Czechia’s Electricity Price Cap Explained

The Czech government, led by Prime Minister Petr Fiala, presented a plan to relieve citizens from unprecedentedly high energy prices, with ministers finally moving to put a cap on the country’s electricity and gas prices. At the same time, proposals for price caps also came from Brussels. Jakub Kajzler, the advisor to the prime minister, spoke in an interview for Echo24 about how the Czech and European paths are related, who will not be spared by taxation, and how the Czech consumer will benefit from this.

Answering the question as to why the EU price cap being lower than the one approved by the Czech government, Kajzler said that the EU price cap is a reference figure that allows governments to tax revenues from sales for prices higher than €180 per megawatt-hour. The number, however, does not say anything about what the electricity price for the consumers should be. He indicated that the European Commission is only saying that governments can use the money from the taxed income of some producers to compensate the final consumers, i.e., citizens and entrepreneurs.

Biden Announces Push to Strip Big Tech of Immunity for Third-Party Content

President Joe Biden announced on Thursday that his administration would push to end the immunity Big Tech platforms enjoy for third-party content, an effort Republicans previously backed.

“I’m calling on Congress to get rid of special immunity for social media companies and impose much stronger transparency requirements on all of them,” the president said, per the New York Post.

Specifically, he called for the repeal of Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, echoing similar demands from Republicans in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, amid the outcry over tech company censorship of explosive allegations against Hunter Biden.

Biden’s call, however, came in the context of curtailing online hate speech. With the repeal of Section 230, Biden aims to “hold social media companies accountable for spreading hate-fueled violence.”

“That’s kind of strange to see,” he said. “Wow, those people really exist; it’s not just some robot sending out crazy messages.”

According to The Guardian, Gates also said it’s “tragic” if such beliefs made people reluctant to trust vaccines or to wear masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Devin Nunes of Trump Media & Technology Says That the FBI and DOJ Have Been Obstructing Probes

Executive Officer of Trump Media & Technology Devin Nunes says that the FBI has evidently been obstructing investigations based on the recent bombshell that dropped from the Durham investigation.

The businessman’s name is Igor Danchenko and he was eventually fired in the fall of 2020 for lying to agents on multiple occasions.

Facebook Worked With FBI to Spy on Americans Who Questioned 2020 Election

According to Department of Justice sources, Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of Americans who questioned the 2020 election results and reporting them to the FBI.

Since the election, Facebook has worked in conjunction with the FBI to report on “subversive” private messages, sending them to the FBI’s domestic terrorism operational unit, supposedly in redacted form, a direct violation of Americans’ First and Fourth Amendment rights.

“It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause,” one of the sources told the New York Post. “Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.”

Half of San Franciscans Have Been Robbed

How bad can crime get when the laws are no longer enforced, criminals are released as soon as they’re caught and the police hardly bothering to respond to calls?

Here’s life for ordinary people in the pro-crime utopia of San Francisco which doesn’t just have streets covered in human waste, it also has human waste walking the streets.

“Forty-five percent of people surveyed for the poll said they had an item stolen within the last five years. Proportionally, Black and mixed-race respondents felt a more severe impact than other groups, with a majority — 54% of Black respondents and 55% of mixed-race respondents — reporting they had suffered theft. Property crime rates were lower for white residents, 43% of whom had a possession swiped within the time period.”

New Lancet Report Says COVID Could Have Originated From US Lab

A new report by top medical journal the Lancet says it’s “feasible” that the COVID-19 virus actually originated from a laboratory in the United States.

Up until this point, much of the speculation around the origin of the pandemic has centered on the Wuhan lab in China.

However, the new paper suggests that Sars-Cov-2 could have leaked from a US lab as a result of either a natural spillover or a laboratory incident.

The report states that “independent researchers have not yet investigated” US labs, and that the National Institutes of Health has “resisted disclosing details” of its work.

Ohio Bakery Celebrates Defamation Win Over Oberlin, Vows to Rebuild What False Accusations of Racism Destroyed

Almost six years ago, a family-run bakery in Ohio that has been in operation for more than a century embarked on a David vs. Goliath legal battle against Oberlin College to defend its name against false accusations of racism over stopping a shoplifter.

