U.S. Businesses Shed 301,000 Jobs in January, ADP Says, In Biggest Drop Since Start of Pandemic

The numbers: Privately run U.S. businesses reduced employment by 301,000 jobs in January — the biggest drop since the start of the pandemic— as a record omicron wave kept people out of work and delayed hiring plans.

Economists surveyed by The Wall Street Journal had forecast a 200,000 gain.

The decline was the first in 13 months and the largest since April 2020, when the U.S. lost almost 20 million jobs during an economic lockdown in the early stages of the pandemic.

CNN President Zucker Resigns, Citing Undisclosed Relationship With Senior Executive

CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker resigned Wednesday citing his failure to disclosed a relationship with his “closest colleague.”

“As part of the investigation into Chris Cuomo’s tenure at CNN, I was asked about a consensual relationship with my closest colleague, someone I have worked with for more than 20 years,” the 56-year-old Zucker said in a letter to employees. “I acknowledged the relationship evolved in recent years. I was required to disclose it when it began but I didn’t. I was wrong. As a result, I am resigning today.”

The investigation into Cuomo when he was a top CNN show host was sparked by allegations he helped his brother, Andrew Cuomo, New York governor at the time, craft messaging to defend against multiple allegations of sexual misconduct. Chris was fired after an internal investigation of the matter, and his brother resigned amid a New York prosecutor’s report substantiating such allegations.

Zucker leaves one of the biggest and most influential news-media companies in the world.

Oklahoma to Consider Holding Gold and Silver, Removing Income Taxes

(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — January 20, 2022) — An Oklahoma state representative introduced legislation today that would enable the State Treasurer to protect Sooner State funds from inflation and financial risk by holding physical gold and silver.

Introduced by Rep. Sean Roberts, HB 3681 would include physical gold and silver, owned directly, to the list of permissible investments that the State Treasurer can hold. Currently, Oklahoma money managers are largely relegated to investing in low-yield, dollar-denominated debt instruments.

Other than Ohio, no state is currently known to hold any precious metals, even as inflation and financial turmoil accelerate globally. Yet Oklahoma’s own investment guidance prescribes safety of principal as a primary objective for investment of public funds.

“Currency debasement caused by federal monetary and fiscal policies has created an imminent risk of a substantial erosion in the value of Oklahoma’s investment holdings,” said Jp Cortez, policy director of the Sound Money Defense League.

This Law Can Help Parents Expose Critical Race Theory in Schools, Conservative Group Says

A conservative legal group is urging parents to use their rights under a little-known 1974 law that gives parents a wide berth to review public school curriculum and opt out of commonplace surveys used by third-party contractors.

America First Legal outlined in a guide how parents can use the provisions of the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, a largely unknown law that was passed in 1974 and updated most recently in 2002, to view and expose critical race theory and other controversial curricula.

“The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, 20 U.S.C. § 1232h, is one important — but until now little-used — tool for holding administrators and teachers accountable,” the guide says.

Protest-Turned-Party: Ottawa Freedom Convoy Rally Turns Into Nighttime Rave in Front of Parliament

Parliament Hill was electric on Saturday night.

Ottawa’s Freedom Convoy protest turned into a full-on rave out in front of parliament as day became night.

I will remind you that it was —20°C (-4°F) in Ottawa on Saturday and even in the middle of the night, the party just kept going — trucks included.

I was in the thick of it to speak with the protesters and to try and capture the experience of this once-in-a-lifetime, street-side nightclub.

RCMP Preventing Food, Medicine From Reaching Truckers’ Border Blockade

Rebel reporters Kian “K2” Simone and Sydney Fizzard have been embedded with a group of truckers protesting at the Canada-U.S. border crossing in Coutts, Alberta. The truckers have gathered at the crossing between Alberta-Montana in a show of solidarity with the Freedom Convoy that travelled across Canada, finally converging in Ottawa this past weekend.

During the dispute at the border, the protesters complied with a request from the authorities to allow some traffic — like locals, trucks hauling goods and other essential crossings — to pass through their blockade.

The police, however, are blocked food and medicine from reaching the demonstrators in what would seem like an attempt to remove the blockade.

RCMP Confirm Jason Kenney Statement About Truckers’ Assault of an Officer is Untrue

Truckers have blocked the border between Coutts, Alberta and Sweet Grass, Montana in protest of the COVID mandates.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney released a statement yesterday denouncing these truckers and suggesting there was an assault on a RCMP officer and trucks blowing through the barrier.

We don’t have all the facts at this moment, but we do have an update. On the ground were two supporters who saw the entire thing and have been speaking with the RCMP at the checkpoint.

