Poland: Experts Warn Inflation Growth is Exceeding Forecasts

Statistics Poland (GUS) has released a flash forecast report, according to which the prices of goods and services in Poland increased by 7.7 percent year-on-year in November 2021 and by 1 percent compared to the previous month.

Meanwhile, economists surveyed by Polish Press Agency had estimated that the prices of goods and services would increase by 7.4 percent year-on-year in November and by 0.6 percent month to month.

In October 2021, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) was 6.8 percent year-on-year and 1.1 percent month-to-month. This is the highest recorded inflation rate growth since 2000 when it amounted to 8.5 percent in December of that year.

Private Payrolls Post Better-Than-Expected Growth of 534,000 in November, ADP Says

Companies added jobs at a robust pace in November despite worries about rising inflation and the threat that the pandemic could slow growth into the winter months, according to a report Wednesday from payroll processing firm ADP.

Private hiring increased by 534,000 for the month, better than the Dow Jones estimate of 506,000 in a labor market that appears to be getting tighter. The total was a decline from the October growth of 570,000, which was revised lower by 1,000.

“Justice is Coming”: QAnon Shaman is Appealing the Result of His Guilty Plea

Appeals don’t really see too much of the light of day when you plead guilty to begin with, as the “QAnon Shaman”, Jacob Chansley, did.

Chansley, who etched his mark in history by roaming through the halls of the U.S. Senate chamber bare-chested and cloaked in a coyote-skin headdress with his face painted red, white and blue on January 6th, is hoping to change that.

He was recently sentenced to more than three years in prison for his role in the “riot”, which mostly included walking around the halls of the U.S. Senate Chamber with an American flag.

12 Jurors Now Seated for Kim Potter’s Trial; One Concerned Over Name Disclosure Stays On

Jury selection in the manslaughter trial of former Brooklyn Center police officer Kimberly Potter ended Thursday with the number chosen increasing by three to 12, leaving two more spots to fill.

Judge Regina Chu said 14 jurors will be seated with the final pair serving as alternates who will be dismissed before the jury begins deliberating whether Potter is guilty of either first— or second-degree manslaughter for killing Wright in April as he attempted to evade arrest on a gross-misdemeanor warrant.

Jury selection resumes Friday. Opening statements are scheduled for Dec. 8.

The 12 on the panel break down this way: six men and six women; nine white, two Asian and one Black; three in their 20s, one in their 30s, four in their 40s, two in their 50s and two in their 60s.

Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh Invited to Speak at SLU, Sparks Protests in the Streets

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) — A conservative commentator drew both a large crowd of supporters and protestors ahead of his speech Wednesday night.

Matt Walsh, who works for conservative media outlet, The Daily Wire, was invited to speak at Saint Louis University by a student group in August. SLU’s College Republicans worked with Young America’s Foundation to secure Walsh as a speaker on campus.

“We haven’t had a true conservative speaker on campus since 2017,” said Nick Baker, president of SLU College Republicans. “We put out a poll amongst our board and Matt Walsh was the most popular choice.”

Soon after, online petitions began circulating in opposition to Walsh, claiming he holds “harmful opinions,” promotes “hate speech” and would be a “threat to safety” on campus.

Elizabeth Holmes’ Cross-Examination in Fraud Case is ‘Pretty Devastating, ‘ Expert Says

After years of silence, the once high-flying biotech CEO Elizabeth Holmes has nearly finished explaining in her own words how her blood-testing company Theranos imploded after raising nearly a billion dollars.

On the witness stand in San Jose’s federal courthouse Tuesday, Holmes, once proclaimed the youngest female self-made billionaire, defended herself, sometimes through tears, in a risky cross examination by prosecutor Robert Leach. Holmes’ cross examination resumes next week.

The 37-year-old’s testimony is expected to weigh heavily on jurors’ minds as they decide whether to convict her on 11 counts of criminal fraud, each carrying up to 20 years in prison. So far, prosecutors have posed questions suggesting she knew Theranos couldn’t fulfill its promise of conducting hundreds of blood tests with a few drops of blood. The questions also elicited an admission from Holmes that she tried to muzzle whistleblowers.

Explainer: Why Was Michigan Suspect Charged With Terrorism?

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Michigan prosecutors on Wednesday charged a teen with terrorism in a deadly mass shooting at his high school, a novel approach made possible by a law enacted after the 9/11 attacks nearly 20 years ago.

