Canada: Fraser Institute Finds Per-Person Debt Increased by 35.5% Since 2015 Under Trudeau

“Prime Minister Trudeau’s government has increased per-person debt by 35.3 per cent since 2015, the third highest amount since World War II,” a new study found.

Indeed, through a study conducted by researchers Jake Fuss and Evin Ryan, the Fraser Institute was able to analyze the debt legacies of each prime minister since Confederation.

As they put it, “[we] examine the percentage change in inflation adjusted gross debt per person during the tenures of various prime ministers.”

China’s Economy Sharply Contracts in Q2

July 15 (UPI) — China’s economy sharply contracted in the second quarter of the year, Beijing said Friday as it continued to battle the COVID-19 pandemic with protracted lockdowns.

The National Bureau of Statistics of China said in a statement that its economy contracted 2.6% in the three months ending in June, which is a stark fall from the 1.4% growth it registered in the first quarter.

Poland’s Weakened Currency Will Keep Poles Stuck Behind Western Europe in Terms of Pay and Living Standards

Last year, the average wage in Poland was €1,170 per month, which was 38.6 percent of the average in the EU. in terms of wages. The comparison with Germany (26.7 percent) and France (35 percent) is even less favorable for Poland.

These differentials in terms of pay remained the same as in 2020 and 2019. This means that Polish incomes, expressed in euros, have not made up any ground on Western Europe.

The decisive factor in this phenomenon is the weakening of the Polish currency, the zloty (PLN), against the euro, which has meant that despite pay rising at a healthy clip in zlotys, their value in euros has not risen by the equivalent percentage.

Bombshells Undercut the ‘Big Lie: ‘ 21 Confirmed Illegalities, Irregularities From 2020 Election

Democrats and their allies in the traditional news media have coined the term the “Big Lie” to dismiss anyone who questions the conduct of the 2020 election.

But with each passing day, new irregularities, security vulnerabilities and illegalities are being unmasked by bombshell revelations from courts, legislators and other investigative bodies like the FBI and Homeland Security Department.

The latest came last week when the Wisconsin Supreme Court declared that state election regulators had no legal authority to allow voters to cast ballots in mobile drop boxes, a jaw-dropping decision that invalidated the way tens of thousands of voters — many of them Democrats — cast their ballots,

>From Phoenix to Detroit, and Madison to Austin, there are now nearly two dozen credible confirmations of problems that undercut the claims of bureaucrats, journalists and Democrats that the November 2020 general election was perfect. In fact, it was quite imperfect.

Boy, 14, Surrenders in Center City SEPTA Subway Platform Shooting

Police said video captured a 14-year-old boy shooting a 19-year-old on the subway platform after getting off a SEPTA train

A day after a midday subway platform shooting across from Philadelphia City Hall, a juvenile suspect was in police custody Friday.

The 14-year-old boy, escorted by his mother, surrendered to police around 8 a.m. and was being questioned, Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Frank Vanore said late Friday morning.

Vanore said that surveillance video (which police did not release) showed the entire incident on the SEPTA platform at Market and North 15th Streets around 12:25 p.m. Thursday.

Two teens can be seen exiting a train onto the eastbound subway platform and appear to have words with a 19-year-old on the platform, Vanore said.

“It goes back and forth, at one point, (a suspect) pulls out a handgun and fires the handgun,” Vanore said.

The 19-year-old victim was struck in the chest, stomach and right hand, police said. He underwent surgery and remained in critical condition Friday, Vanore said.

‘Random Act of Violence’: Killer Stalked 3 Men, Shot Them Dead After Getting Off Bus, Police Say

Vanore said that video left little doubt about who pulled the trigger.

“I watched the video, he is absolutely the one who fired the gun,” Vanore said.

Crystal Thurston described a “chaotic” scene as she and other passengers waiting for the train on the platform heard the gunshots.

“It was frightening, it really was. It was very frightening and it was loud. It was three very loud shots,” Thurston said.

No charges were filed against the 14-year-old as of midday Friday.

