Statistics Canada Says February Marks the Seventh Consecutive Month of Double-Digit Food Inflation

Food is so costly that a third of Torontonians accessing food banks have full-time jobs.

Neil Hetherington, CEO of Daily Bread Food Bank, said food banks in Toronto see about 270,000 visitors a month, whereas the pre-pandemic and inflation spike rate is 65,000 per month.

“270,000 is what you said in Toronto alone per month, this month?” asked Conservative MP Lianne Rood.

Hetherington replied: “At the end of March, we will have 270,000.”

Food prices in Canada skyrocketed in 2022 owing to runaway inflation. Record numbers have accessed food banks to feed their families — a trend that continues in 2023 as food prices rose again.

Canada’s Food Price Report 2023 predicts a 5% to 7% food price increase this year following a 10% hike in 2022. Consumers felt the most substantial increases among vegetables, dairy, and meat.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was criticized for defending TikTok after it was revealed the app’s Chinese-owned parent company gave six-figure donations to the Black and Hispanic caucus non-profits.

Fox News Digital previously reported that disclosures show ByteDance, TikTok’s Chinese parent company, funneled six-figure contributions to nonprofits aligned with the congressional Black and Hispanic Caucuses. ByteDance donated $150,000 to both the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and Congressional Hispanic Caucus Foundation in December, its lobbying contribution report shows.

Biden’s Nominee to Head the FAA Makes ‘Remarkable’ Decision to Withdraw His Nomination: ‘Decency to Resign’

“The Big Sunday Show” co-hosts Lisa Boothe, Charlie Hurt, Kat Timpf and Griff Jenkins reacted to reports President Biden’s pick to head the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Phil Washington, had withdrawn his nomination. The group agreed that the most remarkable thing about Washington’s withdrawal was that he had the “decency to resign.”

“He is the CEO of Denver International Airport. I can’t think of what’s scarier, the fact that he was the pick for the FAA or that he’s the CEO of the Denver International Airport, and he knows nothing about aviation,” Boothe said.

Biden Administration Demanded Crackdown on “Vaccine-Skeptical” WhatsApp Chats

The Biden administration was pushing for the censorship of COVID-related content on WhatsApp, according to communications between the White House and Meta, the company that owns the messaging platform.

This move has raised concerns about freedom of expression and the ability to communicate privately on digital platforms.

Unlike Facebook and Instagram, which are also owned by Meta, WhatsApp is an encrypted direct messaging platform that is used for private conversations between individuals or small groups. The White House has been pressing Meta executives to find ways to measure “reduction of harm” on WhatsApp, insisting that they must have a “good mousetrap” to observe what conversations are shared on the platform.

Bottled Water Recommended for Philadelphia Residents After Bucks County Chemical Spill

“Contaminants have not been found in our system at this time,” city officials said. However, testing on the water continues.

BRISTOL, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — The City of Philadelphia said it is recommending that residents use bottled water for drinking or cooking after a chemical spill in Bucks County.

“Philadelphia Water Department customers in the city are recommended to use bottled drinking water beginning at 2:00 p.m. today until further notice out of an abundance of caution,” the city said Sunday.

A map of areas that could potentially be impacted by the spill can be viewed here: https://phillyh2o.info/spill-map

Residents can search their addresses on the map to see if they would be in an impacted area should the city issue any advisory.

An estimated 8,100 gallons of latex finishing material, a water-soluble acrylic polymer solution, was released into the Otter Creek in Bristol, Pa. on Friday evening.

Officials said Saturday the release was caused by a pipe rupture at a nearby chemical plant, Trinseo PLC.

Google Tries to Discredit Study Exposing Left-Wing Bias in Its News Results

Google News has long been accused of skewing in favor of left-leaning media outlets amid Big Tech’s wider censorship efforts against conservatives.

In the news articles featured on its homepage and in the search results for specific topics, Google search promotes left-leaning results while burying right-leaning media outlets.

