BlackRock CEO Says Ukraine Invasion Could be Used to Accelerate Use of Central Bank Digital Currencies

The CEO of BlackRock, one of the biggest investment corporations in the world, thinks that the war in Ukraine and the events surrounding it could be used to accelerate the adoption of digital money controlled by central banks.

In a letter to shareholders sent on Thursday, Larry Fink wrote that this could prove to be one of the outcomes of the war that are currently by and large under the radar.

According to Fink, whose company manages $10 trillion worth of assets, countries around the world will be reevaluating what he called their “currency dependencies.”

Bill Gates: ‘All Rich Countries Should Move to 100% Synthetic Beef’ To Fight Climate Change

(LifeSiteNews) — “All rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef” to stave off climate change, software giant and left-wing philanthropist Bill Gates claimed in a recent interview.

The Microsoft founder made the comment while speaking to Technology Review about his book, How to Avoid a Climate Disaster. After admitting that conversion to synthetic beef was not viable for poor countries (where “we’ll have to use animal genetics to dramatically raise the amount of beef per [methane] emissions”), Gates claimed wealthy nations could handle it: “You can get used to the taste difference, and the claim is they’re going to make it taste even better over time. Eventually, that green premium is modest enough that you can sort of change the [behavior of] people or use regulation to totally shift the demand.”

Chicago Mayor Lightfoot Secretly Protected by Specialist Squad of 71 Cops: Report

Progressive Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has been secretly protected by a specialist squad of more than 70 cops — one set up the same year she pushed to slash $80 million from the police budget, according to reports.

Chicago police’s previously unknown Unit 544 has 65 officers along with five sergeants and a lieutenant assigned to protect the mayor — on top of her personal bodyguard detail of about 20 officers, the Chicago Sun-Times revealed Monday, citing public records.

Also called the Government Security Detail, the unit’s potential recruits were told its “mission will be to provide physical security for City Hall, the mayor’s residence and the mayor’s detail command post,” the paper said.

DeSantis Hits Back Against Newsom’s Attacks: ‘People Vote With Their Feet’

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis hit back against attacks from California Gov. Gavin Newsom during an interview on “The Guy Benson Show” on Fox News Radio Tuesday.

In an interview January with Yahoo! News, Newsom slammed DeSantis over his COVID leadership, and opposition to progressive ideologies in K-12 public schools.

On Tuesday, host Guy Benson asked DeSantis what he thought about the Democrat governor going out of his way “to come after you.”

“He said that you’re a performance artist. He said, ‘I do not look for inspiration to that particular governor, not on the pandemic, not on other policy including the absurdity that was his woke initiative and the laughability around stopping something that doesn’t exist, Critical Race Theory,’“ the Fox News Radio host noted, adding, “I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he’s attacking you.”

But DeSantis argued actions speak louder than words.

“Well, first I would say how many people are moving from his state, fleeing to come to mine for freedom versus vice-versa? And I guarantee you we win in the net — in migration, people are leaving California in numbers we’ve never seen because of his failed policies,” he argued.

Former Google CEO Paid Biden White House Staff Salaries in Major Conflict of Interest

It will not come as a surprise even to casual observers of the Big Tech-Big Government revolving door phenomenon, but now the time has come for mainstream media in the US to pick up on the fact that former Google CEO Eric Schmidt is — and has been for a while — a strong presence and a man of influence in various US administrations.

Judging by the reports such as the one published by Politico, Schmidt became particularly comfortable in the Biden White House, all the way to allegedly paying salaries of some employees of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OTSP) — an entity established by Congress.

Hunter Biden Laptop Material Entered Into Congressional Record

It’s now an official matter of record.

Material from Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop was entered into the Congressional Record on Tuesday at the request of Rep. Matt Gaetz.

The Florida Republican made the move during a hearing on oversight of the FBI’s Cyber Division after its assistant director, Bryan Vorndran, testified that he didn’t “have any information about the Hunter Biden laptop,” which the bureau seized from a Delaware repair shop in December 2019.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) initially blocked Gaetz’s request but relented a short time later.

Senators Release Receipts Showing Direct Payments From Foreign Oligarchs to Hunter Biden

Shortly after The New York Times quietly admitted that Hunter Biden’s laptop is legitimate even though it was smeared as “disinformation” to protect then-candidate Joe Biden during the 2020 election, Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin released bombshell receipts showing Hunter received payments from foreign oligarchs that further reveal “the extent to which President Biden might be — and almost certainly is — compromised.”

According to the documents obtained by the senators, energy company CEFC, “an arm of the Chinese Government,” paid Wells Fargo Clearing Services $100,000 and designated “further credit to Owasco,” Hunter’s firm.