Police also interviewed a 15-year-old on Thursday who was with the 14-year-old, but released him without charges. They said the 15-year-old wasn’t involved in the actual shooting and cooperated with the investigation…

Brother, Sister Charged With Fatally Shooting 18-Year-Old Woman During Oak Park Carjacking

A brother and sister are charged with fatally shooting an 18-year-old woman during a carjacking and robbery in Oak Park last month.

Kenneth Elliot, 21, and Adrianna Vanzant, 17, both from Chicago, are each charged with first-degree murder in the June 22 shooting of Jailyn Logan-Bledsoe, according to Village of Oak Park officials.

The two approached Logan-Bledsoe from behind and opened fire around 1:50 a.m. on June 22 at a gas station at 100 Chicago Ave., officials said. They took items from Logan-Bledsoe before Vanzant drove off in Logan-Bledsoe’s Chrysler and Elliot fled in another car.

Officers found Logan-Bledsoe at the gas station with a gunshot wound to her head, officials said. She later died at a hospital.

Logan-Bledsoe’s car was later recovered in the 200 block of North Kilbourn Avenue in Chicago, officials said.

Elliot and Vanzant were taken into custody Thursday in Chicago, officials said. Both were scheduled to appear in bond court Friday.

Logan-Bledsoe was a graduate of Oak Park-River Forest High school, and was an activist in the community. She was a member of the Revolutionary Oak Park Youth Action League, a student-led group.

Jan. 6: Secret Service Deleted Texts Requested by Investigators, Watchdog Report Says

The Secret Service deleted text messages from Jan. 5 and Jan 6, 2021, that were requested by officials investigating the breach of the U.S. Capitol, the Department of Homeland Security inspector general’s office said in a report this week.

Inspector General Joseph Cuffari said in a letter to the Congressional committees investigating the Jan. 6 riot that “many” messages were “erased as part of a device-replacement program” after his office had requested electronic communications from the Secret Service during their “evaluation of events at the Capitol on Jan. 6.”

“It’s concerning, obviously,” Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., House Jan. 6 committee chairman and House Homeland Security Committee chairman, told Axios on Thursday. “If there’s a way we can reconstruct the texts or what have you, we will.”

New York Goes Back to Court Over Concealed Carry Restrictions Passed After SCOTUS Defeat

The CCIA imposed tight restrictions on the concealed carry of firearms by lawful permitting holders, barring gun possession in “sensitive locations” such as government offices, healthcare facilities, schools, public transportation, restaurants, churches, camps, and a bevy of other venues. The state also will require applicants to submit character references, spousal contact information, periodic background checks, and their social media history.

Petition: Save Jose Alba — Drop the Murder Charges Against Bodega Clerk Who Defended Himself

In Early July, Jose Alba, a 62-year-old convenience store worker, was attacked and reportedly stabbed behind the register counter while at work in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Harlem, New York.

Alba defended himself and fought off his attacker with a knife and unfortunately it ended with his attacker dead. Alba is being charged with murder and facing decades in prison. This is despite calls from the local and even national community to drop charges against Alba because he was acting in self defense.

Fellow bodega workers have organized rally after rally in New York City in front of the downtown criminal court. They’re asking New York City District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, to drop murder charges against Alba.

As of now, there isn’t enough vocal public support. The city has yet to drop the murder charges. We here at Rebel News believe everyone should have the sacred right to defend themselves, and that’s why we’ve launched SaveJose.com.

If Canadians Wanted to Eat Crickets, We Wouldn’t be Forced to Subsidize the Cricket Farm

I know a Canadian man who lives in Thailand. He teaches English as his primary occupation, but he and his wife also have a “hobby farm” raising crickets in large wooden bins in their home. When the insects are ready for harvesting, his wife—a Thai native—fries them up with popular Thai seasonings. The crickets are then sold as snacks on the local streets.

For Thais, eating insects isn’t novel. Take a look at some of the other mouth-watering delicacies they eat: bamboo worms, silkworms, grasshoppers and giant water bugs.

Thais aren’t the only people in the world who eat insects. “Consumers in Latin America are already familiar with eating insects as food or snacks,” according to this Mexican bureaucrat in charge of food safety.

