“Shoot Them: “ Woman Charged After Shooting at Hickory Hill Apartment

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman is behind bars after one person was shot and another injured during an altercation at her apartment.

On Dec. 29, police responded to a shooting at 5954 Hickory Hill Sq.

A girl told police a man shot at her and her friends, according to an affidavit.

She went to the hospital with injuries to her hand from breaking out a window, records show.

A second victim was rushed to St. Francis in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound to the back.

A third person was uninjured.

The homeowner told police she was doing the girl’s hair at her home and that she had been asking to go to the store for several hours.

The woman said she had a tight schedule and didn’t have time for her to go to the store, police said.

The girl then said she was going outside because a friend had brought her some food.

The woman, identified as Curleya Givand, realized the girl had left the apartment, but she later came back and wanted her to finish her hair.

The two got into a physical fight, police said.

The woman allegedly told her sister’s boyfriend to “shoot them,” according to the affidavit.

The boyfriend then allegedly fired several shots, hitting the victim’s vehicle.

Police recovered a handgun from the Givand’s apartment and a pair of shoes the victims said the shooter was wearing…

The organizers behind the Women for America First “Save America” rally that occurred on the morning of January 6, Amy and Kylie Jane Kremer, have sent a letter to Rolling Stone through their lawyer, demanding that the outlet retract false statements made about them in a November article.

CDC Director Admits Latest COVID Restrictions Based on What Government “Thought People Would be Able to Tolerate”

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky admitted Wednesday that the agency’s latest guidance on COVID was based on what the government perceived people would accept.

Appearing on CNN, Walensky addressed the fact that the CDC suddenly updated its guidelines after Joe Biden declared that “there is no federal solution” to the virus.

Restrictions including quarantine times were lessened from ten days to five.

“It really had a lot to do with what we thought people would be able to tolerate,” Walensky starkly admitted.

Charges Against Jeffrey Epstein’s Jail Guards Dropped During Ghislaine Maxwell’s Trial

As the world watched the Ghislaine Maxwell trial unfold, federal prosecutors dropped the charges against the two jail guards who were accused of falling asleep on the job and falsifying jail records when Jeffrey Epstein allegedly killed himself.

Prosecutors sent a nolle prosequi to the judge on Dec. 13 stating they wanted to drop the charges against guards Tova Noel and Michael Thomas. The nolle prosequi said both guards had completed community service and complied with terms of an earlier non-prosecution agreement in which the case would not be brought to trial until after an investigation into Epstein’s death with the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General was complete, according to the report.

Facebook “Fact Checker” Finally Admits They Got it Wrong on Mask Mandates for Kids

That Facebook’s “fact-checkers” got something wrong is hardly newsworthy anymore; but the giant copping to it is not something you see every day.

Robby Soave, a senior editor with the Reason magazine, writes that he has been the recipient of one such highly unusual admission. The censorship in this case revolved around an article Soave shared on Facebook, only for it to be slapped with a “false information” label, that came from “independent fact-checkers.”

The write up was titled, “The Study That Convinced the CDC To Support Mask Mandates in Schools Is Junk Science.” It was based on David Zweig’s Atlantic article that said a particular study relied on by the CDC inflated the data purporting the risk for unmasked students to such a degree that it should be considered flawed. He at the same time didn’t dispute that masks may help stop the spread of Covid, particularly in some school contexts.

Ghislaine Maxwell Faces More Charges in U.S. Virgin Islands as Prosecutors Step Up ‘Orgy Island’ Probe — Should Bill Clinton & Prince Andrew be Worried?

Ghislaine Maxwell — who is staring at 65 years in prison after being convicted late Wednesday — faces another investigation into her ties to Jeffrey Epstein that could have significant consequences for the high-profile names who escaped scrutiny in the federal trial, Radar can exclusively report.

In court documents obtained by Radar, the U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General admitted Maxwell, 60, is being probed for her role in the world’s most heinous sex trafficking ring.

The Virgin Islands prosecution could be a jarring examination of the sick lives of Maxwell and Epstein, unmasking some of the big names that were shielded by federal prosecutors in the Manhattan trial.

Earlier in December, a school board in Minnesota voted to provide an additional stipend to teachers of color if they take on the task of mentoring fellow non-white educators. The policy was adopted as a “retention strategy,” with the hopes of creating an environment where teachers of color can feel less isolated.

Education advocate Cynthia Garrett, on the other hand, sees the policy as nothing more than racist.

