Official Figures Show British Economy Rebounded Stronger Than Thought

LONDON (AP) — Official figures show that the British economy ended 2020 on a stronger footing than previously thought but that it suffered a bigger than anticipated fall in output in the immediate aftermath of the first coronavirus lockdown.

In its latest revisions for 2020 data, the Office for National Statistics said Wednesday that the British economy contracted by 19.5 per cent during the second quarter, the first full quarter of lockdown. That was worse that the 19 per cent initial estimate. However, it said, the economy rebounded by 16.9 per cent and 1.3 per cent in the third and fourth quarters, better than the previous estimates of 16.1 per cent and 1 per cent.

U.S. Adds 517,000 Private-Sector Jobs in March, ADP Says, As Economy Speeds Up

The numbers: Private-sector businesses added 517,000 new jobs in March to mark the biggest gain in six months, ADP said Wednesday, as a decline in coronavirus cases allowed more American businesses to reopen or expand hours.

The surge in employment points to a strengthening U.S. economy that’s being powered by a massive $1.9 trillion federal fiscal stimulus and a sharp decline in coronavirus cases this year as more Americans get vaccinated.

U.S. Consumer Confidence Rebounds to Highest Levels Since Pandemic, But Americans Remain Concerned About Inflation and Income

More Americans have confidence in the growth of the economy than at any other time since February 2020, according to The Conference Board’s consumer confidence index.

The monthly index charts Americans’ attitudes toward business, job opportunities, and financial growth. The index’s baseline value of 100 was set in 1985, and in 2019, the index remained between 120-130, reflecting strong consumer confidence and a booming economy.

72 Black Executives Joined by Delta, Microsoft in Opposing Georgia Election Law

As organized groups of social justice activists pressure US companies to oppose Georgia’s new election law, CEOs of major corporations are now coming out against the GOP-sponsored overhaul.

On Wednesday, 72 black executives — led by former American Express CEO Ken Chenault and outgoing Merck CEO Ken Frazier — signed an open letter demanding that corporate America fight the Georgia legislation. “Fundamentally, if you can’t oppose this legislation — that’s the lifeblood for black Americans, the right to vote. We can’t be silent, and corporate America can’t be silent. And if they can’t speak out on this issue, what can they speak out on?” Chenault said during an appearance on CNBC.

Anti-Trump Doctor Blames Hate Crimes Committed by Blacks Against Asians on White People

Anti-Trump blue checkmark doctor Eugene Gu says the recent wave of hate crimes committed by blacks against Asians is the fault of white people.

You knew it was coming.

Following the attack on Asian massage parlors in Atlanta, the media contrived a narrative that “white supremacy” and white people in general were to blame for the violence.

However, official crime stats show that white people are significantly underrepresented when it comes to crimes targeting American-Asians.

ASU Dean Writes Book Alleging That Grading Students’ Writing is “White Supremacy”

Authored by Ben Zeisloft via CampusReform.org

An Arizona State University academic wrote a book explaining why grading students’ work based on quality is “white supremacy.”

Asao Inoue — who teaches first-year writing courses and serves as associate dean for Academic Affairs, Equity, and Inclusion — wrote Labor-Based Grading Contracts: Building Equity and Inclusion in the Compassionate Writing Classroom, in which he advocates for a system of grading that circumvents merit.

Inoue — whose “research focuses on antiracist and social justice theory” — explains that his book discusses “grading literacy performances more broadly” — namely, by judging “final course grades purely by the labor students complete, not by any judgments of the quality of their writing.”

Baseball Welcomes Back Fans in Continued Search for ‘Normal’

Great to see ya, Buster Posey. Been a while, Tony La Russa. Good luck, Madison Bumgarner and every other National League pitcher toting a bat.

From Comerica Park to Coors Field to the Coliseum, Major League Baseball is set to roll out a big welcome mat Thursday.

Most of all, this opening day, it’ll be for the fans.

