Central Bank Digital Currencies Are Coming — What Will the Consequences be?

Currencies are the lifeblood of trade and the economy; if a currency fails, the entire economy fails. Yet, most people rarely think about the health or buying power of the money in their pocket… They just assume that the money they have will be as useful tomorrow as it is today. They also assume that money will never change in a dramatic way.

This lack of interest in how money works is likely due to the fact that people are not taught how their money is created. It’s not discussed in schools, the truth is avoided in colleges and the mainstream news rarely mentions it. People think our government and treasury handles all of that, but the reality is that our government does NOT create our money; at least, it’s not in charge of the process. Central bankers are, and they operate from a “quasi-independent” position…

Sure, the US President gets to “choose” the next successive chairman, from a list of candidates that is given to him by the Fed, of course. And Congress could conceivably call for a full audit of the Fed’s financial actions and policies, but they never do because it would never be allowed by the banks or their political partners. The central bank is the most powerful institution in our nation by far. They are completely unaccountable and uncontrollable. There is only ever the question of public reaction; this is the one thing the bankers fear…

Apologists for the Fed claim that the central bank only creates money from thin air when the government asks them to, and so it’s the politicians that are to blame. This is a lie. The politicians go begging to the Fed for more money, and the Fed usually obliges while also creating tens of trillions of dollars on the side for their friends in the corporate world.

For example, only ONE TIME in recent history has a Fed policy action been investigated by the Government Accounting Office. This audit was of a single set of bailouts enacted by the bank, and it was only allowed because the public was starting to get wise to the bank’s activities (thanks to Ron Paul’s presidential campaign). The audit was designed to shut people up. But, what was found was startling, and so the media swept the info under the rug. Over $16 trillion in fiat money had been conjured by the Fed in the span of a few years, while the original claim was that mere billions had been created for the bailouts starting in 2008.

European Commission Raises Poland’s GDP Forecast for 2022

The European Commission (EC), the EU’s executive arm, has raised its 2022 GDP growth estimate for Poland to 5.2 percent from 3.7 percent forecast in May.

Hungarian 2022 GDP Growth Could be Almost Double That of EU Average

Amid all the doom and gloom of the pandemic— and war-strikken EU economy, there is a glimmer of hope in the EC’s latest economic forecast. Growth is forecast in all EU member-states, albeit only marginal in some cases.

When one is looking at the EC graphs a red belt of inflation appears in countries surrounding Ukraine, plus Czechia, further to the West. However, these are also some of the countries where the largest growth is forecast for this year, with Poland and Hungary leading the list with 5.2 percent.

Appeals Court Says Student’s Nazi Snapchat Joke is Protected by the First Amendment

In September 2019, a high school student, identified in court documents as CG, was out shopping with some friends in a thrift store. They came across a World War II military hat, and CG posted a photo of himself with his friends wearing hats and wigs. In a Snapchat story, he posted the photo and captioned it, “Me and the boys bout to exterminate some jews.”

CG deleted the post after a few hours and posted another saying, “I’m sorry for that picture it was ment to be a joke.” However, another Snapchat user took a screenshot of the original post and reported CG to the Cherry Creek High School, in Denver, Colorado.

The school suspended CG as it conducted an investigation and later expelled him for one year.

Toronto Continues to Ignore the Disastrous Effects of Its Hotel Shelter Policy

The city of Toronto’s controversial plan to dump the homeless in three-star hotels during Covid was supposed to be a temporary measure only.

It was sold to Torontonians as a way of socially distancing the homeless during the pandemic and of providing those who were squatting in downtown parks a roof over their heads. But now more than two years later, the homeless hotels are still operating, many with a phalanx of security guards 24/7 to try to keep the residents from wreaking havoc on the surrounding neighbourhood.

In April, council quietly approved extensions to all of the hotels to next spring.

A significant number of residents in these homeless hotels are addicted to hard drugs and have mental health issues — but instead of receiving the counselling and support they so desperately need, are left to roam the neighbourhoods where they are located day and night.

