Dave Chappelle’s Attacker Sentenced to Nine Months in Prison

On Wednesday, Isaiah Lee, 24, was sentenced for his attack on Dave Chappelle during the comedian’s performance at the Hollywood Bowl. After pleading “no contest” to two misdemeanor counts, Lee was sentenced to 270 days in Los Angeles County jail.

The incident occurred on May 3, when Lee charged onto the stage, evading security and tackling Chappelle before attempting to escape. Chappelle’s friends were able to take the attacker down, breaking his arm in the process.

At an after-party, Chappelle joked that fellow comedian Jon Stewart had been a part of the group attacking the suspect. “I felt good my friends broke his arm. I felt good, how bad does a n***** have to be that Jon Stewart would stomp him!” he said.

As reported by the Rebel, Chappelle remarked that he was attacked by a “trans man.”

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office filed four misdemeanor charges against Lee, despite Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon’s refusal to charge him with a felony.

‘Everything Hurts in Your Lungs’: Arctic Blast to Impact Millions of Americans Into Next Week

A coast-to-coast storm that brought strong tornadoes to the South and blizzard conditions to the northern Plains this week will be followed by a bitter blast of cold air that will plunge temperatures below zero in some spots of the nation through the weekend and into next week.

“A big ridge of high pressure is dropping in behind our coast-to-coast storm that’s really ruled the forecast for this entire week,” FOX Weather meteorologist Britta Merwin said. “That ridge of high pressure is going to allow some very cold, polar air to work its way into the country.”

Merwin said this temperature plunge would be very impactful because temperatures will be well below freezing, and the wind will bring a dangerous wind chill to many areas.

Father of Highland Park Parade Shooting Suspect Charged With Reckless Conduct

Robert E. Crimo Jr. turned himself in Friday and was released on $50,000 cash bond Saturday . Prosecutors said he helped his son buy the weapon used in the deadly July Fourth shooting.

The father of the Highland Park, Illinois, parade shooting suspect has been charged in connection with helping his son obtain a firearm and ammunition, officials announced Friday.

Robert E. Crimo Jr. was charged with seven counts of reckless conduct, one for each person killed in the July Fourth parade attack, Lake County State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart said.

Prosecutors said Crimo Jr. helped his son, Robert E. Crimo III, purchase the AR-15-style weapon used in the shooting by sponsoring his son’s Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) application.

The shooting suspect was 21 at the time of the attack but 19 when he bought the semiautomatic rifle and ammunition, they said. Authorities have said he sponsored the application despite previous threats by his son to harm himself and loved ones.

Under state law, gun purchasers 18 to 20 generally must have a parent endorse the buy, prosecutors said.

BC Appeals Court Upholds Prior COVID Restrictions on Churches

“The appeal is dismissed as moot as the prohibition on outdoor protests is no longer in effect and the violation tickets issued to him have been stayed,” wrote Fitch.

“The ban on in-person gatherings for religious worship fell within a range of reasonable outcomes and proportionately balanced the appellants’ freedoms with the attainment of critically important public health objectives.”

Ontario Reaps What Premier Ford Has Sown as ‘Tri-Demic’ Affects Children

Trusting the experts has left Canadian children and their parents taking the fall for what is being coined “immunity debt.”

Doctor Kieran Moore admitted in an interview that “we have more susceptible children that have not been exposed previously and that is causing this rise.” Moore has been at the helm of Ontario’s COVID-19 response since his appointment as Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) in June 2021.

These comments come as the province of Ontario continues to face a ‘tri-demic’ of viral infections that are affecting young, vulnerable children.

This is no anomaly. It appears that other countries that imposed extreme, knee-jerk COVID-19 control measures are experiencing the same, causing many doctors to be equally as concerned about reinstituting the very measures that caused the surge of viral infections.

The War on Christmas Continues. Namely, Just Try Finding a Christmas Tree on Public Display That is Actually Referred to as A… ‘Christmas Tree’

Now, call us old-fashioned if you must, but we always thought that an evergreen tree in the month of December adorned with ornaments and lights is typically referred to, as, you know… a Christmas tree.

But no. Apparently Christmas is the new C-word these days. It began when the increasingly woke mob began “rebranding” Christmas tree as “holiday tree.” But in real life, who calls it that?

Meanwhile, the folks at Cadillac Fairview, who own the Toronto Eaton Centre, sometimes refer to a Christmas tree as a “signature tree.”

Who’s signature? Kris Kringle’s?

But it’s a moot point this year, given that the mall isn’t displaying a Christmas/holiday/signature/evergreen tree this year, for reasons that remain mysterious.