However, a bombshell new study suggests that Google is further exaggerating this bias to promote left-wing talking points in the days leading up to elections.

According to an AllSides study, Google massively ramped up this bias in the search results in five of the days leading up to the 2022 midterm elections.

However, Google has responded to the explosive findings by trying to discredit the study.

The government reportedly emailed this blacklist to foreign banks, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.

The RCMP placed no restrictions on the distribution of this blacklist, which raises concerns about privacy and the government’s power to freeze bank accounts.

Manitoba Family Sues AstraZeneca After Son’s Stroke Following COVID Jab

A Manitoba family alleges their son suffered a stroke after getting the COVID jab from AstraZeneca Canada.

Jackson Troy Reimer, now 23, got vaccinated while working at the Whistler Blackcomb ski resort in 2021, supposedly “in excellent health” at the time.

Now, he is unable to work or care for himself.

According to a statement of claim filed in Manitoba’s Court of King’s Bench on March 16, Reimer started feeling dizzy, losing his vision and having severe headaches six days after getting the jab.

The lawsuit said a CT scan at Vancouver General Hospital found Reimer had a hemorrhagic stroke, requiring two platelet infusions and a subsequent craniotomy to stop bleeding in his brain.

Dutch Farmers Oppose Compulsory Farm Buyouts to Meet EU Climate Targets

Brussels continues to counter advances by furious Dutch farmers, who oppose outright compulsory farm buyouts in the Netherlands to meet EU climate targets.

The BBB triumphed in regional elections after months of widespread tractor protests that drew global attention beginning last year.

Fact-Finding Report on Leicester Clashes Warns of Ethnic Enclaves in the UK

In its ‘Fact-finding report on Leicester Violence 2022 — The rise of territorial Muslim majoritarianism and Hinduphobia’, the think tank calls for immediate action to address the underlying issues that led to the Leicester violence.

PTI | New Delhi | March 24, 2023:: A fact-finding report into the violent clashes between groups of men on the streets of Leicester following an India-Pakistan Asia Cup cricket match in Dubai last year has warned of ethnic enclaves or ghettos of migrants in the eastern England city as a key factor behind communal tension.

The Delhi-based Centre for Democracy, Pluralism and Human Rights (CDPHR) think tank, which launched its report at a Committee Room in the House of Commons on Thursday, sheds light on the events that took place in August-September last year and their human rights implications.

In its ‘Fact-finding report on Leicester Violence 2022 — The rise of territorial majoritarianism and Hinduphobia’, the think tank calls for immediate action to address the underlying issues that led to the Leicester violence such as the rise of extremism and hate speech.

“There were two kinds of stories circulating around the violence that occurred, which is the motivation behind this fact-finding report,” explained Rashmi Samant of the ATMAH non-profit organisation and one of the co-authors of the report.

“What we found was that different religious groups in east Leicester, ground zero of the unrest, are living in ethnic enclaves — with some ethnicities clubbed up in some spaces more than others. This phenomenon is not common in the United Kingdom but we found it continues to happen in Leicester because of the spillover effect involving migrants from countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh,” she said.

The report claims that the presence of these ethnic enclaves gave rise to territorial tensions and localised majoritarianism, which were witnessed both before and during the unrest in east Leicester — the ethnic enclave of the Muslim community residing in Leicester with a minority presence of the Hindu community…

France Bans ‘Recreational’ Use of TikTok, Twitter, And Other Apps on Government Phones

In a bid to enhance data security, France has announced a ban on the “recreational” use of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram on government employees’ phones.

The move follows similar restrictions placed on TikTok in other countries due to concerns over its connections to China. However, the French decision extends to a wider range of platforms, many of which are frequently used by government officials, including President Emmanuel Macron.

French Minister for Transformation and Public Administration, Stanislas Guerini, issued a statement explaining that “recreational” apps lack sufficient security measures for use within state administrative services and could pose a risk to data protection. France’s cybersecurity agency will be responsible for monitoring the ban.