A Second Protest Blocks the Road During Stage 15 of the Tour de France

Five days after the Tour de France was halted due to climate protesters, and on a day when the extreme weather protocols were activated due to soaring temperatures of 40 degrees C (104 degrees F), the race passed another protest on Stage 15 but did not stop this time.

With 65 km still to race, the breakaway — comprised of Nils Politt (Bora-Hansgrohe) and Mikkel Honoré (Quick-Step AlphaVinyl) — passed by flares, which were in the road, and were urged to slow down by the motorbike outrider in front.

Several protestors lay in the road, as during Stage 10, and were dragged to the verge by the police. The road was cleared in time to allow the peloton to pass through a few minutes later and a neutralization was avoided.

Dutch Nitrogen Scientist Questions Basis of Government Climate Mandates

Authored by Nathan Worcester via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours)

Jaap Hanekamp is skeptical of the received wisdom in science. He won’t stop asking a simple question: “But, is this true?”

When it comes to the Dutch government’s calculations of ammonia and nitrogen oxide deposition—the basis of climate mandates that would slash livestock numbers and put many farmers out of work—Hanekamp is especially critical of “the science.”

He thinks it relies on vague definitions, excessive deference to expert judgment, and a narrow focus on costs rather than both costs and benefits.

“We now treat farmers as polluters, end of story, which is a very strange perspective,” he said.

Hanekamp, an associate professor of chemistry at University College Roosevelt in the Netherlands, made the comments in an interview with Roman Balmakov, host of EpochTV’s “Facts Matter.”

Nearly Half of UK Not Triple Vaxed, But Triple Vaxed Account for Over 85% of COVID Deaths Since April

If you rewind to December 2021, you may remember an infamous headline published by Andrew Neil for the Daily Mail that read — ‘It’s time to punish Britain’s five million vaccine refuseniks: They put us all at risk of more restrictions’.

This headline is a beautiful example of how you have been lied to since the very beginning of the alleged Covid-19 pandemic.

Because according to the UK Government, 18.9 million people in England who are eligible for vaccination still remain unvaccinated, and 50% of the country has refused a third dose.

Yet despite this, another UK Government report confirms 94% of Covid-19 deaths have been among the vaccinated since the beginning of April 2022, and a shocking 90% of those deaths were among the triple/quadruple jabbed.

Now Germany Faces Coal Supply Crisis as Rhine River Waters Dwindle

Power plants in Germany are finding it increasingly difficult to source coal amid an energy crisis that is spiraling out of control as falling water levels on the Rhine river add to supply challenges caused by Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Switzerland, which also sits along the 800-mile Rhine river leading to the North Sea, is facing complications with oil product supplies due to the falling water levels, according to a Bloomberg report on Thursday.

The report, which cites government data, indicates that the Rhine’s water level is at its lowest since 2007 for this time of year.

The Rhine handles an enormous amount of supplies for Europe, including fuel and coal, adding to supply chain issues that have already mounted for other means of transportation, including bottlenecked German rail.

Two German power plants in particular—one in Mannheim and one in Karlsruhe—are lacking sufficient coal supplies for operations. Those supplies would typically be shipped in through the Rhine.

According to Bloomberg, citing S&P Global Commodity Insights, in the coming months, Germany will only be able to access some 65% of its coal supply due to transportation issues.

Serbia Says Crashed Plane Was Carrying Serbian Weapons to Bangladesh

An Antonov cargo plane that crashed late on July 16 in northern Greece, was transporting 11.5 tons of Serbian weapons to Bangladesh, Serbian Defense Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has said.

All eight crew members on board the Antonov An-12 operated by a Ukrainian airline died in the accident near the city of Kavala, Greek state broadcaster ERT reported.

Stefanovic confirmed that the owner of the plane is a Ukrainian company, and that the weapons were being sent by private Serbian arms manufacturer Valir. He said the plane was carrying illuminating mortar bombs and mines, adding that the weapons shipment had been agreed with the Bangldeshi Defense Ministry “in accordance with international rules.”

“Unfortunately some media have speculated that that the plane was carrying weapons destined for Ukraine but that is completely untrue,” he said.

