That would be the logical and sensible thing to do – provided of course that the government wanted to ensure the safety and security of their constituents. The trouble is that they do not wish to do those things.
Oh, there may be mid-level functionaries here-and-there who want what is best for their fellow Germans, but the people at the very top of German – and for that matter, European – society do not value the safety and security of their fellow Germans/Europeans to any great extent.
The European ruling class have other priorities in mind, such as the vast social engineering project which is now underway in Germany and many other European nations. It is quite clear by now that these so-called “elites” are using the soldiers of Allah as their shock troops in this de facto war against their own civilization.

A year of Netflix- free or otherwise- sounds more like punishment than reward! Reminds me of a remark Soupy Sales made about his only feature film, “Birds Do It”- “It’s still being shown in seven states as a form of capital punishment!”
