Breaking: Marjorie Taylor Greene Compares Twitter to Communist China After Recent Suspension

After her temporary ban on Twitter, Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene held a press conference outside her congressional office to discuss Dr. Anthony Fauci and what she believes are his links to the funding of research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Despite Fauci’s appointed position, and not as an elected official, Greene said, Fauci is the highest paid employee in the federal government. She said that Twitter acted “like corporate communists,” saying that the ban against her, and others, is a violation of the first amendment.

Breaking: Rand Paul Confronts Fauci Over ‘Gain of Function’ Research at Wuhan Lab

Senator Rand Paul and Dr. Anthony Fauci engaged in another battle in the US Congress on Tuesday, as the senator, an ophthalmologist, grilled the doctor on what he referred to as “gain of function” research at a Wuhan lab.

Paul detailed the evidence that he claims proves that experimentation on gain of function research was happening at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and quotes the doctor who did this work on both her work and on the amount of funding she received from the NIH.

“Knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11 where you claim that the NIH never funded gain of function research in Wuhan.” Paul asked Fauci.

Breaking: VoterGA Says Evidence Indicates Multiple Georgia Counties May Have Even More Election Fraud Than Fulton

Election integrity nonprofit organization Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA) released a statement on Monday claiming that evidence shows the rate of election discrepancies may be even higher in Georgia counties other than Fulton. VoterGA showcased a trove of evidence indicating that the error reporting rate in Fulton County was a staggering 60%.

“VoterGA announced today it has evidence election result discrepancies in other Georgia counties may be worse than those it presented

for Fulton County at a VoterGA press conference Tuesday,” the press release stated. “The revelation came as VoterGA formalized its call for a truly independent, forensic audit of all county results for the November 3rd, 2020 and January 5th, 2021 elections.”

Candace Owens Dismantles Ibram X. Kendi’s Flawed Anti-Racist Rhetoric

Candace Owens has decided to make a point about debating the left on their ideas. So for her Daily Wire show, Owens is making it a full segment of the program.

“I have a new segment for you, and it’s called Counterpoint. I’m very excited about this because as you guys know, the left tends to stay in their safe spaces. They go on a bunch of talk shows, they bring up a bunch of bad ideas. They expect nobody to be able to challenge them,” Owens said on her Tuesday night show.

The first person Owens aims to challenge is Ibram X. Kendi, author of the How to Be an Antiracist book that was pushed to the forefront last year in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death. His writings were spotlighted as the progressive media aimed to push for “diversity” last summer, and Kendi’s book became a centerpiece of the critical race theory curriculum in the public K — 12 classroom.

The group also claims that “masking is proven to reduce transmission of the virus and to protect those who are not vaccinated.”

January 6 Detainees Sing National Anthem to Boost Morale Amid Reports of Abuse

Amid reports of January 6 detainees being subject to torturous inhumane abuse including beatings, solitary confinement, and COVID-19 vaccination coercion in the D.C. Detention Center, audio released by American Greatness reveals the prisoners singing the Star-Spangled Banner in order to lift spirits and boost morale while they await their trials.

Exclusive audio released by American Greatness reveals the January 6 political prisoners sing the National Anthem to lift their spirits up and boost morale as they await their trials scheduled for sometime next year. “Detainees include Americans not accused of committing any violent crimes. Current detainees are a few members of the Oath Keepers; the alleged ‘attackers’ of Officer Brian Sicknick, and nonviolent offenders such as Timothy Hale-Cusanelli. The defendants have been transported to a special portion of the D.C. prison system used to house those charged with offenses related to January 6. Most were held in solitary confinement conditions, only allowed one hour out of a single-man cell one hour a day, for months until restrictions were recently loosened somewhat,” reads the report by American Greatness Senior Contributor Julie Kelly.

Jefferson Davis: Slavery and the Death of States’ Rights

When one thinks of the Confederate States of America, one instantly thinks of two people, General Robert E. Lee and President Jefferson Davis. The life of both bear close examination for their historical significance and because they were men of principle and conviction who stood up for what they believed in — what they believed isn’t precisely what is taught in schools. Jefferson Davis in his role as the Confederate President is a sort of avatar for the end of a certain view of states’ rights that died when General Lee surrendered at Appomattox…

…Much of the tension between the North and South took the form of states’ rights around whether or not the federal government was going to be able to ban slavery in the territories. While it is often said that the Republican Party was founded to end slavery, this is wholly untrue. The primary motivation behind the founding of the Republican Party was simply to ensure that the territories, and the massive amounts of land they contained, would not be given away to large plantation owners, but would instead be kept for free — and, it must be said, white — labor.

