Housing Crisis: How Canadians Are Becoming Serfs in a Neo-Feudal Society

The following is part two of a two part feature on the Canadian housing crisis. Part one, on the role Covid-19 policies played in worsening renters plight, can be found by clicking here.

Vectored through the housing market, a cost of living crisis has gradually imposed upon Canadians a neo-feudal system that will invariably leave them poorer than their antecedents.

The Covid-19 crisis exacerbated years of mounting housing affordability woes in Canada’s major markets, namely Toronto and Vancouver, but it’s since spread through the nation like wildfire.

Now, despite a dearth of sufficient purpose-built rental stock to house them, a growing number of young adults are either living with their parents or slated to become part of the country’s permanent renter class.

Border Agents Dealing With New Smuggling Problem: Eggs

The United States Customs and Border Protection agency is asking Americans to stop trying to smuggle in raw eggs from Mexico.

As avian flu is causing the price of eggs and poultry to rise, along with the current inflation rate, people are purchasing the products in Mexico instead of shelling out the extra cash at the grocery store.

“There has been a large increase in the volume of prohibited food items, such as raw eggs and raw poultry meat, brought by travelers from Mexico. We would like to remind the traveling public that federal agricultural regulations remain in effect,” Jennifer De La O, CBP Director of Field Operations in San Diego, said in a news release on Jan 20.

In a separate tweet, De La O said that people could face up to a $10,000 fine if they take a crack at illegally smuggling the items.

Foreign Minister Believes That Hungarians Have Already Paid a High Price for the War

Hungary and the Hungarian people have already paid a high price for the war in Ukraine, and the great powers should therefore finally focus on peace-building instead of taking steps that risk prolonging and escalating the conflict, according to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjartó.

Speaking at the UN Security Council’s open debate on peacemaking and peacekeeping in New York on Thursday, Szijartó thanked the Japanese presidency of the body for convening the meeting, saying that it was both extremely timely and unique, as international political discourse is still dominated by war rhetoric.

“The rhetoric of war is very loud, while the rhetoric of peace is barely heard,”

he said. Szijjartó pointed out that as a neighbor of Ukraine, the negative effects of armed conflict are severely and immediately felt in Hungary, which is why the government is extremely interested in peace.

More than a million refugees have left Ukraine through Hungary, Hungary is carrying out its largest humanitarian operation ever, the annual cost of energy imports has risen from around €7 billion to €17 billion, and inflation is sky-high, he stated. Moreover, he pointed out, besides Ukrainians, a large number of Transcarpathian Hungarians are also victims of the war.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Issues Frightening Warning: CCP Has Invaded ‘Every Major’ US University

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo joined “Sunday Morning Futures” to discuss China and the dynamic threat they pose to the U.S.’s vulnerable national security.

MIKE POMPEO: If you’re afraid to enforce the rules, if you continue to allow them to walk on the American economy, if you keep giving an inch in every space, they’ll be inside the gates here in the United States. And frankly, that’s what we face today. And for four years, during my time as CIA director or secretary of state, I never gave an inch.

It’s crazy, Maria. We’ve now had several senior leaders, certainly President Biden included, who had documents where they weren’t supposed to be. Get them back. Get these documents where they’re supposed to be, and then transparency matters. I heard Sen. Cruz say this, and we need to know what’s in those documents, what the seriousness of them is, what potential breaches there are. And then finally, these senior leaders need to own this. We need to find out if the Chinese Communist Party actually may have had access at the University of Pennsylvania, where President Biden clearly had documents that would have been a pretty open space. And Maria, you and I have talked about this for years, the Chinese Communist Party’s inside every major American university today with research dollars and with their students. They’re at the University of Pennsylvania, too. And we now know that this Chinese money, these Chinese officials met classified documents in that space. They were in the same place. We need to know if there’s any risk they might have gotten a hold of them.

Suspect in Stabbing of Indiana University Student Has History of ‘Severe Mental Illness’: Attorney

Billie Davis, who is white, said she was motivated by race when she stabbed the student, who is of Asian descent: documents

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The woman accused of stabbing an Indiana University student “has a long history of severe mental illness” and was “seeking help managing her condition up to and including the day of the alleged attack,” according to her defense attorney, CNN reported.

Billie Davis, who is white, allegedly said she was motivated by race when she repeatedly stabbed the student, who is of Asian descent, on a city bus in Bloomington on January 11th, according to court documents and a student group.

Davis and the victim had been riding separately on the bus, and when the victim tried to exit, Davis got up from her nearby seat and allegedly stabbed the victim in the head with a folding knife, leaving puncture wounds, a probable cause affidavit says.

In a statement emailed to CNN, Kyle Dugger said people close to the suspect describe no racist attitudes or history.

Washington Residents Protest Release of Sex Offenders From ‘Pedophile Island’

Residents of Tenino, Washington are going to war against Governor Inslee after he decided to release the nation’s most violent sexual predators from McNeil island and place them into private homes in their community.

These sex offenders are the worst of the worst and the courts say meet the legal definition of a “sexually violent predator,” meaning they have a mental abnormality or personality disorder that makes them likely to engage in repeat sexual violence. They are bound to re-offend, which is why they have been locked up in McNeil Island, otherwise known as pedophile Island, in a Special Commitment Center as more than 60% of them have committed violent sex crimes against children.

Now, Inslee and Washington state democrats think it’s a good idea to remove them from the island and disperse them throughout the state in private homes, similar to assisted living facilities, with minimal supervision.

BC Mayors Want Vaccine Mandate for Healthcare Workers to End Amid ‘Severe Staffing Shortages’

But some rural mayors are pleading with the province to end the mandate to bolster staffing levels amid critical shortages that have sometimes closed their emergency rooms.

