German Households Facing Mass Poverty

The German policy catastrophe is picking up speed. The banks are now warning that a large proportion of Germans will in future reach the limits of their financial resilience due to the rapidly increasing cost of living.

Savings Bank President Helmut Schleweis informed German weekly Welt am Sonntag: “We expect that due to the significant price increase, up to 60 percent of German households will have to use their entire disposable income — or more — monthly for only living expenses.

“This part of the population is then simply no longer able to save.”

With 40 million households nationwide, this would affect 24 million households. According to the Sparkasse wealth barometer, a year ago only 15 percent were unable to put money aside. The Sparkassen itself has 50 million customers.

Bail Denied for Suspect in Deadly River North Road Rage Stabbing

Alan Perez, 25, was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal stabbing of Jeremy Walker

A Cook County judge on Saturday denied bail for a 25-year-old man accused of first-degree murder in connection with a road rage attack in which he allegedly stabbed another driver in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

Alan Perez, 25, was charged in connection with Tuesday night’s fatal stabbing of 36-year-old Jeremy Walker in the first block of West Ohio Street, police said. Prosecutors say Walker was trailing Perez’s vehicle, eventually cutting him off and Perez honked.

Perez and Walker both got out of their vehicles, with Walker unarmed and Perez possessing a knife. Walker tried to hold Perez off, but Perez stabbed him in the neck then took off.

One day later, police made contact with Perez’s passengers, his wife and brother, while Perez fled to Indiana. Perez eventually turned himself in Thursday and gave police information about the crime as well as the knife. At Saturday’s hearing, the presiding judge told the courtroom the road rage should have stopped at honking.

Signs have been placed across the Chicago area, reminding drivers to keep their cool while behind the wheel. Perez will be back in court Tuesday.

Biden Calls Trump and MAGA Supporters Semi-Fascists

President Joe Biden used his bully pulpit Thursday to call roughly half the country that supported former President Donald Trump semi-fascists during an outdoor fundraising gathering with donors prior to a Democratic rally in Maryland.

“We’re seeing now either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA agenda,” Reuters reported Biden saying at the fundraiser, referring to former President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan. “It’s not just Trump. … It’s almost semi-fascism.”

Breaking: Twitter Censors TPUSA’s Great Reset Documentary Trailer Featuring Jack Posobiec

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec on Friday tweeted a trailer for the Great Global Reset, the docuseries he made with Turning Point USA — only to find the tweet tagged with a “warning” as it may contain “sensitive information.”

In a statement to The Post Millennial, Posobiec said, “Twitter is censoring the trailer to our Great Reset series for the same reason Klaus Schwab sent thugs with guns and uniforms after me in Davos. They are terrified of how much Turning Point is exposing them and they have no other response than to swing the hammer down. The problem for them, is that our leader is a carpenter.”

FBI Does Not Deny it Warned Facebook of Imminent ‘Dump’ of ‘Russian Propaganda’ Before Hunter’s Laptop Story Broke

The FBI on Friday did not deny it warned Facebook of the imminent “dump” of “Russian propaganda” before the story of Hunter Biden’s laptop broke in the 2020 election cycle.

The agency did, however, try and distance itself from the Facebook actions the bureau fueled. New Poll Shows Gascon Recall Could Have Succeeded if it Had Made it on the Ballot

Last week the LA County Registrar announced that the effort to recall George Gascon had failed. Supporters had submitted just over 715,000 signatures and needed a total of 566,857 valid signatures to get the recall on the ballot this fall. But an examination found that only 520,050 of the signatures were valid. The rest didn’t count for a number of reasons including those who signed twice, those whose address didn’t match county records and nearly 90,000 who simply weren’t registered to vote in LA County.

Today the LA Times highlights just how lucky DA Gascon was. Had LA residents cared enough to get this on the ballot, there’s a good chance the vote would have gone against him.

Wikimedia Foundation Launches Legal Challenge Against NSA Mass Surveillance

The Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit behind Wikipedia, has petitioned the US Supreme Court to review a legal challenge to NSA’s mass surveillance of communications of US citizens with people overseas. In the litigation, Wikimedia is being represented by the Knight First Amendment Institute, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and Cooley LLP.

