Analysis of Vitamin D Level Among Asymptomatic and Critically Ill COVID-19 Patients and Its Correlation With Inflammatory Markers

Abstract

COVID-19 is characterized by marked variability in clinical severity. Vitamin D had recently been reviewed as one of the factors that may affect the severity in COVID-19. The objective of current study is to analyze the vitamin D level in COVID-19 patients and its impact on the disease severity. After approval from Ethics Committee, M.L.B Medical College the current study was undertaken as continuous prospective observational study of 6 weeks. Participants were COVID-19 patients of age group 30-60 years admitted during the study period of 6 weeks. Study included either asymptomatic COVID-19 patients (Group A) or severely ill patients requiring ICU admission (Group B). Serum concentration of 25 (OH)D, were measured along with serum IL-6; TNF? and serum ferritin. Standard statistical analysis was performed to analyze the differences. Current Study enrolled 154 patients, 91 in Group A and 63 patients in Group B. The mean level of vitamin D (in ng/mL) was 27.89 ± 6.21 in Group A and 14.35 ± 5.79 in Group B, the difference was highly significant. The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was 32.96% and 96.82% respectively in Group A and Group B. Out of total 154 patients, 90 patients were found to be deficient in vitamin D (Group A: 29; Group B: 61). Serum level of inflammatory markers was found to be higher in vitamin D deficient COVID-19 patients viz. IL-6 level (in pg/mL) 19.34 ± 6.17 vs 12.18 ± 4.29; Serum ferritin 319.17 ± 38.21 ng/mL vs 186.83 ± 20.18 ng/mL; TNF? level (in pg/mL) 13.26 ± 5.64 vs 11.87 ± 3.15. The fatality rate was high in vitamin D deficient (21% vs 3.1%). Vitamin D level is markedly low in severe COVID-19 patients. Inflammatory response is high in vitamin D deficient COVID-19 patients. This all translates into increased mortality in vitamin D deficient COVID-19 patients. As per the flexible approach in the current COVID-19 pandemic authors recommend mass administration of vitamin D supplements to population at risk for COVID-19.

Biden Administration is Doing to Trump Supporters What China Does to Uighurs

Will They Force Your Wife To Sleep With A Communist Next?

Most of the world is now aware of the genocide happening in China against the Muslim Uighur minority. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has interned millions of these people in concentration camps where their human rights are violated, they are raped, tortured, re-educated, and murdered. China famously takes medical information from political prisoners and harvests their organs while still alive to sell on the black market to support their robust organ transplant tourism.

Another diabolical policy instituted by the CCP against these people is to force their wives to sleep with CCP members while their husbands are in prison, to dilute the Uighur bloodline and complete the purge to the dustbin of genetic history. Forced abortions are also common.

This behavior is right up there with the best of Nazi repression, but the American Left, the Deep State, and their globalist corporations are all fine with that. “It’s part of their culture”, says Joe Biden, who is completely compromised by Beijing.

Now let’s look at what the illegitimate Biden regime is currently doing to supporters of President Trump.

Breaking: Supreme Court Won’t Let a College Off the Hook for Suppressing Free Speech

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled, 8-1, that a college cannot escape liability for quashing a student’s First Amendment rights to free speech and religious freedom by merely reversing its restrictions. Even if the school drops its free speech restrictions, students can still sue for damages, even if the damages are only nominal to make a point.

Chike Uzuegbunam, a Christian student at Georgia Gwinnett College, had sued his school after the college prevented him from preaching the gospel and handing out religious tracts due to its excessive speech codes, which limited free speech to 0.0015 percent of campus. Uzuegbunam sued, demanding an injunction and nominal damages. At first, the school defended its policy and claimed that Uzuegbunam’s preaching “arguably rose to the level of ‘fighting words.’“ Then the college reversed, dropping the challenged policies.

Both the district court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that since the college had dropped its restrictions, the case was moot. Yet Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas ruled that a demand for nominal damages can save a lawsuit from becoming moot.

Governor Abbott Introduces New Bill That Aims to Ban Big Social Platforms From Banning Texans

Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) announced a bill that would make it illegal for social media companies to censor Texans. The bill was inspired by what the Governor considers to be social media companies’ assault on the First Amendment.

“We see that the First Amendment is under assault by these social media companies, and that is not going to be tolerated in Texas,” Abbott said in a press conference. “There is a dangerous movement spreading across the country trying to silence conservative ideas, religious beliefs.”

Abbott likened the cancel culture on social media to woke culture on campuses that inspired Texas legislators to introduce the “Campus Free Speech” bill, which the governor signed into law in 2019.

