Court Allows Seattle Police Defamation Case Against Marxist City Council Member to Proceed
The ninth circuit court of appeals ruled Wednesday that Seattle police officers’ libel lawsuit against Marxist city council member Kshama Sawant can move forward.
Plaintiffs Scott Miller and Michael Spaulding are two Seattle police officers that were involved in a police-involved shooting that took the life of Che Taylor, a black man, in 2016. The two officers were cleared of any wrongdoing by the King County prosecutor after an extensive investigation from the Seattle Police Department, the City’s Force Investigation Team, and the City’s Firearms Review Board.
Sawant participated in a protest outside of City Hall a few days after the incident and said that the officers involved need to be held accountable for the “brutal murder” of Taylor.
“The brutal murder of Che Taylor, just a blatant murder at the hands of the police, show[s] how urgently we need to keep building our movement for basic human rights for black people and brown people,” Sawant said.

FDA Documents Show Pfizer Secretly Added Heart Attack Drug to Children’s COVID-19 “Vaccines”
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Advisory Committee granted emergency use authorization for a new drug to be added to Pfizer’s COVID-19 “vaccinations” for children aged 5-11.
Yet another concern parents should have before deciding to inject their children, the new drug in the children’s formulation is Tromethamine (Tris), and its generally used as a medication for people who have had heart attacks used to lower blood acidity.
The modified formulation also needs to be handled differently from its adult counterpart, with children as young as five years old now being able to take it.
The FDA briefing document titled ‘EUA amendment request for Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for use in children 5 through 11 years of age’, which was sent to the FDA just prior to their vote to extend Pfizer’s emergency use authorization, states on page 14 that:
“Authorization is being requested for a modified formulation of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Each dose of this formulation contains 10 µg of a nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding the viral spike (S) glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 that is formulated in lipid particles and supplied as a frozen suspension in multiple dose vials.”
“To provide a vaccine with an improved stability profile, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for use in children 5-11 years of age uses tromethamine (Tris) buffer instead of the phosphate buffered saline (PBS) as used in the previous formulation and excludes sodium chloride and potassium chloride.”
The vote passed 17-0.
But why would children need to have heart attack medication added to their formulation?
Could it be because there have already been so many children who have suffered heart disorders after receiving the jabs?

Instagram Censors Suggestions Kyle Rittenhouse Acted in Self-Defense
Musician and podcaster Jordan Sarmo has announced that Instagram deleted his post about Kyle Rittenhouse, a teen who is on trial for first degree murder of two men — that he says he committed in self-defense, as he was being chased and feared for his life.

North Dakota Governor Signs Bill Banning Critical Race Theory in K-12 Schools
BISMARCK — Gov. Doug Burgum on Friday, Nov. 12, signed into law a bill that bans the teaching of critical race theory in North Dakota’s public K-12 schools.
State senators sent the bill to Burgum’s desk with a 38-9 vote Friday after a House vote of 76-16 on Thursday.
Critical race theory is not taught in North Dakota schools, but Sen. Donald Schaible, R-Mott, said the bill was a preventative measure.

Ohio Man Pleads Guilty to Attempting to Provide Material Support to a Foreign Terrorist Organization
An Ohio man, who was scheduled to start jury trial today, pleaded guilty Friday evening to one count of attempting to provide material support — himself, as personnel — to foreign terrorist organizations, namely ISIS and ISIS Wilayat Khorasan (ISIS-K).
According to court documents, Naser Almadaoji, 22, an Iraqi-born U.S. citizen of Beavercreek, purchased a plane ticket for travel on Oct. 24, 2018, and was arrested at John Glenn International Airport after checking in and obtaining his boarding pass.
The defendant intended to travel to Astana, Kazahkstan, where he planned to be smuggled into Afghanistan so that he could join and receive military training from ISIS-K in support of both that terrorist group and ISIS. Almadaoji explained to an individual whom he believed to be an ISIS supporter that he wanted “weapons experts training, planning and executing, hit and run, capturing high value targets, ways to break into homes and avoid security guards. That type of training.” He began making travel plans in September 2018.

Poll: Plurality of American Voters Want President Biden Out of Office Next Year
A newly released poll conducted by USA Today/Suffolk found that a plurality of American voters want President Joe Biden out of office next year.
Biden is struggling with plummeting poll numbers amid multiple crises and his failure to handle the rising cost of wholesale goods, which has skyrocketed by 6.8 per cent since last year.
As reported by CNBC on Tuesday, surging prices for gasoline and vehicles helped push the increase toward the price of goods.

Container ships stranded outside of California ports reached a record number on Tuesday, as the United States’ supply chain crisis accelerates.

Sen. Warren Hit With Lawsuit After Accusing Amazon of Peddling COVID-19 Misinformation
SEATTLE — A lawsuit claims Sen. Elizabeth Warren violated the First Amendment when she sent a letter to Amazon earlier this year to try stopping the sale of a book.
Warren sent Amazon the letter in September, accusing Amazon itself of peddling misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines and treatments.

In the wake of Winsome Sears becoming the first black Lt. Governor of Virginia, critical race theory peddling leftists have had to shift their narrative, with two academics in particular arguing that conservatives who vote for black candidates are still racist.
In an op ed published by ABC News, Stanford University Assistant Professor Hakeem Jefferson and U Cal Professor Michael Tesle suggest that white conservatives only vote for black Republican candidates when it suits their partisan agenda.

U.S. Appeals Court Affirms Hold on Biden COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate
(Reuters) —A U.S. appeals court on Friday affirmed its decision to put on hold an order by President Joe Biden for companies with 100 workers or more to require COVID-19 vaccines, rejecting a challenge by his administration.

