Attorneys Present Jurors With Dueling Portraits of Arbery
Prosecutors and defense attorneys on Friday presented dueling portraits of Ahmaud Arbery, who was either an innocent Black runner fatally shot by three White strangers or “a scary mystery” who had been seen prowling around a Georgia neighborhood.
In her opening statement, prosecutor Linda Dunikoski said the short cellphone video that stirred national outrage over Arbery’s slaying offered only a glimpse of the attack on the 25-year-old, who gave his pursuers no reason to suspect him of any wrongdoing.
“They assumed that he must have committed some crime that day,” Dunikoski said. “He tried to run around their truck and get way from these strangers, total strangers, who had already told him that they would kill him. And then they killed him.”
A defense attorney for Travis McMichael, the man who shot Arbery three times, put the shooting in a much different light. Attorney Robert Rubin described Arbery to the jury as “an intruder” who had four times been recorded on video “plundering around” a neighboring house under construction.
McMichael and his father, Greg McMichael, gave chase, hoping to detain Arbery until police arrived, Rubin said, but Arbery refused to stop and lunged toward McMichael and his gun.

Hundreds of Thousands to Go on Four-Day Nationwide Strike Over Vaccine Mandates

A massive, nationwide strike against vaccine mandates will take place from Nov. 8 to Nov. 11, according to the main organizer for the walkout, Leigh Dundas, a human rights attorney and public speaker.
The event will kick off in Los Angeles on Monday. The locations of the marches have not yet been disclosed.
The walkouts involve people from various industries such as trucking and telecom. Air and rail transport workers are not federally allowed to go on strike due to a law passed in 1926 named the Railway Labor Act, but some plan to protest anonymously.

Hundreds Gather at Capitol to Protest Vaccine Mandates; ‘We the People’ Rally is Peaceful

Joe Rogan Floated as Texas ‘President’ If State Secedes From US by Senator Ted Cruz
Coronavirus conspiracy theorist Joe Rogan has been floated as a possible candidate to be Texas’ president — if the state secedes from the US. Republican Senator Ted Cruz mentioned Rogan, while insisting he still has hope in the country remaining whole.
Speaking at Texas A&M University about ‘Texit’, as Texas’ secession plan has been dubbed, Cruz said he’s ‘not there yet’ in terms of supporting the move.

LMPD: Man Found With Multiple Stab Wounds in South Louisville Dies at Hospital
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville homicide detectives are investigating after a man was stabbed to death.
The stabbing was reported after 8 p.m. in the 3000 block of South 4th Street, not far from 3rd and Central Avenue, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
A spokesperson for the LMPD said 4th Division officers responded to the scene where they found the victim who was then transported to University Hospital.
Officials said the victim was in critical condition after being stabbed several times. The man was then pronounced dead at the hospital.

Nashville Pastor and Church Members Tackle Shooter During Service
A Nashville pastor and several church members prevented a tragedy Sunday after ganging up in a bit of spiritual warfare.
Pastor Ezekiel Ndikumana was delivering a sermon at the Nashville Light Mission Pentecostal Church when Dezire Baganda pulled out a gun and approached the altar. When Ndikumana tackled Baganda from behind, several church members joined the pastor and held the man down until authorities arrived, according to WKRN .

PETA Calls for Dr. Fauci to Resign: ‘Our Position is Clear’
The People for Ethical Treatment of Animals said that the National Institutes of Health leadership should resign, including Dr. Anthony Fauci.
“Our position is clear. ALL those in leadership at NIH, including Fauci, should resign,” PETA tweeted on Friday afternoon.
The tweet comes after a White Coat Waste report claimed that more than $400,000 in taxpayer funding was spent on experiments that involved beagles being given an experimental drug, then infested with disease-carrying flies. Slate staff writer Joel Anderson claimed Sunday on Tiwtter that non-black people who use the term “woke” are guilty of using “a racial slur.”

Thousands Gather in Downtown L.A. To Protest City Worker COVID Vaccine Mandate
Thousands gather outside Los Angeles City Hall Monday to protest the mandate for all city workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19 by Dec. 18.

US Judge Upholds United Airlines’ COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for Employees
A US federal judge on Monday ruled that United Airlines Holdings Inc can impose a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on its employees that only provides unpaid leave for workers who are exempted for medical or religious reasons.
US District Judge Mark Pittman in Fort Worth, Texas, rejected arguments by employees that the airline was improperly putting them in an “impossible position” by forcing them to choose a vaccine or unpaid leave.
Pittman was critical of United Airlines’ “calloused” approach toward employees seeking religious exemptions, but said in the end human resources policy was up the company and no employee was forced to accept a vaccine.