When Gerrit Cole throws the first pitch of the season — weather permitting — nearly 11,000 people could be in the stands at Yankee Stadium. Sitting in socially distanced seats and wearing masks, inside a park that will continue to operate as a mass coronavirus vaccination site.

Far from normal. But after a year in which fans weren’t permitted at any regular-season game because of COVID-19 protocols, no longer will “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” strangely echo around empty ballparks during the seventh-inning stretch.

Biden: “I’m Reiterating My Call… to Maintain and Reinstate Their Mask Mandate!”

Joe Biden is very upset that people aren’t wearing their ritualistic shame muzzles anymore. He’s now making demands on lower politicians to exercise tyranny on as many people as possible and “reinstate their mask mandate” if they dared to lift it so people could breathe fresh air this spring.

Biden says forcing people to wear masks is your “patriotic duty.”

It’s a patriotic duty. It’s the only way we ever get back to normal. — Joe Biden

People are going about their lives and thumbing their noses at the ruling classes’ antics at this point, and King Biden is pretty ticked off about it. The slaves have decided to rule themselves and the power-hungry politicians are losing control quickly.

“People are letting up on precautions, which is a very bad thing,” Biden said on Monday in a White House press briefing according to a report by RT. With the seven-day average of new Covid-19 cases nationwide rising 16% in the past week, he added, “We’re giving up hard-fought, hard-won gains, and as much as we’re doing, America, it’s time to do even more.” In other words, he cannot have people figuring out that they were born free and don’t actually have to get permission from other humans, even those in government, to do anything.

Can We Trust America’s COVID-19 Vaccine Injury Statistics?

According to the latest figures derived from the European Medicines Agency’s database of Covid-19 vaccine adverse reactions, 162,610 injurious events and 3,964 deaths have now been reported. Among the three major vaccines approved and deployed in Europe, Pfizer-Biontech’s vaccine accounts for over two-thirds of reported injuries and mortalities, or 102,100 and 2,540 events respectively. Curiously, women disproportionately account for 77% of adverse events; this greater than 1:4 gender ratio is also being observed for Moderna’s and AstraZeneca’s vaccines. So far there seems to be no scientific explanation to account for this gender disparity.

Recently, we have been alerted that AZ’s adenovirus vaccine is particularly worrisome. It has been less than two months since its administration in the EU commenced; already there have been over 54,000 injuries and 451 deaths registered. Consequently, many European nations, which are more committed to protecting their citizens than increasing pharmaceutical profits, have placed moratoriums on administering AZ’s Covid vaccine. In the UK, over 114,000 adverse reactions from AZ’s product or 4.6 reactions per 1,000 recipients has been reported.

However, the EU’s vaccine injury statistics are disturbing for another reason. It seems very apparent in our review of government and institutional figures that the EU has a far more robust and accurate vaccine injury reporting system in place. Given that the US started vaccinating adults against SARS-CoV-2 before the EU, we would expect to observe the number of reported adverse effects higher or at least proportionate. However, this is not the case. Since December 14, 2020, the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has only reported 44,606 adverse events and 2,050 deaths — a small fraction compared to Europe and where the average European citizen is generally healthier and where far less doses have been administered.

Consider two other anomalies. According to Oxford University’s global Covid-19 vaccine tracker, as of March 27th, the US has administered over 136 million doses, which accounts for about 25 percent of all Covid-19 vaccines administered worldwide. On the other hand, the EU nations have only administered 66 million doses — less than a half compared to the US. In addition, the US vaccination rate is now approximately 41 per 100 Americans. EU nations have individually vaccinated 17 per 100 citizens or less. Therefore, why is there such an enormous discrepancy of adverse vaccine reactions between the US and EU? The EU is reporting a 0.2 percent adverse reaction rate whereas the US is claiming only 0.03 percent, almost a ten-fold difference.