He also confirmed that all crew members had died in the crash.

“I think the crew were Ukrainian but I don’t have any information about that. They were not Serbian,” Stefanovic told reporters.

Denys Bohdanovytch, general director of Meridian, the Ukrainian cargo airline operating the plane, told German broadcaster Deutsche Welle the crew were all Ukrainian. He gave no information about the cargo…

PTI | Dhaka | July 17, 2022:: A temple, shops and several houses of the Hindu community have been vandalised in southwestern Bangladesh by some unidentified persons over a Facebook post allegedly belittling Islam, in the latest spate of violence targeting the religious minority in the country, according to media reports on Sunday.

Police fired warning shots to disperse a mob that vandalised several homes and torched one of them in Sahapara village in Narail district on Friday evening, bdnews24.com, an online newspaper quoted Haran Chandra Paul, an inspector at the local police station, as saying.

The attackers also threw bricks at a temple in the village during the attack around 7:30 pm, he said. They also broke the furniture inside the temple. No attacker was arrested.

The situation was normal at night, said the police inspector.

Narail Superintendent of Police Prabir Kumar Roy said the law enforcers were working to keep the situation under control.

“We’re investigating the incident. Those responsible for the violence will face action. The situation is normal for now,” Roy said.

Police forces were deployed in the area to prevent further violence, The Daily Star newspaper reported.

“After one group looted all our valuables, another group came and found our door open. As there was nothing left to loot, they set our home on fire,” the paper quoted Deepali Rani Saha, a resident, as saying.

Deepali’s house was among homes and dozens of shops that were vandalised or burnt down in Sahapara village…

India: Islamic Fraud to Capture a Hindu Temple as a Waqf Property

Hindu litigants claim — Gyanvapi is not Waqf property, Declaring Gyanvapi as a Waqf property is a big forgery; lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said — Aurangzeb acquired it with a sword, now the court should correct it with a pen.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Varanasi | July 16, 2022:: In the ongoing Gyanvapi mosque-Kashi Vishwanath temple civil dispute, four of the five Hindu plaintiffs continued arguments opposing the Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee’s application challenging the maintainability of their suit.

During the hearing before Varanasi District Judge AK Vishvesha, the legal team led by advocate Hari Shankar Jain and his son advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, submitted that the religious character of the disputed location did not change when Hindu deities were allegedly demolished and a mosque was built.

In the Maa Shringar Gauri case of Varanasi, Hindu side lawyer Hari Shankar Jain has made a big claim. He said, “Declaring Gyanvapi as a Waqf property is a big forgery. Everyone has been misled. There is no such description on the official website of Waqf Assets Management System of India”.

On this website, the notification of the Waqf of the property of Gyanvapi, the date of registration of the Waqf, the date of formation of the Waqf, the account of the property, the plot number should have been recorded. Despite the property being in the city, it is said to be registered in Manduwadih village area.’…

Some residents of Beijing are pushing back against a Covid tracking device they are required to wear on their wristbands. Anyone returning to Tiantongyuan, a residential district in northern Beijing, is required to wear the device all day for seven days.

The device records someone’s temperature every five minutes. According to China Daily, the device’s corresponding app has access to the phone’s microphone, location, and camera.

Those forced to wear the device have raised concerns about how it monitors the location and what is done with the data collected. The development of the device was a collaboration between the government and Beijing Microchip Sensing Technology, which is backed by China’s tech giant Tencent.

Nine-Year-Old Swedish Rape Victim in a Coma — ‘Minor’ Suspect Granted Residence Permit

A 9-year-old Swedish girl was raped and left for dead on a playground by an Ethiopian migrant, who had just obtained a permanent residence permit. The little girl is still in a coma.

A “minor” is suspected of the crime against the young victim: brutal rape and attempted murder at a playground in Skellefteå. There is no known connection between the victim and her attacker, according to Swedish news outlet Samnytt.se.

The 13-year-old boy suspected of trying to kill a nine-year-old girl in Skellefteå may in fact be older than he claims. This is what Andreas Nyberg, the prosecutor in charge of the investigation, told several media outlets.