A reporter challenged Joe Biden this past weekend over claims he made that illegal immigrants receiving $450,000 a person were “garbage” despite the White House later saying that was correct. Biden reacted bizarrely by yelling and pointing from the podium.

‘Consent Not Coercion’ Rally Protests Vaccine Mandates
More than 150 people in Nelson lined both sides of the street in front of the Provincial Courthouse Sunday to peacefully protest the B.C. government’s recent vaccine mandates.
The rally, dubbed “Consent Not Coercion”, was part of other scheduled events in the province as some members of the public continue to make their voices heard that they are not happy with the BC Government’s vaccine mandate that affects workers in the province.
In October, the BC Government announced a vaccine mandate that affect approximately 30,000 public service employees in the province.
Those workers have until November 22, 2021, to prove they have been vaccinated, or face the threat of being placed on a three-month unpaid leave.

At Least One Dead, Suspect Killed After Stabbing Outside Paris
French police shot and killed a man in the suburb of Villejuif south of Paris on Friday after he stabbed several people in a public park, with one victim later dying in hospital. A spokesman for the prosecutor’s office said the man had been on medication for mental health issues.
The man had attacked “several people” in a park in Villejuif before he was shot and killed by Paris police. Police have not yet commented on a possible motive for the attack.
Police union official Yves Lefebvre said officers fired repeatedly because they feared the man was wearing an explosive belt and might blow himself up.

Czech President Zeman is Ready to Appoint Fiala as New PM
On Saturday, Czech President Milos Zeman received the chairman of the Civic Democrats (ODS), Petr Fiala, via a video call. According to the candidate for prime minister, the president expressed his wish for a new government to be formed as soon as possible. Zeman is still in the hospital.
“It was the good old Milos Zeman as I know him,” Fiala said after the call. He expects another meeting soon.
As Fiala pointed out, the speed of the whole process now also depends on whether the president will be able to take the following steps at his office at the Prague Castle or in his seat in Lany.

Debate in Warsaw: Poland Should Actively Create a Christian Europe
Poland needs to take a more active role in promoting a Christian Europe, said Former Polish Speaker of the Sejm Marek Jurek, who took part in the “Gender, Cancel Culture, and Freedom of Speech in the 21st Century” panel at the Clash of Cultures conference in Warsaw.
“In a very active way, Poland should aim to create a Christian Europe and Christian public opinion in Europe. Without it, there will not be an actual reconstruction of European civilization,” he said.
Jurek spoke with conviction about a debate that touches on a range of issues, such as discrimination, exclusion, and attempts to erase history. He emphasized that while it was important that Poland expresses its views on national forums and takes part in democratic processes, the country must also partake in international cooperation at the level of national governments and the European Parliament in order to defend itself from international institutions.

Far-left climate activists called for a “socialist revolution” — supposedly to help the environment — at the “Global Day of Action for Climate Justice” protest in Glasgow, Scotland.
Tens of thousands poured out onto the streets of Glasgow outside the United Nations’ COP26 climate summit taking place in the city. Organisers claimed that as many as 100,000 turned out for the Saturday demo, however, the figure has not been confirmed by police who monitored the event.

Hungary is Safe From Energy Shortages, Says MEP Deutsch
Hungary is safe because it is not threatened by energy outages like Western and Southern Europe under any circumstances, said Fidesz’s European Parliament (EP) delegation leader Tamas Deutsch on Kossuth Radio on Sunday.
Deutsch emphasized that the situation in Western and Southern Europe is serious. As he put it, “it is a tangible reality that blackouts, i.e. power outages that citizens are forced to suffer for a longer period of time in the winter months.” He pointed out that in Germany disaster management has made an information film about how senior citizens living alone can protect themselves in the event of a power outage lasting several days.

UK media outlets reported that COVID hospitalizations are “14 times higher” than at this time last year, despite this being demonstrably false.
Both Sky News and ITV reported the comments of NHS chief executive Amanda Pritchard, who used the figure during a plea for people to take booster vaccines.

“Lulu, a major nightclub in Edinburgh, has begun marketing itself to unvaccinated Scots by advertising the fact that door staff will not be carrying out checks on whether customers have been jabbed,” reports the Telegraph.

