Court Allows Seattle Police Defamation Case Against Marxist City Council Member to Proceed

The ninth circuit court of appeals ruled Wednesday that Seattle police officers’ libel lawsuit against Marxist city council member Kshama Sawant can move forward.

Plaintiffs Scott Miller and Michael Spaulding are two Seattle police officers that were involved in a police-involved shooting that took the life of Che Taylor, a black man, in 2016. The two officers were cleared of any wrongdoing by the King County prosecutor after an extensive investigation from the Seattle Police Department, the City’s Force Investigation Team, and the City’s Firearms Review Board.

Sawant participated in a protest outside of City Hall a few days after the incident and said that the officers involved need to be held accountable for the “brutal murder” of Taylor.

“The brutal murder of Che Taylor, just a blatant murder at the hands of the police, show[s] how urgently we need to keep building our movement for basic human rights for black people and brown people,” Sawant said.

FDA Documents Show Pfizer Secretly Added Heart Attack Drug to Children’s COVID-19 “Vaccines”

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Advisory Committee granted emergency use authorization for a new drug to be added to Pfizer’s COVID-19 “vaccinations” for children aged 5-11.

Yet another concern parents should have before deciding to inject their children, the new drug in the children’s formulation is Tromethamine (Tris), and its generally used as a medication for people who have had heart attacks used to lower blood acidity.

The modified formulation also needs to be handled differently from its adult counterpart, with children as young as five years old now being able to take it.

The FDA briefing document titled ‘EUA amendment request for Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for use in children 5 through 11 years of age’, which was sent to the FDA just prior to their vote to extend Pfizer’s emergency use authorization, states on page 14 that:

“Authorization is being requested for a modified formulation of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Each dose of this formulation contains 10 µg of a nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding the viral spike (S) glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 that is formulated in lipid particles and supplied as a frozen suspension in multiple dose vials.”

“To provide a vaccine with an improved stability profile, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for use in children 5-11 years of age uses tromethamine (Tris) buffer instead of the phosphate buffered saline (PBS) as used in the previous formulation and excludes sodium chloride and potassium chloride.”

The vote passed 17-0.

But why would children need to have heart attack medication added to their formulation?

Could it be because there have already been so many children who have suffered heart disorders after receiving the jabs?

It looks that way. The media, of course, are silent about the change…

How SARS-Cov-2 in American Deer Could Alter the Course of the Global Pandemic

From April to December of last year, about 30% of the deer that they tested were positive for SARS-CoV-2 by a PCR test. And then during the winter surge in Iowa, from Nov. 23, 2020, to Jan. 10 of this year, about 80% of the deer that they tested were infected. At the peak of the surge, Kapur says, the prevalence of the virus in deer was effectively about 50 to 100 times the prevalence in Iowa residents at the time.

Impeachable Offense: NH Governor Secretly Pressured State Reps to Ignore Arrests of Nine Americans Under His Watch

Many state legislators now see Governor Sununu’s actions for what they are… an attempted cover up. Sununu’s actions highlight why many Republican Legislators believe an investigation “is necessary”, and why many are furious about what has taken place.

At best, Sununu’s actions are a violation of trust. At face value, these are impeachable offenses, because Sununu pressured House Reps to suppress an investigation they are Constitutionally obligated to initiate:…

But the case has become just the latest in a flurry of highly divisive issues plaguing US society, and mainstream social media seem to have chosen to err on the side of censorship and stifle any voices supporting Rittenhouse, even though the trial is still in progress and he is therefore presumed innocent until proven guilty.

LA City Council Tweaks COVID Vaccine Proof Mandate; Drops Shopping Centers From Requirement — CBS Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — The Los Angeles Metropolis Council on Friday accepted slight adjustments to the sweeping new mandate which took impact earlier this week requiring folks to point out proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to enter eating places, espresso retailers, gyms and a number of other different forms of institutions.

The SafePassLA mandate took impact Nov. 8. Town, nevertheless, stated it is not going to start implementing it till Nov. 29 with a purpose to give companies extra time to conform.

Probably the most notable change noticed town council take away “malls and buying facilities” from the listing of indoor public areas that require proof of vaccination as a result of they typically have a number of factors of entry and thus could be too tough to implement.

No Voter Fraud? How About 1,334 Cases, 1,147 Convictions

It used to be that the media were obsessed with voter fraud and messy elections. As recently as 1999, Pulitzer Prizes were handed out to newspapers that dug into rigged elections and wrongly elected candidates.

But when former President Donald Trump made it one of his top issues, claiming his 2020 reelection was stolen in extensive fraud, the media looked away and even defended the systems they once investigated.

