The report goes on to say: “The health department has not found any illegalities and has completed the process,” said a spokesman for the district today.

Bizarre decision

This is absolutely phenomenal. Because the Minister actually revealed the illegality himself with his statements.

It is phenomenal what is happening under the traffic light government. Economics Minister Habeck believes that if companies are no longer making any money, they are not insolvent — technically correct, but hard to beat in terms of being unrealistic. In the Lauterbach case, it is now clear: A violation of the Corona Ordinance is not a violation if it is committed by the responsible Minister.

The shamelessness with which large parts of our politicians and authorities bend rules and laws to suit themselves is breathtaking.

History shows that governing seems to be most fun when you bully ordinary people and don’t yourself follow the rules you set.