“There’s no middle man in this transaction. This is $100,000 from what is effectively an arm of the communist Chinese government direct to Hunter Biden,” Grassley said on the Senate floor on Monday. “To the liberal media and my Democratic colleagues: Is this official bank document Russian disinformation?”

Spotify Introduces “Authoritative” COVID Panel

About two months ago, Spotify announced it would be bringing a Covid content “advisory” tab for podcasts containing content about the pandemic. It appears the podcast platform has finalized the rollout.

The Covid content advisory tab is a small blue tab that directs users to reliable sources of “authoritative” Covid information. It is similar to Facebook’s and Twitter’s information centers. Spotify threatened the feature about two months ago, following the boycott by musicians such as Neil Young, who claimed the platforms allowed the spread of Covid “misinformation” by continuing to host “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast.

Waukesha Parade Suspect Darrell Brooks Jr. Back in Court Over Trial Jury Selection, Potential Date Change

Waukesha, Wisconsin, Christmas parade suspect Darrell Brooks Jr. was back in court on Tuesday, when attorneys from both sides discussed any potential jury biases and what should be included in the juror questionnaire.

Lawyers representing Brooks, 40, told Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Dorow that they did not expect to be ready for trial if it begins as scheduled in October, notifying the jurist of their plans to request that the date be pushed back.

Both parties also went back and forth regarding their concerns about possible jury exposure and bias. After roughly 40 minutes of publicized discussions, Dorow ordered attorneys from both sides to meet off-the-record and behind closed doors in the courtroom to go over what questions would be included in a jury questionnaire.

Hedges has been treated by YouTube like so many other creators over the years of stepped-up censorship that has little time, and sees little reason to explain itself: namely, there has been no explanation.

Lifting COVID Restrictions Could Lead to Incel Terror Attack Wave: Researcher

A researcher hired by the Trudeau government to produce a report on incel terrorism has told the Canadian Press that lifting COVID-19 restrictions could lead to a wave of incel terror attacks.

The term “incel” — short for “involuntary celibate” — is often used to describe an online subculture made up predominantly of men who feel sexually rejected by women.

Incel subculture spilled into mainstream coverage following the 2018 Toronto van attack which killed 11, after it was revealed that the perpetrator Alek Minassian was an adherent of incel ideology.

“Our researchers called (COVID-19) a great equalizer because incels believed everyone would experience the social and romantic isolation that they suffer on a daily basis,” Moonshot spokesperson and researcher Alex Amend told the Canadian Press on Monday.

In the short teaser clip above, Wilson discusses some of the evidence used — apparently a CTV News article outlining Freedom Convoy organizers — that led to the extraordinary measure of Canadians being barred from access to banking.

Number of People Who Left Canada Last Year at Almost 50-Year High

Government data shows that more people left Canada permanently in 2021 than in any year since the 1970s.

The largest spike in people abandoning Canada was in the fourth quarter, which correlated with the implementation of the Trudeau government’s vaccine mandate for travel.

During that quarter, emigration was up 215% from the year prior, with an estimated 16,901 people moving out of Canada.

The exodus persisted throughout the year, with a total of 55,935 residents leaving the country. Emigration trends were also up 55.7% when compared to the five-year median before 2020.

‘They Have No Intention of Letting This Man Go’: Pastor Artur Has Been in Jail Now for Over 50 Days

On a recent Rebel News DAILY Livestream, Sheila Gunn Reid and Adam Soos discussed the latest on Pastor Artur Pawlowski, who has now been in jail after for more than 50 days since he was arrested at his home in early February and charged with mischief, as well as a charge under the never-before-used Critical Infrastructure Defence Act meant for pipeline bombers and well-head saboteurs.

The charges stem from a one day trip to the Coutts border blockade in February where Pastor Artur gave a supportive sermon to truckers and farmers who were blocking the main crossing with Alberta and Montana in protest of remaining COVID restrictions in Canada. The blockade was in place before Art arrived, and continued after he left and the truckers and farmers involved have publicly stated he was not an organizer or instigator of the blockade.

Though he was recently granted bail on the Coutts charges, Artur remains in custody for breach of prior conditions stemming from when he was found in contempt of Alberta Health Services court orders.

YouTube Says Canada’s Plan to Dictate Recommended Videos Would Hurt Creators

The Canadian government has proposed the Online Streaming Act, which will force streaming platforms like YouTube to promote Canadian content. YouTube has warned that the legislation might result in Canadian content creators losing revenue from abroad.