Sweden: Police Were Called on Developers Who Created Privacy-Focused Open-Source Schoolwork App
Instead of fixing what reports describe as a disastrous school app, authorities in Stockholm, Sweden turned on the parents when they came up with a competently coded, open source alternative.
The official app, Skolplattform (“school platform”), was launched with a delay in the summer of 2018, costing $117M to develop, and has been the source of headaches for half a million parents, teachers and students, who consistently complained about an overly complicated UI and the app’s general poor performance, and who “rewarded” its Android version with a dismal average of 1.2 stars, Wired reported.

The EU is Proposing Blatant Mass Surveillance of Email and Chat Messages
A German member of the European Parliament is warning against EU plans to adopt new, wide-ranging mass surveillance rules that he says would seriously jeopardize citizens’ right to privacy by forcing tech companies to give access to encrypted messages to the authorities.
And that is what the laws now in the works in Brussels — that are supposed to replace temporary rules adopted in July — are designed to do, by ordering messaging and video chat providers like WhatsApp and Skype to put tech in place that would provide access to people’s private communications and, thanks to an automated system, monitor chats in real time and report suspicious content.

U.S. Finally Reopens to Double-Jabbed Brits After ‘More Than 600 Days of Separation’
The United States is finally reopening to British travellers after almost two years of heavy restrictions — but for the most part they must be double-vaccinated.

UK: Worker Dies Following ‘Medical Episode’ at Amazon’s Largest European Depot
An Amazon worker died as a result of a “medical episode” at a depot in Tilbury, Essex on Sunday, The Daily Mail reported.
The paper quoted an East Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman — a call was received “at 8.10 am yesterday with reports of a person who was unwell in Winchelsea Road, Tilbury…We sent one ambulance, however, the person sadly died at the scene.”
According to police, the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
It is believed that the worker had arrived early and was sitting in his car waiting for his shift to begin when he fell ill.
Amazon’s depot at Tilbury is considered the biggest in Europe, with about 4,000 workers employed there. The company has faced criticism recently over working conditions at Tilbury after complaints emerged of staff being poorly treated during “exhausting” ten-hour shifts.

Family Request Parole for Jailed Wuhan Whistleblower Journalist
Citizen journalist Zhang Zhan, who was arrested and currently serving a four-year sentence for reporting on the early days of the pandemic in Wuhan, has been protesting her sentence through a hunger strike. Her health has deteriorated to the extent her family is seeking medical parole.
Zhang was arrested last year in April and sentenced in December for “picking quarrels and provoking trouble” (a vague charge used to stifle dissent in China). She was charged for live reports she had streamed from Wuhan to reveal how the government had attempted to cover up the coronavirus outbreak.

Protests Against Vaccine Mandates Continue Across Australia
Hundreds of protesters demonstrating against mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations have gathered in western Sydney as part of nation-wide rallies.
NSW Police say the ‘Reclaim The Line’ rally involving hundreds of demonstrators at Parramatta today peaceful.
Protesters formed a long line along the banks of the Parramatta River and held anti-vaccine placards with messages such as ‘No mandatory vaccine’.

Twitter refused a request by Queensland, Australia, Health Minister Yvette D’Ath to ban a member of the opposition for accusing the state’s premier and deputy of being anti-vaxxers. D’Ath claimed that the Manager of Opposition Business Jarrod Bleijie was spreading misinformation.
In August, D’Ath wrote to Twitter directly to request the removal of tweets posted by Bleijie or the removal of his account. She was referring to tweets where Bleijie referred to Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and Deputy Premier Steven Miles as anti-vaxxers.

Trump-Flag Waving Anti-Vaccine Protesters Rally at New Zealand’s Parliament
Thousands of anti-vaccine mandate protesters have reached New Zealand’s Parliament after blocking much of central Wellington for a rowdy event met with security not seen in decades.
The Freedom and Rights Coalition protest, seemingly against the vaccine mandate, swelled in size by the time it had left its rallying point. The coalition has a website registered to Destiny Church.