Winnipeg SJWs Force a Roll-Back in Security Protocols, And Now a Man is Dead

In 2019 the Millennium Library introduced enhanced screening measures, including bag checks and metal detectors. These measures resulted in 9-1-1 calls dropping immediately.

Two years later, on December 11 in the afternoon, the Winnipeg police responded to a stabbing at this same library.

The man was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) said in its annual report on Friday that global coal use surpassed 8 billion tonnes in a single year for the first time on record after increasing by 1.2 per cent in 2022.

Jaw-Dropping Excess Mortality Figures From Germany

For months, German MP Martin Sichert (AfD) tried to get hold of data from the German doctors’ organisation KBV on sudden and unexpected deaths. Via a diversion, he finally managed to get his hands on the data.

What emerged? In Germany, the number of “sudden and unexpected deaths” literally exploded from January 2021. Since 2016, the average was just under 20 per day, but since the beginning of 2021, around 100 people died every day “suddenly and unexpectedly”.

Sichert sees a link to the mRNA injections. He repeatedly asked for the data, but his requests were invariably denied. Finally, he got the data via a information request. By submitting such a request to government, citizens can ask for more insights into government actions, or into how the government takes a decision.

The MP shared the data with data expert Tom Lausen, who mapped it. “I was shocked. I was really shocked,” Sichert said in conversation with journalist Alexander Wallasch. “I didn’t expect to see such striking increases. That really shocked me.”

UK: Environmental Activists Removed From Heston Blumenthal Restaurant

Environmental activists have been removed from Heston Blumenthal’s Knightsbridge restaurant.

Animal Rebellion protester Ben Thomas, 20, said diners at the upmarket Dinner, near Hyde Park, “rolled their eyes” and “threatened us” as a group of eight sat down at tables on Saturday night.

Some demonstrators from the group, which is an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion, were physically removed from the building while others were carried out by staff to heckles of “grow up” by one passer-by.

Journalist is Arrested Under Turkey’s New Anti-Misinformation Law

A court in Turkey ordered the arrest of a journalist in the southeastern province of Bitlis for spreading “disinformation.” The journalist is the first person to be arrested for violating the newly passed misinformation law.

The law was passed two months ago. President Tayyip Erdogan’s party said that it would protect the public, but critics argue the government could abuse it to suppress dissent.

The journalist, Sinan Aygul, the chair of the Bitlis Journalist Association, was arrested this week for tweeting that a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a group of men, including soldiers and police officers. He later removed the story after the local governor declared the story was not true.

Taraneh Alidoosti, Iranian Star of Oscar-Winning the Salesman, Arrested for Pro-Protester Post

Iran state media says other celebrities detained for ‘publishing provocative content’

Iranian authorities arrested one of the country’s most famous actresses on charges of spreading falsehoods about nationwide protests that grip the country, state media said Saturday.

The report by IRNA said Taraneh Alidoosti, star of the Oscar-winning movie The Salesman, was detained a week after she made a post on Instagram expressing solidarity with the first man recently executed for crimes allegedly committed during the nationwide protests.

IRNA also said several other Iranian celebrities had “been summoned by the judiciary body over publishing provocative content.” It did not say how many or provide further details.

According to the report published on the state media’s official Telegram channel, Alidoosti was arrested because she did not provide “any documents in line with her claims.”

In her post, the 38-year-old actress said: “His name was Mohsen Shekari. Every international organization who is watching this bloodshed and not taking action, is a disgrace to humanity.”

Antifa Attacked and Robbed Our Reporter Katie Daviscourt — Help Us Fight Back!

Our reporter Katie Daviscourt was attacked by Antifa this weekend.

Katie was reporting on a “drag queen story hour,” where a transgender activist reads stories to children in a local pub. (That’s Seattle these days.)

Some protesters were there, opposed to what they called an inappropriate sexualization of children. But more than 100 Antifa thugs were there too — acting as a kind of “security” force for the drag queen.

When they saw Katie, they swarmed her and assaulted her, and stole her cell phone (which she was using as her camera).

Stonewall is a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender charity in the United Kingdom and is the largest LGBT rights organization in Europe.

One section of the catalog contains five works on trans inclusion.

“10,000 Dresses” by Ewert, an American writer, is about parents who have a young boy named Bailey, but the toddler “insists” he is a girl.

‘Woke’ Reporter Humiliated by Own Past Tweets After Issuing Threat to Elon Musk

A “woke” reporter ended up getting humiliated by his own past tweets after his threats against Elon Musk on Twitter immediately backfired.

The Left has been outraged after Musk suspended several leftist journalists on Thursday.

Twitter updated its policies earlier this week to ban “doxxing” — the posting of a person’s personal information, such as their address or location, against their wishes.

