£Billions: UK Govt Announces Huge Energy Price Bailouts for Businesses This Winter

LONDON (AP) — Britain’s government said Wednesday it will cap wholesale energy bills for businesses this winter to ensure companies don’t go bust amid soaring energy prices.

Authorities said the government will pick up nearly half of all business energy bills for six months starting Oct. 1 to ensure companies “are able to get through this winter.”

Almost a Quarter of a Million Czechs Cannot Pay for Basic Life Necessities, Survey Shows

According to the analysis of the Neviditelni (Invisibles) project, over a million Czechs are part of low-income households. Previously, they often lived paycheck to paycheck, and their situation has worsened significantly due to rising inflation. However, in many cases, social benefits would help.

Research for the Neviditelni project showed that approximately 1,153,000 people in the Czech Republic live in households that can be described as low-income. A low-income household has an income below 60 percent of the median average income per person. So, if the median income for the 1st quarter of this year is CZK 31,923, the poverty line is CZK 19,153.80.

The joint income in a family usually covers basic daily needs but does not allow you to create a financial reserve and improve your life.

‘An Unbelievable Price Hammer’ — Germany’s Producer Prices Jump 45.8%, The Highest Increase Since 1949

Producer prices rose 45.8 percent in August compared to the same month last year, with the jump showing the sharpest increase since records started being kept in 1949.

The incredible level of prices that companies are now paying for materials, energy, and logistics is leaving many of them with a bitter choice: Either pass prices on to consumers who can ill afford it or risk ruining their own profit margins and potentially face bankruptcy.

The number of 45.8 percent contains within it the risk of a social and economic explosion in the coming months. While producers may be paying 45.8 percent more, consumers have not yet seen that kind of increase in inflation — yet. Producer prices are generally believed to rise first before those higher costs develop into general inflation.

Fed Again Hikes Interest Rates by 75 Basis Points in Aggressive Bid to Fight Inflation

The U.S. Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 0.75% for the third consecutive time as the central bank continues to try to tame multi-decade highs in inflation.

Three 75-basis-point rate hikes in a row is unprecedented since the Fed explicitly started targeting the federal funds rate to conduct monetary policy in the late 1980s.

The rate hike brings the central bank’s benchmark interest rate, the federal funds rate, to a new range of 3.0% to 3.25% — its highest level since 2008 — from a current range between 2.25% and 2.5%.

Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers Predicts There Will ‘Almost Certainly’ be a ‘Downturn in the Economy’

Larry Summers, who served as U.S. Treasury Secretary under President Bill Clinton and was a White House economic adviser to President Barack Obama, predicted Wednesday that the economy will experience a “downturn” in the coming months as the Federal Reserve raises interest rates to combat inflation.

When asked about the Labor Department’s most recent consumer price index (CPI) data that revealed persistent inflation during an interview on “Bloomberg: Wall Street Week,” Summers said that he was not surprised.

Swedish Emergency Preparedness Agency Warns Country Not Ready for Energy Crisis

The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) has warned that the country is not prepared for the looming energy crisis this winter, stating that businesses and vulnerable people are at major risk if electricity shortages and outages occur.

Following reports that the nuclear reactor Ringhals 4 will be offline until at least the end of January next year, the MSB has expressed concern that Sweden may not be able to supply enough energy over the course of the winter as the country will also have problems importing electricity when domestic production is not enough.

The Biden Administration is Serious About Considering a Digital Dollar

Last week’s US Treasury Department report suggests that the Biden administration is increasingly embracing the idea of moving forward with the Federal Reserve issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) — although the decision has not yet been made.

The report is a part of several documents compiled after Biden signed an executive order in March asking that department and other relevant agencies to come up with a regulatory plan for digital assets.

An Asteroid Killed the Dinosaurs. NASA’s Dart Mission Plans to Stop the Next One

The dinosaurs never had a chance. But as of next week, maybe we will.

A NASA spacecraft moving at 4 miles per second will slam into an asteroid Monday, Sept. 26, a little after 7 p.m. Eastern Time. The pre-planned interception will be the first attempt by humans to shove a space object off its course and demonstrate the ability to deflect an asteroid hurtling toward Earth.