The surveillance, dubbed “Upstream” surveillance, allows the NSA to intercept internet messages, private emails and web communications. It is conducted under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which allows the government to intercept international communications without a warrant, as long as the target individual is not located in the US.

The surveillance allows the NSA to see what people around the world are writing and reading online, including what articles they are accessing on Wikipedia. Wikimedia argues that the surveillance has had a chilling effect on Wikipedia users, with data showing that traffic has dropped on Wikipedia pages about sensitive topics.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California on Thursday sided with the churches, stating that Mary Watanabe, the director of the California Department of Managed Health Care, “has not shown ‘[she] lacks other means of achieving [her] desired goal without imposing a substantial burden on the exercise of religion by [plaintiffs].’“

  1. All this mess around makes me irritated. And I can’t influence it in any way. And so I decided to abstract from it internally and take care of my own soul, at the same time eliminating gaps in education.

    And so, at my leisure, I am leafing through the works of the Stoic Epictetus.
    There is an interesting chapter in his Discourses on adultery. Interestingly, Epictetus places all the blame for adultery on a man. He believes that this dishonorable act undermines the foundations of society and violates harmony. (It must be said that women are referred to as public property, but this is a topic for another conversation).
    So, what kind of society is more patriarchal then? One that blames women for all sins (and may even stone a raped woman to death if she does not present 4 male witnesses) or a society that calls men for self-control?

    I am definitely sorry that this great culture was destroyed by the Abrahamists.

  2. Russia restarting LNG exports to India as India now more relaxed about disobeying their US masters. I think some the gas Russia was flaring may have been due to that too. Anyway. why should they are who buys it as long as someone does and pays rubles. India will be paying in rubles and some EU countries refused. Bulgaria is reconsidering as winter nears.

  3. “Justin Trudeau said that global warming makes it easier for Russia to attack Canada.”

    Because tanks love driving through the mire of melting permafrost?

  4. Re: Canada: Justin Trudeau: ” ‘Climate change’ makes it easier for Russia to attack Canada”.

    Maybe he hasn’t seen the 1967 Ken Russell spy movie, “Billion Dollar Brain”, in which the mad billionaire’s force invading Russia sinks into the collapsing ice? Or indeed Eisenstein’s 1938 masterpiece, “Alexander Nevsky”, in which the same fate befalls the heavily-armoured Teutonic Knights?

    Yes, I know it was Russia being invaded in both cases, but I can hardly imagine Canada invading Russia!

  5. THE IMPORTED GANGSTER GANGS OF sWEDEN

    Magnus Sjöberg, head of the tactical council at the police’s National Operations Department (NOD), is critical of politicians who promise to crush criminal gangs. It’s simply not possible, he says.

    – We can’t crush or win over these gangs. They are not organisations that you put out of business and then they are out of business,” says Magnus Sjöberg, who has worked against gang violence at Noa since 2020.

    According to Sjöberg, politicians who talk about “breaking the gangs” have a simplistic view of a more complex cultural problem. He argues that deadly violence has a function for those, preferably young immigrants, who perpetrate it. The violence gives them something they otherwise lack in society – status.

    Sjöberg also explains how violence is “contagious” within these circles. Each act of violence creates more violence, as new people are constantly offended, angry and wanting revenge. They “have to regain respect”, he says.

    “Using violence as a conflict resolution method”
    – These are social structures where people who know each other in different ways come in and out, and where violence serves a purpose. Violence is a point of view, it is an ideology, these are violence-promoting. It is a first choice to resort to serious or deadly violence and these structures do not disappear, says Magnus Sjöberg to GP.

    The belief that you can “crush” or “break the gangs” will in a few years lead to the realization that you have failed, he says and explains that: “Crime will not disappear. Where there are people in a society, there will be crime”.

    Instead, the focus should be on bringing down the death rate, says Sjöberg. The problem lies in “certain specific groups that use extreme violence as a method of conflict resolution,” he says, arguing that this is what society needs to get rid of.

    While the number of fatal shootings this year has hit a new record, Sjöberg says he is nevertheless positive. He says that with the exception of “gross oversimplifications in the election debate”, the problems are being discussed properly for the first time in 25 years.

    • You list criminal chronicles. Is there any action being taken in your country to stop this?
      For example, in Russia lately, cases related to ethnic crime have raised a great public response. And the authorities have no choice but to take control of these cases.