Last month, Gibson’s Bakery was able to close the book on the legal battle, after the school agreed to finally pay $36.59 million in damages after the Ohio Supreme Court declined to take up an appeal on the judgment.

Lorna Gibson, the owner of the bakery, spoke to Fox News Digital this week and described being resolute in her mission of restoring the family business to its former glory after it was gutted by the false accusations.

Physician Assistant Couple Dead in Murder-Suicide After Husband Stabbed Wife, Then Stepped in Front of Truck

Multiple outlets have identified the pair as Jason and Jessica Wray, both 45 years old, of Madison, Wis.

A physician assistant couple is dead after police say a husband fatally stabbed his wife, then stepped in front of a semi-truck, killing himself.

Multiple outlets have identified the couple as Jason and Jessica Wray, both 45 years old, of Madison, Wis.

During a press conference earlier this week, Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes said officers responded to a report of a dead body at the couple’s home Sunday.

Upon investigation, officers discovered a woman who had been “violently physically attacked.” She was pronounced dead at the scene.

As officers tried to locate her husband, Barnes said “numerous calls started to come into 911,” indicating that a man was struck by a vehicle, but not seriously injured.

After being struck, he said the man got back into his car and drove to Interstate 90.

He then, “once again, got out of his vehicle on foot, and this time, stepped in front of a semi-truck,” Barnes said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee Says Woke FBI Analysts Are Going After Americans

Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan tells of a veteran-owned organization being labeled as an extremist organization.

Last month, Green Beret and former government contractor Mike Glover put out a video on his YouTube channel titled “I am NOT a terrorist” after the FBI accused his organization “Field Craft Survival” of being an extremist group. Field Craft Survival is an organization that teaches survival skills and gun safety.

“He’s an American veteran serving his community and loves this country,” Jordan said on the “Just the News, Not Noise” TV show. “Then some woke analysts at the FBI decide, ‘Oh, wait a minute. This guy waves the American flag, he owns a gun, he voted for Trump.’ Whatever basis they come up with that fits the Joe Biden narrative that half the country are ‘extremist’ and they investigate him.”

EU Brands Hungary an ‘Autocracy’

The European Parliament voted on Thursday to brand Hungary an “electoral autocracy.”

The symbolic declaration comes as the rift between Budapest and Brussels widens, with the EU accusing Hungary of corruption and Prime Minister Viktor Orban of breaking with the bloc on immigration and anti-Russian sanctions.

In a 433 to 123 vote, the parliament agreed to no longer consider Hungary a “democracy,” and instead to label it a “hybrid regime of electoral autocracy.”

In its report on Hungary’s political system, EU lawmakers alleged that the country’s elections and judicial independence are compromised, and that Orban’s government has restricted the rights of migrants, minorities, and the LGBT community. The report’s conclusions were based on an “increasing consensus among experts,” the document read.

The European Parliament Only Wants to Blackmail Hungary, Warns Fidesz MEP

The European Parliament does not want to come to an agreement with Hungary, but to simply blackmail it because it cannot accept that the Hungarian people rejected both the Hungarian left and Brussels for the fourth time in the spring by re-electing a conservative government, MEP Balazs Hidvéghi (Fidesz) said in Strasbourg on Wednesday.

During the debate of the plenary session of the European Parliament (EP), Hidvéghi dismissed allegations from Eurocrats that Hungary had seriously breached the values upon which the European Union is founded. He called it shameful and unforgivable that a significant part of the European Parliament, together with the Hungarian left-wing MEPs, continue to attack his country with lies even in a war crisis situation, and persist with their political smear campaign against the Hungarian government.

The Kids Are All Right: Swedish Youth Swing Right as Populists Make Gains at Ballot Box

Students in junior and senior high schools across Sweden are increasingly supporting right-wing parties according to the results of this year’s school elections, which saw the conservative Moderates and the populist Sweden Democrats account for 48 per cent of the overall vote.

The school elections, which allow students to vote in a mock national election, suggeststhat young people are shifting to the right and becoming increasingly conservative in their political views as the centre-right Moderates won the election with 27 per cent of the vote, followed by the populist-right Sweden Democrats (SD) with 21 per cent.

UK’s National Health Service is Debating Partnership With Data Company Palantir

NHS England’s competition for the Federated Data Platform (FDP) contract has been delayed a second time, according to The Register. US-based spy technology company Palantir has been strongly tied with winning the £360 million ($421 million) contract.

