Incredible verdict from Bavaria proves: Trans madness serves pedophiles and child molesters

A 52-year-old man was on trial in Hersbruck (Bavaria) for possession of child pornography. Meaningful: The man is said to have had the files in question “always at hand” on several devices. Although the criminal code provides for prison sentences of up to five years for the possession of child pornography, the defendant got off lightly with a suspended sentence: he stated that he identified as a trans woman and that he had used the images to “discover his identity”. That earned him a penalty bonus.

The Nürnberger Nachrichten reported on the case behind the paywall on February 5th, and headlined that the defendant was a woman. In reality, it’s about a 52-year-old who was still a “Jürgen” at the time of the crime, but now wants to identify as a “Beate”.

The man is said to have had more than 70 files on several devices, which the public prosecutor viewed as a sign of the defendant’s strong desire to be able to view the images at any time. The images showed half-naked children “in a clearly sexualized” way, as well as young people with naked genitals and during sexual acts. As an example, there are reports of recordings of a 14- to 16-year-old girl having forced oral sex with a man.

The investigation began in 2021 after the BKA received a tip. The raid took place, during which the officers responsible found an apartment that was completely neglected. Explosive: It was only after the raid that the man publicly stated that he considered himself a transsexual.

What do pedophiles learn from this? If you get caught, do you quickly identify as the opposite sex and style yourself as a victim? How is the judiciary supposed to check whether the trans label is just a welcome pretext when in Germany every person can change their gender on paper at will once a year and everyone is criminalized who does not deny the simplest biological facts in full blind obedience?

Significantly: The portal “Queer.de” just complained on February 4th that the evil AfD and other “right-wing extremists” were exploiting the issue of child welfare for “transphobic propaganda” and that they were not interested in the children at all, but only wanted them in order to restrict the rights of the poor and fundamentally harmless transsexuals. Nothing more needs to be said about this at this point.

Nazism is a political meme which has been securely packaged up and filed under ‘Far Right: Conservative’, and is wheeled out whenever the left wants to shut down debate or dialogue or sling the ‘racist’ epithet against their opponents.

But whilst conservatives may want to preserve cultural integrity and Judeo-Christianity in particular, they have not generally indulged in mass murder and slavery as have the Left.

This ‘right-wing’ filing is wrong, but has caused mayhem for the last 70 years. It is a superlative opportunity for projection and, as conservatives nearly always fall for it, too, it has become a major suppressor of conservative cultural policy.

Nazism was a byproduct of the failure of Marxism. The (Marxist) proletariat did not rise up and take over the means of production as predicted, and the communist aficionados became impatient. Lenin decided that a top-down revolution was better than Marxian bottom-up ‘pie in the sky’.

Mussolini, on the other hand, as the leader of the Italian Communists, decided that communism could be achieved without a revolution,

At this point Marx/Leninism and Marx/Mussoliniism were moving in similar directions.

Marx/Mussoliniism was renamed ‘Fascism’ (after the fascia, the bundle of sticks wrapped around a Roman spear a symbol of Roman power). The only fundamental difference between the two was that fascism was not interested in state ownership so much as state control.

But there was nothing new here. Social paganism is thousands of years old, but by jiggling with names, these new ‘pagan’ philosophies became chic, and were adopted by elites in the anglosphere and elsewhere. They were particularly popular amongst academics and those who thought themselves as of slightly higher IQ than average, and thus ‘better’ people.

As the world fell under their ‘might is right’ pall, and their ‘ends justify the means’ politics, people began to die in large numbers. Once again, slavery became commonplace as great civil projects were undertaken, hailed as a ‘cure’ for the recession, dams and canals were built, highways and other infrastructure erected, and treasuries drained. In Germany it was decided that the treasury issues could only be tackled by expansion: Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland; WAR.

And with it, an opportunity for continental Europe to tackle that age-old ‘Jewish problem’.

But there was nothing new in this evolution of evil. Islam had preceded it by over a thousand years, following almost the same path to a might-is-right/ends-justify-the-means-based political religion. Back in the deep history of Islam, even more people were slaughtered and even more enslaved and even they had their own ‘Jewish problem’.

