Canada: Plan to Reach Net-Zero by 2050 Will Put Alberta in ‘Deep Recession’: Report

According to a new report, Alberta and Canada will not reach net zero emissions by 2050 — owing to the exuberant costs of phasing out oil and gas production. Premier Danielle Smith took Rachel Notley to task Thursday evening over her past flirtations with production caps on the industry.

“Shifting away from petroleum products is the Notley view of the world — certainly not my government’s view,” said Smith during the televised leadership debate. “We believe we are going to reduce emissions — not oil and natural gas [production].”

The Public Policy Forum said phasing out oil and gas would cost nearly $100 billion in lost GDP nationwide. Of that, Alberta would shoulder $60 billion.

A huge shipment of a dangerous explosive chemical has disappeared while being transported by rail between Wyoming and California, according to reports.

3-Year-Old Shoots 2 People in Indiana, Leading to Arrest of Man Wanted for Murder

The child was able to access a firearm and fire one round, police said.

A shooting in Indiana that injured two people after a three-year-old accessed a gun led to the arrest of a man wanted for murder in Illinois, authorities said.

Trayshaun Smith, 23, was arrested on Thursday after he visited a hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, according to Lt. Justin Hartman of the Lafayette Police Department.

Investigators eventually determined that the shooting that sent Smith and another victim to the hospital occurred when a three-year-old was able to access a gun and fire a single round.

“It was determined that a three year old child at that location accessed a gun and fired one round striking two people,” according to Hartman.

The police department said officers initially found both shooting victims at the Franciscan Health Lafayette East Hospital, where they were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. They later determined that the shooting occurred at an apartment complex in Lafayette, Indiana.

Hartman said the other victim was the child’s mother and Smith was a friend of the mother’s.

‘Absolutely Not’: Americans Weigh in on Whether Kamala Harris Can Lead on AI After Elon Musk Mocked Her

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Vice President Kamala Harris wouldn’t be able to effectively run the White House’s response to artificial intelligence if she’s charged with leading it, some residents of the nation’s capital told Fox News.

“I don’t know if Kamala Harris has the background and the tech knowledge to really get a grasp on what AI can do and what its capabilities are, to be able to wrangle it in a space that is safe for everyone and not just beneficial for large corporations,” Eric told Fox News.

But another D.C. local, Marlena, said: “I definitely trust her on the task force. She’s a brilliant woman, extraordinarily accomplished.”

She was the only person Fox News interviewed who had faith in Harris’ ability to handle the White House’s AI response.

Ben Crump Deletes Viral Tweet Branding Pregnant Nurse Racist After Her Lawyer Steps in

A prominent civil rights attorney deleted his viral tweet that attacked a female New York City hospital worker hours after her lawyer threatened defamation lawsuits in a Fox News segment against those who defamed her.

Ben Crump, who has been a lead attorney in several police brutality cases, tweeted a viral video with more than 4 million views of a verbal altercation between a pregnant New York City physician assistant and multiple young Black men before deleting it hours later after the segment aired and went viral on Twitter.

“This is unacceptable!” Crump captioned the tweet with the video. “A white woman was caught on camera attempting to STEAL a Citi Bike from a young Black man in NYC. She grossly tried to weaponize her tears to paint this man as a threat. This is EXACTLY the type of behavior that has endangered so many Black men in the past!”

There was no follow-up tweet with a correction or an apology.

In Washington State There is a ‘Presumptive Right’ to Vote

(The Center Square) — In the state of Washington, a person must prove they’re 21 to purchase alcohol, rather than the seller presuming their age until shown otherwise.

But that presumption exists regarding voter registration.

State law does not require a person to prove they can vote when registering. Instead, it adheres to a “presumptive right” to vote, and registered voters are only removed if discovered to be ineligible by the county auditor or the Secretary of State’s Office.

UK: Theatre Show With ‘All-Black Audience’ That Aims to Explore Race-Related Issues ‘Free From the White Gaze’ is Accused of Setting a ‘Dangerous Precedent’

In the Footsteps of Jesus: 2,000-Year-Old Trade Receipt Found in Jerusalem

An ancient 2,000-year-old receipt was discovered by the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) along the City of David’s Pilgrimage Road in Jerusalem, according to an announcement Wednesday.