A tender notice for the contract said that formal competition would begin in June. But in August officials said that the date was postponed to September 6. The deadline appears to have been missed again, and is awaiting the approval of the new minster for health Thérèse Coffey.

Although NHS England said that competition for the contract would be free and fair, it has been closely tied to Palantir.

Unelected EU Chief Vows Bloc Will Absorb Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova

Ursula von der Leyen, the German defence minister turned unelected leader of the European Commission, said the European Union will not be “complete” until Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and the Western Balkans are absorbed by it.

In the President of the European Commission’s so-called State of the Union address, designed to ape the State of the Union address in the United State of America — in reflection of European integrationists’ ambition that the EU will one day become the United States of Europe — the German technocrat insisted that the “path towards strong democracies and the path towards our Union are one and the same.”

Von Der Leyen Admits Europe ‘Should Have Listened to Poland, ‘ But When Kaczynski Warned the West About Russia, Polish Opposition Mocked Him

“We should have listened to the voices coming from Poland, the Baltic states and the whole of Central and Eastern Europe,” said the European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in her address to the European Parliament on Wednesday. “For years they have been saying that Putin would not stop.”

One of the politicians she may have been referring to was Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of the ruling Law and Justice (PiS), but when Kaczynski warned that the West was ignoring Russia’s neo-imperialist policies, and highlighted the fact that relations of some countries in the EU with Russia were governed purely by economic considerations, the leaders of the then-ruling Civic Platform (PO) said that he was acting against Poland’s interests and being paranoid.

“Prologue to Third World War”: Kremlin Reacts to Security Guarantees for Ukraine

Ukraine wants a ‘NATO-esque’ bloc which can be called upon to immediately defend borders with Russia, which was proposed by a working group established by President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Crucially it would include the United States and other NATO allies providing Ukraine with “security guarantees”. Kiev officials stressed in unveiling the plan Tuesday that it’s not meant as a replacement for NATO, but as a legally binding alliance to be in place while Ukraine eventually pursues full NATO membership, as Newsweek describes of the proposal:

The Kyiv Security Compact (KSC)—proposed by Andriy Yermak, the head of Zelensky’s office, and former NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen—would also establish a “multi-decade” plan of investment, military training, and intelligence sharing to bolster Ukraine’s defensive capabilities as the country pursues full NATO membership.

India: In Lakhimpur Kheri (UP), Hindu Teens of Dalit Community Were Raped, Murdered, Hanged From Tree, Confirms Autopsy Report; 6 Muslims Arrested

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Lakhimpur | Set 15, 2022:: Uttar Pradesh’s Lakhimpur Kheri district was rattled on Wednesday after the bodies of two minor Hindu girls of Dalit community were found hanging from a tree. According to the police, the teenage girls were raped before they were strangulated to death. Six Muslims have been accused so far for this chilling gang-rape and murder case under a clear religious angel towards kaffirs (non-believers).

The police have arrested six people who always claim to be followers of a ‘Religion of Peace’ in connection with the rape and murder of the two girls. The accused have been identified as Chottu, Junaid, Suhail, Kareemuddin, Arif and Hafeez-ur-Rehman.

While the police say that the girls knew the accused men and went with them on their own, the victims’ family has claimed that the girls were abducted from their home.

AUTOPSY REPORT POINTS BRUTALITY

The post-mortem report of the elder sister pointed at brutality. Three injuries apart from the strangulation marks were found on the 17-year-old victim’s body, as per the report.

Injuries were found on the back of the left mid-arm, back of the right mid-arm and 1 cm below the right eyelid.

The autopsy report of the younger sister has not been disclosed by the authority yet. It may be more shocking!

THE STRANGE POLICE ROLE

Strange to see the police role to dilute the case narrating a ‘friendship situation’ and even the police thrashed the mother of the victims whe she was going to police station for registering an First Information Report (FIR).

Speaking to India Today, a local journalist, Samarth Srivastava alleged that the police thrashed the victim’s mother when she had gone to register the complaint. The man claimed that he was near the police station when the woman had gone to register a complaint. The woman was beaten up for a while, and the police dragged her by her hair, the local journalist alleged.

