Alec Baldwin, ‘Rust’ Producers, Armorer & First Ad Sued for “General Negligence” By Film’s Gaffer Over Fatal Shooting

As New Mexico police continue their investigation into the October 21 fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins by Alec Baldwin on the set of Rust, the first of what is expected to be many lawsuits has been filed.

Seeking a wide range of unspecified damages, Rust gaffer Serge Svetnoy has filed a complaint of general negligence against the production, the financiers, star Alec Baldwin, armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed, first Assistant Director David Halls, property master Sarah Zachry, armorer mentor Seth Kenny and many more.

“This incident was caused by the negligent acts and omission of Defendants, and each of them, as well as their agents, principals, and employers,” the complaint states. “Simply put, there was no reason for a live bullet to be placed in that .45 Colt revolver to be present anywhere on the Rust set, and the presence of a bullet in a revolver posed a lethal threat to everyone in its vicinity,” it continues in blunt terms (read it here).

As the Media Focuses on Kyle Rittenhouse, Another Trial Should Also Have Your Attention

Here at PJ Media, we’ve devoted tons of space to the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. It’s easy to see why the trial has gotten so much attention, not just here, but across the media as a whole. The case involves a teen who jumped headlong into a dangerous situation, the shootings took place during the racially-charged 2020 riots, and there are self-defense implications that could arise from the verdict.

Breaking: Judge Orders FBI to Stop Search of Project Veritas Founder O’Keefe’s Phone Following Raid

The FBI has been ordered by a federal judge to stop plundering information from James O’Keefe’s phone following a raid on his home and other properties connected with Project Veritas last weekend.

The raid was a chilling and frightening overreach by law enforcement of protected journalistic work product. O’Keefe has said that his phone offers a window into what other projects he and his staff are working on — projects the Biden Administration may not want him to cover.

The FBI raided O’Keefe’s apartment about 6 a.m. on Saturday with a phalanx of agents taking his electronics and other information, which they claimed would help discover how the journalist came into possession of President Biden’s daughter’s diary.

They claim the diary was stolen. O’Keefe denies that characterization.

The president’s daughter, Ashley Biden’s, diary reportedly contains down, dirty, and disgusting secrets about the Biden family.

Judge Analisa Torres ordered the FBI to stop exploiting information contained in O’Keefe’s phone and to verify that they’d done so by Friday.

Data Broker Handed Over Smartphone GPS Data to DC Government for “COVID Research”

The EFF, a digital rights group, says it has seen public records (obtained here) that show location data broker Veraset and the District of Columbia (DC) government had struck a deal early in the Covid pandemic last year, allowing the latter full access to highly sensitive, individually identifiable GPS data, harvested from people’s mobile devices in the DC area.

Veraset made the offer and DC authorities accepted it, which was followed by half a year of updates coming from the company — that operates a proprietary database for this data, meaning that Veraset’s tools cannot be audited or scrutinized by the public — tracking hundreds of thousands of people going about their day.

Judge Orders Apple to Allow Alternative Payment Options for the App Store by December 9th

Apple has been ordered by a judge to allow developers to add third party payment options to apps published in its App Store — related to the court’s previous decisions in the Epic v. Apple antitrust case.

Apple sought to be granted a motion for an indefinite injunction, but Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers dismissed it after a hearing held on Tuesday, saying that Apple was asking for a stay that could last even up to five years.

The judge in this way effectively sided with Epic’s legal counsel’s claim that the motion was a delay tactic, while the giant had no desire to make any changes — unless “forced to do it.”

ND House Overwhelmingly Passes ‘Critical Race Theory’ Bill

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) — The North Dakota House of Representatives advanced House Bill 1508, which would ban “Critical Race Theory” from being taught in schools. The vote was 76-16.

The bill describes it as “the theory that racism is not merely the product of individual bias or prejudice, but that racism is systemically embedded in American society and the American legal system to facilitate racial inequality.”

Not many topics were allowed to be discussed during the special session, but many in the chamber were prepared to debate the hotly-contested “Critical Race Theory Bill”.

“This bill starts the engine of stopping ‘Critical Race Theory’ in its tracks in the state of North Dakota. Our parents deserve it. More importantly, our kids deserve it,” said the bill’s primary sponsor Rep. Jim Kasper, R-Fargo.

