat Drone But Faces Operational Delays Due to Regulatory Issues

The German military has acquired a combat drone, but it remains unusable as officials have yet to finalize the necessary regulations, reports Bild.

For a long time, the German army was unable to equip itself with strike drones, primarily due to the stance of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) and the Greens. In April 2022, shortly after Russia’s attack on Ukraine, the SPD “cleared the way” for the first Heron TP combat drone.

In May, the Heron TP drone made its first flight in German airspace. The military was supposed to be able to use the drone for reconnaissance missions and as a combat drone.

However, the Bundestag’s budget committee imposed a strict requirement on the German Ministry of Defense: before the combat drone can be used for its intended purpose, the Bundeswehr must present operational rules for combat drones to the parliament. These rules must be approved by the defense and foreign affairs committees.

In July 2023, the Ministry of Defense responded to an inquiry stating that the draft regulations were “being coordinated by the agencies.” Nearly a year later, on May 30, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius acknowledged that the draft regulations were still “under consultation at the ministerial level.”

Additionally, in July 2023, precision munitions worth €55.5 million were ordered from Israel. These were expected to arrive in April, but due to Israel’s conflict with Hamas terrorists, the delivery was delayed and is now expected soon.

Hungary Will Jump Off the ‘NATO Train’ of Escalation as it’s ‘Hopeless’: Orban

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said in fresh interview that despite leading Western countries seeking the defeat of Russia in Ukraine, the situation remains “hopeless” for achieving this and it will only lead to greater death and destruction. He described that in the scenario the West actually does eventually succeed, the immense cost in blood and treasure would not be worth it.

“The situation looks like the Western world wants to defeat Russia with the help of Germany under the leadership of the United States,” the prime minister said, as translated in TASS. “I think it is hopeless. And even if we succeed, which is not at all realistic, we will have to pay such a high price that it will not be worth it.”

Macron Pledges ‘Change’ as French Far Right Eyes Parliament Rout

French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday vowed a “change” of governing style regardless of who wins the snap elections he called, as fresh polls indicated his centrist party may once again be trounced by the far right.

Despite the prospect of a hung parliament, Macron insisted he would finish out his term until 2027, defying calls from opponents to step down in case the far-right National Rally (RN) comes out on top.

“The goal cannot be to just continue as things were,” Macron said in an open letter published in French media. “I have heard that you want change.

“You can trust me to act until May 2027 as your president, protector at every moment of our republic, our values, respectful of pluralism and your choices, at your service and that of the nation,” he added.

Netanyahu’s Congressional Address Amid Gaza War Criticism

WASHINGTON — The last time Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the U.S. Congress, nearly 60 Democrats skipped his speech nine years ago, calling it a slap in the face to then-President Barack Obama as he negotiated a nuclear deal with Iran.

With Netanyahu scheduled to address U.S. lawmakers on July 24 and his government now at war with Hamas in Gaza, the number of absences is likely to be far greater.

Congressional Democrats are wrestling with whether to attend. Many are torn between their long-standing support for Israel and their anguish about the way Israel has conducted military operations in Gaza. More than 37,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since the Hamas attack on Oct. 7 that triggered the war, according to the Health Ministry in Hamas-run territory. The ministry does not differentiate between civilians and combatants in its figures.

Children Among Mass Casualties After US-Supplied Missile Targets Crowded Crimean Beach

Russia on Sunday is reporting a mass casualty event in the Crimean port city of Sevastopol, and is saying that a US long-range missile was behind it.

The Russian Ministry of Health in a recent update said that five people were killed in a series of strikes from Ukraine, which injured 124 people including 27 children. Among the deceased, two were children, the ministry said. The casualty toll is likely to climb over the next hours amid the emergency response and as hospital data is reported.

Moscow is calling it a ‘terrorist missile strike’ on Sevastopol with five US-supplied ATACMS tactical missiles, carried out just after noon local time. What’s more is that Russia says they were equipped with cluster warheads, making for a bigger casualty strike zone.

Crimean officials said that in one instance a missile exploded above a crowded beach, unleashing shrapnel on people who had been relaxing there.

Ukraine Launches Dozens of Drone Attacks on Russian Mainland

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Russian authorities said more than 30 drones were shot down over the country’s western regions overnight into Sunday, just hours after a Russian bomb attack on Ukraine’s second largest city of Kharkiv killed three people and left dozens in hospitals.

One of the four aerial bombs hit a five-story residential building on Saturday afternoon, officials said. Regional Gov. Oleh Syniehubov said 41 people were still being treated for injuries.

In a video address following the attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged Ukraine’s partners to bolster its air defenses.