Following the indictment of Igor Danchenko, who helped compile the Steele dossier for former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, The Washington Post on Friday took “the unusual step of correcting and removing” reporting.
Two of The Washington Post‘s articles published in March 2017 and February 2019 had identified a Belarusian American businessman Sergei Millian as a key source of the dossier, named “Source D,” which made claims of a conspiracy between former President Donald Trump and the Russian government.
“The newspaper’s executive editor, Sally Buzbee, said The Post could no longer stand by the accuracy of those elements of the story. The Czech Republic can meet its climate commitments only if the EU promotes nuclear and gas as clean energy sources, said Czech Senate President Milos Vystrcil to journalists at the end of his two-day visit to Brussels.

Victoria’s construction workers are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they want to continue working on site from Saturday November 13.

10 British Troops Deployed to Support Poland on Belarus Border
Britain is joining forces with Poland by sending 10 U.K. troops to fortify the Belarus border as thousands of migrants attempt to cross the frontier into the EU.
The U.K. Ministry of Defence said the mission, which was agreed with the Polish government, is meant to provide “engineer support” rather than police the border. The forces, which have been on the ground since Thursday, are expected to repair or fortify fencing.

Belgian Farmer Captures ‘African Migrant’ Suspected of Burglarizing His Home
A farmer in Belgium managed to capture an African migrant suspected of burglarizing his home while his family slept this week, according to reports.
The incident unfolded during the early hours of Monday morning in Bertrix, a rural municipality in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium.
“Around 5:45 a.m., I was woken up by several noises in my apartment,” said Stéphane Delogne, a farmer and breeder. “At first I thought it was my little girl waking up. I called her but then I heard the sound of someone fleeing and doors slamming.”

Greece Shows Video Evidence of Turkey’s Migrant Pushbacks
The Greek Coast Guard has released a video in which the Turkish Coast Guard in the Aegean Sea actively helps migrants to enter Greek territorial waters. Based on the video evidence, the Greek government says Turkey is violating the convention on the detention of migrants on its territory, for which it receives billions of euros from the European Union. Poland Border: West Condemns Belarus at UN Over Stranded Migrants
Western members of the UN Security Council have condemned Belarus for the escalating crisis over migrants stranded on its border with Poland.
In a strongly worded statement, they accused Belarus of using the migrants to destabilise the European Union’s eastern border.

Serbian authorities on Wednesday conducted an operation that led to the detention of nearly 1,000 migrants and the arrest of seven alleged traffickers.
During a police operation in several regions of Serbia against undocumented migrants and suspected human trafficking networks on Wednesday, 991 migrants were detained and seven alleged traffickers were arrested.
The interior ministry reported that the operation centered on the capital, Belgrade, as well as the cities of Subotica, Sombor, Kikinda, Sabac, Kraljevo, Vranje, and Novi Pazar.
The undocumented migrants were reportedly taken to reception centers.
The operation was part of the international initiative named ‘Hotspot’.

Switzerland Afghan Man Convicted of Raping Two Children Remain at Large
A court in Switzerland has convicted an Afghan migrant of sexually abusing a pair of children between the ages of 11 and 13. However, because prosecutors failed to detain the suspect prior to court proceedings, the 32-year-old Afghan has fled and now remains at large.
The suspect, who was tried in absentia last week by the District Court of Brugg AG, was sentenced to seven years in prison after being found guilty of carrying out multiple sexual acts with a child, multiple counts of sexual assault, and possession of child pornography, the Swiss daily Aargauer Zeitung reports.
However, the location of the convicted man remains a mystery, despite an international manhunt having been initiated. At the time of the trial, the Afghan’s defense attorney told the court that he hadn’t had any contact with his client in over a year.

Ukraine says it is sending some of its border guards and national guard officers to its border with Poland to to share intelligence on the handling of the Belarus migrant crisis.

In Germany, there are increasing voices to accept migrants from the border area between Poland and Belarus to defuse the situation on-site, and some of those voices berating Poland for protecting its borders are coming from the country’s biggest parties.
Green politician Jürgen Trittin criticized Poland’s handling of refugees on the border with Belarus. “We have to talk very seriously with Poland about how they are dealing with the refugees,” he told RTL and ntv on Thursday.
The German politicians said there should be no “pushbacks” from Poland to Belarus, and the country must guarantee the refugees proper procedures. Poland violates the Geneva Refugee Convention on the eastern border and the obligations under the Dublin Agreement on the western border,” said the Green politician. “Poland is responsible for the implementation of the asylum procedures for people arriving in Poland, not Germany.”
German politicians condemning Poland’s border forces come at the same time that migrants employ aggressive tactics, including cutting barriers at the border and hurling projectiles at Polish units.

A real action movie took place the day before in the village of Zalari, Moscow Region.
On Friday evening, not far from the Sayany shopping center, six citizens of the near abroad (as the media call migrants from Central Asia) provoked a conflict with two 18-year-old local guys. During the ensuing fight, the young people were beaten, after which they fled to the territory of the nearest construction site.
About an hour later, five vehicles with 20 unidentified persons arrived at the construction site, and a mass brawl ensued with 16 workers from the construction site. In the heat of the battle, the participants poured gasoline on a nearby residential cabin and set it on fire, after which they fled.
As a result of the fire, two men died from burns, two were hospitalized, six sought medical help, after which they were released to their homes.
A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the incident. Measures have been taken to search for all participants in the incident.