The Double Asteroid Redirection Test, or the DART mission, led by the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, or APL, for NASA, will test planetary defense. A NASA press release calls the intercept “kinetic impact deflection,” but picture it this way: They’re going to shoot an asteroid the size of the Washington Monument with a bullet the size of a vending machine.

Dr. Terik Daly, a planetary scientist on the DART mission team at Johns Hopkins APL, talked to Coffee or Die Magazine about the purpose of the mission.

Brooklyn Liberals Create Woke Neighborhood Watch in Response to Homeless Man Killing Dog

A group of Brooklyn liberals have created a neighborhood watch group in response to the recent killing of a dog by a homeless man. At their first meeting though, attendees spent less time talking about how to better serve and protect their neighborhood, and more time on expressing discomfort with policing and squabbling over the group’s name.

According to the Daily Mail the group is calling itself the Park Slope Panthers, and says that it wants to follow the model of the Guardian Angels, who guarded the New York City subway system in the 1970s and 80s. Shootings and violent crime are up in the city across the board.

“Do we want to organize a community safety patrol, and take our park back? Think what the Guardian Angels did to take back the subways in the 70s/early 80s,” group organizer Kristian Nammack write in a social media post on August 20. “We may also get to wear cool berets. I’m being serious.”

Nammack organized the group after a golden retriever mix, named Moose, was killed on August 3, after a homeless man chased down him and his owner, Jessica Chrustic, attacking both with a large stick and throwing a container of urine on the dog.

Moose died days later of internal injuries sustained in the attack.

Chicago Stops Responding to 911 Calls After Surge During Mexican Independence Day Celebrations

On Friday, Chicago police officers from the force’s Central and Near North districts were out in full force patrolling the numerous Mexican Independence Day events being held throughout the downtown core.

With fewer people available to man the call center, as the night progressed, the number of 911 calls became overwhelming to a point where Chief Angel Novalez instructed a dispatcher to deal with a portion of the backlog.

According to CWB Chicago, at around 3 am on Saturday, staff was finally able to take new calls, at which point Novalex told the dispatcher to “code out” any that were over two hours old and didn’t involve a situation with a physical injury.

In audio obtained by CrimeIsDown.com, the dispatcher can be heard telling Novalez that “most everything” on his call-board was over three hours old.

Cowboys for Trump Cofounder Appeals Ruling Removing Him From Office Over Jan 6 Participation

A New Mexico county commissioner who was removed from office by a judge for attending the January 6 Capitol Hill riot is appealing the decision to the state Supreme Court.

Cowboys for Trump co-founder and former Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin notified the high court on Tuesday of his intent to appeal a ruling earlier this month that removed him from his position as an elected official in Southern New Mexico.

New Mexico State District Court Judge Francis Mathew issued the original ruling that bars Griffin from holding office or running for future office, claiming that he participated in an “insurrection after taking his oath” at the U.S. Capitol which violates Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Fauci Laughed in Private Over His Own Mask Guidance According to New Book

Top health advisor to President Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, privately mocked the public for listening to his advice on mask-wearing, according to a new book by former White House spokesman Brian Morgenstern.

“[Fauci] went on to laugh about how ‘ass-backward’ it was that people entered a restaurant wearing a mask, then sat down and conversed with people without a mask. [Yet] he wasn’t saying things to that effect publicly, just laughing privately at the American rubes he was fooling,” Morgenstern wrote in an excerpt for an upcoming book, according to Outkick.

“The public has a liberty interest in not being required to take a vaccine or be fired from their jobs. The public interest must be taken into account before allowing Agency Defendants to mandate vaccines,” Doughty said.

Florida Investigators Shut Down Fentanyl Trafficking Operation, Seize Enough Drugs to Kill 4 Million People

Florida officials announced they shut down a major fentanyl trafficking operation, seizing enough fentanyl to kill 4 million people, the Attorney General’s office announced Wednesday.