“Modern air defense systems for Ukraine — such as Patriots, accelerated training of our pilots for F-16s, and most importantly, sufficient range for our weapons — are truly necessary,” he said.

A synagogue, an Orthodox church and a police post were targeted by gunmen in a coordinated series of attacks in Russia’s southernmost Dagestan province on Sunday night. Local reports citing the province’s interior ministry said at least six police officers have been killed and 12 others wounded.

The attacks took place in Dagestan’s largest city, Makhachkala, and in the coastal city of Derbent.

A counter-terrorist operation is underway in Makhachkala and Derbet as officials search for the gunmen, Russia’s national anti-terrorist committee said in a statement.

“Unidentified people fired at a synagogue and a church with automatic weapons,” Reuters reported the region’s interior ministry as saying. “One police officer was killed and one injured.”

The interior ministry was also quoted as saying a synagogue and an Orthodox church, both targets of the attacks, had been set ablaze, Reuters reported. The attackers reportedly fled in a car.

In Makhachkala, which is about 75 miles to the north along the Caspian Sea coast, a second police officer was killed in an exchange of shots at a police post, local media reported.

France: Majority of Paris Street Rapes Committed by Foreign Nationals, Data Reveals

More than three-quarters of rapes committed on the streets of Paris last year were perpetrated by foreign nationals, according to data released by French authorities.

Local outlet Europe 1 reported that out of the 97 rapes recorded in public spaces in France’s capital in 2023, only 30 cases have been solved, and only slightly over a third of the perpetrators have been arrested.

Police records indicate that of the 36 individuals arrested, a staggering 28 (77%) were of foreign nationality. The crimes were primarily committed at night, in tourist hotspots, and near “points de deal” — areas known for drug trafficking. Disturbingly, 20 of the rapists were already known to the police, while four others had been on authorities’ radar for other sex offenses, GB News reports.

German Ministry of the Interior Proposes Increasing the Number of Migrants in Civil Service

The German Ministry of the Interior has introduced a bill aimed at increasing the number of employees with an immigration background in the federal administration. This initiative follows the adoption of a new naturalization law, which allows obtaining a German passport after three years of residence in the country, reports Bild.

The 22-page document proposes expanding the participation of migrants in the civil service. Job announcements in government agencies will include statements welcoming applications from people with an immigration background. The government plans to report regularly to the Bundestag on progress in this direction.

Interior Minister Nancy Faeser believes that this step will help make the federal administration more diverse and inclusive. However, the initiative has faced criticism. Constitutional law expert Christian Hillgruber, in an interview with BILD, expressed concern that only one criterion—efficiency—should be applied when appointing people to government positions.

In his opinion, reverse discrimination against Germans without an immigration background could lead to a decline in the quality of public administration.

A similar view was expressed by Bremen migration researcher Stefan Luft. He noted that positive discrimination has risky side effects and could create the impression that the government favors migrants while discriminating against the native population.

German Opposition Demands Deportation of Unemployed Ukrainian Refugees

The chairman of the Bavarian opposition party CSU in the Bundestag, Alexander Dobrindt, has called for the deportation of unemployed Ukrainian refugees from Germany. He made this statement in an interview with Bild.

Dobrindt believes that Ukrainian refugees should be expelled from Germany if they do not find employment.

“More than two years after the start of the war, the principle should now be applied: get a job in Germany or return to the safe areas of western Ukraine,” he noted.

The opposition politician also criticized the fact that too many people in Germany receive social assistance at the expense of taxpayers’ money.

“We need stronger obligations for cooperation from asylum seekers when it comes to employment. There should be an offer of work, and this should be part of the integration service,” Dobrindt stated.

At the same time, the demand from the opposition was sharply criticized by representatives of the ruling coalition. Under the accelerated integration program for Ukrainians into the German labor market, Jobturbo has managed to attract around 33,000 people—six times fewer than the German government had expected.

Canada: Trans-Identified Male Awarded $35,000 by Ontario Court After Women’s Salon Refused to Wax ‘Her’ Balls

A Canadian court awarded a trans-indetified male, who claims to be a woman, $35,000 after an Ontario women’s salon refused to wax “her” male genitalia. The salon employee working that day was a devout Muslim woman who refrained from physical contact with men, and the salon owner told the trans woman that they could not find a way to accommodate her request.

Jason Carruthers, owner of Mad Wax in Windsor, told Rebel News that he has 30 days to pay the hefty sum following a six-year battle in court. He has filed for an appeal and launched a fundraiser.

The complainant, identified as AB, filed a complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario in 2018 after speaking to Carruthers on the phone, in which the individual said the waxing services was denied. The court found Carruthers liable for discrimination and “misgendering” the complainant.