The state’s 2002 anti-terrorism law defines a terroristic act as one intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population or to affect the conduct of a government through intimidation or coercion. Gun-control advocates who track gunfire incidents on school grounds were not immediately aware of similar terrorism charges having been filed in other states.

“It’s not a usual, a typical charge,” Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald said of terrorism causing death, adding that the four students who were killed and seven others who were shot are not the only victims. “What about all the children who ran, screaming, hiding under desks? What about all the children at home right now, who can’t eat and can’t sleep and can’t imagine a world where they could ever step foot back in that school? Those are victims, too, and so are their families and so is the community. The charge of terrorism reflects that.”

Ethan Crumbley, 15, also was charged with first-degree murder, assault with intent to commit murder and gun crimes in Tuesday’s attack at Oxford High School. He faces life in prison on both the terrorism and murder counts. Crumbley pleaded not guilty.

Michigan, unlike federal law and some states with their own anti-terrorism laws, has a broader definition beyond pressuring or retaliating against only the government with violence. In Florida, for instance — where the 2018 high school massacre in Parkland occurred — the shooter was not charged with terrorism. Nor was the shooter in a 2017 rampage at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, which was a federal case.

Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard said he “100%” backs the terrorism charge against Crumbley.

“If you weren’t hit by a bullet, it doesn’t mean you weren’t terrorized that day and won’t have nightmares about (it) the rest of your life — whether you’re a parent, a teacher or a student in that class,” he said…

Michigan Teen Charged in Oxford High School Shooting

OXFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — A 15-year-old boy was charged with murder and terrorism for a shooting that killed four fellow students and injured more at a Michigan high school, authorities said Wednesday as they revealed additional details, including a meeting between troubled officials and his parents just a few hours before the bloodshed.

No motive was offered by Oakland County authorities, a day after violence at Oxford High School, roughly 30 miles (50 kilometers) north of Detroit. But prosecutor Karen McDonald said the shooting was premeditated, based on a “mountain of digital evidence” against Ethan Crumbley.

“This was not just an impulsive act,” McDonald said.

Indeed, sheriff’s Lt. Tim Willis told a judge that Crumbley recorded a video the night before the violence in which he discussed killing students.

Crumbley was charged as an adult with two dozen crimes, including murder, attempted murder and terrorism causing death. During his arraignment, he replied, “Yes, I do,” when asked if he understood the charges. Defense attorney Scott Kozak entered a plea of not guilty…

Jussie Smollett’s Lawyers Claim Judge ‘Lunged’ At One of Them, Ask for a Mistrial

CHICAGO — Jussie Smollett’s attorneys asked for a mistrial Thursday after the judge called their evidence irrelevant in front of the jury and “physically lunged” at one of the actor’s lawyers.

The odd fracas came in the midst of the defense’s cross-examination of Olabinjo Osundairo, who claims he was paid to help Smollett stage the hate crime, as attorney Tamara Walker grilled him about his alleged homophobia and past derogatory remarks toward suspected gay men.

Osundairo, 30, had just acknowledged he used the word “fruity ass” to refer to a man he suspected was gay and Walker asked if Smollett, who is openly gay, knew he’d said such things in the past.

Judge James Linn called the line of questioning “collateral” in front of the jury, indicating it didn’t have any relevance to the crime Smollett’s on trial for because it was from a past event, prompting Walker to ask for a sidebar.

  1. With regard to the Ursula van der leydon – we all know that [epithet] has Nazi roots. Her father’s father Carl Eduard Albrecht served in the Wehrmacht – if even that position is to be believed.

Of course that position is pure nonsense. He was German Aristocracy -so he no doubt served in the SS at a high level or in intelligence.

The files on the fraud indicate he was wounded on the Eastern Front – translation, he stubbed his toe on the way out the window when caught in the act with someone else’s wife.

You can see the pure NAZI background in Ursula’s face.

Again, a face that you would never get tired of kicking.

That [epithet] needs some treatment at one of the inns operated by her grandparents during the war.

      • G, correct! I hope that isn’t 5G!

        Pardon my mistake!

Her family are out of Hanover – and considered to be elite.

Who would marry the son of a Nazi?

Her father was part of the original EEC. The war history on the father and his brother is loose to say the least.

The reason for my comment was to draw attention to the obvious globalist and Nazi connection.