According to the FIR filed by the victims’ mother, the girls were abducted from their home by the accused who came on motorcycles.

In the FIR, the mother claimed that Chottu, along with his friends, barged into the house of the girls and forcefully took them on a motorcycle. The mother also claimed that she was beaten by Chottu.

In a press conference on Thursday morning, Superintendent of Police of Lakhimpur Sanjeev Suman said as per preliminary investigation, the accused were friends with the girls. The girls left their home on Wednesday on the persuasion of Junaid and Sohail, who came on a motorcycle to pick them up.

Assurance

ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE CASE

— On Wednesday, the bodies of two minor Dalit girls were found hanging from a tree.

— The mother of the victims registered a complaint with the police in which she alleged that her daughters were raped and murdered.

— The police have arrested six people. According to the preliminary investigation, the police said the accused admitted raping and murdering the minor girls.

— All the accused have been booked under IPC Sections 302, 376 and the Pocso act, the SP said.

— After the news broke, the Opposition leaders, including Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, attacked the UP government over “increasing” crimes against women in the state.

— UP Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak has promised justice to the victims’ families in the case. “Junaid, Sohail, Hafizul, Karimuddin and Arif were involved. Girls were strangled to death and then hanged. The government will take such an action that the souls of their coming generations will also shiver. Justice will be given, proceedings via fast-track court,” he said.

THE TRAGIC END OF KEEPING RELATIONSHIP WITH MUSLIM BOYS

The Islamic victimization of two Dalit girls in Lakhimpur Kheri is not any exception. Many incidents like this rape, rape and murder, strangulating after gang-rape and hanging from tree; even raping after poisoning or intoxication, rape and burning, mutilation in personal parts after raping and all extreme variations as they can think peacefully against the kaffir girls are well exposed through the tragic ends of Hindu and all other Kaffir girls by the so-called or genuine Quran followers, beyond of anybody’s knowledge.

Seeing all such situations one after another, if anybody tries to make awareness among their girls and women folk to keep safe distance with such sex-hungry, pervert and fanatic people; he will be definitely marked as a communal one. In that way the outcry for an Islamophobic situation will rend the air with showering so many victim cards very peacefully.

The victimization rate of Love Jihad and Rape Jihad is high even in CM Yogi’s Uttar Pradesh, unfortunately.

Justices Side With LGBTQ Group at Jewish University, For Now

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court has cleared the way for an LGBTQ group to gain official recognition from a Jewish university in New York, though that may not last.

By a 5-4 vote Wednesday, the justices lifted a temporary hold on a court order that requires Yeshiva University to recognize the group, the YU Pride Alliance, even as a legal fight continues in New York courts.

Two conservatives, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh, sided with the court’s three liberal justices to form a majority.

The disagreement among the justices appears to be mostly about procedure, with the majority writing in a brief unsigned order that Yeshiva should return to state court to seek quick review and temporary relief while the case continues.

I read this analytical note at my leisure.
Hm. Marvelous. For all 30 years, the Kremlin has mocked the Russians to please the West, tried to be friends, wagged its tail like a submissive lap dog, drove resources and finances through the oligarchs to the West, but apparently this is not enough.
We just interfered with someone by the fact of our existence.
Instead of being friends, the West behaved like Hannibal Lector, who needs to eat our liver with Chianti.
Hm. The Kremlin will play along with the West in this as well. We will be destroyed.

Along the way, a good servant of the West named Putin freed Ukraine from the population. Who will be settled on these lands now? The question is rhetorical. And the Russians will pay for this holiday of the replacement of peoples with their reparations.

  2. Sweden. Obviously the kids are not stupid. They realise that it is the young who pay the price of mass migration while middle class middle aged liberals sit at home in comfort steeped in their globalist values. Young people struggle to get work, don’t get the subsidies, don’t get extra help in education, get stabbed when they try and go out and enjoy themselves, get discriminated against everywhere so, yeah, if they are smart they should vote against having their inheritance stolen from them.

    • Sara: “if they are smart…”

The indoctrination of the young is so strong that they are literally taught how to negate themselves. It’s cultural suicide.

  3. Re. Poland demands. Doesn’t anyone find the timing a bit strange, as if they’ve been waiting for a specific kind of “weather” all those years.
