A free speech lawsuit against the University of Alabama in Huntsville by its Young Americans for Liberty chapter over a policy that required permission to speak on campus will proceed after the state’s highest court reversed a lower-court ruling.
The lawsuit challenged a UAH policy that “limits most student speech to small ‘speech zones’ and requires students to obtain a permit three business days in advance to speak on campus,” according to Alliance Defending Freedom, the legal nonprofit that represents the YAL club.

Elon Musk Slams New York Times for Its Silence on Twitter Censorship Report
Elon Musk blasted the New York Times Saturday for its refusal to cover the ongoing firestorm over political censorship at Twitter — damning the newspaper as a “lobbying firm for far-left politicians.”
The slam came in response to a tweet from conservative radio host Clay Travis, who had posted that “not one single article about @elonmusk or the @twitter email release” that dropped Friday had appeared in the Gray Lady’s pages or on its website.
“That is because The New York Times has become, for all intents and purposes, an unregistered lobbying firm for far-left politicians,” Musk responded.

Elon Musk Reveals Plan to Increase User Participation, Twitter Will Show View Counts for Each Tweet
Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk is optimistic about the platform’s future as a medium for free speech and announced his plans to encourage user participation on Twitter.
Moving forward, Twitter will show a view count for every tweet, just as it does on videos.

FBI Agent Found Not Guilty in 2020 Shooting Aboard Metro Train
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (WJLA) — An FBI agent has been acquitted of attempted second-degree murder in a 2020 non-fatal shooting on board a Metro train in Maryland.
“We were doing some, some tearing up as well because this was a very special client who never, ever, ever should have been put in this position,” attorney Robert Bonsib said.
A Maryland jury found Bonsib’s client, FBI agent Eduardo Valdivia, not guilty in the shooting of a man aboard a Metro train.
The confrontation was caught on camera,
“It was 100% self-defense. He was trying to save his life,” Bonsib said.
According to authorities, Valdivia was heading to work aboard a Metro Red Line train in December 2020 when a panhandler, identified as Steven Slaughter, confronted him and threatened to hurt him if he did not hand over money.
While there’s no audio on the surveillance footage, authorities said the two exchanged words.
Authorities said Valdivia then shot Slaughter twice, who did survive his injuries.

House Republicans Promise to Investigate Exec Vijaya Gadde’s Role in Twitter Censorship
Twitter’s chief censor Vijaya Gadde will come under scrutiny from the Judiciary Committee when Republicans take control of the House in January, The Post has learned.

Hunter Biden’s Former Law Firm Received $10m in Forgiven COVID Loans While Donating $1m to Dems
Hunter Biden’s past employer, law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, received $10 million in forgiven pandemic loans from the federal government — while donating nearly $1 million to Democratic candidates, an independent investigation has found.
Of 300 top law firms investigated by transparency nonprofit Open the Books, Boies took the single-biggest loan, $10.14 million, from the Paycheck Protection Program, established by the Trump administration in 2020 to help mom-and-pop businesses survive the pandemic. The loan was forgiven in 2021.
Meanwhile, the firm — headed by longtime Joe Biden donor David Boies — billed $480 million to clients in 2020 and 2021, and equity partners each earned $4.5 million.
Boies partners and employees donated nearly $1 million in federal campaign cash during the 2020 and 2022 election cycles, including $213,966 to Biden’s presidential campaign.

Investigation Underway After Boy Gets Hold of Gun, Shoots at 5-Year-Old in NE Houston, Police Say
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A 5-year-old boy is in critical condition after police say he was shot by a child who got a hold of a gun in northeast Houston Saturday afternoon.
Houston Police Department officers said they responded to a shooting call at 4905 Denmark Street near Lockwood Drive at about 12:30 p.m.
According to police, an 8-year-old boy got access to the firearm and shot the 5-year-old.
The 5-year-old was reportedly taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound by his father but was later transported by LifeFlight to Memorial Hermann in critical condition.
Police said the 8-year-old appeared to have a cut on his head and was also taken to the hospital in stable condition, although it’s unclear how he may have received that injury.

LA County Experiences 1,200% Increase in Fentanyl Overdose Deaths Over 5-Year Period
Between 2016 and 2016, Los Angeles County experienced a 1,280% spike in overdose deaths from fentanyl, according to a recent report from the county Department of Public Health.
In a joint statement, the LA County District Attorney’s Office (which regularly refuses to charge drug dealers) and the health department announced the creation of a working group to address the situation “through prevention, education and enforcement.”

Riot Police Deployed to Quell Protest Against Conservative Event at UNM
It took riot police to quell progressives’ protest against a speech by Charlie Kirk, founder of the conservative Turning Point USA group, at the University of New Mexico on Wednesday night.
The protest got so heated campus police “enlisted the help of New Mexico State Police in riot gear to detain three people, including one UNM student,” KOB Channel 4 reported.