According to YouTube, actively promoting Canadian content might result in that content losing its popularity outside of Canada. YouTube, and other platforms, use algorithms to match content with users’ personal preferences.

If the bill passes, platforms will be forced to promote Canadian content. But users might not like the video recommendations, since it does not match their preferences, resulting in the videos being harder to find abroad, because YouTube promotes videos based on user engagement (views, likes, comments, and shares). Less engagement from showing content that viewers aren’t ultimately interested in will cause them to gain fewer viewers, YouTube alleges.

That would devastate Germany’s economy and lead to even higher energy prices given the country’s dependence on Russia.

Before the war began, Germany imported 55 per cent of its gas from Russia along with a third of its oil and 45 per cent of its coal.

For this reason, the NATO Joint Air Operations Center ordered the take-off of Hungarian Gripen fighter jets. The Serbian-registered plane was identified by the fighter jet upon arrival in the Hungarian airspace before being escorted to the Hungarian-Serbian border, where it left the Hungarian airspace, the Ministry of Defense reported.

Pope Says ‘Ashamed’ by Hike in Arms Spending to 2% of GDP

‘Madness’ in response to Ukraine war says Francis

(ANSA) — ROME, MAR 24 — Pope Francis said Thursday he felt “ashamed” when he heard a number of countries including Italy had decided to raised arms spending to 2% of GDP in line with NATO requirements amid the Ukraine war.

“I was ashamed when I read that a group of States vowed to spend two per cent of GDP for the purchase of weapons to respond to what is happening, they’re mad”, Francis told an audience of the Italian Women’s Centre.

“The real response is not more arms, more sanctions, more political and military alliances, but another approach, a different way of governing the world, not baring one’s teeth, a globalized way to frame international relations”.

Premier Mario Draghi’s government has been criticised in some quarters for pledging the 2% arms spending hike as well as promising more weapons to Ukraine in its battle to fend off a Russian invasion.

Google Instructed Translators Not to Call Ukraine Invasion a “War”

To comply with Russia’s censorship demands, Google ordered contractors that translate its content to Russian to refer to the invasion of Ukraine as simply “extraordinary circumstances,” rather than war. The revelation contradicts Google’s support for Ukraine in the ongoing conflict.

The Intercept obtained an internal email sent to translators by the management of one of Google’s Russian translation contractors. The email said that the word “war” should not be used for the Russian market but could be used for other markets.

Google changed its policy to comply with a censorship law the Kremlin passed shortly after the invasion began.

India: Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Calls for Boycott of Halal Meat During Ugadi Festival in Karnataka

The state home minister said that protests against the hijab ban in schools and colleges had fueled the boycott.

B Upendran | HENB | Bengaluru | March 29, 2022:: After Muslim traders were refused stalls at the Kote Marikamba Jatra fair in Karnataka’s Shivamogga and at some places of Hindu Religious fairs/festivals (Jatra and Mela), the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has called for the boycott of halal meat products (which are permissible as per Islamic law) during the Ugadi celebrations in the state.

Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said that the call for the boycott of halal products was the result of the Muslim community’s protest against the high court’s hijab row verdict, wherein it had ruled that students would not be allowed to wear the headscarf to educational institutions.

“One particular community’s decision to protest the recent High Court judgment in the hijab row has led to such reactions. I only wish it cools down soon,” Jnanendra stated.

When asked if the government would take action on the call for a boycott, the home minister said, “That’s not how it works. If there is a law and order issue, then we will take action.”

Ugadi is celebrated as New Year’s Day in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana. As per tradition, meat is consumed a day after this Hindu festival.

In a video message in twitter, Mohan Gouda, the Coordinator and Spokesperson for HJS in Karnataka conveyed, Halal is related to Bismillah, Quran and Sharia and used as a tool to spread Islamic influence in Indian economics.

Previously, the organising committee of the Kote Marikamba Jatra festival, which had begun on 22 March, had refused to allot shops to Muslim traders during the festival.

This had come after leaders of the BJP, and right-wing groups Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, demanded that only Hindu shopkeepers be allowed to do business during the festival. Surrendering to the pressure, the committee gave the tender for the allotment of shops to Hindutva groups.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has been propagating for years to boycott all Halal products as it meant an Islamic invasion in Indian Economics and Jihadi aggression in India it its Sharia upheaval.

HJS National spokesperson Ramesh Shinde told HENB in an earlier occasion that Halal in the shape of a parallel economy for Muslims would be dangerous for safety, security and developmental programmes for India.

Nearly 1 Million Migrants Have Already Crossed the Border in SIX MONTHS…

This figure just accounts for migrants encountered, meaning there could be thousands of other ‘gotaways’ who evaded CBP when illegally crossing into the U.S.