H.R. 1 vs States Rights

Twenty Attorneys General Send Letter Telling Congress HR 1 Is Unconstitutional, March 5, 2021

“This monstrosity of a bill betrays the Constitution, dangerously federalizes state elections, and undermines the integrity of the ballot box,” Rokita said in a statement to Fox News. “As a former chief election officer, and now an Attorney General, I know this would be a disaster for election integrity and confidence in the processes that have been developed over time to instill confidence in the idea of ‘one person, one vote.’“

“… Perhaps most egregious is the Act’s limitations on voter ID laws. Fairly considered, requiring government-issued photo identification at the polls represents nothing more than a best practice for election administration. Government-issued photo identification has been the global standard for documentary identification for decades. Nearly twenty years ago, in the Help America Vote Act, Congress required first-time voters who register by mail without proof of identification to present identification either to the county voter-registration office or at the polls. 42 U.S.C. § 15483(b). It thereby acknowledged the existence of voter fraud and the capacity of documentary identification to prevent it. 148 Cong. Rec. S10489 (Oct. 16, 2002) (statement of Sen. Bond) (“By passage of this legislation, Congress has made a statement that vote fraud exists in this country.”)…” I encourage you to read the rest of the article hereand issues raised by those AG’s.

They close with this: “Despite recent calls for political unity, the Act takes a one-sided approach to governing and usurps states’ authority over elections. With confidence in elections at a record low, the country’s focus should be on building trust in the electoral process… Around the nation, the 2020 general elections generated mass confusion and distrust-problems that the Act would only exacerbate. Should the Act become law, we will seek legal remedies to protect the Constitution, the sovereignty of all states, our elections, and the rights of our citizens.”

That would be correct. Under the Tenth Amendment, Congress has zero authority to force states to get on their knees and accept a nationalized voting process within their state.

How the Purge of the Military is Being Done

Every illegal regime that comes to power by means of a coup lives in constant fear of the same thing happening to them. It’s their abiding characteristic and the reason they regularly have mass purges. The mass murderer Mao Tse-tung reputedly said that political power grows from the barrel of a gun, which is the only way despotic regimes can be overturned, since elections in them are at best a sham. That being the case, the country’s army is always subject to periodic purges to weed out contra-regime elements.

For the last 250 years America has had two demographics that are both large scale possessors of guns; the army and the people. Those being the only sources of any real danger to the regime in America, the army must first be cleansed of any elements not loyal to the regime and the guns must then be taken away from the people. The former is already happening and the latter will be coming at you in the not too distant future. For the moment, let’s look at the former…

Report: 20 Attorneys General Declare That H.R. 1 is the Greatest Threat to American Freedom, Liberty in History

Article II, Section I, Clause II of the United States Constitution reads:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors.”

Read that again. Each state shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct…

Not governors…not judges…and certainly not Congress…Legislatures of Each State…period.

We have previously reported on H.R.1, which Democrats have cunningly called the “For the People Act of 2021.”

What it should be called is, “For Codifying All the Election Fraud of 2020 Act of 2021” or the “For Getting Democrats Elected in Perpetuity Act of 2021.” Because it is anything but “for the people.”

Twenty attorneys general agree, and signed a letter addressed to House and Senate leaders asking them to oppose the bill, which was passed along party lines late Wednesday in the dark of night.

The twenty agree that the act is unconstitutional due to imposing a number of what they called “alarming mandates” which would lead to the federalization of state elections.

Republicans Introduce Legislation to Allow Civil Lawsuits Against Tech Companies for Censorship

Republican lawmakers in at least two dozens state have introduced bills to allow online technology companies to be sued in civil court over the censorship of content.

Democrats have introduced similar legislation in at least two states.

Some experts have called such bills pointless while Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act remains in place, which exempts online platforms from the usual liabilities of publishers as long as they are acting in “good faith.” A growing number of politicians have argued that such protection is forfeit when a company obscures its terms of use and bans or editorializes one ideological viewpoint while feigning neutrality.

Platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google, and Amazon have been accused of such actions by a long list of users, many of who are conservatives.

Swine Flu Outbreak or Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder?

[From July 12, 2009 but the same pattern is being used today]

Jane Burgermeister, an Austrian Investigative journalist, reportedly filed charges with the FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009 against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking members of the U.S. Federal government, including President Obama and corporate officials, concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder, just in time for the anticipated July release of Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu vaccine — though it remains to be seen whether the FBI will conduct an investigation or reveal more complicity in keeping heinous crimes covered up.