Nolte: Democrat-Run Chicago Braces for Rittenhouse Riots

“The Chicago Police Department has canceled regularly scheduled days off starting Friday and through the weekend in apparent anticipation of civil unrest in the event that Kyle Rittenhouse is acquitted,” the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Allow me to translate that for you…

Because Chicago is run by Democrats, because the corporate media have been shamelessly lying about the truth of what’s been revealed in the Rittenhouse trial, Chicago police know that if Rittenhouse is acquitted (as he should be), the left-wing terrorists in Antifa and Black Lives Matter, these dangerous babies who can’t deal with things not going their way, are almost certain to take to the streets to loot and burn in the name of social justice or something.

Remember, The News Media Are in Lockstep With Each Other and Are Not Independent

So, when it comes to current events and what they mean, don’t trust the news media to tell you, because the odds are that they won’t. Instead, they’ll try to overwhelm you with one-sided propaganda, brainwash you with carefully edited reporting, and talk about anything but the facts. They broadcast mainly opinion about the news rather than the news itself. They also carefully leave out of the “news” anything that might reflect negatively on those who control them, or on policies that their controllers want and support. (Witness the massive media push for COVID-19 vaccinations and mandatory mask policies, despite overwhelming scientific, medical and demographic evidence that neither are effective. It’s as if that evidence doesn’t exist, because they never mention it except to debunk it in passing. The truth is not in them.)

The list includes government contracts with CRT-promoting organizations, reading materials school districts have endorsed, so-called “anti-racism” policies, high school classes on “intersectionality,” an “Equity” plan promoting the 1619 Project and the Southern Poverty Law Center’s materials, and a $20,000 payment to Ibram X. Nigel Farage has said that the scale of operations to pick up illegal aliens in the English Channel looks like a “vast, military operation”, going on to criticise the establishment press and television media for avoiding reporting on the migrant crisis.

Officials confirmed to the BBC that in 48 hours, nearly 1,200 illegals arrived or were taken ashore, with 504 crossing in 16 boats on Tuesday and 695 arriving in 22 small vessels on Wednesday. The yearly total to date of those who have made the crossing illegally is now 22,344, almost three times that which crossed in the whole of 2020, when 8,404 migrants made the journey.

Gov. DeSantis Considering Lawsuit to Stop Migrant Flights Into Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis said Wednesday he’s looking into ways to stop planes with migrants from landing in Florida.

His office said a 24-year-old man from Honduras posed as a teenager at the border and was put on a flight to Jacksonville back in August. That man, Yery Noel Medina-Ulloa, is now accused of killing a father of four in Arlington last month.

There are now lots of questions about these flights.

Hungarian Police Find 97 Illegal Migrants in Truck

On Wednesday, Hungarian police detained a semi truck registered in Romania with 97 illegal migrants aboard, the National Police reported on its homepage.

Police detained the truck in Dunaföldvar in central Hungary based on information provided by organized crime unit located in Szeged in southern Hungary. In atypical fashion for Hungary, the action was conducted by the Presidential Guard, which administratively belongs to the Intervention police. There was no explanation as to why this unit was used.

Of the 97 migrants found in the truck — the majority younger men — 94 declared themselves to be Syrian, two Afghan and one Palestinian, though none of them had identification papers.

Lithuania Follows ECHR Precedent in Turning Away Migrants, PM Says

VILNIUS — Lithuania is following the precedent set by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) providing for exceptions when the tactic of turning away migrants can be used, Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte said on Thursday.

She was commenting on reports that the European Commission will likely demand that Poland, Latvia and Lithuania amend their laws that allow pushing migrants back into Belarus.

“This is not Brussels’ position or someone else’s opposition. There is a precedent of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Spain and Morocco, where the procedures, the precedent, the circumstances in which this tactic can be applied are clearly stated,” Simonyte told reporters.

“And my understanding is that what is happening at the eastern border of the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Poland is absolutely what the court’s judgement says,” she added,

Poland’s Far Right Demands Strong Borders in Belarus Crisis

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Thousands marched in Warsaw on Thursday to mark Poland’s Independence Day, led by far-right groups calling for strong borders, while its troops blocked hundreds of new attempts by migrants to enter the country illegally from neighboring Belarus in a tense standoff.

Security forces patrolled the capital for the parade, which was peaceful, unlike those in recent years that have seen violence by some extremists.

“Today there are not only internal disputes. Today there are also external disputes. Today there is an attack on the Polish border,” march leader Robert Bakiewicz said in a speech, adding that all Poles should support those who are protecting the eastern frontier.

Putin Tells EU to Start Talks With Belarus to Resolve Migrant Crisis at Polish Border

Russian President Vladimir Putin told the European Union on Thursday it needs to start talks with Belarus if it hopes to resolve a crisis over hundreds of migrants trapped on the border with Poland.

