A young man named Mohammad Moiz Omar entered a mosque in Ontario and attacked the faithful there with bear spray and an axe. Fortunately, there were only minor injuries, all of them caused by the bear spray, before the attacker was subdued and arrested. The incident has a Mohammed Coefficient of 100%.
In other news, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre refused to ban Russian media, saying that he is opposed to censorship.

More than 8 in 10 people in the United States are facing hardships over inflation, according to a new poll.
The poll of more than 1000 registered voters, conducted between March 18-20 by Emerson College, also found that a plurality of voters blame the Biden administration for soaring gas prices and think the economy, including inflation, is the most pressing issue in the country right now. A majority of voters also believed the Biden administration should prioritize domestic issues like the economy over concerns about the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Alcohol Killed More Under-65 Americans Than COVID in 2020
A new study led by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism reveals the staggering impact of early-pandemic isolation on Americans with substance-abuse problems.
Researchers sifted through death certificates to tally deaths in which alcohol was found to be an underlying or contributing cause. They determined that more than 99,000 people suffered alcohol-related deaths in 2020 — a 25.5 percent spike over the previous year. More adults under 65 died from alcohol-related factors (74,408) than from COVID-19 (74,075) in 2020.
Alcohol-related deaths, ranging from alcohol poisoning to liver disease and accidents, have been crawling upward over the past two decades with an average annual increase of 3.6 percent between 1999 and 2019. But the stark jump from 78,927 deaths in 2019 to 99,017 in 2020 confirms studies showing that people drank more to manage pandemic stress.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams touted 31 arrests that were made last week by the NYPD’s new Neighborhood Safety Teams, a revamped version of the NYPD’s controversial plainclothes anti-crime unit that was disbanded in 2020.
Adams, a former police captain who ran on a tough-on-crime platform, vowed to bring back the plainclothes unit during his successful campaign last year, roiling some New Yorkers who accused the anti-crime team of aggressive and discriminatory tactics.
“If they think they are going back to the old ways of policing then we’re going to take to the streets again,” Hawk Newsome, co-founder of Black Lives Matter of Greater New York, said outside Borough Hall after meeting with Adams in November. “There will be riots, there will be fire, and there will be bloodshed.”

Breaking: Project Veritas Reveals Biden’s DOJ Spied on Journalists With Secret Warrants
On Tuesday, a new video from Project Veritas revealed legal documents obtained from the Microsoft Corporation showing that the Department of Justice had been spying on Project Veritas journalists leading up to the November raids of the journalists’ homes.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI: FBI handlers told informant Dan Chappel to label an “innocent man” a federal agent to avoid potential detection, an attorney said Tuesday in the trial over a conspiracy to kidnap Michigan Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
Chappel worked for the FBI as an informant in 2020 as part of the Bureau’s investigation into the plot to kidnap Whitmer over her COVID-19 policies. Of six men arrested and accused of taking part in the conspiracy, two have pleaded guilty. Brandon Caserta, Barry Croft Jr., Adam Fox, and Daniel Harris are contesting the charge.
Chappel, called to the stand by prosecutors, testified that FBI handlers directed him to accuse another man, identified as Trent, of being a federal agent to divert suspicion from himself. Chappel said that at one point during his work as an informant, he was concerned about being compromised and outed as working with the FBI.

An attorney for Project Veritas sent a letter to District Court Judge Analisa Torres accusing the Department of Justice of sidestepping her prior rulings designed to protect the journalistic and attorney-client privileges of the organization. Two people died and three others were injured in a shooting early Saturday morning in downtown Norfolk. The gunfire allegedly stemmed from an argument over a spilled drink.

On Monday, in the wake of Vice President Kamala Harris’ disastrous visit to Poland, it was reported that her National Security Adviser Nancy McEldowney, will become the latest staffer to leave Harris’ office.

Hillary Clinton Tests Positive for COVID, Pushes Vaccines
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced late Tuesday afternoon that she had tested positive for COVID-19. She noted that her symptoms were mild, a fact that she attributed to the vaccine, and she encouraged everyone else to make sure that they got the vaccine and available booster shots as well. Challenging COVID-19 conventional wisdom has given some scientists their first meaningful interactions with journalists — and left them wary of the fourth estate, they told Hillsdale College’s Academy for Science and Freedom conference in D.C. last week.
Catherine Stein, an infectious disease epidemiologist at Ohio’s Case Western Reserve University, anonymously criticized the state’s COVID policy and personally contacted state lawmakers to share her skepticism, particularly on mask efficacy. “What blew my mind was the fear-mongering in the media,” she said.