      And do you know what it is connected with?
      This is connected with the war in Ukraine. Or “special military operation”. The authorities want to strengthen their authority in the eyes of the Russians. They just want Russian cannon fodder. That’s all.

    • Yes, you can crush them.

      Imprison all of them. Including all members of their families etc.
      Yes, it smells of Sippenhaft, but give the mothers a chance to tell the truth in a court about their husbands, sons, uncles etc. If they remain silent then they are accomplices to crimes and belong in prison.

      Send the youngest children to upstanding, law-abiding cittizens and raise them.

      Or sent them all back to the hellhole they came from.

      Their choice.

      • Imprison you say? Your civilized means with uncivilized savages is going to get you and yours killed or worse, others killed. You eliminate them to the last one, That is how you fix this 3rd world problem and that is how it is exactly going to come to pass, so prepare to get your hands dirty, or perish.

      What lightweight pseudo-intellectual nonsense! This Sjöberg character, this functionary, is so uninformed about Islam that he does not even fathom the depths of his own ignorance. No wonder the Swedes are losing their country, if this clown is typical of the sort of “public servant” they have there!

      Yes, young men fight for status amongst their peers and within their groups, but the underlying reason for all of it – the violence, chaos and mayhem – lies within Islam itself. Specifically, within the Koran, the Hadiths, and the Sira.

      Mohammed, the prophet of Islam, once said himself to his followers that the waging of holy war (jihad) in the name of the faith ought to be regarded as the “sixth pillar” of the faith, it is so essential. The “Five Pillars” of Islam are five things every devout Muslim must do, namely, the profession of the faith or shahada; daily prayer (salat); the giving of alms (zakat); fasting (sawm): and the pilgrimage to Mecca (hajj).

      Islamic doctrine divides the world into two spheres: Dar al-Islam – which means “The House of Islam” (also seen as “The House of Peace” or “House of Submission”), which is composed of the world’s Muslims, wherever they may live, and Dar al-Harb, which means “The House of War,” which is where the unbelievers and infidels dwell.

      All Muslims, but in particular young Muslim males of fighting age, are called upon to go forth into lands of the infidels and spread Islam, by the sword of jihad if necessary.

      Does that idiotic Swedish policeman know any of this?? If he does not, how can he possibly hope to make any positive difference whatsoever?

