It’s Grand to be a “Refugee”

Below are three vignettes concerning the hundreds of thousands of Afghan “refugees” who now live in Germany, allegedly because they fear persecution and torture if they were to return home. However, it has recently emerged that a large number of these persecuted culture-enrichers do return home on holiday every year.

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for the translations, all of them from Junge Freiheit. The translator’s comments are in square brackets.

One of the things that isn’t discussed in any of these articles is who funds the plane tickets for the poor tortured refugees to fly back to their homeland. I assume that it is the German state that pays, directly or indirectly, for those holidays in Taliban country.

The first article:

New research

Hundreds of Afghan asylum seekers go on holiday at home — every week

They are fleeing the terrible conditions in Afghanistan — that’s the story we like to tell. Now it has become known that many of the alleged refugees keep returning home for vacation. Interior Minister Faeser knows nothing about it. [Sure, and the sun rises in the West.]

Berlin

German travel agencies are apparently helping to enable Afghan asylum seekers to take an illegal holiday in their homeland. Hundreds of Afghans with so-called blue passports are said to fly home via Hamburg alone via Turkey and Iran every week, a travel agency employee told the RTL report magazine Extra. The “blue passport” serves as a replacement for the passport from the country of origin, and its holders are not actually allowed to fly home.

According to research by the television station, the Afghans and the travel agencies involved are supposed to apply for so-called “double entry visas” at the Iranian embassy. These allow a trip to the Taliban-ruled country with a stopover in Iran. The travelers state this as their actual destination to the German authorities. The visas stamped by the German border authorities are then attached to the passports as a loose sheet of paper instead of being stuck on as usual. They can then be disposed of when re-entering Germany in order to conceal Afghanistan as the destination country. Asylum seekers from Afghanistan have also flown to their homeland via Turkey.

Federal Minister of the Interior knows nothing about Iranian visas for Afghans

Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser (SPD) denied responsibility. “It is not our job, but the local immigration authorities’ job to ensure that something like this does not happen,” she told RTL. At the same time, the department will “look into” the issue. When asked, his spokesman also stated in writing that exact figures on illegal vacations at home were “not recorded statistically.”

There was clear criticism from the DPolG Federal Police Union. “It is a mystery to me how a visa that is placed in the passport like a leaflet can even be valid,” said chairman Heiko Teggatz. “If you drive to Austria and have to buy a motorway vignette, you have to stick it on the windshield and not just put it on the dashboard.”

Afterword from the translator:

If this Faeser character would do her job, instead of spying, persecuting and prosecuting those who criticize the utterly insane and deadly policies of the Government for the native German people, maybe, just maybe she would have been aware of this. On the other hand I’m fairly certain that she knew and condoned this until someone found out. These people are nothing more than criminals that parade as moral apostles and upholders of the “Law”.

The second article discusses the demands by Amnesty international that even more Afghans be admitted to the country — 400,000 is not enough:

“Frustration and disappointment”

Amnesty International criticises cuts in the admission programme for Afghanistan

More than 400,000 Afghans already live in Germany. For Amnesty International, this is still not enough. They are demanding that even more immigrants from the Islamic dictatorship be brought to Germany. [And those are 400,000 too many already who are taking their annual holiday in Afghanistan at the expense of the German taxpayer.]

Berlin

The German branch of the aid organization Amnesty International has sharply criticized the German government for its plan to significantly reduce funding for the federal reception program for Afghanistan starting next year. In doing so, the traffic light coalition is “not only breaking the coalition agreement in which the program is enshrined, but also its own promise to Afghan human rights activists, journalists and lawyers who are threatened by the Taliban,” complained Amnesty spokeswoman Theresa Bergmann. [How would she know that? From firsthand conversations with these people in Afghanistan? Right!!! Is this idiot going to tell us next that Afghanistan, which has a population of over 40 million people, has 39 million human rights activists, lawyers and journalists?]

Amnesty argues that arbitrary justice, including torture and ill-treatment, has prevailed in Afghanistan since the Taliban seized power three years ago. The organization also reports that many Afghans are “frustrated and disappointed” by the international community’s cautious response since the Taliban seized power. [And that’s why hundreds fly home on holiday each week.]