Recently, however, it has been announced that Canada, of all places — where I’ve lived all my life and have never known anyone to eat crickets — will become home to the world’s largest cricket farm, newly built in London, Ontario by Aspire Food Group. The company’s CEO, Mohammed Ashour, predicts that North Americans will soon join two billion other people on the planet who, he claims, already eat insects.

Note, though, that the world’s insect-eaters are almost all in third-world countries. While they may be making the best of their impoverished situation by spicing up bugs to palatability, I’ll bet most of them wouldn’t turn down a good beef steak if it were offered to them… People eat bugs primarily when they can’t afford more appetizing forms of protein… Even Malaysians, who live right next door to Thailand but have a GDP per capita that’s 54% higher, don’t eat crickets, although there are apparently insect agriculture start-ups gearing up right now, just as in Canada. I wonder why.

Aspire’s enormous spanking-new plant has been subsidized by a million-dollar award (the Hult Prize) received from the United Nations. As well, the company appears to have received $16.8 million from Canadian taxpayers through something called NGen (Next Generation Manufacturing Canada). It looks as though that’s just the first instalment, however; the project total for the “insect protein supply chain in Canada” is shown on NGen’s website as $73 million.

Aspire’s website acknowledges that it also received a third government grant, namely $10 million from STDC (Sustainable Development Technology Canada) in June 2020.

Lightning Takes Out Cattle on Family Ranch

The emotion was audible in Glen Briere’s voice as he spoke to Global News about losing nearly a fifth of his cattle herd to a weekend storm.

Paramedics Speak Out About Empty Hospitals During COVID, Probable Vax Injuries

Paramedics say they transferred few COVID-19 patients during the early stages of the pandemic — despite media claims that hospitals were overwhelmed — but since the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines they’ve seen a rise in heart attacks, strokes, and chronic infections.

“If I hadn’t heard about COVID all day, every day in the news, I don’t think I would have known that anything was any different,” said Greg McTague, a paramedic of 25 years from Penticton, B.C. “It seems clear to me at this point, the vaccines are causing a lot more harm than the actual virus.”

In response to an anonymous testimonial by an Atlanta, Georgia paramedic, who claimed to be seeing a huge increase in cardiac-related calls for vaccinated men aged 18-30, the Western Standard put out a call on Twitter to see if paramedics were experiencing something similar.

The Western Standard heard from more than a dozen healthcare workers, including six paramedics, three emergency dispatchers, two nurses, two firefighters, and an embalmer.

For her own reasons, Ms. Lewis has not and will not take this experimental jab.

This led to the submission of an application to the Alberta Court of Queen’s bench where she asked “that the court uphold her Charter-protected right to conscience, bodily autonomy, and freedom to choose without coercion.”

‘No Money for Bread’ — Starving Italians Storm Town Hall

Are these the kind of conditions that we will soon see more often in Europe? In an Italian city, angry citizens stormed the city hall because they had no more money to afford groceries. The mayor refused to receive the angry crowd.

Italian citizens stormed La Spezia City Hall after the mayor refused to receive them: “I have no money to buy bread, what will my daughter eat tonight?” cried a disappointed mother at the official residence of the city. The incident is said to have taken place in the Italian city on Wednesday.

The mayor Pierluigi Peracchini decided to ignore the problems that his constituents have been facing. He is said to have even denied the citizens access to the town hall for a discussion. Rather, as video recordings show, police officers from the local municipality prevented the angry people from penetrating further into the building.

Biden Draws Criticism for ‘Fist-Bump’ With Saudi Crown-Prince

Caroline Glick: How Biden Ensured His Trip to the Middle East Would Fail

Ahead of U.S. President Joe Biden’s trip to Israel and Saudi Arabia, the President published an op-ed in the Washington Post, where he placed his trip to into the context of his overall Middle East policy. A few days later, Israel’s opposition leader, former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a brief statement on Biden’s then upcoming visit that spoke directly to the claims Biden made in his article. Taken together, the two communications explain why Biden’s visit was a failure before it even began — and what a successful policy looks like.