People hated Jews, and especially their economic dependence on Jews. Jews handled much of the finance and technical trades of Islam, and had to be kept alive, but in the virtual slavery of dhimmitude. Rank in Islam was denoted by headgear: the bigger the hat, the more important the person, and Jews were subject to both height and headgear restrictions. The kippah was the designated headgear for those captive Jews.

The Nazis’ ‘final solution’ also involved Jews being kept alive as captive (slave) workers in vital industries.

In modern times, these streams of communism, Fascism and Islam come together under the banner of Wokism.

Hundreds of thousands take to the streets in Berlin “against the right”. German flags are banned — and the organizers reveal that the bottom line is that they simply want to demonstrate for left-wing politics.

Hundreds of thousands of people demonstrated “against the right” at the Reichstag in Berlin on Saturday. The organizers spoke of around 300,000 participants. 100,000 people registered. The demonstrators on the grounds in front of the Reichstag building shouted “All together against fascism” and “All of Berlin is stopping the AfD”. Slogans such as “No room for racism” could be read on posters. Many of the chants and posters were specifically directed against the AfD and its representatives. The demonstration is inspired by a manufactured report by “Correctiv” about an allegedly racist “secret meeting” in Potsdam. Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck spoke to the Bundestag on Thursday about the problems of the German economy. In response to considerable criticism from the opposition about the current dire economic situation, he then spoke of the possibility of another “special fund” to stimulate the German economy again. He knows “that a discussion about the debt brake is not right, given the current possibilities.” There is “maybe, but still a way to come together in this sense,” said Habeck in the direction of the Union faction. [What a word-salad this children’s book author can throw together.]

The volume of this project is around €7 billion per year from 2024 and a total of over €32 billion in the next few years. An “Economic Opportunities Act times 50”, as Habeck calls for, would be a financial mega-project worth €1.6 trillion.

The Economics Minister seems to have simply plucked the “times 50” out of thin air in the debate. But that seems to be Habeck’s last line, under pressure from Germany’s increasingly gloomy economic figures: simply spend more money, take on more debt — without fully outlining the dimensions himself.

The special fund idea caused outrage even in otherwise Habeck-friendly public broadcaster circles. Gerd-Joachim von Fallois, the Phoenix correspondent in the ARD capital studio, said critically: “The economic figures in Germany are devastating. Germany is sliding into recession, something is wrong. And the only thing that occurs to the responsible federal minister is that we have to get more money in order to distribute more subsidies.”

Dr. Hans-Georg Maaßen is the former head of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution in Germany — the state intelligence service. He is now the president of the Values Union (WerteUnion), a non-profit organization whose motto is “Freiheit statt Sozialismus” (“Freedom instead of Socialism”).

I’ve posted several times in the past about Dr. Maaßen (most recently here, earlier posts: #1, #2, #3, #4). He says commonsensical things about immigration and Islamization, which has made him the target of official scrutiny by his former agency. It looks like he has become an Enemy of the State.

The state is mobilizing against the opposition. Germany’s domestic secret service is rolling out heavy guns against the head of the Union of Values, Hans-Georg Maaßen. The justification for the office is downright silly. Maaßen himself speaks of an “attack on the free, democratic basic order”.

The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution lists its former president Hans-Georg Maaßen as a so-called “observation case”. This is stated in an official decision from the authority, which has now been officially sent to Maaßen’s lawyers and which Maaßen himself published [PDF].

This confirms information from TE from last week. The current head of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Thomas Haldenwang (CDU), had already announced in a background conversation with journalists that his office had “parts of the Union of Values and the fraternities” spied on.

Haldenwang said at the meeting: First you look at Twitter, then you create a file — and then you carry on.

Formally, the domestic secret service has now at least created the conditions for using intelligence resources against its former boss. With the approval of the so-called “G10 Commission” of the Bundestag, Maaßen’s correspondence could then even be monitored and his telephone tapped.

The background is the enormously expanded options that the Office for the Protection of the Constitution has been given against so-called “delegitimizers of the state”. Practically anyone who criticizes state institutions or people in state office may now be considered (and prosecuted) as such.

In the year 1988, Salman Rushdie’s novel The Satanic Verses was published. Khomeini issued the fatwa. Salman Rushdie was a British citizen. The UK government immediately forced him into hiding, with heavy police protection. The UK had its Muslims. There was no way to know who among them might kill Rushdie. A mob could have come and lynched him. The British knew all this.