US Air Marshals Prepared to ‘Mutiny’ Against Biden Plan to Leave 99% Flights Unguarded
Dozens of U.S. Air Marshals are prepared to defy the Biden administration’s latest border security plan, which entails leaving about 99 percent of commercial flights unprotected to instead back up overwhelmed U.S. Border Patrol agents. A career air marshal said plans to defy the Biden administration’s orders are approaching a “mutiny” by federal agents.
The Washington Examiner reported that in mid-2021 the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) asked for volunteers from its Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) office to leave their regular duties guarding flights and instead provide backup for the U.S. Border Patrol. Reuters reported that in October, fewer than 150 air marshals volunteered for a border rotation and that the DHS shifted from requesting volunteers to assigning them to the border.
The plan to pull air marshals over to the southern border comes as the U.S. has seen record-breaking numbers of illegal border crossings under the Biden administration.
Now, as air marshals are being ordered to the border, dozens of rank and file members have indicated they will refuse the assignments. An association of air marshals known as the Air Marshal National Council recently sent a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and FAMS Director Tirrell Stevenson, warning that air marshals will refuse orders to go to the border.
“The rank and file air marshals are going to refuse to deploy and risk termination,” David Londo, a 16-year DHS employee and president of the Air Marshal National Council, told the Washington Examiner on Tuesday. “You’re almost going to have a mutiny of a federal agency, which is unheard of.”
The letter from the Air Marshal National Council, which they provided to the Washington Examiner, referenced two separate security incidents onboard commercial airline flights just in November.

Uvalde Massacre Victims Launch $27B Class Action Suit Against Police, School
Victims of the Uvalde school shooting have filed a multi-billion dollar class action lawsuit against police, along with city and school officials, for the massacre that left 19 children and two teachers dead.
The suit, filed in federal court in Austin Tuesday, claims that officials, including law enforcement, failed to protect children and teachers from an armed attacker inside a fourth-grade classroom during the May 24 shooting spree. The lawsuit is seeking $27 billion for survivors, who continue to suffer “emotional or psychological damages as a result of the defendants’ conduct and omissions on that date.”

A disabled veteran in Canada has slammed her government for offering to euthanize her when she grew frustrated at delays in having a wheelchair lift installed in her home.
Retired Army Corporal Christine Gauthier, a former Paralympian, testified in Parliament on Thursday that a Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) caseworker made the assisted suicide offer.
After years of frustrating delays in getting the home lift, Gauthier says the caseworker told her: ‘Madam, if you are really so desperate, we can give you medical assistance in dying now.’

Saskatchewan Judge Upholds $14,000 Fine Against Diner for Not Complying With COVID-19 Restrictions

Europe Shows a Clear Link Between Immigration and Crime

Violent crime is becoming common in Sweden, shocking residents of the famously placid Scandinavian nation, where horrific acts of violence have become “all too familiar,” according to Common Sense Media, part of a Swedish nonprofit organization.
Since 2018, Swedish authorities have recorded an estimated 500 bombings, while what they describe as gang shootings have become increasingly common. The country reported a record 124 homicides in 2020 and many residents were shocked in April when violent riots injured more than 100 police officers.
But Sweden’s crime spike is not an anomaly in Europe, as homicides have risen during the last decade across the European Union, from Hungary and Germany to Denmark and Finland. An analysis of EU and United Nations crime data by RealClearInvestigations shows that, as in Sweden, the broader crime wave is strongly correlated with immigration.

Rats do not seem to be a problem for the Green Bordeaux municipality. In any case, ecologists believe that their presence is vital, even “necessary”. The Guardian Could Help Assange by Retracting All the Lies it Published About Him

The Guardian has joined The New York Times, Le Monde, Der Spiegel and El Pais in signing a letter from the five papers which collaborated with WikiLeaks twelve years ago in the publication of the Chelsea Manning leaks to call for the Biden administration to drop all charges against Julian Assange. This sudden jolt of mainstream support comes as news breaks that Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been personally pushing the US government to bring the Assange case to a close.
The Guardian’s participation in this letter is particularly noteworthy, given the leading role that publication has played in manufacturing public support for his persecution in the first place.
If The Guardian really wants to help end the persecution of the heroic WikiLeaks founder, the best way to do that would be to retract those many smears, spin jobs and outright lies, and to formally apologize for publishing them.