Grieving Father Addresses Son’s Myocarditis Death After Vaccine

We have been told through media, politics and medical narratives that COVID-19 vaccines were not only effective but safe, is that really the case?

We hear more and more about sudden death, heart disease, paralysis, stroke, new, rare diseases, and so on. But even today, the reasons for these health problems, we are told, are unclear.

But no one dares to speculate on the possibility that there might be another more obvious reason. Every drug carries a risk since, and that risk is different for each person. That’s why medical treatment must always be an individual’s choice. But that fact was never considered when the government was forcing COVID-19 vaccine mandates on everyone. Many people were coerced into a vaccine because they were promised that it was safe, and it would help their lives return to normal.

Ernest Borrado Ramirez says that he tried to do the “right thing” by having his 16-year-old son, Ernesto, take the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine. He was told the vaccine was 100% safe, and heart or blood clot complications are very rare and linked to the Johnson & Johnson version.

Sadly, five days after the first dose, young Ernesto fainted and passed away. A perfectly healthy young man who tragically lost his life.

Survival and Sensibility in Israel

by Daniel Greenfield

After weeks of hysterical liberal tantrums against the new conservative Israeli government, Muslim terrorists struck killing Israeli Jews of all ages: seven of them near a synagogue.

And after a moment of silence for the dead, who include a 14-year-old boy, the demands that Israel make deals with the terrorists, the claims that the government is “extremist” for trying to stop the terrorism, for trying to reform a judiciary that is biased toward the terrorists, will resume.

Along with the protests and official boycotts.

The part of the Torah that the 7 dead Jews in Jerusalem never had a chance to hear was Parshat Bo which describes the final plagues on Egypt.

Pharaoh began the enslavement and genocide of the Jews by enlisting Jewish collaborators. There are Jewish taskmasters to manage the Jewish slaves and even the midwives are enlisted to kill newborn children. When Moshe rises up and kills an Egyptian who is beating a Jewish slave, it is the slave himself who tells on him. Egypt has succeeded in getting the Jews to oppress themselves, to inject slavery into their souls and it will take some of the greatest miracles the world has ever seen to change that.

Yet this time Pharaoh is wrong. The midwives do not collaborate with him. They do not kill Jewish children, instead, “VaTehayena Et HaYeladim.” They let the children live.

The failure to collaborate with the murderers of your people should not be a big deal, yet it is, whether in ancient Egypt or in contemporary America, from J Street conferences to If Not Now protests, to elements of the so-called pro-Israel community who had been clutching their pearls over the new Israeli government some of whose members have committed the sin of actually calling for the death of terrorists.

“VaTehayena Et HaYeladim.” Let the children live. Put their survival ahead of your sensibilities…

Dr Astrid Stuckelberger was almost prevented
handily at a recent anti-vaccination medical congress with over 1000 attendees in Stockholm from speaking about Covid-19, vaccination
    … and Grafin.

Astrid Stuckelberger has a PhD in public health and has studied the determinants and mechanisms of subjective and objective health assessment in a large cohort of the Geneva population. She continued her scientific career for 20 years at the University Hospital of Geneva and at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva where she obtained in 2014 the higher degree of Doctor of Medicine on Population Longevity from Individual to Policy (document of 350 pages – a handbook for students and the general public is in preparation). She has also been a full professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and a lecturer at the University of Lausanne since 2010. It should be noted that since the end of 2020, in the context of the COVID-19 crisis, Astrid’s lectures and positions have been suddenly cancelled by the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne after she spoke in public channels and media inviting her to give her expertise and scientific analysis of the COVID-19 crisis.

Astrid was awarded the title of Honorary Professor at the Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences in 2014 and is regularly invited to teach at various universities. She is the Chair of the Geneva International Network on Ageing, funded by WHO in 1996 to provide scientific information, events and advocacy at the UN. She has been invited to represent two academic NGOs at the UN in Geneva since 2001 (IAGG and SPSSI), which has led her to advocate for evidence-based international policy, ethics and human rights, and to learn how the UN and bilateral agencies operate through consultancies over the years.

From an international perspective, Astrid expanded her knowledge and expertise very early on at the UN in Geneva as an invited expert, consultant and activist. Today, she is an internationally recognised expert and is called in on many issues, particularly on evidence-based informed policy, health innovation and ethical assessment, pandemic and public health emergency management, longevity and well-being. The values-based competence of her scientific approach includes a fine multi-sectoral approach to ethics, human rights and regulatory aspects from a global perspective. One of her key achievements was being selected by the Swiss Federal Department of Innovation and Education and the Swiss Medical Academy to conduct the first in-depth international review on longevity, anti-aging and regenerative medicine, which resulted in a series of news articles and publications, including a book in English and French that is currently being updated and translated into various languages.

Over the years, she has naturally become part of the international expert group and has been asked to conduct studies and evaluations at various levels: the United Nations, the European Commission, governments and the private sector.

As an author, she has published 12 books, contributed to several WHO books (Mental Health Policy, International Research Ethics Training, INNOV8, etc.) and more than 180 scientific articles, policy papers, government reports, EU and UN reports. She received an international award from the UN Secretary General for her work and from Swiss organisations, she was nominated among the 100 personalities in Switzerland. She is regularly invited by the media for interviews, for TEDx or as a keynote speaker at different types of events.

A series of publications and articles can be downloaded free of charge from this website. More will be published in the coming months as the situation develops.

A full curriculum vitae is available on request. Due to the many controversial aspects of the current times, several important “letters of recommendation” and evidence of my credentials have been posted openly, e.g. from international organisations (WHO, ILO, UN, World Bank), the European Commission and various governmental bodies.