Long-memoried readers will recall that Stormy Daniels and her then-attorney not only lost a defamation case against Donald Trump in 2018 for suggesting she faked a threat against her, but then got hit with anti-SLAPP sanctions. The judge in the case ruled that Daniels had to cover Trump’s attorney’s fees, a bill that came to $293,000.

The mayors of New York City and Chicago met Friday to exchange ideas on tackling crime, which continues to skyrocket in both cities — a trend that began during the worst days of the COVID pandemic and continues to dog both cities.

Wild Video: Suspected Shoplifter, Accomplice Body-Slammed by Fed Up Man
A suspected shoplifter and his comrade encountered a man who had enough of rampant lawlessness and decided “make an impact” last week in Northern California, according to reports.
The wild incident unfolded on Saturday afternoon at a Walgreens in Alameda.
When a man identified only as “Kevin” allegedly saw a suspect shoveling bottles of pills into a backpack at the pharmacy store, he began filming and then handed his cell phone to another customer and asked them to continue recording.
“I said, ‘This is a time you can make an impact, make this happen,’“ Kevin told ABC 7. “I see him leaving the store… and I threw him to the ground.”

Canada Mosque: Worshippers Stop Axe Wielding Attacker
Worshippers at a Canada mosque have confronted and restrained a man who was allegedly wielding an axe and attacked them with bear spray during Saturday morning prayers, police say.
One worshipper knocked the axe from the man’s hands, and held him down until police arrived, local media reports.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at the scene in the suburb of Mississauga, and he has since been charged.
Some congregants had minor injures from the bear spray, the mosque’s imam said.
One of the worshippers said the experience was “terrifying” and described hearing a scream before turning around to see a man holding an axe and using bear spray — similar to pepper spray — against three people.
“By the time he was spraying, the people in the first row realized something was going on and one of the young men turned around and knocked away the axe before he had a chance to use it,” Noorani Sairally told Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail.
The young man then held the alleged assailant down until police arrived, the witness said.
“Before he could inflict harm on any worshippers, several congregants bravely were able to stop him in his tracks,” imam Ibrahim Hindy said in a statement, describing the moment the attacker entered the site.
“Our community will never be broken and we refuse to be intimidated,” he added.
Police have named the man they arrested as Mohammad Moiz Omar, and charged him with six offences including assault with a weapon and administering a noxious substance with intent to endanger life or cause bodily harm.

School Bus at Pastor Artur’s Church Catches Fire
A school bus belonging to a daycare parked behind Pastor Artur Pawlowski’s church caught fire today. Pawlowski’s church, the Cave of Adullam, shares the Calgary building with a daycare which has no affiliation with Pastor Artur and his church.
According to the person who filmed the video, the bus was lit on fire while children were downstairs in the daycare.
The witness told Rebel News that in their opinion, the fire started so fast it had to have been caused by an accelerant, describing the incident as looking “like it was a gas fire.” As of publication, Calgary police have not reported any instances of arson.

Biden Will Discuss Peacekeeping Mission to Ukraine During His Visit to Poland
U.S. President Joe Biden will arrive in Warsaw on Friday and is set to discuss the proposal to send a “peacekeeping mission” to Ukraine with Polish officials, a move that would represent a serious escalation in the war from the West if it were to occur.
White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki stated on Monday that Warsaw’s proposal of a peace mission to Ukraine will be discussed with the European partners. She stressed however that the United States would not deploy American soldiers to Ukraine. The idea to create a NATO peace mission was proposed by Polish Deputy Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski during his visit to Kyiv. Chaos at German Airports as Flights Delayed, Canceled Amid Airport Security Staff Strikes
Security personnel went on strike at eight German airports on Tuesday amidst an ongoing battle over pay and working conditions.
According to workers’ union Verdi, stoppages were occurring at major international airports including Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne/Bonn, and Düsseldorf. Security workers at Germany’s largest and busiest airport, Frankfurt, were also going on strike.
Airports warned passengers to expect cancelations, delays, and a long wait to get through security checkpoints. Frankfurt Airport went so far as to tell passengers not to come to the airport at all, because there was no way they’d reach their flights without staff at security checkpoints.
The strikes were the second round of work stoppages in as many weeks.