They claim what Kenney said was not true.

We later confirmed with the RCMP: there was no assault on any officer.

148 Suspicious Vaccine Deaths Are Being Investigated by Czechia’s Drug Institute

The State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL) has registered 148 suspicious deaths following Covid-19 vaccination, with many of these cases reported by family members. Reports of suspected adverse reactions to the vaccine are regularly evaluated at the European level, said Irena Storova, the director of the institute. More side effects are reported by the general public than healthcare professionals.

“To these reports, we need further information so that they can be properly evaluated after being submitted to the European database,” Storova said.

Climate Clowns: Corona Has Produced Tons of Hazardous Waste

Masks, syringes and superfluous vaccine props all end up in our environment. Jab enthusiasts however claim to care about the environment and climate change, but the European statistics office Eurostat has stopped data collection on medical waste generation.

The National Post, a Canadian daily, has suggested that vaccine passports be extended to include a carbon score and Forbes has argued that digital IDs could help mitigate “seismic waste challenges”. The reality of the pandemic is writ large however: A climate catastrophe manufactured by zealous pharmaceutical companies which is costing us our freedom.

“Companies use hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) gasses to freeze vaccines to a very low temperature — minus 70 degrees Celsius for the BioNTech/Pfizer jab […] HFC emissions have a global warming effect up to 23 000 times greater than CO2,” according to Politico. And French officials calculated that up to 30 percent of vaccine doses will be wasted due to logistics constraints.

The Corona pandemic has brought with it all sorts of “side effects”. One of them is plastic garbage. Not only do masses of masks end up on the streets, in forests or on the oceans, but there are also tons of medical waste, so-called “hazardous waste”, as the German newspaper Bild reported.

Speech protections in the UK are severely lacking and Joseph Kelly was this week convicted of “grossly offensive” speech.

“We initially thought that it was aerial firing to welcome Saen Sadhram Saheb, spiritual leader of the community,” he added.

“They are threatening to kill me, smash my eyes and cut my hands and feet. They are asking me to leave Pakistan. I belong to this country and will prefer to die here but will not surrender,” said Satan Lal in a video that went viral a few months ago.

“The roadside land belongs to me and why should I give it up,” he was further quoted as saying. Late Lal had requested the chief justice of Pakistan and other authorities to provide him justice, naming those who were threatening to kill him.

A social media sources said, “Another Hindu Business man murdered in Daharki, Sindh while Hindu Sant Sadhram was inaugurating a cotton mill. Mill’s owner Satan Lal was killed in broad daylight without any fear of Law Enforcing Agencies (LEA). Assassins escaped successfully with the alleged help of Mian Mitho & local Police. Orban: ‘I’d Rather Cut Off My Own Hand’ Than Turn Hungary Into ‘Immigrant Country’ Like Germany

Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orban has defended his government’s pro-childrearing and anti-mass migration policies, saying he would “rather cut off my own hand” than turn his homeland into an “immigrant country” like Germany.

In an interview with Hungary’s Kossuth Radio, a transcript of which has been received by Breitbart London, the national conservative leader covered a wide range topics, including Tuesday’s meeting with Russia’s Vladimir Putin and his reasons for purchasing Russian and Chinese as well as Western vaccines — that is, “Vaccines are manufactured in factories which have owners [and] they want to make a profit… in Hungary there are people who are clever enough to know that if one wants to negotiate well with one particular company, one also needs to negotiate with another company.”

  1. Readers may be interested to know that the Metropolitan Police have released without charge the man who ran down and killed a man who was stabbing his estranged wife to death on a London street.

This was of course the right decision. Unfortunately, due to stupid rules, any citizen who kills an assailant in self-defence is automatically arrested on suspicion of murder, even if the circumstances make it clear it was a case of self-defence.

The rationale for this idiocy is that being arrested on suspicion of murder is in the interests of the arrested person, as it enables the police to interview them under caution. Nonsense of course, there is nothing to stop the police interviewing them without the trauma of arresting them, which includes having fingerprints and DNA taken, and spending two or three days detained at a police station. One can only conclude that in reality this procedure is designed to deter anyone from acting in either self defence or the defence of another, as was the case here.

Interestingly, the released man, who has not been fully named, is described as being from Chechnya, so he may not have been aware of just how thoroughly emasculated British society now is. The victim was a lady from Morocco, who sadly died, and her murderer was from the West Indies. It seems there are very few traditional British people living in Britain’s capital city these days, but that will not surprise any British readers. We will be a minority in our own country before this century is out.