If the British knew all this, one might expect they would figure out all the logical things which followed from the affair: Muslims do not respect the West’s concept of free speech, there is no way to find out which Muslim is a potential killer of a blasphemer, and Muslims become mobs for the most outrageous of causes. Therefore, if the UK wanted to keep its free speech rights, it needed to stop Muslim immigration.

In fact, this should have been done by all the Western countries. Instead they opened the gates wider. They even encouraged Muslim immigration, legal and illegal. For example, Tony Blair. And Angela Merkel.


How did the West reach this point? The times when the elites of the most educated, advanced, prosperous, and happy countries of the West want to destroy the countries they are ruling? And the citizenry seem to be just clapping along?

The answer is that in the nineteenth century a man was born named Karl Marx. He confused the masses, and he frightened the elites. He misunderstood the source of wealth, let the masses loose on the elite, and they started making compromises, and now know nothing except making compromises, with anybody who threatens violence.


Burnham understood that Marxism/Communism/Leftism was also the abolition of morality: ‘“Dialectical logic.” Is simply a devise that declares “whatever serves the interest of communist power is true.” (Burnham quoted in the introduction to Suicide of The West, written by Roger Kimball [page 11, Kindle edition]). And the liberals ruling the West are Marxists lite. They know no absolute morality. It is all relative for them. Therefore, they now have different moral laws for different sections of society.

They started with the industrial workers. According to the leftists, the industrial workers are an exploited lot; therefore they are entitled to use violence. Normal laws of morality do not apply to them. They can picket the industrial plant, can wreck it, can even kill the owners. Because they are exploited. The ruling elites gave in. Perhaps they were afraid that if the workers were not allowed to burn down the industrial plant, they might march to parliament building and burn it instead. This was the first exemption from the moral laws granted by the civilized, and it has been downhill ever since. It led to the destruction of industrial plants in the West and rise of the Dependency Class. Work has this profound magical quality that it creates character in the men doing it. Without work, on welfare, Western people lost that character. Word also got around that being a ‘victim’ or ‘oppressed’ gives one exemption from the moral laws. Liberals began manufacturing ‘victim classes’, and people happily joined, because, well, who wants to be burdened with the morality?

EU censorship law: “Hate speech” on a par with terrorism and human trafficking

Through a resolution by the EU Parliament, laws against “hate speech” are to be introduced in all EU countries. But the ostensible “fight against hate” aims to censor and suppress the political opposition and its supporters. At this year’s WEF meeting in Davos, resolutions were also passed to massively expand censorship. On January 18, the EU Parliament passed a new law that makes so-called “hate speech” a crime throughout the EU.

The vote was clear in the left-center dominated parliament: 397 yes votes, 121 no votes and 26 abstentions.

“Hate speech” is equated with terrorism

The decision puts so-called “hate speech” on the EU crime list. This allows the European Commission to introduce binding legislation and penalties for all member states. The list actually only includes crimes that have a “cross-border interest” in combating them, such as terrorism, human trafficking or cartel crime. This puts people who post politically unpleasant content on the Internet on the same level as terrorists and drug cartel gangsters. The EU has already threatened social media platforms with sanctions and regulations. “Hate speech”: A vague definition

This massive expansion of thought paragraphs serves the sole purpose of persecuting politically disapproved people and opinions. The official statement already gives an idea of these intentions. It is said that hate speech is “a danger to society as a whole because it undermines the foundations of the EU”. The definition of alleged hate crimes is up in the air and can be interpreted in any way. Basically, anything that a person perceives as offensive or hurtful may be interpreted as hate speech and can therefore soon be charged. There are no clear definitions or control bodies. [That’s the whole point with these so-called LAWS. They are not designed to protect the people, but rather the parasites in politics and society.]

Will gender criticism soon lead to a stretch in prison?

According to the current definition, “criminal discrimination” refers to the alleged denigration of origin, ethnicity or religion. However, left-liberal law makers want to massively expand this definition because, in their eyes, it is no longer up-to-date. In the future, any alleged discrimination against sexuality, sex and gender characteristics, trans identities as well as age and disability would also constitute a criminal offense. It is impossible to predict who will be targeted by the muzzle paragraph. This may affect people who criticize the adoption rights for homosexuals as well as critics of drag queen reading lessons in kindergartens.