State Attorney General Ashley Moody’s Office of Statewide Prosecution and Clay County’s Sheriff’s Office cooperated on an investigation that led to two arrests, collecting 8.35 kilograms of fentanyl,1.36 kilograms of cocaine and 2.38 kilograms of methamphetamine. The two suspects appear to have been at the top of the distribution chain as they “ordered and then distributed large quantities of fentanyl to other dealers in Clay and Duval counties,” according to a press release.

Police arrested Alvin “AJ” Mercado and Jason Setzer on Sept. 10.

Hundreds of Workers Left Twitter in the Weeks Following Elon Musk’s Meeting With Employees

June marked the point in the saga where Elon Musk, two months after he announced his plans to acquire the company, spoke directly to employees, according to Insider. Topics at the meeting included everything from aliens to potential layoffs, the report says.

Man Convicted of Shooting 2 Indiana Judges in Street Dispute

A man who shot and wounded two southern Indiana judges outside an Indianapolis fast food restaurant in 2019 has been convicted on seven of eight felonies and one misdemeanor

INDIANAPOLIS — A man who shot and wounded two southern Indiana judges outside an Indianapolis fast food restaurant in 2019 was convicted Wednesday on seven of eight felonies and one misdemeanor after a three-day trial.

A jury convicted Brandon Kaiser of aggravated battery, multiple battery-related charges and carrying a handgun without a license. He was acquitted on one count of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.

David Margerum, Kaiser’s attorney, told WRTV-TV that Kaiser was taken into custody after the verdict. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 21.

Clark County Circuit judges Brad Jacobs and Andrew Adams were shot during the early morning hours of May 1, 2019 in the parking lot of a downtown White Castle restaurant. Another judge, Sabrina Bell of Crawford County, was with Jacobs and Adams at the time.

Kaiser claimed he was acting in self-defense against the group of judges, who were in town for a conference, and court documents claimed Bell flipped off Kaiser and his nephew.

Adams accepted a plea agreement to plead guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury in September 2019. Under the plea agreement, prosecutors agreed to dismiss six additional charges against the judge. He received a suspended sentence of 365 days.

The Indiana Commission of Judicial Qualifications filed disciplinary charges against the three judges involved. Jacobs and Bell were reinstated to the bench in December of that year after serving 30-day suspensions. Adams was ordered to serve a 60-day suspension.

Bell resigned from the bench on July 15 after the Indiana Supreme Court suspended her when a special prosecutor filed felony charges against her related to a domestic dispute.

Rantz: Democrats Quietly Releasing Murderers From Jail, Showing No Concern

Through a series of laws, Washington Democrats have given the state’s most dangerous criminals a chance at freedom. They are effectively releasing murderers without any remorse.

The latest degenerate to get out of jail early is a man who murdered a 14-year-old girl after she fought his attempted rape. Democrats passed a bill knowing it would help this monster. It will be the second time he’s escaped a life sentence.

But Democrats don’t want to speak about what they’re doing ahead of the midterms. Indeed, one lawmaker’s communications director asked a reporter to check back after the election for a comment.

Rantz: Parents Say School ‘Totally Duped’ Son Into Radical CRT History Class

One Bellevue High School student was ready for his U.S. history class, but he soon discovered the class wasn’t what he signed up for. Instead, it was a radical history course taught through critical race theory, identity, and socialist lenses.

“Totally duped. And I worry about other parents who didn’t do the research that I did to get a real-life understanding of what ‘U.S. history’ class they’re taking,” the student’s mother, Michelle, told the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH.

The student’s history teacher sent home a course syllabus. It names the course “Decolonizing U.S. History.” But the student’s schedule, provided to the Jason Rantz Show, labels it “U.S. American History.”

Michelle and her husband Cal took a deeper look at what was taught in this class. They were livid. And now, their son must take a course outside the school in order to graduate.

Rantz: Seattle Police Department ‘Screwed’ as ‘Catastrophic’ Losses Continue

As the city of Seattle experiences historically high crime, its police department continues to dwindle and recruitment efforts continue to fail. One former King County Sheriff puts it bluntly: “we’re screwed.”

