The Greens in Bavaria are ready to make the imposition of sharia official: they want to include Islamic religious instruction in the state school curriculum.

In future, “Islamic teaching” is to be included as a compulsory elective in the upper school timetable at schools in Bavaria. At least that is the wish of the Greens, who have submitted a corresponding application to the Bavarian state parliament.
It stipulates that the state government should also create the necessary framework conditions for teaching in high school and vocational upper levels. It should also be possible for students to take the Abitur in this subject. [Are they turning German schools into madrassas now?]
Part of regular classes since 2021
The Greens justify their initiative with the fact that the subject has finally been transferred to regular teaching in 2021 after “many years of pilot testing”. So far not in high school.
Even if no “equivalent, denomination-oriented religious instruction” has yet been established — analogous to Catholic or Protestant religious instruction — this subject contributes to Muslim pupils being able to develop “a reflected religious identity”.
The number of registrations made it clear that the subject was “very well received” in Bavaria’s schools. A request from the Greens shows that the number of registrations is increasing. [I wonder in which particular ghettos/neighbourhoods this is happening?]
Greens see disadvantage
It is therefore incomprehensible that the subject has not yet been taught in grades 11 to 13 of colleges and vocational high schools.
According to the Greens, students who “want to take Islamic classes in high school are disadvantaged compared to others who either take confession-oriented religious classes or regular ethics classes.” [I guess they don’t learn in those how to detonate an explosive vest.]
It is therefore also not possible for you to take the matriculation examination in this subject. An extension of this range of courses to the senior classes also seems appropriate in order to win potential candidates for a corresponding teacher training course with the school subject “Islamic teaching”. “Islamic lessons” in Bavaria’s schools ran as a pilot project from 2009 to 2019. It offers knowledge about the Islamic religion in German as well as “a basic value orientation in the spirit of the Basic Law and the Bavarian Constitution,” says Minister of Education Prof. Dr. Michael Piazolo (Free Voters). On February 23, 2021, the Bavarian cabinet approved a corresponding draft law to amend the Bavarian Law on Education and Teaching (BayEUG). In the introductory phase from the 2021/2022 school year, the offer was available at 350 schools.

I agree. This is so depressing. When I hear the word Bavaria, I think of architecture, music, castles–all the magnificence of European culture. And they are throwing it away for what?

But how do you get rid of them if they’re corrupt, arbitrary, even gratuitously cruel? They’ll have censored the media, making it difficult even to organise esistance.
How is it any different from what currently exists?
The only difference is that the authorities in the UK aren’t openly using violence or executing opponents. Likely thats more of a cultural thing than worries over appearances.
The media in almost all of the West is already censored or heavily in collusion with governments, or owned by woke masters that tell companies and governments what to do. The only real chance of breaking corporate and generational wealth and the mischief it causes is by accepting a strongman or dictator that will use violence to break those kinds of opponents. As for getting rid of dictators, I believe Westerners are by and large incapable of governing themselves since our form of government can only work if citizens are moral and educated sufficiently that they can make intelligent decisions when they cast their votes. It might take multiple generations of being ruled by strongmen who make sure the trains run on time, the schools teach the three Rs, and the deviants are put back into their closets and ejected from public spaces. Only then can citizens perhaps be gradually allowed to make decisions for who will rule them.

If the Catholics in Bavaria are indeed surrendering, maybe it is because they are taking their lead from the Vatican and Pope Francis, a man who cannot prostrate himself before Muslims quickly enough when they are in his company. The fish, it is said, rots from the head.