Let’s Not Talk About it: Amazon Would Prefer to be Sued

After 75,000 individual Echo users were organized to file a mass arbitration claim, Amazon found it more cost-effective to drop their arbitration clause and instead be brought to court.

The Verge:

Amazon has recently changed its terms of service to allow its customers to bring lawsuits against the company instead of having to go through an arbitration process. According to The Wall Street Journal, the company made the change after over 75,000 Echo users were organized to file individual arbitration cases, which would have left Amazon on the hook for millions of dollars in fees.

Unlike lawsuits, arbitration cases are handled by a third party instead of a judge or jury. According to the American Arbitration Association’s rules (which Amazon was bound by in its old terms of service), the company involved is responsible for hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars in fees when a consumer brings a case against it — and those numbers add up quickly if a law firm is able to coordinate large numbers of consumers to bring complaints at once.

Lockdown Hysteria Did More Harm Than COVID-19

The United States suffered through two lethal waves of contagion in the past year and a half. The first was a viral pandemic that killed about 1 in 500 Americans — typically, a person over 75 suffering from other serious conditions. The second, and far more catastrophic, was a moral panic that swept the nation’s institutions.

Instead of keeping calm and carrying on, the American elite flouted the norms of governance, journalism, academic freedom — and, worst of all, science. They misled the public about the origins of the virus and the true risk it posed. Ignoring their own carefully prepared plans for a pandemic, they claimed unprecedented powers to impose untested strategies, with terrible collateral damage. We still have no convincing evidence that the lockdowns saved lives, but lots of evidence that they have already cost lives and will prove deadlier in the long run than the virus itself.

SharpieGate is Real: Maricopa County Conspired to Give Voters Sharpies That Ruined Same-Day Ballots

President Donald Trump supporters and American patriots nationwide are emboldened after an Arizona state Senate hearing on the Maricopa County election audit proved massive fraud. Among the audit’s findings so far: 11,326 people in the county who voted in the November 3 election were NOT on the voter rolls on November 7, but were added to the voter rolls by December 4. This number is higher than Joe Biden’s supposed statewide “lead” in Arizona of 10,457 votes. Additionally, more than 74,000 mail-in ballots were counted in the county even though there is no recorded evidence of the ballots being sent to the “voters” in the first place — and Maricopa County withheld all photographic evidence of the mail-in ballot envelopes from the Republican audit team (meanwhile, photographs show ballot printers and boxes getting loaded onto a “Destruction” truck in Phoenix during the Senate hearing). Thin ballot paper used for approximately 168,000 ballots led to markers “bleeding through” the paper, damaging ballots, after a Maricopa County official ordered staff to hand out Sharpie markers to same-day voters even though she knew about concerns with the Sharpies.

Todd Rokita Celebrates ‘Victory’ Over US Department of Ed in Critical Race Theory Battle

Conservatives pushing back on “leftist ideologies” in American schools, including Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, are claiming victory this week after the U.S. Department of Education seemingly backed away from language in a federal grant application that showed support for materials that critics say promote critical race theory.

The debate around critical race theory, a concept generally used in higher education and not taught in K-12 schools, has exploded in recent months at school board meetings and state legislatures around the country. The concept has become short-hand for a number of ideas that conservatives are pushing back against, from culturally-relevant teaching practices to the way that the country’s history of slavery is taught.

Canadian Law Professor Sues Twitter, Canadian Government Over Ad Censorship

A Canadian law professor is suing Twitter and the Canadian government after Twitter denied him the ability to buy ads on the platform for his new documentary.

University of British Columbia professor Joel Bekan, who has written books and produced films that criticize the power of corporations, wanted to purchase promoted tweets for the trailer of his new film “The New Corporation,” but Twitter refused to let him do so, The Logic reports.

Bekan opted to sue Twitter, to try and force the big tech giant to let him promote his film on their platform. According to Bekan, Twitter is a part of the public square, and hence should be ordered by a judge to allow him to buy ads promoting his documentary.