Netherlands: Suicide a Growing Trend as More Young Adults End Their Lives

Those in the Netherlands in life threatening danger should immediately dial 112 for emergency services. Anyone suffering from depression or contemplating suicide may call 113 Zelfmoordpreventie at any time by dialing either 113 or 0800-0113. Counselors at De Luisterlijn may also be reached at 088-0767000, or volunteers may be reached at one of their local numbers. A list of suicide crisis hotlines outside the Netherlands is available on Wikipedia.

More suicide cases were counted this year than in previous years. Especially young adults up to the age of thirty are taking their own lives. A worrying aspect is that the suicide rate is generally not decreasing or leveling off, but continuing to rise, according to a spokesperson for 113 Suicide Prevention, reports NU.nl.

The red month, that’s what the Current Dutch Suicide Registration Committee (CANS) calls it when more than 30 suicide cases are counted in one month. This February, the calendar turned red as even more than 30 young adults took their own lives. Compared to last year’s averages of just over 20 suicide cases per month, this year’s trend has drastically worsened. According to clinical psychologist Maryke Geerdink, manager at 113 Suicide Prevention, the increase is much greater than expected.

UK: Eminent Oxford Scientist Says Wind Power “Fails on Every Count”

Authored by Chris Morrison via DailySceptic.org

It could be argued that the basic arithmetic showing wind power is an economic and societal disaster in the making should be clear to a bright primary school child. Now the Oxford University mathematician and physicist, researcher at CERN and Fellow of Keble College, Emeritus Professor Wade Allison has done the sums. The U.K. is facing the likelihood of a failure in the electricity supply, he concludes.

“Wind power fails on every count,” he says, adding that governments are ignoring “overwhelming evidence” of the inadequacies of wind power, “and resorting to bluster rather than reasoned analysis”.

Muslim guy posing as Hindu, assaulted for ‘love jihad’ tangle with a Hindu girl in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

Akhtar RehmanSurabhi Desai | HENB | Ujjain | March 25, 2023:: Activists of Bajrang Dal allegedly assaulted a Muslim guy with a mild tone, who was making love with his Hindu girlfriend at a corner of a park in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The members of the Hindutva outfit accused the Muslim boy of promoting ‘Love Jihad’ by taking a Hindu name Rahul, while the Muslim was identified as Akhter Rehmani.

A video has gone viral on social media platforms where the Bajrang Dal members can be seen questioning the young man while the girl pleads with them to let go. The incident happened on Friday late afternoon.

Speaking to reporters, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Madhav Nagar police station said that the girl refused to file any police complaint. “The girl refused to lodge an FIR as she stated they were friends. We have informed her family members who took her away later,” the SHO said.

The Muslim guy was taken into police custody while the attackers were let off.

‘Love Jihad’ is a dangerous situation in India in which Muslim boys/men convert Hindu girls/women by luring them under the pretext of love and marriage. In recent, hundreds of Hindu girls were victimized in the love Jihad truce and even killed by their Muslim lovers in dozens of cuts like the Shraddha Walker case or others.

While speaking to HENB, local Bajrang Dal leader Tridev Gupta conveyed, “Many Hindu girls do not know the dire consequence of Love Jihad. But, we cannot let them in the grab of Love Jihadists anyway in any manner’“.

Kenya: President Ruto Says Dollar Demand Will Ease in ‘A Couple of Weeks’

NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 22 — President William Ruto expects dollar demand in the country to ease as the government plans to import fuel in Kenya shillings.

Ruto’s remark comes after the cost of buying a dollar increased to as high as Sh145.5 per dollar as of yesterday.

Greenback demand in the country has been rising over the last few years due to high demand from importers.

However, dollar requests are expected to drop after the Kenyan government and its Saudi counterpart signed an import deal for fuel importation on credit.