The Seattle Police Department (SPD) lost six officers in August, according to a police source, bringing the year’s total separations to 122 and nearly 500 since the city council opted to defund the police department in 2020. What’s more alarming is the 350 officers that will be eligible for retirement at the end of the year. If even a fraction leaves the department, Seattle may not have a fully functioning police department.

Republican Representing Waukesha Introduces Bill Targeting ‘Pro-Criminal, Weak Bail Laws’

FIRST ON FOX: The House Republican who represents the district where a man with a criminal history allegedly drove his car through a Waukesha, Wisconsin, parade last year introduced bail reform legislation Wednesday.

The Keeping Violent Offenders Off Our Streets Act, introduced by Rep. Scott Fitzgerald, R-Wis., would punish jurisdictions — like New York City, Los Angeles and Baltimore — that have eliminated or restricted the use of monetary bail systems. The bill would aim to prevent future crimes committed by individuals who have been released without bail for previous crimes.

“Nearly a year ago, the Waukesha community experienced the devastating impact of pro-criminal, weak bail laws,” Fitzgerald told Fox News Digital. “Our community lost 6 lives, including an eight-year-old child, in a Christmas parade attack that could have been prevented.”

A new study says that a nuclear war would cause global temperatures to plunge by about 13 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees Celsius), triggering a ‘Nuclear Little Ice Age’ that would lead to mass starvation.

The study, conducted by researchers at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, cautioned that a nuclear conflict would devastate the world’s oceans, with the effects being felt for thousands of years.

Whether through a deliberate act of war, an accidental detonation, or a hacking breach, the detonation of a nuclear arsenal anywhere in the world would spread into the upper atmosphere and impact everyone on the planet.

Trump Slams NYAG James’ ‘Ridiculous’ Case, Says She Should ‘Focus on People Who Kill People’ as Crime Spikes

EXCLUSIVE: Former President Trump slammed New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against him as “ridiculous,” maintaining he and his family have done nothing wrong. EU Sends €5 Billion to Ukraine While Threatening to Block €7.5 Billion From Hungary

While threatening to withhold €7.5 billion in funding from member state Hungary over corruption and “rule of law” concerns, the European Council has just approved a €5 billion installment to Ukraine despite the country being labeled one of the most corrupt nations in the entire world even before the war.

The latest batch of funds to Ukraine represents the second tranche of a total of €9 billion in planned assistance, with the €5 billion representing the largest installment of the macro-level financial support approved in June for the reconstruction of Ukraine and the repayment of its international loans.

In contrast, Hungary, which is an actual European Union member that is well-integrated into the European economy and manufacturing chain, has been frozen out of the EU Recovery Funds meant to help nations recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

Germany, Spain and France Push to Abolish the Veto for EU Foreign Policy, But Hungary, Austria, And Czechia Are Opposed

Member states of the European Union have revived the debate on whether to introduce majority voting on some issues of foreign or security policy instead of the current need for the unanimous consent of all members.

Several ministers responsible for European affairs made it clear at the meeting in Brussels that, for example, the new system would simplify the acceptance of sanctions. However, Hungary and some other countries have consistently refused to support such an amendment to the rules, the introduction of which still requires unanimous consent.

Germany’s Conservative AfD Party Receives Electoral Boost With Anti-Sanctions Policy

Germany’s right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has been given a substantial boost by its anti-sanctions policy while also condemning Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, daily Magyar Nemzet writes.

AfD, which won 10 percent of the vote in last September’s German elections, now stands at 14 percent in recent polls.

“Even if the gas tanks are full, we will only have enough gas for three months. What comes next? Instead of ideology, a real policy based on facts should be pursued,” AfD MP Steffen Kotré told the Russian news agency TASS, referring to the fact that Germany, like other EU countries, may face an energy shortage in the winter due to the sanctions.