The UBC professor is also suing the Canadian government, as he believes it should implement a law that protects freedom of expression on social media.

Hungarian Official Push Back on Claims of Surveillance

All three Hungarian ministers in charge of overseeing the country’s legal system and secret services have denied allegations that the country did use or would have used the Pegasus spyware of Israeli company NSO Group to spy on civilians.

Answering an opposition question in Parliament, Minister of Interior Sandor, pictured above, in charge of overseeing the country’s domestic intelligence services said that since the current conservative government took office, there has been no illegal surveillance in the country.

“I declare that since May 29, 2010, the Hungarian national security services have not carried out and will not carry out illegal surveillance. My statement is supported by the results of the inspections carried out. I am ready to answer your specific questions in a closed session of the National Security Committee of the Parliament,” Pintér said in response to a question by opposition Socialist MP Attila Mesterhazy.

Is Western Europe Really Turning to the Right?

A large-scale and widely-noted survey, “The Conversion of Europeans to the Values of the Right,” suggests that Western Europe is trending conservative. But a close look at the survey data finds that not to be the case.

La Fondation pour l’innovation politique (or the Fondapol Foundation), which calls itself a “liberal, progressive, and European think tank,” surveyed 7,603 respondents in Great Britain, France, Germany and Italy between January 20 and February 10, 2021. In striking contrast to historic trends, it found the young to be more conservative than the old, suggesting a move toward conservativism.

To be precise, 41% of the young (defined as ages 18-34) associate with the Right, as well as 38% of the elderly (age 50 and above). Likewise, 24% of the young associate with the Left, as do 30% of the elderly. It bears noting that the pollsters do not define these terms but allow respondents to do so. The statistical differences are not large; but given that the young usually grow more conservative with age and, presuming that these four countries are typical of Western Europe as a whole, this data suggests that the Right in Western Europe will likely further build its lead over the Left.

The author of the Fondapol survey, Victor Delage, explains this turn to the Right as due mainly to three of Western Europe’s hottest-button issues: “hostility to immigration, mistrust of Islam, and a preference for economic liberalism.”

Scrutiny of Fondapol’s data on the first two of these issues, however, stunningly contradicts Delage’s explanation.

New Proposal: Your Workplace Could Make Vaccination Mandatory Against Coronavirus

[Adjusted machine translation]

Employers should be allowed to make it compulsory for their employees to be vaccinated against coronavirus, according to a legislative proposal by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI). László Parragh, the organisation’s president, told Portfolio that not only would employers be given the option, but would also make vaccination compulsory for employees in certain jobs. According to László Parragh, it is already common practice for companies to expect their employees to be vaccinated, but the amendment would make it easier. He said that there was a strong demand from business leaders for such legislation, as it was the only way to avoid having to close down the economy again.

It was a great relief for the Hungarian business sector that most of the restrictions against the coronavirus could be lifted, and this was possible because the high level of vaccination has reduced the epidemic in Hungary,” Mr Parragh told Portfolio. He said that today it is in the interest of everyone, not just the corporate sector, to maintain this favourable situation.

THE CHAMBER IS THEREFORE PROPOSING A LEGISLATIVE AMENDMENT THAT WOULD ALLOW COMPANIES TO MAKE VACCINATION COMPULSORY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES IN CERTAIN JOBS.

The amendment could legally remove any obstacles to companies requiring employees to be vaccinated against coronavirus in certain jobs. The proposal would provide that if a worker does not take up the option of vaccination, he or she could be transferred to a position where he or she does not pose a risk to colleagues or clients. According to the President of MKIK, this regulation is not only justified from a health point of view, but also dictated by economic logic: company managers fear that the spread of the epidemic and local infections could lead to a shutdown of their business, which they cannot afford again.

According to the President, it has been a widespread practice for employers to require their employees to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, and if they did not do so, companies would sanction this by dismissing them. In such cases, however, the dismissals could not be justified by the refusal to vaccinate, so other reasons were used to dismiss the employee, so it is more a case of employer pressure. However, Mr Parragh added that this was not the typical reaction of workers in such cases. He cited two specific companies where the coronavirus vaccination was recently made quasi-mandatory and all employees without exception took advantage of it, so that no dismissals were made.