Nancy Pelosi Buys Millions in Call Options in Google, Micron, Roblox, Salesforce and Disney

Despite a populist grassroots movement seeking to ban Congress members from trading stocks, one which has attracted bipartisan political support, Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi — arguably one of the most prolific Congressional traders — said two weeks ago that lawmakers should be allowed to make trades while serving.

“We’re a free market economy,” Pelosi told reporters during a news conference. “They should be able to participate in that.”

Pelosi’s statement came days after progressive New Yorker, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, reiterated her support for banning lawmakers from the practice. Ocasio-Cortez and other members of Congress argue that lawmakers have access to information the public is not privy to and the ability to write and pass policy, they should abstain from buying and selling individual stock and other assets. She and other lawmakers support members of Congress investing in index funds.

Vanderbilt University Professor Argues That We All Need to Eat BUGS

A professor at Vanderbilt University has argued that food authorities in the U.S. and beyond need to follow the example of the European Union and make BUGS, including maggots and worms, a staple of people’s diets.

In a piece published by Bloomberg, professor Amanda Little argues that everyone in the world needs to start dining on insects.

Little writes that the EU “approval confers a kind of dignity to the lowly, protein-rich microbeasts that we foolishly dismiss as pests, and delivers a clear signal that the insect proteins industry is poised for significant growth. Above all, it paves the way for an alternative protein source that should play a critical role in feeding a hotter, more populous world.”

UK: Growing Research Chronicles Toll COVID Lockdowns Imposed on Children

A growing body of academic research is chronicling the toll that pandemic lockdowns imposed on children, warning that the mental and social anguish the policies caused outweigh the health protections.

The “overall impact of COVID-19 restrictions on the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents is likely to be severe,” an Oxford University professor warned in a recent analysis.

A study published by Brown University said lockdowns, mandates and other restrictions are likely to create a generation of children with lower IQs and signs of social brain damage.

Other studies have reported increased mental illnesses presenting among minors impacted by ongoing lockdown policies, stress and isolation from their peers, as well as unfounded fears associated with the coronavirus, which killed fewer than 800 of the 73.3 million Americans under the age of 18.

American Traitors: Academics Working for China

It took a federal jury in Boston less than three hours to return guilty verdicts on all six felony counts against Charles Lieber, the former chair of Harvard University’s Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology.

Lieber, “one of the country’s top research chemists” according to the New York Times, lied to the FBI about his participation in Beijing’s Thousand Talents Program, did not pay income tax on money from Chinese sources, and failed to report his Chinese bank account to the Internal Revenue Service.

The case against the Harvard academic was airtight. Nonetheless, members of America’s academic elite are up in arms that the Department of Justice prosecuted Lieber, and many are campaigning against law enforcement efforts.

China’s regime has bought America’s academic community and turned it against America.

Jamaica: Dancehall Artist Jahshii Arrested at Illegal Christmas Party in Clarendon

Dancehall deejay Jahshii and several people who attended an event that looked like a party on Christmas Eve night in Clarendon were arrested for breaching the Disaster Risk Management Act.

The Act prohibits gatherings of more than ten people, and specifically, parties are on that list, even though Prime Minister Andrew Holness weeks ago declared that the curfew hours would be extended to 1 PM on particular holiday nights such as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Videos shared on Twitter showed a packed crowd with no social distancing as people enjoyed the music that was loudly playing.

Number of Fake ‘Child’ Migrants in Britain More Than Triples in a Year

The number of “child” migrants found to be lying about their age in Britian has more than tripled in just a year, official figures have revealed.

In the year to September 2021, some 1,118 migrants were found to have lied about being children — likely due to the fact that being a child, and especially a so-called unaccompanied minor, speeds up asylum applications and makes removal from the country harder — according to Home Office figures reported by The Telegraph.

The Year-in-Woke-Sports: 2021’s Biggest Whiffs, Fumbles, And Strikeouts by the Radicals Ruining America’s Favorite Pastimes

After COVID-19 rocked the sports world in 2020, with most professional teams playing shortened seasons for empty stadiums and many college and youth teams canceling their seasons altogether, Americans were understandably ready to return to a semblance of normalcy in their favorite pastimes in 2021. However, as with corporate culture, schools, and seemingly everything else in American life over the past year, radical left-wing ideologies have infiltrated the sporting world and prevented any “return to normalcy.”

Here are six of the most egregious examples of how wokeism ruined sports in 2021.