Immigration from Afghanistan fails due to security checks

The Federal Reception Program for Afghanistan was launched on October 17, 2022 to enable Afghans who are supposedly at risk to enter Germany legally. Their family members would also be included.

In mid-July, Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser (SPD) announced that the funding for the program would be cut by almost 90%. Of the 20,000 supposedly endangered Afghans who were supposed to be allowed to enter the country, only about 500 came to Germany through the federal program. According to Faeser, this is because “decisions are made after the security checks.” “I am responsible for the security situation in Germany, and that is of course still a priority,” the 54-year-old told the ARD program “Panorama” at the time. In total, more than 400,000 Afghans already live in Germany. [How is it possible to import 400,000 Afghans, but you miss those who are “endangered”? Smells like hogwash.]

Afterword from the translator:

And as usual, Amnesty International gives a damn about the countries and people they place at mortal danger by forcing them to take people from vile and hostile “cultures” into their countries. I would bet that nobody that works for this organization has ever taken an Afghan into their home to stay and be financed indefinitely. These immoral moral apostles make me sick.

In the final article, the Federal Commissioner for Migration, a member of the FPD (Freiheitliche Partei Deutschlands, Free Democratic Party), dares to suggest that any so-called “refugees” who holiday in their homeland should not be allowed to remain in Germany:

“Stay cosmopolitan, but not stupid”

Migration Commissioner Stamp calls for the deportation of Afghanistan holidaymakers

Holiday in the country that is allegedly persecuting you? After the RTL revelations that thousands of asylum seekers are holidaying in Afghanistan, Federal Migration Commissioner Stamp is now speaking out — and using straight talk.

Berlin

The Federal Government’s Commissioner for Migration, Joachim Stamp (FDP), has called for the deportation of Afghans who have asylum status in Germany but are on holiday in Afghanistan. “Germany must remain cosmopolitan, but not stupid. The authorities must ensure that people who have applied for protection with us but are on holiday in their home country immediately lose their protection status and can no longer stay in Germany,” the 54-year-old told the Bild newspaper.

The background to this is research by RTL Extra, according to which travel agencies in Hamburg’s train station district organize holidays to the country in the Hindu Kush — without the German state knowing about it. Most entries into the country are said to be via Iran. The authorities there are said to use only a loose piece of paper as a visa notice, which the holidaymakers can dispose of before returning, in order to keep the German officials in the dark about the actual trip. [Why are they allowed to fly to Iran in the first place?]

“If there are easily accessible travel routes to Afghanistan, there is also the possibility of repatriation”

Holidays in the home country are only permitted for so-called vulnerable people in absolute exceptional cases. Anyone who has protection or residency status in Germany and is caught travelling home can lose their status — and be deported. [Ah, the magic word “can”. Why am I not surprised? It should read “WILL”.]

When asked about this, a spokeswoman for the Hamburg Interior Ministry told Bild that trips home would seriously jeopardize the protection status of the person in question. Her conclusion: “If there are easily accessible travel routes to Afghanistan, there is also the possibility of repatriation.”

Afterword from the translator:

Mr. Stamp should ask himself what image the German state and its migration policy are conveying to people around the world. Germany is a laughingstock that no one takes seriously anymore, especially those who arrive illegally. For them, Germany is an El Dorado for illegal immigrant criminals who also have the impression that they can do whatever they want here. And that impression is strengthened daily by the judiciary and the State. R.I.P Germany.

Is it perhaps dawning on Mr. Stamp deep down that the evil AfD might be right after all by trying to stop publishing the obituary of the country?

    And this’s news??

    • Same, same with all the Somalis in Minnesota — going home for the religious holidays, while MN taxpayers pay the travel money AND the rent for their US homes while gone.
      Maybe ask govWalz about it?

  2. According to a german police chief there are now 500 000 “refugees” in Germany waiting for day “x” when they will get the order to run amok on the native population. Arms are already stored. Everything planned and organized.