Early this month, Energy Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir said that the oil import deal would see the state-run National Oil Corporation (NOCK) import 30 percent of the country’s monthly fuel requirement.

The above will be on credit for six months to a year, helping the government ease pressure on the dollar.

Kenya: ‘Dollar Crisis to Ease Soon, ‘ President Ruto Says as He Warns Hoarders

President William Ruto now says that wealthy persons hoarding dollars locally will soon incur losses since his administration has put in place measures that will ensure that demand for foreign currency will lessen in the coming weeks.

Speaking in Nairobi on Wednesday, during the listing of Laptrust Imara (REIT) at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), President Ruto noted that one of these measures involved the State finalising on an arrangement that will allow oil importers to purchase the commodity using shillings instead of dollars.

Petroleum imports account for up to 30 per cent of Kenya’s annual import bill.

The sector needs close to Ksh.64 billion ($500 million) every month to import diesel, petrol and kerosene and meet the country’s growing demand for the products.

Foreign currency fluctuation is a significant factor in the landed cost of petroleum products for which Kenya is a net importer.

“We just concluded a market-driven arrangement in our fuel sector that will see Kenya access all our fuel needs on a deferred six-month credit that will eliminate a demand of USD 500 million dollars every month from this market,” said President Ruto.

“I am giving you free advice that those of you who are hoarding dollars you shortly might go into losses. You better do what you must do because this market is going to be different in a couple of weeks.”

He also added that the State is engaging with the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) to reinstate the interchange exchange market so as to further address the dollar crisis.

“I am happy that the players in that sector including our banks are coming forward and they are participating and their working with the Central Bank so that we can again take charge of our market so that it is not distorted by brokers,” said President Ruto.

“We have done what we must do as the government to ensure that we ease the burden on people who want to realize their returns in dollars.”

3 months ago Thai Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati was hospitalized after taking a third Pfizer booster shot.

Sucharit Bhakdi is here to talk about how the Princess has been in the hospital ever since.

Professor Bhakdi met with advisors of the Thai Royal Family and a senior advisor to the Thai government to show them evidence that all mRNA vaccines are dangerous.

The Royal and government officials were convinced that it was the vaccine that gave the Princess a heart attack.
The Pfizer vaccine contract agreement signed by the Thai government was fraudulent and based on false data.
Thai government insiders who are loyal to Big Pharma are trying to keep the truth from the royal family.

BioTech lied to the world and said they had conducted clinical safety studies.

The vaccine bioweapon decreases the amount of ATP produced in the human body which causes a lack of energy.

The people who did this must be held responsible and be prosecuted.

  2. The attack on Posie Parker in Auckland New Zealand was appalling. Feelings against her were actively stoked by the media who called her a Nazi. The government persecuted her before she got into the country. She was asked if she’d like to queue jump coming through Customs and was then held & interrogated for 2 hours. The Hotel she had booked cancelled her booking while she was still in the air because the Police had been to speak to them. Members of the government wound up the violent rhetoric and even participated in the violence on the day.

Police were woefully under staffed and obviously told to deliberately sit back until the last moment. PP reports that one cop actually told her they were surprised she wasn’t killed. An ex-cop who attended the event told the Police things were heating up before PP arrived at the event and asked them to get in the middle because things were going to boil over. The cops walked away from him. The Trans activists were bleating all week about feeling threatened and afraid of violence and asserted they were going to only peacefully protest. Then on the day they were the ones who attacked.

In short, the whole thing is exactly what we have seen concerning Tommy Robinson in the UK and so many other voices raising realistic concerns in other Western countries. The media are liars, the Police are pawns of the politicians and the politicians themselves are the enemy of their own people. This is a continuation of the treatment of the anti-vaccine mandate a year ago and more and more events are no being cancelled due to the violence of opponents who don’t want to allow any other voices to be heard.

As with the rest of the West, things are broken.

    • So if someone stands up for (real) women’s rights, they are nazis now? Nazis sure aren’t like they used to be.