Top EU Court Imposes Same-Sex ‘Marriage’ And Dual ‘Motherhood’ Or ‘Fatherhood’ On All Member States

The European Court of Justice has now gone a step farther with its Dec. 14 ruling, ordering Bulgaria to acknowledge two women as being the biological mothers of a child as per the birth certificate issued by Spanish authorities, who are well-known for supporting LGBT ideology. This is one more step forward after the 2018 ruling in the Coman & Hamilton case ordering Romania to acknowledge the full legal effects of a “marriage” entered into by two men in Belgium.

Both decisions are making for new EU case law applicable to all member states at a time when the European Court of Justice just affirmed the primacy of its case law over national constitutions in its highly controversial Dec. 21 ruling against the Romanian Constitutional Court, thus making a mockery of Article 4 of the Treaty on European Union, which was designed to ensure that the EU respects the “national identities, inherent with their fundamental structures, political and constitutional” of member states.

  1. The Russian Orthodox Church is going to build a cathedral in Cairo
The issue of allocating a land plot is being resolved, Metropolitan Leonid of Klinsky, who heads the Patriarchal Exarchate in Africa, told RIA Novosti. The decision to create a new structure was announced today by the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church. The exarchate will have two dioceses headed by the Bishop of Cairo and the Bishop of Johannesburg.

Great news. Better to build in Africa. And then they build their temples in public places – they build up parks and playgrounds with their temples, which are empty. Nobody believes these deceitful illusionists with hairy mouths.
The OMON is beating the disgruntled townspeople with truncheons, who would prefer to see either a kindergarten or just a park in this place.
And Muslims look at them and also demand a place for a mosque.
The ROC, on the hem of the dresses of its clerics, pushed Islamization into the country and the Sharia law on “insulting the feelings of believers.”

  3. Attention World: Fauci has just admitted on national TV the truth about their phony CCP Covid statistics.

The Scamdemic is now officially OVER, by their own admission.

According to the Evil Midget Faux Chi, when discussing all the children being hospitalized, there is a big difference between those who are in the hospital “with” covid vs. those who are in the hospital “from” Covid.

Every one of the illegal, unconstitutional mandates that we are living with are because of Fauci & Co’s lies about the virus!

All of the mask and vax mandates are based on the number of “cases” and deaths.

Now it turns out we are dealing with FALSE INFORMATION.

Naturally they dump this story on New Year’s Eve Friday when nobody is looking.

    BUT WE ARE!

Happy New Year to Baron and friends. May 2022 be a trifle less “interesting.”

    • Something is going on Seneca.

In just one week we have seen Quarantine reduced from 10 to 6 days, close contacts be redefined to “home only” and for a period of 4 hours, QR codes are to be discontinued and mask requirements gone by Jan 27.

Plus the admission of Fraudi – as you pointed out.

The destruction of the supply chains continues unabated with costs of raw materials and so on up over 200 plus percent.

      I wonder what is coming.

      • ..”I wonder what is coming ”
Don’t you know order of Greek alphabet ?
Coming P ( pi)..Mather of all Covid Terror..Brace yourself in Australia..or get some riffle..

      • It is all very mysterious. And another thing I have never been able to figure out- why is Operation Warp Speed the only Trump program that the Bidenistas did not dismantle and destroy?

        Any ideas?

        • Seneca, Warp speed had legal hurdles removed.

I expect that the extent of those legal hurdles removed is yet to surface.

I think that what Chump signed off on, and denied people a whole bunch of rights while giving indemnity to others.

I wonder what the time limit was that he signed off on. IS that immunity about to end? IS that why TPTB are starting to reveal what will be revealed anyway?

What Chump did legally would provide the crux for everything done in the USA and elsewhere/ After all what happens in the USA is good for the gander.

Other jurisdictions could mplement on different time lines to the USA to flummox people. That is, the timing would be different giving one group of people hope, while such hope is extinguished elsewhere. That is what seems to be happening. Suppressions seems to end in one jurisdiction while the clamps are applied in another.

Doing it through the prism of the USA is supoosed to legitimise everything and give credibility to whatever is decided there. The greatest democracy on the planet – must be followed – despite the fact that everyone knows the last and maybe every election was fraudulent.

I believe that we do not yet know the extent of Chump’s stupidity and what he signed people onto. He knew he was signing on the American people and every other American centric “democracy”.

I hope that mofo and his family with their fake teeth hang soon.

The point being that chump clearly sold out his constituents with regard the poison AND the assembly at the capitol.

I would put a bullet in him and his despicable family in a heartbeat.

We need to take care of ourselves.