Poland’s Industrial Output Growth ‘Exceeded Expectations’ Of Economists

Industrial sales in Poland in August increased by 10.9 percent compared to August a year before and rose 0.7 percent compared to July, according to Statistics Poland (GUS) data. Experts believe this indicates that a technical recession in the coming months in Poland is becoming less likely.

Mariusz Zielonka, economic expert at the Leviathan Confederation, said that “the result surprised economists and exceeded their expectations,” adding that Polish industry managed to adapt to the changing conditions of the market and decreasing demand.

UK: ‘People Are Allowed to Change Their Minds…’ Farage Says Give Thatcherite Liz Truss Benefit of the Doubt

Brexit leader Nigel Farage told Breitbart News that while new UK Prime Minister doesn’t on paper look like an obvious candidate for his support, he wants to give the leader a chance to actually deliver on her Thatcherite rhetoric.

While Prime Minister Liz Truss has a deeply questionable past politically and comparatively speaking has a very low public profile even inside the United Kingdom, Brexit leader Nigel Farage says he believes it is right to give people another chance if they genuinely change their minds, and he is enthusiastic about what Truss now claims to believe.

UK: Man, 90, Spared Jail for Stabbing Unwell Wife

A 90-year-old man who repeatedly stabbed his blind ailing wife after she woke him up one night has been given a suspended prison sentence.

Edward Turpin, of Orpington, south-east London, got a carving knife from the kitchen and attacked Joan Turpin, 90, in bed at their home in September 2021.

He was previously cleared of attempted murder and wounding with intent, but convicted of reckless wounding.

Turpin was jailed at the Old Bailey for two years, suspended for two years.

The pair had been married for more than 60 years and Joan Turpin had become increasingly dependent on her husband.

The retired butcher told the court he had stabbed her in an attempt to calm her down and make her stop screaming.

Turpin, who also injured himself with the carving knife, told jurors “the last thing” he would ever want to do was harm his wife, who is blind and needs a catheter.

“I just love my wife and when you get married, for better or for worse, OK, if it turns out it’s a bit worse, I’ll carry on,” he said.

Turpin was sentenced in his absence after being admitted to hospital with a chest infection and pneumonia.

His wife has been in a care home since the knife attack and is only able to speak to her husband over the telephone.

The Serbian leader cautioned that the war between Russia and Ukraine had moved on to a far deadlier phase.

Internet Restricted in Iran as Anti-Government Protests Intensify

Protests over the death of a woman in police custody in Iran last week intensified on Wednesday as unrest spread to dozens of cities.

Driving the news: Mahsa Amini, 22, died after being arrested by Iran’s morality police for allegedly violating a religious law requiring women to wear a headscarf.

Police claimed Amini was not mistreated and that she died of a heart attack. Her family has expressed doubts over that claim, AP reports.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who was in New York on Wednesday for the UN General Assembly, has ordered an investigation into Amini’s death.

The big picture Hengaw, a Kurdish human rights group, said Wednesday seven protesters have been killed and hundreds of others injured since the demonstrations began last Friday. Hundreds have also been arrested, the group added.

India: Neighbor Ruby Bibi Arrested for Murdering Child Shuvam Thakur in Shantiniketan (West Bengal)

5-year-old Shuvam’s dead body found throat slit on the roof top of neighbour Ruby Bibi’s house in Shantiniketan (WB). Police arrested Ruby, public set fire to Ruby’s house.

Moldanga (Shantiniketan) | Sept 21, 2022:: The situation in Santiniketan is as on fire. A Muslim neighbor accused of kidnapping and murdering a five-year-old Hindu child. Agitated local residents vandalized the house of the accused and set it on fire. Locals claim that the child went missing after leaving the house on Sunday. His body was recovered from the roof of the accused neighbor’s house on Tuesday. Allegedly, the woman neighbor killed the Hindu child out of a family feud. After that the situation became fiery. The accused neighbor named Ruby Bibi was arrested by Birbhum Police.

The situation is just unbelievable that the Islamic mentality for the neighbors reached such a heinous level for which even a Muslim women couldn’t hesitate to murder a child of 5 yrs after a throat silt and put that body on the house roof covering under gunny bags.