Czechia and Poland Rated Among Friendliest Countries to Ukraine
An overwhelming majority of Ukrainians consider the Czech Republic and Poland to be two of their country’s key allies as they attempt to defend their homeland against a Russia invasion, according to a newly published poll.
The poll, conducted by the Rating Sociological Group and published at the end of last week, revealed that as many as 96 percent of Ukrainians consider Poland to be their friend. Poland topped the survey while Czechia placed fifth, with almost four in five (79 percent) Ukrainians considering the country to be a key ally.
Lithuania, the United Kingdom and the United States filled in the gaps for the top five friendliest nations.

EU Approves Policy for ‘Rapid Reaction Force’
EU defense and foreign ministers on Monday adopted a new security strategy, known as “Strategic Compass.”
As part of the new strategy, the European Union will create a force of as many as 5,000 troops, an overhaul of the EU battlegroups that have existed only on paper since 2007.
The joint response forces are to be operational by 2025.
German Defense Minister Christina Lambrecht told reporters ahead of the meeting that “Germany can provide the military core.”

Germany Searches 100 Suspects Over Political Hate Speech
“Freedom of expression reaches its limits as soon as it comes to defamation, insults and threats,” said federal police chief Holger Muench. The day of raids made it clear that “anyone who posts hate speech must expect the police to show up at their door”, he said.
Bavarian interior minister Joachim Herrmann said posting hate speech on social media was “not a trivial offence” and he hoped the searches would deter others from posting such content.

Poland Restricts Half of Its Airspace for Military Use Only
Almost half of Polish airspace on the eastern side of the country has been restricted to military use since the outbreak of war in Ukraine on Feb. 24, the CEO of the Polish air navigation agency has revealed.
Janusz Janiszewski, the head of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), told the Polish Press Agency that “the functioning of the Polish airspace has changed completely,” adding that “currently, half of the Polish airspace is restricted to the military, anti-air defense and allied forces.
“That means that almost half of Poland’s airspace is now only used by the military, to set up an air defense capable of deterring attack on the entirety of Polish airspace,” Janiszewski explained.

The Spanish populist party VOX has stated that its regional vice-president Maria Estévez was violently assaulted in the town of Estella on Sunday by a group of masked extremists.

Conservatives in Hungary are voicing concern that a report from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE) Election Observation Mission is setting the stage to question the Hungarian election results, with current polls projecting an election victory for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The interim 15-page OSCE report, published on Monday evening, examines the Hungarian parliamentary elections and national referendum set to be held on April 3. UK: Boris Johnson’s Law Banning ‘Noisy’ Protests Dealt Humiliating Lords Defeat
The Government’s bid to ban “noisy” protests was dealt a humiliating defeat in the Lords for the second time.
Peers defeated the Tory-dominated Commons with 208 votes to 166, creating a majority of 42 votes.
In the same session, peers backed a move to remove the “noise trigger” for public assemblies and preventing an expansion of police powers for such gatherings by 190 votes to 175 — a majority of 15 votes.
Lord Coaker joked the Government appeared to be creating adverts for double glazing companies as Government regulations stated: “If [protests] are held outside a building with double glazing, it’s unlikely to have the same impact” of noise in comparison to a building that doesn’t have double glazing.
The former Home Office minister added: “The Government has got itself in a right mess in respect to noise.
“What on earth does too noisy mean. One person gets irritated by not very much noise, some get irritated by no noise at all.”
He later told the Mirror the noise amendment was “unworkable and impractical”

Anti-Polish Article Published by Former Russian President Medvedev
In his article published on the Telegram messaging app, Dmitry Medvedev, the former Russian President and current deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, accused Poland of long-lasting Russophobia and harshly criticized Polish politicians. Medvedev also criticized Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki’s plan to “de-putinize” the Polish economy and claimed that it would be a very costly process for Poland.
“Polish propaganda features the most heinous, vulgar and outspoken criticism of Russia. It is a community of political imbeciles,” wrote the former Russian president and current head deputy head of the Russian Security Council.

Kremlin Calls on FIDE to Overturn Sergey Karjakin’s Worldwide Chess Ban
The Kremlin dramatically intervened in the row over Sergey Karjakin’s worldwide chess ban today as Vladimir Putin’s press spokesman called on FIDE to revise its ruling.
Dmitry Peskov, who is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Chess Federation, told Russian news agency TASS that chess “must be beyond politics”.
Peskov added: “We regret this. We call on FIDE to reconsider this decision and still remain out of politics, thereby confirming the international prestige of this chess organization. Naturally, we disagree with this decision.”
It follows FIDE’s decision to impose a six-month ban on Karjakin, the former world title challenger, for a series of provocative pro-Russian comments on social media following Russia’s bloody invasion of Ukraine.