UK: Man Jailed After Actions That Could Have Caused ‘Violent Explosion’
A MAN has been jailed for attempted arson after police found him releasing toxic gas into a living room, while a trail of gas canisters and potentially explosive ‘sinister’ objects were scattered throughout the home.
The court heard of how Mark Warburton had sent his girlfriend at the time a ‘goodbye text’ that morning, alerting police officers to a apartment on Alder Lane in Orford.
Warburton, now of Cedar Grove in Wigan, appeared before Liverpool Crown Court on Monday via a video link from prison, after pleading guilty to attempted arson with intent to endanger life.
Prosecuting, Nick Cockrell said the incident occurred on May 23 this year.
He said that police were called to the property three times that day, with the first visit due to reports of concern for Warburton after his partner had received the worrying text, and the second visit relating to reports that the accused had been making his own bombs.
Upon the final visit to the flat, situated on the third floor of the apartment block, police entered to witness the disturbing scene of Warburton, 38, lay on the sofa releasing the contents of a butane gas canister into the room.
A lighter was situated on the floor next to a camping stove and within reaching distance of the defendant, and the room was described as ‘hazy’ due to the levels of gas that had already been released.
The court also heard that when entering the kitchen, officers found a microwave with the door open, packed with four butane gas canisters and drill bits and a timer set to 35 minutes.
Several more canisters were found in a blue box and dotted around the premises, along with a dismantled toaster and other potentially dangerous objects.
Mr Cockrell further explained that a fire brigade officer said that if the defendant had ignited his lighter, there could have been a ‘quick and violent explosion’.

UK: Watch: Waitresses at Salt BAE’s Restaurant Physically Remove Animal Rebellion Protestors
Activists have targeted the Knightsbridge steak restaurant owned by Salt Bae.
The Animal Rebellion group, an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion, said eight people entered the Nusr-Et steakhouse in the upmarket central London district at about 6pm and sat at tables which were already reserved.
Salt Bae, whose real name is Nusret Gokce and who shared a picture of himself at the World Cup on Friday, became a viral internet hit for his technique of sprinkling salt on to his dishes.
The protest group said in a press release it is calling for “a plant-based food system and mass rewilding”.

Snowden Receives Russian Passport After Taking Citizenship Pledge
Edward Snowden, the former NSA contractor who exposed the U.S. government’s unconstitutional mass surveillance programs, received a Russian passport on Thursday after taking the country’s citizenship oath.
“Edward received a Russian passport yesterday and took the oath in accordance with the law,” his lawyer Anatoly Kucherena said, according to Russian media. “He is, of course, happy, thanking the Russian Federation for the fact that he received citizenship.”
That citizenship comes with an enormously valuable feature: “Under the Constitution of Russia, he can no longer be extradited to a foreign state,” said Kucherena.

Scientist Who Worked at Wuhan Lab Says COVID Was Man-Made Virus
A scientist who worked at a controversial research lab in China has claimed that COVID was a man-made virus that leaked from the facility, according to a report.
Andrew Huff, who worked for a New York-based non-profit that studied viruses, said COVID leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China two-plus years ago and blamed authorities for the “biggest US intelligence failure since 9/11,” Britain’s The Sun reported Saturday.
The lab has been at the center of fierce debates about the origins of COVID, with both Chinese government officials and lab personnel denying that the virus leaked from the facility.
Huff, an epidemiologist, said in his new book, “The Truth About Wuhan,” that the pandemic was the result of the US government’s funding of coronaviruses in China.

NZ Government Seeks Guardianship of Baby After Parents Refuse Vaxxed Blood Transfusion

Drug traffickers in the no-go zone suburbs of Paris are allegedly offering illegals 200 euros per day to violently attack local police who try and interfere with their drug-selling operations.

It Can be Done: Cyprus Leads Europe in Deporting 70 Per Cent of Arriving Illegals in 2022
So far this year, Cyprus has deported around 70 per cent of all arriving illegals — showing countries like Britain that large-scale returns are not impossible after all.
Cyprus’ Interior Minister Nicos Nouris announced the figures this week, noting an increase from last year, in which the country deported just 17 per cent of the illegals who had come to Cyprus.

Almost a fifth of lone Albanian child migrants have gone missing, a council has revealed.
Kent County Council took in 197 unaccompanied child migrants from Albania between January 1 and October 31 of this year and, of those, 39 are missing.

The influx of young migrant men along the Skegness seafront has alarmed many local residents who believe these ‘migrant hotels’ will damage the tourist industry and could put the safety of the towns inhabitants at risk.
The UK government are struggling to find suitable accommodation for the record-breaking numbers of migrants crossing the English Channel. Christmas-Themed ‘All-Ages’ Drag Show Features Satanist Flag, Queens Gyrating for Kids
An explicit Texas drag show marketed towards kids included adult males in wigs, thongs dancing in a sexual manner, who behaved inappropriately with a child who’s parents weren’t present. The venue, which advertises itself as “all-ages,” features an LGBTQ+ Satanist pride flag on display and regularly hosts other like events, according to a report from independent journalist Tayler Hansen.
The event, “The Island of Misfit Toys Drive & Drag Show,” took place at The Starlighter in San Antonio, on Friday. The flier for the event advertised a screening of the children’s Christmas movie “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” alongside performances from some drag queens with X-rated stage names, like “Miss Taint.”

and two of those children have arrived in the town of Krefeld.. and been arrested after a cold blooded hit execution style in the city center. It was not about toys but drugs. Who would have guessed. I really wish the Germans won the wars, for nobody would have this self hatred for their own and actually stand up and defend it against outsiders and accomplishments.
