District court makes decision difficult for itself

15-year-old raped in Osnabrück: 30-year-old gets away with a suspended sentence

In July of 2022, a 30-year-old man raped an unknown girl in a courtyard in Osnabrück City. The district court has now sentenced the Syrian refugee to the highest possible suspended sentence. [Hanged, drawn, and quartered would’ve been my verdict.]

Two years imprisonment is the longest sentence that can still be suspended in Germany. Just one more day and the perpetrator will have to serve his sentence behind bars. The 30-year-old from Osnabrück, who now had to answer before the district court, was lucky — if he doesn’t commit a similar offense again, he can spend the next few years in freedom. [He’s NOT from Osnabrück, he’s from Syria.]

15-year-old wanted to visit her boyfriend

At first glance, this may be disturbing, because the juvenile court confirmed the charge that the 30-year-old raped a 15-year-old girl he did not know. The crime happened early in the morning of July 10, 2022, a Sunday. The 15-year-old wanted to go see her boyfriend, who lives on Möserstrasse; the accused came out of a disco and actually wanted to go home. [How can a 30-year-old rapist be sentenced at a juvenile court? After all, it wasn’t the 15-year-old girl who raped him, now, was it?]

“He didn’t already run after her from Neumarkt, as the indictment says, but only met and spoke to her on Möserstrasse,” said defense attorney Frank Otten, who made a statement for his client. The 30-year-old apparently asked the teenager for a cigarette; they stood together, smoked and talked. “At least as far as language skills allowed.”

Defense attorney: “Maybe he was pricked by the alcohol” [That wouldn’t even be considered as an excuse if this guy were a native German.]

Exactly why the accused, who has never been conspicuous because of a sexual assault, then raped the young person remained open. [Read the frickin’ Qur’an 23:1-6, moron.] “Maybe he was pricked by the alcohol, he probably thought, “I can still convince her,” said Otten. “It was the first time that I had drunk alcohol,” added his client. [Yep, and the Pope [defecates] in the woods and the bear is Catholic.] For consensual sexual acts with a 15-year-old, the accused would not have had to answer in court; German criminal law generally allows them. But there was no question of consent in this case: against her will, the accused pressed his victim against the wall “and didn’t stop fumbling her when she fled into a stairwell,” said presiding judge Michael Hune in his verdict. Finally, with the use of force, a rape ensued. A DNA analysis convicted the perpetrator. The 30-year-old was finally convicted of distributing narcotics to minors. At some point during the encounter, he handed the 15-year-old girl a sachet containing half a gram of cannabis.

Judge: “You are well on the way to becoming a normal citizen here”

“I’m not allowed to say anything about the content of the consultation, but we made it difficult for ourselves,” said the presiding judge, Michael Hune, in his verdict. [What whiskey shall I have while making this foregone conclusion, Irish or Scottish single malt? It’s difficult.] In terms of general prevention, the court must crack down if a 15-year-old girl is raped in broad daylight in the middle of Osnabrück. “I think we all want to live in a city where you don’t have to worry about something like that.” [Stop importing it, then; quite simple, and start deporting them en-masse.] However, the fact that he was disinhibited due to alcohol and did not have a significant criminal record speaks for the accused. From a purely legal point of view, the intensity of the rape was also “at the lower margin”. [I take it that this judge is not a father, otherwise he wouldn’t talk such rubbish. My blood is boiling already.] To clarify, while most people think of rape simply as violent sexual intercourse, criminal law provides that some other sexual acts are also legally considered rape when committed against the will of the person concerned. Finally, Hune emphasized that the 30-year-old, who fled Syria for Germany in 2015, has an apartment and will soon have a job. “You are well on the way to becoming a normal citizen here.” [Is this what a NORMAL person does? Dealing in drugs and rape? What a disgusting {sump} Germany has become.]

€3000 in damages [Is this what a destroyed life is worth for the German judiciary? Why not 30 pieces of silver?]

All of this saved the defendant from a prison sentence that he should have served. However, the court imposed a number of conditions on him for the three-year probation period: from now on he may not approach his victim closer than 50 meters and must leave immediately if he should see the girl anywhere. In addition, the Syrian has to pay damages of €3,000. According to chairman Michael Hune, the 15-year-old got more out of the suspended sentence than she would get out of jail. “That way you can at least work and pay her the compensation that she would certainly never get otherwise.” [Wow, these people are getting billions in tax-payers’ money, but not a blue cent from those that enabled this monster to come into the country, rape and destroy a young girl’s LIFE. It’s definitely the “Best Germany of all Time” for migrant rapists.]

Afterword from the translator:

Articles like this, especially with those kind of judgements by officers of the law, make my blood boil, and I want to lash out at the judges and the perp in a way that would make it impossible for them to perpetrate this kind of crime ever again. My eldest was raped by her karate teacher 12 years ago, when she was 14, and she is still “dealing” with that rape. I’m not going into more detail about what happened after.

What life, what trauma will this girl have to deal with for the rest of her life now? €3,000 will not even cover the first week of trauma treatment. Why isn’t it the law that raping a minor = severe penalty (death by slow hanging)? Why is it being traded/negotiated like a side of beef? It’s a form of haggling that leaves the victim on the sidelines, watching helplessly, being sold cheaply. Not to be confused with a bazaar: there the buyer negotiates with the seller without a middleman! I really do prefer the approach of people in South African townships towards a rapist: their life expectancy shrinks rapidly to zero when caught.

  1. The rapist should be hanging from some high object; that goes without saying. The same goes for the judge; this abuse of one’s authority and mockery of the law from one who knows better is inexcusable. Hanging or a bullet to the back of its head are not painful enough. I would recommend the Qaddafi treatment.

    ‘Pour encourager les autres’

  2. Yes he should be hanging from some high object-this situation exists because of the over liberal political practice throughout Europe-the death penalty should be re-introduced for excessive sexual assault and Murder and for rape immediate castration. For a Muslim castration is most likely the worst punishment.