If the MKIK’s proposal were adopted, refusal to vaccinate could now legally trigger various sanctions from the employer. We asked Mr Parragh whether companies would be afraid of dismissals if vaccination were made compulsory. According to the President, this does not pose a major threat: on the one hand, experience so far shows that workers have taken up the vaccination in such cases, and on the other hand, there is no resistance of this kind from the workers. In any case, MKIK is preparing a survey on workers’ attitudes to compulsory vaccination. Discussions with the employer side will start this week, and once they are concluded,

THE PROPOSAL FOR THE AMENDMENT COULD BE READY AS EARLY AS THIS WEEK, WHEN THE EXACT CONTENT WILL BE KNOWN.

At the same time, Mr Parragh said that the employers’ side is very supportive of the issue, that economic operators have been waiting for a similar regulation for a long time and that some managers of large Hungarian companies have personally called for the move. According to the President, this is understandable, as it is in the interest of economic operators to increase the number of vaccinations, thus avoiding closures, stoppages and workers falling ill. László Parragh knows that there are political considerations at play, but he says the proposal is not a concern for individual freedom — he cited the example of the measles vaccination, which nobody asked us about, yet we got it and the result is that there is no measles epidemic in Hungary.

If we don’t act, we will have to close everything again

– the President told our newspaper.

Some people would have no choice

László Parragh said that the Chamber proposes that the government should make vaccination compulsory in certain jobs. Here, the main focus should be on those professions where workers come into contact with more people — law enforcement officers, public transport workers, restaurant workers, etc. — but exactly which professions would be covered by mandatory vaccination would be a matter for a health professional to decide. Employers working in these areas would then have no discretion, as the law would require employees to be vaccinated against coronavirus. The President said that this would take the responsibility off the employer’s shoulders, as he would not have to worry about the employee’s possible disapproval, as it would be the law, not the company, that would require the vaccination.

Mr Parragh concluded by saying that he is aware that for some people today this proposal may seem divisive and surprising, but that it is necessary to keep the economy functioning and in the long term it is inevitable. He believes that in the longer term it would be justified to make vaccination compulsory “as widely as possible” and that there is a realistic chance that this will be the case not only in Hungary but also in Europe as a whole in a few months’ time. According to the President of the Chamber, a situation will soon arise in the world where, even if vaccination against the coronavirus will not be compulsory for everyone, it will not be easy to avoid being vaccinated.

What does the government think?

László Parragh did not say whether the Chamber had consulted the government on the proposal and what kind of response it expects, but it is clear that the government has moved towards compulsory vaccination, but only in small steps. Last week, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced on Kossuth Radio that vaccination will be compulsory for health workers (the vaccination rate in the sector is around 90%). Gergely Gulyás, the minister in charge of the Prime Minister’s Office, said at the government briefing that the government was considering mandatory vaccination in certain professions, while Katalin Novák, head of the Operational Team Responsible for Revitalising Community Life, said yesterday that proposals had been made to introduce mandatory vaccination in certain professions and “we will see” what happens.

If similar legislation were to be introduced, it could significantly boost vaccination levels, which have otherwise been spectacularly stagnant. After 5.5 million vaccinations in Hungary, the number of new vaccines administered has slowed down dramatically, with only a few thousand people receiving their first vaccination every day, while millions of vaccines are now available.

All this comes at a time when the Delta variant is causing a resurgence of the epidemic in Europe and the risk of a new wave of outbreaks has increased significantly due to travel abroad and lax restrictions. The examples from abroad show that even with high vaccination coverage, the new wave will bring thousands or tens of thousands of cases, which means that the current Hungarian vaccination coverage will certainly not be able to contain the new wave, especially in the autumn, when events will be held indoors again and students will return to schools. Several European countries have decided to postpone or introduce new restrictions, and more and more European leaders are calling for vaccination to be made compulsory in certain jobs. However, with the MKIK proposal, it is easy to see that vaccination coverage would improve significantly, which would stem the tide of a new wave. The question now is to what extent the government is willing to move towards compulsory vaccination.