Burgermeister prepared an injunction against forced vaccination that is being filed in America. In April, she filed charges against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, with allegations that this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a worldwide pandemic.

Burgermeister has presented evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law, committed by a group that is operating in the U.S. under the direction of International bankers who control the Federal Reserve, WHO, the UN and NATO for the purpose of carrying out mass genocide against the U.S. population by using a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intention of causing a massive amount of deaths.

Unsurprisingly, this group involves officials holding high U.S. government offices. Leaders in the Center for Disease Control (CDC) also allegedly know that the vaccine is not safe…

The charges filed by Burgermeister contend that the defendants mentioned above conspired with each other and others to develop, fund and participate in the final phase of implementing a covert international bioweapons program that also involves Pharmaceutical giants Baxter and Novartis.

By bioengineering and releasing lethal biological agents — the ‘bird flu’ virus and the ‘swine flu virus’ — as a pretext for implementing a forced mass vaccination program, the syndicate would be able to administer a toxic biological agent that causes death and injury to the people of the U.S. in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act…Burgermeister’s dossier reportedly reveals that the release of the virus was supposed to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the U.S. should a pandemic occur and the legislation that would require compliance with mandatory vaccinations in the U.S. once a pandemic was declared.

This “Racism” And “Woke” Thing is Getting Way Out of Hand

Should the United States of America now be called the “Equal States of America”?

Should we install ‘affirmative action white quotas’ in the NFL and NBA to give lesser White athletes equal numbers on the field? Let’s face it, the NBA is virtually 98 percent Black and a smidgen of White boys who cannot jump. Blacks dominate the NFL by 9 to 1 over lowly unathletic White players. Do we force equal numbers of Blacks into the NHL which is 99 percent White? Should we force 50 percent Black fans into NHL games to watch a game that doesn’t interest them, and 50 percent White fans to give Black fans a sense of equality?

Should we allow Black Lives Matter to completely destroy our cities because they have the right to loot any store, or burn any car parking lot and/or kill anyone in their path?

Should we allow Antifa members to continue busting, breaking and burning up any city they choose? I mean, they haven’t stopped in Portland, Oregon for the past 10 months. What ever happened to the ‘rule of law’?

Should America become a banana republic where the most violent rise to the surface and the rest of us cower in our homes? That’s what happened in Mexico, Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Columbia and Honduras. That’s why their citizens are fleeing to America as you read this report. They sat by while drug cartels, crooked politicians and bad people took over because good people did nothing to stop them.

You Think Social Media Tyrants Are on a Power Trip? Wait Until You See What Microsoft Has Planned for America

You think tech censorship is bad now? It could be getting much, much worse, according to Allum Bokhari, senior technology correspondent at Breitbart News.

Bokhari tells us that Microsoft has partnered with a number of tech and media companies for the purposes of creating a system of tracing content on the internet which would serve to destroy only privacy and anonymity.

According to Bokhari, a press release issued by Microsoft should serve as a warning that the unholy alliance of tech and media tyrants has developed a plan that would “constitute Big Tech’s most brazen power grab yet.”

The purpose of this organization is to develop a system whereby all content on the internet can be traced directly back to its author.

The release notes that this system would be able to trace back “common asset types and formats,” which means videos, documents, audio and images.

So anyone who develops a meme, writes an article (or any type of document), audio, or whatever-would be susceptible to having it traced back once it reaches the internet, through a set of signals which would identify its “provenance”-or authorship.

Canadian Judge Revokes Father’s Custody of His Children for Stance on Lockdown, Masking

A judge in Ontario has revoked a man’s shared custody of his children over the man’s opinions that masks and government lockdowns are wrong, which the judge believes means he will not take measure to protect his children from coronavirus.

“The health and welfare of the children (and by extension their principal caregiver) should not be jeopardized because of [his] public behavior in promotion of his opinions,” said Justice George W. King. “I have concluded that the respondent’s behavior is dictated by his world view. Everything else is subordinate to that view, including, but not limited to, his love for his children.”

The decision notes that the man, who has not been publicly named, believes COVID-19 to be a hoax and has boasted about breaking public health regulations.

COVID Charges Tossed! Bladez 2 Fadez Barbershop Allowed to Reopen

She is the central Alberta barbershop owner (and niece of former Conservative premier Ralph Klein) who decided she wasn’t going to sit idly by and let a government-imposed COVID closure take everything that she had worked for.

Klein reopened her barbershop in defiance of the lockdown restrictions that forced her to close. Closing barbershops didn’t make any sense to Klein anyway, since her industry wasn’t responsible for a single COVID outbreak.