Nyberg told TV4 that the criminal qualification in this case, in addition to attempted murder, is now aggravated rape of a child. The seriously injured girl is still in hospital in a critical condition and has still not regained consciousness.

Soros-Linked Group Wins $172M Contract From Biden to Help Border Crossers Avoid Deportation

A left-wing group linked to billionaire George Soros has won a nearly $172 million federal contract from President Joe Biden’s administration to help young border crossers avoid deportation, a report revealed this week.

Fox News’s Adam Shaw and Joe Schoffstall reported on Thursday that the Vera Institute of Justice, with financial ties to Soros, has won a federal contract for $171.7 million that will provide attorneys to Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) to avoid deportation from the United States.

The federal contract could end up showering the Vera Institute of Justice with $1 billion in taxpayer funding, Fox News reported:

The arrangement lasts until March 2023 but can reach as high as $983 million if renewed until March 2027, the agreement shows. This appears to be the largest federal contract Vera has secured for immigration-related services for any single year dating back to the mid-2000s. [Emphasis added]

The Vera Institute, meanwhile, is propelled by taxpayer-backed government grants and contracts like the one it secured in March. Between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021, $152 million of the group’s $191 million in revenue came from government sources, its most recent financial audit shows. [Emphasis added]

The institute seeks to end “mass incarceration” by cutting down on the number of jails, prisons and detention centers in the United States. The group has also signaled support for defunding police. [Emphasis added]

As Breitbart News reported in 2018, the Vera Institute of Justice was previously awarded $310 million by the Obama administration to help UACs avoid deportation…

BRICS Expansion on the Cards

More and more emerging countries are considering joining the BRICS group, which is seen as the major emerging countries’ counterweight to the US-led West and the G7. Especially in times like these, this is also a clear signal to Washington.

The BRICS group of states, consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, are working ever more closely together on an economic and political level. Together they represent 3,26 billion people and a gross domestic product of US$27,54 trillion. According to estimates, the economic output of these five countries will account for 50 percent of total global value added by 2030.

In view of the fact that “rules-based” Western countries are experiencing serious economic problems, this prognosis does not even seem that far-fetched.

  1. “Biological Male Transferred to Youth Facility After Impregnating 2 in Women’s Prison”
    And this is precisely why there need to be strict rules about sex change. Persecuting those truly suffering from the condition by banning it won’t help anything.
    But those suffering want their bodies to align with their brains, no such individual would willingly father children.
    So, frankly, as long as you’re able to do that (or birth children in the opposite scenario), you have to serve time in the prison with the people who can also do that. Same with using the bathroom, shower, changing room, etc. It’s really simple.
    And yes, it’s somewhat uncomfortable for the people undergoing transition, but they’re nothing like the snowflakes the transgender agenda pushes, trust me. They handle it as the personal and intimate topic it is.

    • If it still has male genitalia, then it doesn’t belong in a Women’s Prison.

    Monkeypox rage before the pride parade
    Published 18 July 2022

    https://www.friatider.se/sites/default/files/styles/wide/public/ulf_kristersson_pa_stockholm_pride_2018_01_3.jpg

    The number of cases of monkeypox continues to rise – and doctors are expressing concern about what it will be like during the upcoming pride festival in Stockholm.

    – The situation feels extra difficult, especially with Pride approaching, says senior physician Finn Filén at the Venous Health Unit at Södersjukhuset in Stockholm to Dagens Nyheter.

    Filén raised the alarm last week that Venhälsan – a clinic for gay men – has been forced to shut down much of its regular business because it now has to focus on monkeypox.
    Monkeypox, originally a tropical disease from monkeys in Africa, has been spreading since this spring among practicing gay men in Europe.

    As of 13 July, 58 cases of monkeypox had been confirmed in Sweden, according to the Swedish Public Health Agency. Most of the cases are from the Stockholm region. All cases are men in the 20-65 age group, with an average age of 39. Nearly 40% of the cases have been reported to be infected in Sweden.

    The National Public Health Agency hopes to receive the first shipment of smallpox vaccine from the EU this week. However, there are only enough doses for almost 1,500 people.