In Ukraine: As the battle for Mariupol intensifies, civilians fleeing the conflict told of escalating violence as Russian and Ukrainian forces fought street by street. Local officials say Russia has rained 50 to 100 bombs a day on Mariupol, destroying between 80% and 90% of the city.
The number fleeing the war has reached over 3.5 million, the U.N.’s refugee agency said, adding that some 12 million people are stuck in affected areas.
The wider battle lines across Ukraine have shifted little in recent days, with troops on both sides digging in.

Poll: Over 75 Per Cent of Russians Support Invasion of Poland
A new poll finds that around 75 per cent of Russians would support an invasion of Poland, while a significant number would also approve of their country’s use of nuclear weapons.
The poll results underscore how, contrary to propaganda in the west, Vladimir Putin’s actions in Ukraine enjoy a high level of popular support amongst his own population.

Pro-Kremlin Paper Claims it Was Hacked After Posting Alleged Russian Death Toll in Ukraine
A Russian newspaper called Komsomolskaya Pravda, previously noted for its staunch loyalty to the Kremlin, published an article that quickly disappeared from the site on Sunday claiming 9,861 Russian troops have been killed during the invasion of Ukraine.

A Ukrainian doctor overseeing the treatment of patients at a mobile hospital in eastern Ukraine has revealed during a television interview that he has ordered the castration of captured Russian soldiers.
Speaking to TV host Yevgeny Kiselyov on the Ukraine-24 news channel, Gennadiy Druzenko explained he had given “strict orders” to disfigure Russian prisoners of war, who he referred to as “cockroaches.”
“I have always been a great humanist and said that if a man is wounded, he is no longer an enemy but a patient,” Druzenko told viewers.
“But now, [I have given] very strict orders to castrate all [captured Russian] men, because they are cockroaches, not people,” he added.

Hindu Girl Killed for Refusing Islamic Marriage Proposal in Pakistan’s Sindh

Reports said that the accused, identified as Wahid Bux Lashari, wanted to marry Pooja Kumari, 18, after converting her to Islam.
On the day of the incident, Wahid Bux broke into Kumari’s house in Ghotki city of Sukkur district in an attempt to abduct her.
However, he got enraged after she showed resistance and opened fire on her, leaving the girl dead on the spot.
Police said that the prime suspect has been arrested and he had confessed to the murder of the Hindu girl.
Meanwhile, relatives of Pooja Kumari have staged protest on a road against the brutal murder and demanded stern action against the accused.
Social media users have also joined the protest as “#JusticeForPoojaKumari” has become a trend on Twitter.

When their father was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer in January this year, brothers Marco and Ivan couldn’t have imagined the cruel way they would be kept from seeing their dad in his last days.

A tiny baby was one of at least 100 migrants who crossed the Channel in small boats today, with ‘dozens’ more expected, after more than 200 sailed to Britain in small boats yesterday — taking the total number of Channel migrants this year so far to 3,500.
UK Border Force authorities intercepted 213 men, women and young children in six dinghies yesterday and brought them ashore in Kent, the Home Office said.
In March alone, nearly 2,000 migrants have so far sailed across the Channel in 61 small boats, while 3,444 have arrived in Britain in 112 dinghies in 2022. During the same period to March 21 last year, the figure was 806 migrants, making it an increase of 300 per cent this year. In 2021, more than 28,500 migrants made the crossing from France.

Why would you pay 2,000 korunas (€81) for a Czech woman when you can have a Ukrainian woman much cheaper? That is the message being broadcast on Czech websites dedicated to arranging meetings with prostitutes.

Utah Governor Vetoes Bill Protecting Girls’ Sports, State Legislature Moves to Override Him
Utah Republican Governor Spencer Cox vetoed a bill on Tuesday aimed at protecting girls from having to compete against biological males in girls’ sports.
Cox sided with leftists after the state legislature passed the legislation as he “quickly denounced the bill after it passed,” The New York Times reported. “He had met with lawmakers weeks earlier and expressed his support for creating a commission of experts who would determine eligibility in individual cases.”