Linguist Wants to Promote Euro-English in Brussels

PM Orban is Defending Europe Says French Author Zemmour

Contrary to what the European People’s Party and the mainstream media claims, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is defending European civilization, French author and philosopher Eric Zemmour said on television channel CNews’ evening political talk show on March 4.

Zemmour was speaking the day after Hungary’s ruling conservative Fidesz party left the European People’s Party (EPP) European parliamentary group on March 3. On that day, Fidesz Vice-President Katalin Novak posted on Facebook that “we will not let our MEPs be silenced or limited in their capacity to represent our voters. Tackling the pandemic and saving lives remains our number one priority. Therefore, following the adoption of the new rules in the EPP Group, Fidesz has decided to leave the group.”

Zemmour said that while the majority of the EPP, which launched a crusade against Fidesz almost two years ago was accusing, Orban’s party of betraying traditional European values, this claim couldn’t be further from the truth.

Scientists Discover Large Volcano Under the Capital of Germany

Between 1968 and 1970, GDR scientists, looking for raw materials and ores in the area, drilled a giant 5000-meter-deep borehole.

The material contained evidences of the volcano. But since the geologists didn’t find any precious ores, they rapidly forgot the drilling site, burying with the borehole material.

This material was later rediscovered by molecular biologist Lutz Essers from Tegel, who determined, with some geologist friends, the exact location of the volcanic peak, just at the outskirts of nowaday Berlin.

The remains of this volcano “rest” at a depth of 3756 meters. The former 2000-meter-high peak has shrunk to 1069 meters. And don’t worry! This volcano is really at rest. It won’t destroy Berlin… At least not in a ‘human’ time frame.

“The Biggest Threat to Christianity is Radical Atheism and Leftist Trends, Not Islam, “ Says Polish Priest

Pope Francis is currently on a pilgrimage to Iraq and is the first pope in history to visit the country. Father Henryk Zielinski explained in an interview for dorzeczy.pl that there are a few reasons for this visit.

First, there is the difficult situation of Christians in Iraq following the 2013 Iraq insurgency and ISIS invasion. The second reason is the fulfillment of one of John Paul II’s dreams of visiting the country, as the lands within Iraq’s territory are biblical areas, such as former Mesopotamia and Babylon. It is also the region that Abraham left and is the origin of all three monotheistic religions in the world — Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Zielinski referred to criticisms of the pilgrimage due to the pandemic, the unstable security situation in Iraq and the threats of an attack on the pope. He answered that martyrdom is not the worst way for a pope to die, as the idea of sacrifice is written into Christianity. He also explained, in the context of Pope Francis’s own words on the pandemic, that the coronavirus is a historic turn following which the world will be better or worse — it will either create a stronger brotherhood among people or increase antagonism.

Migrant-Rescue NGOs Face Prosecution in Italy for Human Trafficking

A number of NGOs in Italy are facing prosecution for so-called migrant rescue missions, which prosecutors say were actually human smuggling rings.

Pfizer Bullies Nations to Put Up Collateral for Lawsuits

Don’t Expect Compensation if Injured by COVID-19 Vaccine

As reported by New Delhi-based World Is One News (WION),1 Pfizer is demanding countries put up sovereign assets as collateral for expected vaccine injury lawsuits resulting from its COVID-19 inoculation. In other words, it wants governments to guarantee the company will be compensated for any expenses resulting from injury lawsuits against it.

WION reports that Argentina and Brazil have rejected Pfizer’s demands. Initially, the company demanded indemnification legislation to be enacted, such as that which it enjoys in the U.S. Argentina proposed legislation that would restrict Pfizer’s financial responsibility for injuries to those resulting from negligence or malice.

Pfizer rejected the proposal. It also rejected a rewritten proposal that included a clearer definition of negligence. Pfizer then demanded the Argentinian government put up sovereign assets — including its bank reserves, military bases and embassy buildings — as collateral. Argentina refused. A similar situation occurred in Brazil. Pfizer demanded Brazil:

“Waive sovereignty of its assets abroad in favor of Pfizer” Not apply its domestic laws to the company Not penalize Pfizer for vaccine delivery delays Exempt Pfizer from all civil liability for side effects

Brazil rejected Pfizer’s demands, calling them “abusive.” As noted by WION, Pfizer developed its vaccine with the help of government funding, and now it — a private company — is demanding governments hand over sovereign assets to ensure the company won’t lose a dime if its product injures people, even if those injuries are the result of negligent company practices, fraud or malice.