      • You may enjoy this G:

Her own home in the tiny Hanover suburb of Ilten was represented by regional CDU chairperson Jürgen Gansäuer, so she decided to try her political hand in her hometown of Burgdorf, even though that seat had been held for almost 15 years by a CDU politician named Lutz von der Heide. The first primary, which she won by a single vote, was thrown out on a technicality. Her father jumped into action, and with Wilfried Hasselmann, then the honorary chair of the CDU in Hanover, he went on a charm offensive. Meanwhile, the regional edition of the powerful tabloid Bild started a smear campaign against von der Heide. Though von der Heide had held the seat for more than a decade and was, by all accounts, a skilled politician, she won with two-thirds of the votes.

This combination of high political connections and low-brow slander is typical of the family’s political style.

        from: https://www.opinionglobal.cl/the-aristocratic-ineptitude-of-ursula-von-der-leyen/

        • Ursala is what we call wannabe aristocracy, those that matter look upon her with utter distain. She has no seat at any table of the aristocracy that matter. Ever wonder why she is never invited nor attends events that the aristocracy hold including weddings?

As for Germans/Austrians who joined or were forced to join the naxi party, including my Grand Father(mothers side, Hapsburg), political expediency was called for in the day. He was also Skorzeny’s rabbi and planner and was responsible for dressing up in American uniforms and getting him out of Germany and into Spain after the war. Amongst others things during and after the war.

What is happening with this new world so called order is marxist insanity, the naxi’s as a group and idea are long dead and gone. Little Ursala does what she is told by the powers that be, that is it.

    • please note that most of german aristocrats were opposed to Hitler- who put the bomb in his bunker?
That proletarian nobody was not a bird of their feather.
And they were anti- left, thus close to many here on GoV.
Aristocrats in the SS? Never heard of. Stop watching stupid Hollywood flicks where every colonel has a ” von”.

      • Reminds me of the scene in “Cabaret” outside the cafe, where the beautiful blond Nazi youth has sung “Tomorrow Belongs to Me”, and (almost) everyone has joined in, and the Brit, Brian, says to the German aristocrat Max, “Do you still think you can control them?”

      • There were a lot of aristocrats in the Waffen SS who fought with distinction and won quite a few Knights Crosses including my own Grand Father, A Austrian of the Hapsburgs. He also helped keep thousands of Austrians from the bloody Soviet gulags before and after the war.

  3. The scandal involving judges of the CJEU and representatives of the European Commission and EPP. !!
The French daily Libération writes about the financial scandal in the institutions of the European Union with the participation of politicians from the European People’s Party. Last week, the newspaper accused the president of the European Court of Auditors, Klaus-Heiner Lehn, of embezzling public funds. In today’s edition, the French newspaper writes about the scandal involving judges of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission. !!
The Libération daily accused of a conflict of interest and trafficking in the influence of judges of the Court of Justice of the European Union – including its president, Judge Koen Lenaerts]and important EU officials associated with the European People’s Party.

In 2010–2018, they were to participate in meetings illegally paid from public funds. They were to be their organizers Karel Pinxten – former auditor at the European Court of Auditors, recently convicted of financial fraud, and Brussels lobbyists.

According to journalists, the meetings were attended by, inter alia, former head of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker, former vice-president Jyrki Katainen and Johannes Hahn, current budget commissioner and a close associate of the commission chairman Ursula Von der Leyen.

Libération also revealed that The European Commission and the authorities of several countries pressed the European Anti-Fraud Office not to investigate the matter. Activists associated with the EPP have recently taken up important positions in this office, noted the left-wing daily.
The editor-in-chief of Libération called the matter “very serious” and said that the European People’s Party had built a “state within a state” in the European Union. According to the journal the government in Paris is “embarrassed” by the scandalwhich may adversely affect the French presidency of the Council of the European Union starting in a month’s time.

  4. The good citizens of the USA have once again been screwed by 80 of their so called Republican congress persons.

esterday, the House of Representatives passed a bill called H.R. 550 that would facilitate the creation of a federal vaccination database. The purpose would be to track the vaccination status of all U.S. citizens.

Use your imagination to figure out all the ways they can use this information against the pure bloods.

Funny how the great horde of unwashed illegal alien vermin that is invading our Country never has to worry about any of this stuff. They are free to come and go as they please, infecting everyone with all sorts of disease including some we thought were eradicated hundreds of years ago.

To call this bill a danger to the personal freedoms of every citizen is an understatement.

“The bill states that $400 million of taxpayer money will be used to “direct the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to take actions to improve data sharing and other aspects of immunization information systems. These are confidential, population-based databases that maintain a record of vaccine administrations.””