  1. Does anyone really believe that the Ukrainian asylum seekers are the same as the illegal, barbarian, savage hordes that are invading our country by the millions, are the same and should be treated the same?

Actually, the savage hordes from all over the world that are coming here via what was once our southern border, are being treated like visiting royalty compared to what’s happening to the poor Ukrainians who actually were foolish enough to believe the Bidenistas.

As per usual, the American citizen/Taxpayers are getting screwed.

    • Yeah..but ” Right Sector” political Associations are NOT baned by Zelensky..!!
They follow and are disciples of Stephan Bandera Roman Shukhevych , Mykola Khvyl’ovyy, Dmytro DontsovNational Fascosm-Socjalism Ideologi..
and people responsible for Polish, Jews , Greeks, Czechs Genocide in whole Ukraine between 1939-1945..in nr. of 350 000-450 000 thousand..
Interesting choice and political perforations Jew President, and his Jewish cabinet..including his personal political promotor and Putin friend, Jewish-Israeli Multi billionaire, Ihor Kolomoyskyi – Oligarch .
So ..if you reporting do it properly..
You forget to mention about Panama Papers , where Zelensky name , tie with Corruption , was allover Russia-Germany-Israel-Ukraine political spectrum..

      • The 11 parties banned have links to Russia, the country Ukraine is at war with, and illegally occupying its land…

Just like in World War 2, the British Union of Fascists was banned, for links to countries Britain was at war with.

Why would “Right-sector” parties following Bandera have links to Russia, and hence need to be banned?!

        • What’s your point ” green or pinkey”..?
Do you suport support people following Fascist-Commie ” nazi” Nationalistic Ideologi ,responsible for Holocaust, Genocide in Eastern Poland Territories ?
Are you one of them SVP ?
I/m asking as a fellow Pole and volunteer soldier on active military duty in Ukraine..

          • Obviously, the subject of Bandera and UPA should be raised. No idea why Poland’s government failed to, for many years…

But you think that this is a good time, for Ukraine’s government to alienate the more fanatical members of its military, by banning parties who almost worship Bandera?

Ukraine needs every hand it can get to fight Russia – even if it’s Azov members waving Swastikas (from what I heard, one of the more successful batallions).

Right now, we need all hands on deck. We can deal with the differences later.

          • ..”We can deal with the differences later “..
[expletive] ! This ” philosophy ” of thinking after 2 World War until today get us where we are now !
If you think i care about ” ukrainians” , Russians affairs as a Polish soldiers , right now seating somewhere in the forest in Ukraine and putting my life with others on line ?
If so, you are very mistaken !
We are here to fight a Beast from both sides ( there are not much different) so we Poles don’t have to do it, at our Homes doorstep in Poland and meanwhile when we are facing Evil here , on his territory ,my son and wife and others Polish children and people, can have considerably normal , safe life..
I/m here also to defend Western ( mostly Latin-Catholic) Christianity and Civilisation..because Western fascist-commie [epithets] , serving Evil want to destroye it ..I hove no pleasure doing it..But somebody has !
Man is to Protect Life ! This how i understand my Manhood and i was educated and teach by Holly Bible.
Yes ,we all here ,see ourself as a Last Bastion White, Christian Man in Europe , standing and fighting for the future and farther existence of White Man Race..
There WILL NOT be a ” racially , unified Brown Man Race) in CEE !!! Period !!
Anyone contradicting this opinion can go to Hell and I will be more than happy to help this happen..
Do you understand Internet ” soldier” and ” green warrior ” what i/m telling you ? do you get it ?

  2. Re: Bill Gates: “All rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef”.

Just as soon as you give up the private jet, Bill.

  3. 1 out of 4 in Ukraine will be in Germany? And not adding Poland’s and other countries? Germany, we need a drug screening for your government.

  4. Climate change? I have faith in the human race, that we will adapt – and transcend. I’ll not go into a jumping and spinning tizzy over it.
Mr. Biden should be taken out with 25A and sent where he belongs, a high-luxury assisted-living institution.

  5. Someone should tell Frau Baerbock, that most Ukrainians escaping leave for other parts of Ukraine. And of the minority who go abroad, most go to Poland.

No doubt she is keen for Germany to go even more multicultural, but 8-10 million is a surreal number. Germany would do better to resolve its huge housing crisis, especially in big cities.

  6. I have a real problem with the Ukraine because George “Satan” Soros demands Unkraine be supported by American taxpayers

I find that the Russian people should be protected because they are innocent.