Biden’s article, “Why I’m going to Saudi Arabia,” was a political communication to his party’s progressive base. It served a twofold purpose. First, it was an apology to progressives, who are hostile to both Saudi Arabia and Israel. Second, Biden assured progressives that he was not changing course. His Middle East policy to date will remain his policy going forward.

That policy had three major pillars: hostility towards Saudi Arabia and particularly Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman (MBS); financial, nuclear and strategic appeasement of Iran; and support for the Palestinians, at Israel’s expense. Biden insisted that he remains true to these positions, but as president, he also has Russia and China to keep at bay.

As he put it, “As president, it is my job to keep our country strong and secure. We have to counter Russia’s aggression, put ourselves in the best possible position to out compete China, and work for greater stability in a consequential region of the world.”

He promised his progressive readers that he would keep the heat on Saudi Arabia (and Israel). As he put it, “My views on human rights are clear and long-standing, and fundamental freedoms are always on the agenda when I travel abroad, as they will be during this trip [to Saudi Arabia], just as they will be in Israel and the West Bank.”

Biden’s policy of supporting the PLO at Israel’s expense failed 22 years ago, when the Palestinians rejected the so-called two state solution at the Camp David peace summit. And it has continued to fail ever since. All the same, Biden slavishly maintains to placate the Israel-bashing progressive base of the Democrat Party.

In contrast, Biden’s policies towards Saudi Arabia and Iran are failing now for the first time. The implications of their failures for the U.S., for U.S. allies and for regional stability and security are catastrophic. And yet, Biden pledged in his article to stay the course in both…

Dangerous PFI Plan ‘Towards Rule of Islam in India’ by 2047

Bihar Police reveal stunning documents to make Islamic India by 2047. Three PFI-SDPI members arrested in Patna for ‘anti-India activities’.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Patna | July 14, 2022:: In a stunning revelation, the Bihar Police confirmed the arrest of three members of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) in Patna on Thursday, and seizure of a seven-page document on an alleged plan to “establish rule of Islam in India by 2047” from them.

Mohammad Jallauddin, a retired policeman from Jharkhand, and Athar Pravej, allegedly a former member of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), were nabbed from the Phulwari Sharief area here on Wednesday. Arman Malik was arrested from a residential colony here on Thursday. The police called him the “kingpin” of the gang.

The document, marked as “internal document, not for circulation”, said, “2047 CE is not a watershed in history, but signifies the end of the century of Independent India and the beginning of a new one pregnant with changes, positive and negative, cataclysmic or otherwise. We dream of a 2047 where the political power has returned to the Muslim community from whom it was unjustly taken away by the British Raj”.

“PFI is confident that even if 10% of the total Muslim population rallied behind it, the organisation would subjugate the majority community to their knees and bring back the glory of Islam in India,” it said.

The document outlines plan to recruit “loyal” members of the minority community into government departments, including the executive and judicial branches, as well as the police and the Army. “PFI wants to create a split between RSS and SCs/STs/OBCs by projecting the organisation as an outfit interested only in the welfare of upper caste Hindus,” it added.

Under the topic “Establishment of grievances”, the document said, “The rising Hindutva forces, RSS and their puppet government at the Centre are giving us enough issues to foment grievances of our brothers and make them to believe that the RSS-controlled Union government is hell bent to suppress Islam in the country.”

“Our target is to recruit all eligible members of all families into the organisation, party and other frontal wings. If it is not possible: recruit at least one of them to the organisation, if not recruit at least one to the party etc,” it said.

The document concluded with the topic of “External help”, saying, “In the last few years, PFI has developed friendly relationship with Turkey, a flag bearer of Islam. Efforts are on to cultivate reliable friendship in some other Islamic countries.”…

Hindu Nurse Raped and Murdered in Islamic Bangladesh

Hindu nurse Rima Pramanik brutally murdered after rape by her Muslim employer in Bhairab.