Concern is growing for about 2,000 migrants, mainly Kurds from the Middle East, who are living in a tent camp on the border between Belarus and Poland in near-freezing temperatures.

Poland is refusing to allow the migrants to cross, accusing Minsk of luring them to Belarus to send across the border in revenge for sanctions.

The EU has so far refused any direct contacts with Belarus’s strongman leader Alexander Lukashenko, who on Thursday warned that any new sanctions would be met with a response, including potentially cutting off natural gas transit to Europe.

UK Warns Against Getting Involved as NATO Ally Poland Weathers Attacks From Moscow-Backed Belarus

The UK armed forces minister has called for the Poland border crisis to remain an EU issue and not develop into a NATO problem that would draw in the United Kingdom, calling it “very, very, very, very dangerous territory”.

James Heappey, British armed forces minister made the comments clearly distancing the UK from the possibility of coming to Poland’s — and ultimately the EU’s, as Poland’s eastern border is also the EU’s external frontier — aid at a defence conference just days after the NATO alliance pledged its support to Poland.

Hungarian Folk Dance Goes Woke With New LGBTQ Dance Group

It is increasingly apparent that there is no element of traditional culture that is immune from the intrusions of gender ideology — not even the one that has been constructed based on the dynamics and interactions between the two genders of a man and a woman. Folk dance is not some sideline entertainment in Hungary, but a national institution that had thrived during the decades of communism, and among few other cultural expressions, has retained its popularity among Hungarian youth.

In response, a group of Western-European-educated dance instructors have come up with an idea to import radical gender ideology into Hungary, and implant it in the heart of its traditional culture.

Open Letter Asks Big Tech to Collude to Censor Climate Change “Misinformation”

Pressure continues from varied corners on Big Tech to make the climate issue the next big target of censorship on their global social media platforms, this time with the Conscious Advertising Network (CAN) chiming in.

An open letter from this group — whose manifestos center around things like anti-ad fraud, diversity, children’s well being, and misinformation — is demanding from Google, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and other major tech companies, as well as those gathered for the COP26 summit in Glasgow (whose own legitimacy is undermined by major countries relevant to the climate problem snubbing it) to work together.

  1. “Multicultural Europe Swept by Week of Migrant Violence and ‘Allahu Akbar’ Attacks” (Breitbart’s sub headline to the item on Norway Knife-wielder above).

How many knife attacks have been conducted by Buddhists?
    Anyone know?
    Or Methodists?

Funny how they all seem to have a pattern, not noticed by the media.

  2. “So far this year more than 22,344 migrants have crossed the English Channel”.
    Illegal entrants.
That is approximately the population of Melton Mowbray, or Falmouth.

  3. I am soooo tired of the COVID19 BS. (Sorry Baron)

I wish that those who believe in the COVID scam do whatever they want to do, e.g. injecting themselves with the vaxx every few seconds but they should leave us purebloods alone.

(I remember that once a gay guy said something like: You hetero people are the majority but you have no right to tell us what we gays have to do.
Can we please have this for us purebloods too?)

On the other hand. After being discriminated (I am a contactperson of a COVID infected and unvaccinated I must go into quarantine and loose quarantine money. A vaxxinated guy wouldnt need to go into quarantine the healthoffice told me.) would the ADE reaction set in, please? Yes, I will loose people I love and like, but right now I am so angry that I would be happy if the vaxx would turn the vaxxinated into zombies. And then I would get my tire iron and go to work…

  4. If the Bidenistas were deliberating trying to destroy our Country, please tell me one thing they would do differently since they installed the drooling idiot in the White House.

Today they signed an agreement with Qatar, the newest face of the Muslim Brotherhood, to represent US interests in Afghanistan.

    Sundance explains:

“In essence, the government of Qatar supports The Muslim Brotherhood (political Islam), and The Brotherhood is a political face for extremist Islam. As a result, any agreement with Qatar is an agreement with The Muslim Brotherhood… got it? Now TODAY:

WASHINGTON DC – Qatar will formally represent U.S. interests in Afghanistan, according to a new agreement signed by the two countries on Friday, creating a new pathway for the U.S. to address American citizens and allies left behind in America’s chaotic exit.”

Of course, not a word was said about the personalities of the criminals. Only recently it became known that these are swarthy and more than swarthy guys.

I don’t know what Muslims from the EU wrote, but just at the same time, I accidentally came across this entry from a Muslim account on Twitter (at the request of “migrant”):

In Germany, 10 Poles and 2 Germans raped a drunk 15-year-old German woman. Nobody makes a noise about this, the press reports the incident in small print. An ordinary event. And what kind of smoke would stand if some migrant with a “bad religion” was involved