The draft will “lead to considerable legal uncertainty and enable the risk of criminal investigations being initiated against civilian sea rescue,” warned law professor Pauline Endres de Oliveira from Berlin’s Humboldt University together with other lawyers in a statement to the Bundestag . “In the opinion of the signatories of this statement, civil sea rescue should not be subjected to criminal prosecution,” it says. For the anti-fascists who launched the original demonstration, it was kind of like clicking a link to a website that’s been hacked, and being redirected to a nasty porn site or phishing scam. “This is not what I wanted!”

What’s interesting about all this is the up-front way the culture-enrichers justified their action, saying in effect, “You wanted cultural enrichment, so here we are. Now you have to do things OUR way.”

The German demonstrators “against the right” are angry. “Shame on you!” a man shouts to the group. “Free Palestine is not the topic of this demonstration.” He is met with angry opposition from the ranks of the Palestine demonstrators. “Of course that’s what it’s about!” shouts a man with the distinctive scarf worn by Palestinian militants. “Palestine is everywhere! Palestine everywhere!” [I guess we all know what they mean by that, now, don’t we? Without having to read between the lines, this simply means “Kill the kuffar”.]

The apparently “bio-German” participants in the demonstration against the AfD and the “right” repeatedly expressed angry opposition to those who tried to co-opt the protest with Palestine flags. But they seemed helpless. A young Arab shouts: “You wanted the refugees and Muslims! Now they are here! We are there! Don’t you want us?” The desperate announcement from the microphone that anti-Semitism is “not an opinion” is lost in the disruptors’ shouts of “Free Palestine”. People who film the mob are harassed.

Suddenly the anti-AfD protesters themselves are being insulted as “Nazis” [Well, that’s exactly what they are.]

Armed with megaphones, the Palestine demonstrators start a fight for sovereignty at Alexanderplatz. The demonstration is to be completely taken over — the majority of young Arabs feel entitled to do so. A completely angry woman shouts into the megaphone that the demonstrators are racist because they don’t want to let them take over the entire demonstration. “This is racism! You are racists and Nazis!” Suddenly the Palestine mob chants “Nazis out” — meaning those who actually came to protest against “Nazis”. The EU is the place where, when you go there, they have to take you in

Political leaders and the media normally play on our heart strings by showcasing the suffering of the Puir Wee Bairns of the Third World. It’s always about the kids — that way, anyone who opposes the proposed policy (whatever it might be) is a heartless wretch, an amalgam of Ebenezer Scrooge and Adolf Hitler.

When it comes to the “refugees” pouring into Europe, however, there’s a problem: almost none of them are puir wee bairns. The vast majority of them are military-age men. Some of them pretend to be “unaccompanied minors” to game the asylum system, but almost all of those swarthy heavy-bearded fellows turn out to be full-grown men.

Now it seems the Powers That Be have hit upon a solution to the puir wee bairn problem: any woman who is a victim of domestic violence qualifies for asylum protection in the EU. Which means virtually 100% of the female population south of the Mediterranean or east of Aqaba. And most of those puir battered wives have plenty of wee bairns to bring in with them when they arrive. Then later their husbands can join them under family reunification policies!

What better system could be devised?

The European Court of Justice recently made a momentous decision. According to a recent ruling, experiencing domestic or sexual violence is enough to be eligible for asylum in the European Union. This suddenly turns hundreds of millions of women worldwide into potential asylum seekers .

The European Court of Justice has repeatedly been noted for fueling population exchange in the EU member states with questionable decisions. This was also the case last Tuesday. A landmark decision in Luxembourg ruled that domestic violence can be a legitimate reason for asylum in Europe. According to “Brot für die Welt/ Bread for the World”, this affects almost 300 million women worldwide — who, at least according to the ECJ, now all enjoy the right to asylum in Europe.

Kurdish woman fled from forced Islamic marriage

The case in which the fatal verdict was pronounced was an ethnic Kurdish woman with Turkish nationality. She was forced to marry as a child and got divorced. In the Islamic world, this often results in honor killings. The European Court of Justice has now ruled that women are considered refugees if “they are exposed to physical or psychological violence, including sexual violence and domestic violence, in their country of origin because of their gender.”

However, this law has caused political inconsistency within the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy party (VVD), a major political party in the Netherlands. This difference in stance within the same party has raised questions about their political coherence and strategy.