African Leaders to Broach Thorny Issue of Paying Russia for Fertilizers in Kyiv and Moscow Talks

A delegation of six African leaders set to hold talks with Kyiv and Moscow aim to “initiate a peace process,” but also broach the thorny issue of how a heavily-sanctioned Russia can be paid for the fertilizer exports Africa desperately needs, a key mediator who helped broker the talks said in an interview with The Associated Press.

Jean-Yves Ollivier, an international negotiator who has been working for six months to put the talks together, said the African leaders would also discuss the related issue of easing the passage of more grain shipments out of Ukraine amid the war and the possibility of more prisoner swaps when they travel to both countries on what they’ve characterized as a peace mission.

The talks will likely be next month, Ollivier said.

Watch: What Really Happened at the Violent Melbourne Extremist Rally

Amid the chaos covering extremist rallies in Melbourne at the weekend, I confronted both Neo-Nazi protestors and Antifa counter-protesters who appeared to share a lot in common, not in the least hating me.

Accused by the Antifa faction of supporting Neo-Nazi ideologies, and despised by the Neo-Nazis due to my Jewish ethnicity, it’s no great surprise that I became the target of their hate with the protest turning violent and the Rebel News team caught in the crossfire.

As the verbal exchange became heated, I was physically attacked by Antifa members with a flagpole.

Despite this, I was committed to trying to understand how the two groups, who largely looked, dressed and acted the same, differed in their hateful opinions.

Coyote-in-Chief

by Daniel Greenfield

Between Matamoros, Mexico and Brownsville, Texas lies the Rio Grande river. On one side is the Matamoros migrant camp where thousands of illegal invaders prep for the invasion with the aid of American open borders non-profit groups, squatting in their own filth, fighting, shaking each other down and starting fires like those that killed 40 male migrants. Across is America.

At 160 feet wide and only 2 feet deep, the invaders have little trouble making their way across. Despite the slur ‘wetback’, little actual swimming is usually required. Past proposals to widen and deepen the river so it’s a tenth of a mile and twenty feet deep would have been fairly expensive, but was shut down by open borders advocates who claim the invaders might drown.

In one week in April, some 15,000 illegal invaders traversed the river. The media regularly features dramatic photos of migrants crossing the Rio Grande and offers sympathetic portrayals of the invaders such as the New York Times story: “Desperate Migrants on the Border: ‘I Should Just Swim Across.” The coverage often describes these invasions as “sudden” or “unexpected”.

But there’s nothing sudden or unexpected about them. They’re the work of the Coyote-in-Chief…

Initially, it was reported that two dozen homeless veterans had been booted from upstate hotels to make room for migrants based on claims from the Yerik Israel Toney [YIT] Foundation CEO and disabled veteran Sharon Toney-Finch.

Medical School Professor Says Parents Must Implement Gender Ideology for Babies: ‘It… Starts at Birth’

A professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine who is involved in a LGBTQ+ “special interest group” claimed that parents must start including gender ideology in their families before a baby is born.

“This is my favorite topic,” Lauren T. Roth, a professor of pediatrics at Einstein and a physician in the division of academic general pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, said. The doctor has specialized knowledge of transgender medical interventions on children diagnosed with dysphoria.

“Like, this is a normal thing. And we have to understand that gender is on a spectrum. There’s not just men and women,” she said. “Sometimes [a child’s gender identity] matches the chromosomes or the genitals that they were born with, but sometimes it doesn’t.”

  1. Wow! Those orcas are smart. Whales know how to deal with ” migrants” even if people do not.

    • It doesn’t take much to be smarter than a “migrant”.

Depending on where the “migrant” hails from there’s likely single cell organisms and inanimate objects that have more intelligence.

  2. Military mechanics sought for Ukraine (paid for by British government?).

Part of an “EU citizenship programme”. Conditions – you must be from the Middle East and North Africa region…

“We invite citizens from the Middle East and North Africa to participate in a voluntary program to assist Ukraine on a competitive basis.

    Participants must understand all risks…”

    https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/details/4095390986

    • You mean there exists orcs from those regions with skills other than dealing drugs, raping anything with an orifice, and defrauding the welfare state?

Of course this begs the question of why any orc would be interested in such a program with the promise of citizenship when they’re already getting all the benefits without the likelihood of getting killed.

    • Diabolical decisions/suggestions/ideas like these do not occur to anyone unless they were born from devils.