And when some of the former president’s election legal team bungled his effort to win audits of results in several states, much of the public gave up caring, too.

In hopes of changing those attitudes, two heavyweights armed with numbers and proof that fraud is real and potentially election-changing have entered the battle along with a Trump insider calling out some on the president’s team who killed his credibility.

Ohio Man Pleads Guilty to Attempting to Provide Material Support to a Foreign Terrorist Organization

An Ohio man, who was scheduled to start jury trial today, pleaded guilty Friday evening to one count of attempting to provide material support — himself, as personnel — to foreign terrorist organizations, namely ISIS and ISIS Wilayat Khorasan (ISIS-K).

According to court documents, Naser Almadaoji, 22, an Iraqi-born U.S. citizen of Beavercreek, purchased a plane ticket for travel on Oct. 24, 2018, and was arrested at John Glenn International Airport after checking in and obtaining his boarding pass.

The defendant intended to travel to Astana, Kazahkstan, where he planned to be smuggled into Afghanistan so that he could join and receive military training from ISIS-K in support of both that terrorist group and ISIS. Almadaoji explained to an individual whom he believed to be an ISIS supporter that he wanted “weapons experts training, planning and executing, hit and run, capturing high value targets, ways to break into homes and avoid security guards. That type of training.” He began making travel plans in September 2018.

Poll: Plurality of American Voters Want President Biden Out of Office Next Year

  • Resign/retire/quit — 20%
  • Economy/jobs — 11%

  • COVID/mandates — 6%

‘We Need to Have a Serious Talk With Poland’ — German Politicians Slam Poland for Protecting Europe’s Borders

In Germany, there are increasing voices to accept migrants from the border area between Poland and Belarus to defuse the situation on-site, and some of those voices berating Poland for protecting its borders are coming from the country’s biggest parties.

Green politician Jürgen Trittin criticized Poland’s handling of refugees on the border with Belarus. “We have to talk very seriously with Poland about how they are dealing with the refugees,” he told RTL and ntv on Thursday.

The German politicians said there should be no “pushbacks” from Poland to Belarus, and the country must guarantee the refugees proper procedures. Poland violates the Geneva Refugee Convention on the eastern border and the obligations under the Dublin Agreement on the western border,” said the Green politician. “Poland is responsible for the implementation of the asylum procedures for people arriving in Poland, not Germany.”

German politicians condemning Poland’s border forces come at the same time that migrants employ aggressive tactics, including cutting barriers at the border and hurling projectiles at Polish units.

Nationalism and the Left

The ranks of leftist political organisations and activist groups are filled with disaffected and disillusioned individuals, many of whom are presumably motivated by their personal grievances against mainstream society. This is a characteristic of all marginalised subcultures, including right-leaning ones; alienated individuals are inherently attracted to ideological communities that offer a sense of identity and solidarity. But it is particularly characteristic of leftist organisations, perhaps because of the left’s preference for the countercultural.

Which is to be Master? (Updated)

Religious faith must be reintroduced to public discourse. We need wholesome faiths — religions whose precepts are actually good for people and social harmony — more than ever before in our history. If you can talk about your faith calmly and temperately, allowing for disagreement on nonessential subjects, you ought to do so when the opportunity presents itself. To do so will restore to our conversations the subjects of ethical principles and why they matter. Practically speaking, there’s no other way to do so.

  1. Germany: Merkel Says Unvaccinated Have “Duty” To Get Experimental Shot
No jab, no job is an affront to a free society say we in the UK. Thousands of care workers said goodbye to their jobs, their financial security, their profession and their futures. They also said anguished goodbyes to the care home residents they’d been looking after in some instances for years, not knowing what would become of them or how they’d be treated in view of these mandated catastrophic staff shortages.
If we didn’t know better, we would say this was complete idiosy by the UK Health Minister-Like Germany, Fear mixed with compliance, shows complacency and eventual subjugation. When will people start to wake up to this politcal evilness.

  2. Sooner or later, this had to happen.
    =============
A real action movie took place the day before in the village of Zalari, Moscow Region.

On Friday evening, not far from the Sayany shopping center, six citizens of the near abroad (as the media call migrants from Central Asia) provoked a conflict with two 18-year-old local guys. During the ensuing fight, the young people were beaten, after which they fled to the territory of the nearest construction site.

About an hour later, five vehicles with 20 unidentified persons arrived at the construction site, and a mass brawl ensued with 16 workers from the construction site. In the heat of the battle, the participants poured gasoline on a nearby residential cabin and set it on fire, after which they fled.

As a result of the fire, two men died from burns, two were hospitalized, six sought medical help, after which they were released to their homes.

A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the incident. Measures have been taken to search for all participants in the incident.