The role of the police in the case of the recovery of the child’s body from the roof of the neighbor’s house in Shantiniketan is obviously to face many questions. The locals are questioning why it took 52 hours for the police to recover the body of the victim child named Shuvam Thakur from the neighboring house. They claimed that the police already knew that the body was in Ruby Bibi’s house. They didn’t reveal it because of the public outrage.

A 5-year-old child, Shuvam Thakur, a resident of Moldanga village in Shantiniketan, went missing around 10 am last Sunday. Shuvam went to a nearby shop to buy some biscuit. Shivam’s family approached the police station complaining of the kidnapping of their son against the neighbor Ruby Bibi. After that, the police started searching. Police dogs were brought and searched the area.

The police are interrogating the accused to know why he killed the child. On the other hand, local residents who were protesting demanded to hand over the culprit lady to the mob.

BJP Locket Chatterjee faced a protest while she was heading towards Moldanga in Shantiniketan to meet the parents of Shuvam Thakur. Chatterjee told the media persons that the TMC cadres created chaos to prevent her entry into the village. The BJP leader started protesting in front of Shantiniketan police station expressing his anger against the administration under TMC control. She also hinted at the nexus between Police and TMC to delay the recovery of the body of Shuvam from next door neighbor’s house.

In assembly, BJP walked out demanding resignation of Police Minister for the murder of Shuvam Thakur. Leader of opposition Suvendu Adhikari expressed his concerned stating, ‘the Mamata Banerjee Govt in West Bengal is siding with the murderer of Shuvam, Rubi Bibi for TMC’s appeasement policy for Muslim Vote bank ‘.

Former Democratic Texas Mayor Sends ‘Urgent Call’ to Biden Admin as Border Crisis Shows No Signs of Slowing

The former Democratic mayor of Del Rio, Texas stressed Wednesday the importance of immigration reform as migrants continue to flood the southern border in record numbers.

The number of migrant encounters at the southern border rose to over 200,000 in August, as the border faced an increase in migrants coming from Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba, which officials said was driving a “new wave of migration” across the Hemisphere.

Homeland Security Has Been Secretly Copying Phones for Nearly 2 Decades

Entering the US illegally and without scrutiny has become as easy as a short walk across the border.

But legally entering the country means that your basic constitutional rights are circumscribed. That legal loophole is what allows the Customs and Border Protection service to elude 4th Amendment protections against illegal searches and seizures.

Law enforcement agencies must show probable cause and persuade a judge to approve a search warrant before searching Americans’ phones. But courts have long granted an exception to border authorities, allowing them to search people’s devices without a warrant or suspicion of a crime.

CBP officials have relied on that exception to support their collection of data from travelers’ phones. Sens. Wyden and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) introduced a bill last year that would require border officials to get a warrant before searching a traveler’s device.

Seattle-Area School Tries to Ban Saying “Biological Male”

While it’s difficult to imagine transgender activists and their cult being any less visible than they are on every cable news channel in the country, some public schools set aside special times and activities to commemorate the occasion. That included Lynnwood High School in the greater Seattle area. But simply putting up some signs or posters and having a parade wasn’t enough at Lynnwood. The “counseling secretary” for the school wanted to ensure that the faculty altered their language to avoid inadvertently giving offense to anyone. So she sent out a memo warning the staff that there are certain words and phrases they were no longer allowed to use. These included “biological male” and “biological female,” but there were many more entries on the list.

Transgender Historical Revisionism

by Daniel Greenfield

Social media users ridiculed a recent Scientific American documentary claiming that, “before the late 18th century, Western science recognized only one sex—the male” and that “the two-sex model served mainly to reinforce gender and racial divisions.”

The contention that women didn’t exist until the 18th century is absurd and is also being taught in classrooms at both the most advanced and the most basic levels. Like critical race theory, it’s based on academic works that steadily gained influence during the last three decades while few outside academia noticed the normalization of their presence.