Atul Das | HENB | Dhaka | July 13, 2022:: Police have recovered the body of a Hindu nurse from a private hospital in Bhairab upazila of Kishoreganj district in Bangladesh on Monday (Jul 11) morning. The deceased was identified as Rima Pramanik, 19, daughter of Sentu Pramanik, of Pirizkandi village under Raipura upazila of Narsingdi district.

Police have arrested Rima’s Muslim employer Hanifur Rahman, (Managing Director) of the hospital in connection of the murder. The nurse was reportedly raped before the murder.

The victim’s body was recovered from the United Hospital and Orthopedics Center in Bhairab around 10am. She worked as a nurse in United Hospital and Orthopedics Center. According to police and local sources, Rima was working as a nurse in the hospital the last two years. She took leave from the hospital on July 7 and went to her house.

According to police and media sources, Rima returned to the hospital from home on Jul 9, after receiving a phone call from the hospital authorities. Later, her body was found in a hospital bed in the morning. Being informed, police went to the spot and recovered the body.

Local sources confirmed that Nursing Home Managing Director Hanifur Rahman used to exploit the Hindu nurses physically after giving employment in his nursing home with a sexual intention.

Bhairab Police Station officer in charge Golam Mostafa said they recovered the body and sent it to Kishoreganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy. Legal action would be taken in this regard, said the OC.

The life of minority Hindus in Islamic Bangladesh has been turned as hell in an atmosphere of radical insurgence day by day. The rights and security of Bangladesh Hindus have come down at the lowest under the pressure of influential Sharia organisations and their agents in all political parties. Hindus are treated as Kaffir and third class citizens in Bangladesh.

  1. Polish wages are now held down by mass Ukrainian migration.

Street lights turned off – increased crime rate. Street lights are to discourage crime and make streets safer after dark. Being able to see the footpath is only a part of their purpose.

    • And what’s interesting is that their use was invented in Paris, under Louis XIV. Think about it. France has just devolved to the 17th century.

      • Well… to throw in another opinion. We don’t need all those street lights. They ruin the dark skies for astronomers and everybody else. And the glare from too many too bright lights actually helps crime, because neighbors can’t see past the glare.

If we were a smart civilization, we would be very choosy about what we light up at night. (Turning them off wholesale? That might be another kettle of fish.)

    • I agree. First thing I thought about, now how easy to commit more crimes. I read just cannot recall which country is planning to turn off traffic lights? Another great idea. Just today (in hungary) an intersection normally protected by lights is now flashing yellow. In all directions. Witnessed one car make a left turn through it and almost got broadsided by an on coming car. But will businesses be required to turn off lights when closed? I’ll wait to see cause that is alot of wasted electricity. Will we have dark cities? Return to the dark ages…

  2. Sweden – the Swedish elites made the decision to sacrifice the lives of the ordinary Swedes on the altar of Multiculturalism and globalisation many years ago. The choice for Swedish people who do not wish to die on that Altar is to leave.
At the moment it is easy to move to Australia on a student visa if you are under 48 because there are jobs everywhere and students are allowed to work 40 hours per week in jobs Australians don’t want. This is because mass migration was not possible during Covid when Australia was closed to airlines for 2 years.

  3. Even more Arabs, Somalis and Afghans become Swedes in 2021

The Swede of the future is an Arab, according to new statistics from the Swedish Migration Board. By the end of the year, Sweden is expected to have handed out some 85,000 citizenships – almost all to the Third World. Arabs top the statistics, while Westerners almost completely refrain from applying for Swedish citizenship.

The statistics for 2021 through November show that the Arab world continues to be the most popular when Swedish authorities hand out citizenship to so-called new Swedes.

A total of 27,340 Syrians, 4,305 Somalis, 4,067 Afghans and 3,471 Eritreans received Swedish passports during the period, while only 163 Norwegians, 198 Danes and 204 Finns became Swedish citizens during the same period.

From the Arab world alone, just under 40,000 people received citizenship during the period.

At the same time, nearly 50,000 Swedes emigrated from Sweden in 2021. How many of these are returning Third World immigrants – if any – is not clear from the statistics, however.