Several left-wing journalists were then suspended for using a private jet tracker to tell Twitter users where Musk was in real time.

However, Musk has long argued that publishing his real-time location puts him and his family in danger, especially due to the increased threats he’s received since taking over Twitter.

  1. The War on Christmas Continues.

I remember that the Soviets calmly resolved this issue. They left the Christmas tree, but made the holiday secular and New Year’s. They shook off the dust from the heroes of pagan Slavic mythology and made them the main characters of the holiday. It was a lot of fun. Personally, I really liked it as a child.

Still, there are differences. If you now take a walk through the Muslim segment of the social. networks, you can see the growing pre-New Year’s psychosis associated with the “infidel holiday”.

It is interesting that these new year trees (not Christmas) are put up in all settlements and in Muslim regions – within the framework of a single state space. There is so much information stink around them. But unlike France and Italy, no one touches them – they are afraid.

  2. The “study” about climate change and violent crime is published in JAMA Network Open, which appears to be an online operation linked to the Journal of the American Medical Association (i.e., JAMA). The Mission Statement of JAMA Open Network states:

“The mission of JAMA Network Open is to improve health, health care, and health equity worldwide through open access dissemination of high quality, innovative, general medical research and commentary by and for a broad range of clinicians, researchers, policy makers, and public health and health care leaders.”

Once you see the words “health equity,” you know that science takes a back seat to political ideology. Not that this should be any surprise whatsoever. Today’s medical publishing is ruled by political commissars. The reason is that the federal grantmaking process for academic medicine is also ruled by political commissars.

“And in Sweden they don’t know why”
Especially in Sweden, there is a taboo reason: When now just over 30 percent of the population is imported from decidedly low-IQ countries – of which someone’s average IQ is below our sinking stage, it must necessarily leave its mark on schools, universities and national measurements. But it’s taboo to the point of criminality, where a Rasmus Paludan could be convicted of racism for simply quoting the scientifically measured IQ of South Africans. It’s 68.87 and that’s incredibly low. It’s hard to get a Danish high school teacher to say that some in his class are too stupid to go there. You will hear the most imaginative excuses, and perhaps that is how the latest educational fads arise among schoolteachers.

The fact that each generation gets higher and higher IQs is known as the Flynn effect after New Zealand professor James Flynn. I had the privilege of having a long conversation with Flynn. Denne berättade att han gezien ett oro worryande mönster sedan fin 90-talet: i Skandinavien har ökningen mattats av och IQ sjunker för varje år som går. Not dramatically, the decline is 0.2 points per year, but over a generation Flynn estimates that average IQ drops by 6-7 points in the Scandinavian countries. This is far from an insignificant decrease. Perhaps, he speculates, the rest of the world will follow suit.

Flynn doesn’t know what is behind the declining curve, but says one possible reason is that schools are not as demanding and don’t prioritise reading in the same way as they did 20-30 years ago. Another contributing factor could be that we are moving less and less. Physical activity has brain-boosting effects that we are losing as we spend more and more time on the sofa. Another possible reason is that we find it hard to cope with all the information flooding in from our screens and computers. Some researchers have warned that the digital information overload is impairing our ability to stay focused for more than a short time – a skill called “sustained attention” – which is important when solving difficult tasks such as IQ tests.

But does IQ really matter? I think it does. Among other things, IQ seems to be at least partially linked to life outcomes in terms of socioeconomic status. We would therefore do well to take the downward trend seriously. So what should be done to reverse it? There is hardly a quick fix, but that schools play an important role is not a wild guess. I’m not an educator and I respect how difficult it is to change education systems, but focusing more on reading, less on mobile phones and introducing some form of daily physical activity I think is a good start. Anders Hansen: We are getting dumber.

    Re
lateret: Helmuth Nyborg: Professor: Sweden is getting dumber, Julia Caesar: Söndagskrönika: Betydelsen av IQ. og Forskning och Framsteg: Intelligensen sjunker i Skandinavien.

In today’s Berlingske you can read: Swedish commentator warns against multi-ethnic division: Sweden is heading for a “catastrophic social situation”. Of course you have known this for twenty years, dear reader – ever since it was almost a crime to say so.

Sweden has a problem. Because the so-called “majority Swedes” are on their way to becoming a minority.

his is the claim made by the Swedish commentator Hanif Bali with regard to demographic developments in Sweden. In Malmö, 32% of primary school pupils have two Swedish-born parents, while the figures for Gothenburg and Stockholm are 46 and 50 respectively. In the newspaper Expressen, Bali raises his voice.

