Actually, nobody got shanked — one of the culture-enrichers threatened his victims with a shank, and was thereby able to bend them to his will.
The following video is an appeal from the Belgian police for information on the two illustrious gentlemen who beat, threatened, and robbed people at a bus stop and on a bus. Watch the video and see if you can identify the ethnicity of the alleged perpetrators. I think it’s safe to say that at least one of them is a culture-enricher.

A meaningful physical description to include race and accent of the would-be Robbing Hoods probably wouldn’t be of much use anyway, since there are so bleeding many of them in Europe and the vast majority of them have criminal tendencies. Easier to just go out and round up two of them at random; feed them to Mr Morbark. Eventually the correct ones will be nabbed and the streets might actually begin to be livable again.