    It is also not yet clear who will be prioritised for vaccination. In the UK, however, it has been suggested that gay men who engage in group sex should go first in line.

    • So what you seem to be saying is that Monkeypox, like HIV, is especially likely to be spread by anal intercourse. Let me relate an old joke:

      “What do lesbians do on the second date?”.
      “Book the removal van”.

      “What do gay men do on the second date?”.
      “What second date?”.

      Point is, women and men, gay or straight, approach sexual encounters from different perspectives (not all, of course); since (many) gay men share a more promiscuous perspective, and are not limited by the different priorities of female partners, they are more likely to spread infections.

    Swedish criminal gangs already have armour-piercing shits
    of those donated to Ukraine: “Very worrying”!

    Published 17 July 2022

    The police have in several cases recently seized armour-piercing shits from gang members, reports Aftonbladet.

    It concerns at least three different cases so far this year, according to information to Aftonbladet.

    In one of the cases, a criminal gang is involved in a bloody conflict with another criminal group, and at least one fatal shooting this year is linked to the conflict.

    – It is very worrying that armour-piercing shits are appearing in criminal groups, not least when they are involved in conflicts. The likelihood of this type of weapon being used is very high,” Gunnar Appelgren, a criminal investigator and gang expert, tells the newspaper.

    One of the armour-piercing shits, found in the home of a 28-year-old “network criminal” at the end of February, turned out to have been made in the former Yugoslavia. However, the type of shots found in the other cases is not mentioned in the article.

    Sweden has so far sent at least 10,000 anti-tank armour-piercing shits to the war in Ukraine. In June, one such weapon was found in a
    second hand shop in Gothenburg.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Sharp armour-piercing shit found in second hand shop in Gothenburg
    Published 12 June 2022
    ‘Hällörade’ second hand chain Björkåfrihet made an unusual find in Gothenburg last week. A sharp armour-piercing shit, a weapon of the same type that the government and Magdalena Andersson (S) sent to Ukraine, was found among the returned gadgets.
    The staff contacted the authorities, who called in a bomb technician.
    – We suspected that it was some kind of ammunition and called the police,” says Mattias Faltsetas, head of the sorting unit.
    The bomb technicians concluded that it was a live armour-piercing shot.
    However, the shot was not deemed to be self-detonating and the premises never had to be evacuated!
    – We receive a mixture of all kinds of items in our collection, but this is really one of the rarities,” says Mattias Faltsetas, head of the sorting unit at Björkåfrihet (formerly Emmaus Björkå), in a press release.
    Björkåfrihets second hand activities support anti-occupation work and the organisation has solidarity projects in Palestine and Western Sahara, among others, but not in Ukraine – as far as we know.
    • Wow! I thought a bout of diarrhea I experienced last winter was bad but “armour-piercing shits” is a whole other ballgame.
      Glad I dodged that bullet! 😉
      • Haha. This google translate is some kind of enemy scammer. He translates from Swedish into Russian much more clearly than into English.
        “armor shots” – not “armor-piercing shit”
        • I assumed it was the “machine” but I’ve always been a sucker for gallows humor. It helps keep ugly news in perspective.
          • Oh, you should have seen how Google translates from Italian into Russian! Very funny and expressive. Probably feels the nature of these people. I will post screenshots of these translations on my blog without any changes.
    • Oh please translate the story link at the bottom of the one you posted. It was behind a paywall. It is titled something like “Horror Somalis appeared at the family’s breakfast: “I want to “bowchickawowwow””. I just want to know how that is handled in Sweden. Help him set up a Swedish Tinder account, offer to introduce him to a neighbor, make eye contact/ don’t make eye contact, put the dog away, look who he is talking to, pray quietly (Dear Lord, don’t let him be looking at me). Just how hospitable are the Swedes?
      How is it handled in Somalia? 10 minute wife? Do all the men in the family go?
      All of this raises one question for me, on the id or app we are all supposed to carry at some point, will there me an entry for “subject to sexual emergencies” and then is there a government healthcare plan that covers it.
