Criminal gangs in Sweden are managing to acquire some of the armor-piercing rounds just like those the Swedish government has been donating to Ukraine. The following story doesn’t mention the ethnicity of the “youths” who have obtained such advanced weaponry, but I seriously doubt there are any blond blue-eyed young men named Sven or Olaf among the members of these gangs.

The police have in several cases recently seized armour-piercing shots from gang members, reports Aftonbladet.
It concerns at least three different cases so far this year, according to information to Aftonbladet.
In one of the cases, a criminal gang is involved in a bloody conflict with another criminal group, and at least one fatal shooting this year is linked to the conflict.
“It is very worrying that armour-piercing shots are appearing in criminal groups, not least when they are involved in conflicts. The likelihood of this type of weapon being used is very high,” Gunnar Appelgren, a criminal investigator and gang expert, tells the newspaper.
One of the armour-piercing shots, found in the home of a 28-year-old “network criminal” at the end of February, turned out to have been made in the former Yugoslavia. However, the type of shots found in the other cases is not mentioned in the article.
Sweden has so far sent at least 10,000 armour-piercing anti-tank shots to the war in Ukraine. In June, one such weapon was found in a second hand shop in Gothenburg.

‘Hällörade’ second hand chain Björkåfrihet made an unusual find in Gothenburg last week. A sharp armour-piercing shot, a weapon of the same type that the government and Magdalena Andersson (S) sent to Ukraine, was found among the returned gadgets.
The staff contacted the authorities, who called in a bomb technician. “We suspected that it was some kind of ammunition and called the police,” says Mattias Faltsetas, head of the sorting unit.
The bomb technicians concluded that it was a live armour-piercing shot. However, the shot was not deemed to be self-detonating and the premises never had to be evacuated!
“We receive a mixture of all kinds of items in our collection, but this is really one of the rarities,” says Mattias Faltsetas, head of the sorting unit at Björkåfrihet (formerly Emmaus Björkå), in a press release.
Björkåfrihets second-hand activities support anti-occupation work, and the organisation has solidarity projects in Palestine and Western Sahara, among others, but not in Ukraine — as far as we know.
All the humanitarian help is coming home to roost.
I’m not entirely convinced that that wasn’t the plan all along.
Its just like Operation Fast and Furious but on a much larger scale. Get anti-armor and anti-aircraft weapons into the hands of muslim gangs who then proceed to shoot down airliners and assassinate government officials then use that as an excuse to increase spying and surveillance of the populace while banning all kinds of privately owned weapons and formally starting gun confiscation.
I am certain that the primary goals of the immigration crisis are not to help the migrants, but to create problems that need solutions, identification cards, gun control, destroy the retirement saving schemes, destroy hospitals, hack democracy, etc… So I quite agree with your asessment.
But at the same time, the middle easterners have always been playing with military grade weapons everywhere they went. Even in Prague, some time ago, they discovered a stash of kalashnikovs and anti tank weaponry belonging to the Palestinians, so in this light, I find the armor piercing rounds in Sweden just part and parcel of living in a brave new world.
Nevertheless, I often wonder, if the karmic principles of “what goes around, comes around” actually work on the west right now: Supporting foreing people – turned into those foreign people coming here. Arming foreign people – then the rounds that “we sold” show up at “our backyard”. And so on…

Had Hitler had he stayed within the German borders and influenced the outside ones, he probably would have been successful, but alas, he tried to conquer the known world and ended up destroyed by it. The same with Kaiser Wilhelm II, he got suckered into a war he should have known would destroy the German Empire. As long as nationalism stays in it’s borders, like Pinochet and Franco it will be successful, stray outside the borders and it will destroy you like Mussolini and Hitler.
The one world government is going to run smack dab into virulent nationalism on steroids, and my money is on nationalism for it is human nature to do so. These one world types really have no idea what is coming, but to their collective horror they will.

By “shots” do they mean bullets? Seems like a mistranslation to me.

Shot is a generalized expression that covers a wide variety of armor, including body armor, piercing munitions. Can cover artillery size down to specialized shot gun pellets.
I think that AP shot would be referring to anti-tank artillery rounds. I think the ammunition described here is for small arms, so the term “shot” is inappropriate.
These idiots cannot even name the weapons they got ahold of, they are called anti-tanks rockets in HE (high explosive) or armor piercing, as for armor piercing rounds of rifle caliber are just plain old steel cored rounds used by armies the world over and Americans use for target shooting.
Well the Western Europeans are not paranoid. That’s for sure.