Now at Johns Hopkins you can find a class on “The Gender Binary and American Empire” which contends that “the sex and gender binary was produced out of colonialism and statecraft in Americas and particularly through US imperialism” while PBS tells school students that “on nearly every continent, and for all of recorded history, thriving cultures have recognized, revered, and integrated more than two genders.”

This historical revisionism isn’t isolated to the classroom, textbooks or social media. Anthropologists are being pressured to stop identifying bodies in tombs as male or female. Historical figures like Joan of Arc are being posthumously redefined as transgender. The overriding goal is to reimagine a history in which men and women didn’t exist until being “invented” by imperialistic westerners to repress the non-westerners they were colonizing…

  1. Re: “After a brief ceasefire, fighting has resumed between Azerbaijan and Armenia, with Israeli drones being used by Azerbaijan to destroy Armenian artillery batteries. ”

It is a stain upon the moral standing of Israel in the international community that it is siding with the Turks and Azerbaijanis against Armenia. The Israelis know – or ought to – more than any other people what it is like for a people to be victimized by genocidal acts, since so many Israelis emigrated there from Europe after WWII.

The Turks are guilty of committing one of modern history’s worst genocides, the Armenian genocide of 1915-1921, in which more than a million Greek and Armenian Christians perished. The Turks deny it, but it is factual and a matter of historical record. Photos still survive of young Armenian girls crucified upon large wooden crosses and left to die in the heat of the desert.

There is documentary evidence, too, on film of events such as the Turkish sacking of the Greek city of Smyrna, which was torched in September 1922. Many western eyewitnesses looked on in horror from small vessels in the harbor, which is how film and still photos were taken in the first place.

  2. Magdalena Andersson, former Prime Minister of Sweden,
    receives fine globalist prize

    Published 20 September 2022

Former Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson (S) is one of the recipients of this year’s Atlantic Council Global Citizen Awards. The S-top receives the award for her efforts to get Sweden into NATO.

The Atlantic Council, a Washington-based NATO lobbying organisation that describes itself as an independent think tank, writes in its citation that Sweden and Finland’s historic decision to apply for NATO membership “contributes to the security and capabilities of the alliance and to greater transatlantic unity”.

The award ceremony took place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting in New York on Monday. Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt presented the award to Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson and Finnish President Sauli Niinistö, who were represented by Foreign Minister Ann Linde (S) and Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto respectively.

The award is presented annually to individuals who have worked for “increased transatlantic cooperation” which, according to the government, “plays an important role in increasing freedom, peace and prosperity for all people in Europe and North America”.

Magdalena Andersson – the next Social Democrat to join the globalist elite

    21 September 2022 at 10.28

Because of a Social Democratic prime minister, Sweden has now definitely been made available as a battleground in a possible war between the US and Russia. This is worth a price, says the US government and the arms industry. But there is more in it for Andersson – Björn Rosengren, Göran Persson and others have shown the way.
The Atlantic Council in Washington, an “independent think tank”, has awarded Magdalena Andersson a prize. Andersson, who has never had a job outside politics, receives an unknown amount of money from Washington. The report from Fria Tider does not say how much the sum is.

According to press reports, the Atlantic Council has an annual budget for its prizes of at least $20 million. Among the regular contributors, various parts of the US government and the arms industry, as well as global banks and oil companies, dominate, according to Belgian CADTM.

    “The price of shame”
The prize awarded to Magdalena Andersson has been called “the price of shame” by critics. This is partly after Argentine Prime Minister Mauricio Macri – who was so hated that he had to flee the country to the US – received the prize as a reward for far-reaching concessions to the International Monetary Fund banking organisation, which serves as a shadow government in a large number of countries.

Another incident that had repercussions in the alternative media was when Gabon’s then president, Ali Bongo Ondimba, was nominated for the prize for reasons that are unclear. The foundation’s chairman, Fredrik Kempe, speaks out on the matter in Foreign Policy magazine, emphatically denying statements by the Human Rights Foundation that the president of the manganese- and oil-rich country would be rewarded under the US “pay-to-play” method.

On the contrary, it has been about Bongo’s efforts on behalf of wildlife on land and at sea, not least sea turtles.