Satanic Temple Sues Texas for Obstructing Their “Religious Ritual” of Abortion

The Satanic Temple of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston, has filed a lawsuit against Texas, arguing that abortion restrictions in the state violate their members’ religious liberty, and infringe upon the religious teachings of the organization.

While abortion is legal in Texas, the state does ban the act after the baby has developed beyond 20 weeks unless there exists a life-threatening medical condition for the mother or a fetal abnormality. Texas also requires anyone seeking a legal abortion to receive an ultrasound, and information regarding potential medical risks, fetal development, and available adoption alternatives. There is also a 24-hour waiting period.

The Satanic Temple argues that all of those disrupt what they consider their “religious ritual” of abortion.

What happened here is people vary and everything works just fine as long as differences which would never be discovered absent messing with people are not discovered. I covered this before, in depth, here is a picture I posted months ago with regard to this test:…

You NEVER EVER EVER, under ANY circumstance allow ANYONE to touch that, it is delicate and should NEVER be touched. It is my guess that this woman is not unique and serious consequences for many have gone unreported.

What happened in this case was this woman had a cribirform plate that was even thinner than usual, and they punched right through it because they lied about what they are actually swabbing.

  1. I just got banned by the GP. No explanation, of course. They are going all out for clickbait, and anybody who messes with their narrative will not cut it. Happening on the right too… but maybe we can call those who do “fake right.” By their fruits ye shall know them.

    • is that the Gateway Pundit? if so they banned me a few years ago and i have no idea why.

  2. Scientists Discover Large Volcano Under the Capital of Germany
No, the ‘volcano’ won’t erupt unless the culturally-enriched demand it. As it is, they are spewing sufficiently themselves and do not require any assistance from the dormant volcano just yet.

  3. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It is so dangerous, that can reach into all parts of our lives, like education, social engineering, removing “critical thinking” & reasoning.

Bill Gates and his allies in “Big Tech” and “Media” are forming an axis to be able to control what can be said which will set the terms of what they consider “Free Speech”.

This is much more than taking President Trump off twitter.
Sounds like it can hamper blogs.
    .
This agreement, “Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA)” will remove debate, discussion, ideas, other inconvenient facts if an algorithm is set up against it.
    .
…… Microsoft has partnered with a number of tech and media companies for the purposes of creating a system of tracing content on the internet which would serve to destroy only privacy and anonymity. …….
    .
….. a system whereby all content on the internet can be traced directly back to its author.
    .
…… anyone who develops a meme, writes an article (or any type of document), audio, or whatever—would be susceptible to having it traced back once it reaches the internet, through a set of signals which would identify its “provenance”—or authorship. …..
    .
….. access the CPU is “the ultimate form of digital surveillance,” noting that even computers not connected to the internet are still surveilled by the CPU which continuously monitors what the computer is doing. ….
    .
…… have the ability to “track and de-anonymize information from the moment it created on a computer.” By so doing, these companies would have the ability to attach signals to the information which would allow it to be censored and/or suppressed wherever it goes online. ….
    .
….. Even if the information was shared by a third person, the attached signals would still prevent the information from being shared online due to the point of origin, while once again allowing that information to be tracked back to the source.
    .
Imagine for a moment that you send an email to a friend which complains about say coronavirus lockdowns or maybe about possible election malfeasance.
These systems would have the ability to censor that information. …
    .
….. created for a single purpose: to stop the spread of what they call “disinformation.” …..
    .
…… anything that doesn’t go along with the established narratives by the government, media, big tech tyrants or whomever.
This is clearly an attack on free speech. ….
    .
…….. Instead of doing it as currently done—through censorship of online social media and search engines—they are retooling to engage in censorship at the offline software and hardware level, including down to the very brains of computer hardware, the CPU.

Could you feel ok to talk on a phone?
So much is digitized, looking at how good voice recognition systems now are. …. hmm. ….

A way that destroys the power of people coming together, to share, to discuss, debate, to disseminate information, so others can ponder upon.
    .
Looks like the way will become snail mail, pigeons, old fashion type-writers. post it notes, tape recorders, smoke signals, etc. and a little a bit of “Mission Impossible” to the messages whether you accept the mission or not. then this message will self destroy. 🙂 etc.

  4. So it turns out that the French teacher was beheaded for nothing. I’m sure that there will be no consequences whatsoever for anyone involved.

“A 13 year-old Muslim student in France has admitted that she fabricated the story that lead to a school teacher being beheaded last year.

The student claimed that her teacher Samuel Paty had showed an image of Muhammed during a lesson on free speech, which he had asked the Muslim students to leave the room for.”