The European Commission’s Actions Are a Clear Attack Against Poland’s Sovereignty, Says Influential Polish Journalist

Lisicki spoke on the topic of the European Commission’s (EC) initiation of procedures against Poland concerning alleged “LGBT free zones”. He emphasized that there is no such thing in Poland as literal “LGBT free zones”. He reflected on how these zones were negative PR created by certain kinds of activists, and how the EC uses false information to justify the initiation of its procedures — the commission is playing the “family rights” cards accepted by some municipalities as an attack against LGBT persons.

“So, the EC has manipulated the issue, but this is not the only problem,” Lisicki stated.

Lisicki warned that the EC has committed a far-reaching violation of its competencies and has adopted a purely ideological approach. “It is no coincidence that the issue of ‘LGBT rights’ will become the main battering ram and tool through which the EC will try to interfere with Polish legislation and force Poland to change its laws and understanding of what is marriage and family,” he explained. Lisicki stressed that if Poland does not comply, then it will face further attempts to introduce other postulates demanded by LGBT and gender ideologists.

UK: Nightclub Owners Say They’ll Refuse to Enforce Vaccine Passports as a Condition of Entry

A UK government minister has again refused to rule out vaccine passports for pubs, while nightclub owners say a plan to impose the same rules on their venues is ‘shambolic,’ with some vowing to refuse to enforce it.

Yesterday, the UK celebrated ‘freedom day’, when all coronavirus restrictions were supposed to be lifted, but Prime Minister Boris Johnson dampened the mood by announcing anyone entering a nightclub from the end of September would have to be double jabbed.

With “crowded venues” also being subject to the same rules, the government is now indicating that busy pubs could also be forced to check people’s vaccine status on the door.

Yesterday’s ‘freedom day’ in the UK was supposed to see a lifting of all coronavirus restrictions, but Prime Minister Boris Johnson moved swiftly to pour cold water on the notion with the announcement that nightclubs and other venues where large crowds gather will bar entry to those who haven’t had the vaccine.

This led to speculation that the measure could be extended to pubs and other venues, with ministers refusing to rule it out.

University Professor Argues it’s Unjust for Parents to Have ‘Veto Power’ Over Children’s Gender Transition

A philosophy professor from Arizona State University recently had a paper published in an academic journal wherein she argued that parents should lose “veto power” over their children’s gender transition.

The issue of medical ethics is as old as the practice of medicine itself, and for many, the big questions now revolve around agency. In the case of most medical procedures, adults are free to choose what they do and do not want done to their bodies, while children require the signing off of a parent or guardian. When it comes to gender transition medical care, however, some are seeking to change these rules to give children more autonomy.

  1. vaccine passports?
As a german I have problems with the idea behind that.
The last time we had something like that in Germany was about, lets say 70 years ago and the entire world hated us.

    How will it play out?
You are not vaccinated and found in a train.
Will you be arrested, but into an internation camp until
    a) you agree to be “vaccinated”
    b) till a lawyer gets you out (I wouldnt be surprised if they first make a law that you have to be vaccinated.)
    c) you are given a chance to repent (getting vaccinated) and if you tell them NO you are led behind the buildung and get an injection of lead – at terminal velocity aka Katyn.
    d) witchhunts and you are burned in public on the main place of your city (after the public is riled up enough “We suffer the XY variant because some COVIDEOTS wont get vaccinated. Hate them!)

      • The Nazis were big into closing schools, curfews and “papers”. In our protectorate of Bohemia, if you got stopped on the street you better have a paper that justifies you being there, walking the street – a reason like going to or from work, signed by your boss. There were of course some other people, who had in their papers written, that they cannot leave or go to certain areas.

  2. Unvaccinated are deplorable kulak bitter clinger untermenschen who belong in camps.
No jab, no job. No vax badge, no participation in suiciety.
All illusions of freedom are now dispensed with and you can see the brick walls and face recognition (got mask) cameras going up.
At least we’ll be egalitarian equal in the camps, comrades. (sarc)
    Forward! The great leap forward.

    • PRECISELY !!!!!!!!
Experience empirically in my life ,what is just opinion for you….. Regards from Poland.

  3. Sir Patrick Vallance has changed his mind apparently, as he know says he meant to say 60% of hospitalisations were of umvaccinated people.
“……Sir Patrick Vallance corrected an earlier statement in which he initially said 60% of hospitalisations were double vaccinated people

Around 6 in 10 of those requiring hospital treatment are unvaccinated, the government’s chief scientific adviser has said.”