“If we continue on the present course, Sweden will not be the melting pot that was promised, it will be a divided, multi-ethnic society where a large part of the population has been deprived of both language and culture, cheated and dumped in ghetto-filled districts with a disastrous social situation.”

And there is, unfortunately, nothing to be done about it, except to punish the criminal politicians who have done it.

  4. Climate Change is the universal excuse. Along with COVID-19 Wuhan.

All sorts of shortcomings, due to unhinged policies and corrupt proceedings, can be dismissed with these excuses.

However, reality gets the last vote.

    https://www.snaphanen.dk/2022/12/17/kan-vi-ikke-snart-slippe-af-med-friheden/#more-198992

    By Lars Hedegaard

Maybe I’m wrong, but I have a clear experience that the more important I think a post is, the fewer reactions it gets.

If I write about the catastrophic lack of public toilets in Hjørring (about which I know nothing) there would probably be a tidal wave of excited likes and comments, but if I write about the rapid decline of the US – and thus the West – into pure totalitarianism, the interest is limited. As the recent outbursts on Twitter show, democracy and freedom are hanging by a thread. Big Brother is no longer just a literary figure invented by George Orwell, but a living reality – even if it doesn’t seem to worry many.

But maybe that’s because it’s happening in America and it’s a long way off. Here in Europe, we can only imagine that the authorities and the media wish us well.
It therefore raises a yawn at most when a European Commission spokesman threatens action against Twitter or Elon Musk personally after he temporarily blocked a number of journalists who broke Twitter’s rule not to reveal where Musk’s private jets are in the air. He considers this a threat to his safety, and who can blame him?

I also wouldn’t like it if someone announced that I’m currently on a plane headed to Cologne or in a taxi headed to Fredericia – or wherever that may be. I know from experience that many people would like to kill me, and I assume Elon Musk has the same expectations.

The EU would also prefer Musk to disappear, so it makes sense that big brother in Brussels is now threatening him. You didn’t hear a peep from the EU when Twitter blocked hundreds of conservatives for their views, because they don’t like them.

We can expect protests from the Danish government and the Danish media, because they also want to get rid of Musk and are not so careful with the means.

Quit gangster racket – and moved home to Somalia

Published 17 December 2022 in Fria Tider

    CULTURAL NEWS.

Gangster rapper “Ille Freeway” had enough of gang violence in Sweden. He deleted his songs and moved back home to Somalia to work at his family’s restaurant.
    – I took my pick and pack and tagged along, he tells SVT’s “Uppdrag granskning”.

    – Twelve-year-olds have come up to me and rapped lyrics when I talk about guzzling, drugs, crime. They recite my lyrics as if it were something religious. When I saw that, I thought: No, this is not possible, brother, says Ille Freeway to SVT.

Ille Freeway, whose real name is Ilias Elmi, was one of those who started the new wave of so-called Swedish gangster rap.

He has since been appalled by the development of Swedish society, where murder, guns and drugs have become normalised among younger people. He has seen the violence first hand and lost friends.

    – That’s what’s in 2022. That you’re a killer, a shooter, says Ille Freeway.

In February this year, he had enough and deleted all his songs from streaming services.

    – I had enough. I didn’t want anything to do with it anymore,” says the ex-rapper.

    – Friends dying, people getting shot left and right. The environment was depressing for me.

Now Ille Freeway has moved back home to Somalia, where he is building a new life and working in the family restaurant.

By all accounts, he’s enjoying himself there.

    – It’s a good difference to life. From the gangster racket in Sweden out in the million-dollar projects to being a business owner. It’s a big change, says Ille Freeway to SVT.

Another popular Somali gangster rapper, rumoured Dree Low, also chose at the beginning of the year to drop out and delete his music catalogue.

Father convicted of photographing his daughter

Published 16 December 2022 in Fria Tider

The Supreme Court now convicts a father of photographing his daughter, whom he has not been allowed to see for eight after a custody dispute.

The father parked his car outside the house where his daughter lived and took a photograph of her while she was inside at a window.

The daughter was ten at the time, and he had not been allowed to have contact with her since she was two.

The photograph was taken without the knowledge or consent of the daughter or her mother.

The issue before the Supreme Court was whether the father should be convicted of abusive photography or whether the photography was justified.

The offence of offensive photography means that it is punishable to unlawfully and secretly take photographs of someone who is, among other things, inside a dwelling. The photograph is not punishable if it is justified in view of the purpose and other circumstances.

According to the Supreme Court, it was “in itself understandable” that the father wanted a photograph of his daughter, but it was nevertheless not justifiable to photograph her in the home without having obtained her consent to the photograph or having been notified of it in advance.

The father was convicted of abusive photography. However, the Supreme Court reduced the daily fine.