  6. CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN ANDERS AND HIS MOTHER

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Dear Mom!
    I have now been to my first day of work at the new school in Mälarhöjden and it feels really good. Your beloved granddaughter Angela is starting here at the same time in first grade and we are both very excited. This is a very progressive and gender-neutral school where all teachers are socially aware. Textbooks and many other things are reused and we have regular seminars on human rights, values and climate. It is also LGBTQi-certified by RFSL. However, there is one big problem, and that is that the school is not multicultural. The handful of more dark-skinned children are all adopted. I mention it because in Bredäng, the suburb next door to the south, there are several schools where the problem is the opposite. There are far too few Swedish pupils. I raised the issue with the teaching staff and they also recognised that it was a problem.
    Diversity is not least important for our Swedish children. We live in an age of globalisation, so they not only need to practise their tolerance but also become better at understanding cultural differences. Put simply, they need to raise their cultural IQ. I was therefore immediately asked by the headmaster to become our school’s diversity coordinator. Diversity is enriching and it was time to do something about it here in Mälarhöjden!
    After I got the assignment, I went off to Bredängsskolan and met, among others, Ahmed, an amazingly charming guy who could crack the biggest and warmest smile I’ve ever seen. He belongs to a family of five children and they don’t have it easy as his mother is a single parent. I can’t imagine what hard work it would be to raise and keep five children in order when there is no father.
    Poor Ahmed goes to a school that is very run down. There’s graffiti everywhere and there’s a lot of trouble in class. At recess, the students split into different gangs that don’t seem to get along. I guess that’s why the school has hired security guards to keep the school grounds in order. Unfortunately, they don’t always succeed. It is also very littered, both inside and outside. Several bins are black because someone has set fire to them. Ahmed shouldn’t have to have it that way!
    School results are also generally poor. Grades are well below the average for Swedish schools. I thought, why does Ahmed have to go to such a hopeless school when it is only two kilometres to our own well-functioning school? It’s easy to see what this is all about. It is pure racism! The best way to fight racism is to make good schools, like our own, accessible to all. So it will have to be my job, as diversity coordinator, to make sure our school becomes more multicultural.
    Your son Anders
    Dear Mom!
    It’s been a year since I became Diversity Coordinator and I’ve just put together a report for the college. I am pleased to report that our school has made good progress. Our Mälarhöjds School no longer has 95 percent Swedish children. We have about 30% diversity and we are all delighted that recruitment has been able to take place so quickly. This is a great victory for us! Unfortunately, we have also faced some challenges. We have had behavioural problems and, it pains me to say, also some discrimination. Some of the children we have taken in from Bredäng have not always behaved well. Again, it feels hard to admit, but that’s the way it is. One example is Ahmed, the wonderfully charming boy I reported on after my first visit to Bredäng School. He is very easy to talk to and difficult to sit still. In a maths lesson he walked around talking to everyone. He also demonstrated a new dance that he had learned. When the teacher told him to stop and sit down, he didn’t. Nor did he want to leave the classroom. Although Ahmed is just as smart as the Swedish kids, he has very low grades. It’s a case of him not really being able to concentrate, which I see as a teacher problem.
    Teachers need to understand that there are cultural differences, so that they don’t discriminate against children from Bredäng. I actually gave a little talk about racism at the last teachers’ college and everyone realised that it was important to tighten up, now that we have become a diversity school. The fact that many of the children from Bredäng School have difficulty sitting still and get lower grades is a clear sign that the teachers are not sufficiently trained in diversity. After all, all the teachers are Swedish and so are the rest of the staff. We have decided that I will hold seminars with them and train them in multicultural thinking. The hope is that our school will become more vibrant and interesting. I would like it to be a model for other schools that are too Swedish.
    Your son Anders
    Dear Mom!
    I have just finished writing the report of our second year as a diversity school for the college and the principal. We have made progress and the good news is that our school now has fifty percent of students from other countries. Unfortunately, not everyone is adjusting to the new situation easily. We have gang fights in the school and we have been forced to call the police quite a few times during the school year. It pains me to have to report that Ahmed has been involved in some trouble. He’s a great kid but he was bullied by another student and then he took out a knife and stabbed him in one shoulder. It is clear that he caused a multicultural problem. However, I do not want to put the blame on him; it lies with the teachers and staff. I have spoken to them and explained that the broad-minded children are not always able to relate to pupils who have a different skin colour. Many of them also find it difficult to accept reprimands from female teachers, which is another cultural problem. So I’ve had conversations with the principal about this. Hopefully we can get rid of these older and uneducated Swedish teachers and have them replaced with others who are more like our students. That way we will also have a multicultural teaching staff, which is a good thing!
    We have some problems with low grades and many failing pupils, which increases the urgency of getting the right teachers, who are of the same kind. I will sort this out, Mum, I have promised the teaching staff! We will also hire more guards. After several incidents, I also think we will acquire metal detectors, so that students do not bring weapons of various kinds to school. We will probably also have to carry out random searches. That will be good! Unfortunately, the parents of Mälarhöjds have started to take their children out of school, which only confirms how racist this neighbourhood is. They just don’t seem to understand how valuable and enriching multiculturalism is.
    Your son Anders
    Dear Mom!
    I have now compiled my report for the first three years and this will be my last update. The school has continued to make progress and the diversity rate is now as high as 70%. That’s great, but unfortunately I’ll have to let your beloved grandson Angela change schools. It is a safety issue as there is a lot of crime at the school. It mainly affects the Swedish students. Sometimes girls have been caught in the toilets. What happened there absolutely must not happen to Angela, so I have no choice. Ultimately, it’s a case of both teachers and other staff failing in their mission to adapt to the multicultural environment. They have simply not been progressive enough! It’s not because of racism, segregation or anything like that that I’m now moving Angela to a safer school. And, dear mother, I have found a fine such school. It really is progressive. The teachers are well aware of things that are important, i.e. values, LGBTQ and the climate issue. They may not be knowledgeable enough about cultural diversity, but I have three years of experience. I’ll raise the issue at the first parents’ meeting and we’ll see what can be done.