Magdalena towards the top of the WEF – but who owns who?
Magdalena Andersson is already well versed in the globalist operation WEF where she serves as “Agenda Contributor”.

According to Fria Tider, the Atlantic Council is a front organisation for NATO – but given the many ties between the Atlantic Council, the financial elite, the WEF, NATO and others, observers wonder whether it is not NATO that is the front organisation for the Atlantic Council. At previous awards ceremonies, the prize has been presented by none other than WEF Chairman Klaus Schwab.

    Rosengren a pioneer in pay-to-play
It is well known that Swedish senior politicians see their political careers as a stepping stone to more lucrative and even less labour-intensive commitments. Back in 2016, the communist magazine Riktpunkt published a list of “socialists” who switched providers from the state to the financial elite.

    Facsimile hemtrevligt.se
Probably the best known is the former Minister of Economic Affairs Björn Rosengren, who likes to appear as a celebrity and regularly announces that he is “not ashamed of his millions” – the magazine Hemtrevligt reported.

In his case, his post-political career began with an engagement without duties at Kinnevik, just a few years after he had allowed Sveaskog, a state-owned company whose real task is to sell off the state’s large forest holdings, to invest in forests that Kinnevik in particular was keen to get rid of for liquidity reasons.

      DEBATE
Social democrats cutting gold with a carving knife
      2016-04-04Lars Lundberg11 comments
There was once a time when Social Democratic ministers, after their active time as politicians, devoted themselves to public education and disarmament issues.

There are many examples of this, former culture minister Bengt Göransson is one example, Thage G Pettersson another, Maj-Britt Theorin another example yes even former prime minister Ingvar Carlsson whose ministerial period we can have many views on, the fact remains however that he never allowed himself to be sold.

This happened before the new and modern Social Democrats took over the “Labour Party” and turned it into a social liberal party fighting for the same voters as the Moderates and the Sweden Democrats.

What distinguishes the new and modern social democrats from the social democrats of the past is that they invest a relatively short period of their lives in politics and then quickly make a comet career in business. In other words, they immediately sell themselves to whoever pays the most.

On 3 April 2016, Expressen did a survey of where the modern social democrats now reside and to whom they have sold their drone services. It is a breathtaking read or how about the following:

      1. Thomas Östros 51 former Minister of Finance and Minister of Economic Affairs. Now executive director of the International Monetary Fund with a tax-free income of SEK 2,355,500 per year.

      6. Jan Emanuel Johansson 41, former Member of Parliament and member of the Social Affairs Committee, the Justice Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee. Now active in the privatised care sector with own companies. Has also been convicted of, inter alia, accounting offences. Current annual income SEK 2 069 014

      9. Anders Sundström 63 Former Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, recently resigned as Chairman of Swedbank. He is now chairman of COOP. Current annual salary SEK 5 019 875

      10. Jan Nygren 65, Former Coordinating Minister with responsibility for Arms Exports. Until 2007 CEO of the Wallenberg-owned arms company SAAB, now a board member and partner in the lobbying firm Consillo International AB. Current annual income SEK 2 104 336.

      11. Sebastian Navah 44, former media coordinator for the Persson government, now owner of the advertising firm Nav International AB. Current annual income SEK 871 842.

      12. Björn Rosengren Former chairman of TCO and Minister for Economic Affairs. Now a professional board member with 23 board memberships. In 2015 he bought a villa in Saltsjöbaden outside Stockholm for SEK 31 million.

Footnote: All income figures are based on 2014 declared income. Any company profits are therefore not included.

The conclusion of this survey by Expressen on 3 April 2016 can only be that for those who want to achieve a real springboard into the service of the bourgeoisie, one should first spend a few years in the Social Democratic Party, then one can wait for the golden era. The only thing that can put an end in the long run to these overlaps between politics and business is a very strong SKP.

      • When the Troubles begin, I want a front row seat to see the expressions on their faces as they are dragged out of their million dollar hovels for what awaits them, namely a gallows, ditch or lamp post.