One does not see reporting in the American news media nowadays about the “Biden Caravans,” thousands of immigrants making their way north to the border region of the United States. News media reports on the number of illegal immigrants apprehended at the border are also few and far between. The deficit in reporting and public attention does not, however, mean that the border crisis has abated. In fact, the crisis has deepened on all fronts: it is a humanitarian disaster compounded by rampant criminality and grave national security threats.
The “mother of all caravans” (also known as the “march for liberty, dignity and peace”) is on the way from the southern Mexican state of Chiapas, which borders Guatemala, to the United States. By the time you read this, they may already have arrived. More than 4,000 illegal immigrants are estimated to be in the caravan. Spanish-language reporting (that includes video) on the caravan claims that the group consists mainly of Haitians and Central Americans. Mexico’s Foreign Affairs Secretary, Marcelo Ebrard, is quoted in a Mexican news story as saying that the government will act with prudence and caution in accordance with human rights laws, although he adds that migrants are being fooled because they will not be allowed to enter the United States.

Italy Receives 2,500 African Migrant Sea Arrivals in One Week
ROME — A total of 2,572 African migrants have disembarked in Italy in the week between November 2 and 8, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) reported Monday.
This week’s additional arrivals bring the total number of migrants into the European Union (EU) in 2021 to 121, 463, the IOM noted.

Le Pen Warns Hungarians: ‘Avoid the Fate of France’
Presidential candidate Marine Le Pen has warned Hungarians to avoid the fate of France by refusing to capitulate to mass immigration.
The National Rally leader made the comments during an interview with Mandiner.
“(Viktor Orban) is not exaggerating at all. Eighty-five percent of French want to stop migration. If I could give one piece of advice to the Hungarians: take a good look around the world at what is happening now, and be careful not to get to the fate of France,” she said.
Le Pen has vowed to hold a national referendum which would put a halt to immigration if she wins next year’s presidential election.

Migrants Aided by Belarus Try to Storm Border Into Poland
WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Hundreds if not thousands of migrants sought to storm the border from Belarus into Poland on Monday, cutting razor wire fences and using branches to try and climb over them. The siege escalated a crisis along the European Union’s eastern border that has been simmering for months.
Poland’s interior ministry said it had rebuffed the illegal invasion and claimed the situation was under control. The Defense Ministry posted a video showing an armed Polish officer using a chemical spray through a fence at men who were trying to cut the razor wire. Some migrants threw objects at police. Video footage from Belarusian media showed people using long wooden poles or branches to try to get past a border fence as police helicopters circled overhead.
Defense Ministry video taken later Monday showed the migrants settling in for the night by the border, having put up scores of tents and cooking meals.

Migration Crisis: Iraq Orders Belarus to Shut Down Two of Its Consulates
The Iraqi foreign ministry has ordered Belarus to shut down two of its consulates in Bagdad and Erbil, announced Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Pawel Jablonski on Twitter on Saturday.
Jablonski held a phone call with Iraqi Deputy Foreign Minister Nazir al-Kairallah on Friday to discuss the migration crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border and possible solutions to the crisis. The ministers also spoke about political cooperation, development and humanitarian aid.

Violent clashes have taken place on the frontiers of NATO and the EU as Poland defends its border with Belarus against thousands of Middle Eastern migrants driven there by Alexander Lukashenko’s regime in Minsk.
Aerial and on-the-ground footage released by the Polish authorities, government, and various official spokesmen show Polish police officers, border guards, and soldiers trying to hold back what is claimed to be thousands of migrants, some armed with wire-cutters, shovels, and axes being used to fell trees onto recently-installed protective fencing.

After Polish Woman Dies During Pregnancy, Pro-Abortion Protesters Hit the Streets
Thousands took to the streets in Warsaw and around 70 other Polish towns in massive pro-abortion protests.
Last week, Polish media picked up the story of 30-year-old Iza, who was sent to hospital in Pszczyna during the 22nd week of her pregnancy when her water broke. She died in hospital due to septic shock. The deceased’s family and lawyer are of the opinion that her doctors chose not to terminate her pregnancy despite the fact that her fetus did not possess enough amniotic fluid to survive.
In the wake of her death, liberal-left activists and organizations called for protests on Saturday under the “Not one more” slogan. Many protesters held portraits of the 30-year-old Iza and also marched with banners with slogans such as “her heart was still beating” and “women’s rights are human rights.”

It is so bad that Generals send newly minted lieutenants to major meetings and don’t take calls from the DM, the Luffwaffe send her tickets on major airlines in the back of the bus because their aircraft won’t fly. The DM has zero trust in the military that she uses other agency security staff for her executive protection. It has gotten so bad that the military never invite her to any military function and keep her out.

The funny thing about those damn Swedes is that it takes a long time to get them angry, but when they finally do, it really is a sight to behold. Out of all the Scandinavian countries, the Finns and Danes love to fight, the Nords and Swedes take forever to get upset.