COVID-19 Vaccines Likened to ‘Software Updates’ For Your Body

I’ve discussed why COVID-19 vaccines are in fact gene therapies and not vaccines in several previous articles, including “COVID-19 mRNA Shots Are Legally Not Vaccines,” “COVID-19 ‘Vaccines’ Are Gene Therapy” and “How COVID-19 ‘Vaccines’ May Destroy the Lives of Millions.”

However, despite being a recognized form of gene therapy since its inception, vaccine makers are now frantically trying to deny that this mRNA technology is gene therapy. One reason for this, suggested by David Martin, Ph.D.,1 might be because as long as they’re considered “vaccines,” they will be shielded from liability.

Experimental gene therapies do not have financial liability shielding from the government, but pandemic vaccines do, even in the experimental stage, as long as the emergency use authorization is in effect. Another reason might be because they fear people won’t line up for experimental gene therapy. It has a very different connotation in people’s minds (as it should).

A third possibility is that they know full well that you cannot, ethically, mandate gene therapy in the way you can mandate vaccines. Mandatory public health measure directives are typically based on the idea that it’s acceptable for some individuals to be harmed as long as the measure benefits the collective.

Well, the COVID-19 “vaccines” are only designed to lessen symptoms of COVID-19. They do not prevent infection or spread, and since the vaccinated individual is the only one receiving a potential benefit, “the greater good” argument falls apart.

Who knows, there may be other factors at play that we’ve not realized as of yet, but whatever the reason, they really do not want you to think of these injections as gene therapy. They want you to accept them as any other conventional vaccine…

Can Vaccine mRNA Reverse-Transcribe Into Genome?

However, some doctors still worry that mRNA injections might be able to reverse-transcribe into your genes and alter your DNA on a permanent basis. One is Dr. Richard Urso, an ophthalmologist, who shared his concerns on a December 2020 episode of The Shepard Ambellas Show.3,4

He claimed the mRNA of retroviruses (which are part of our genome) have been shown to have the ability to transcribe into your DNA, and if it can do that, vaccine mRNA might be able to do this as well. According to Urso, if this turns out to be correct, the result of mRNA vaccination might be lifelong COVID-19.

A new study by MIT and Harvard scientists demonstrates that segments of the RNA from the coronavirus itself are most likely becoming a permanent fixture in human DNA. This was once thought near impossible, for the same reasons which are presented to assure us that an RNA vaccine could accomplish no such feat. ~ Dr. Doug Corrigan

Democrats’ “Terrorist Insurrection” Narrative Collapses as Most Capitol Rioters Likely Won’t Face Jail Time

With prosecutors expected to announce the first plea deals for individuals charged as part of the Capitol Riots on Jan. 6 in the coming days, Politico reports that many of the suspects allegedly involved in the “attempted insurrection” likely won’t face jail time, which could be a “jarring reality check” for (mostly liberal) Americans outraged by the “storming” of the Capitol.

While a handful of defendants could face jail time for vandalism, assault or even murder/manslaughter for fighting with Capitol Hill police during the Jan. 6 incident, the vast majority will likely be hit with a slap on the wrist. The reason being that protests on the Capitol are extremely commonplace, and legally speaking, most of those charged aren’t culpable for charges beyond simple trespassing. If judges tried to change this up, they would then need to hand down more strict punishments to protesters charged with interrupting Congressional votes or the State of the Union (tactics that, while they don’t always attract media attention, are still key parts of the progressive toolkit)

Details Emerge About the Immunity Passport Tech Biden Reportedly Has His Eye On

The Biden administration, with whatever public-facing transparency it currently choses to disclose around its Covid-suppression policy goals — and that amount of transparency appears to be able to fill a very small cup at this time — seems like it has picked a University of Illinois “Covid passports” project as a way forward in this seemingly endless pandemic.

It would be a test-and-trace the university has devised as a way to keep people out of hospitality establishments, unless they provide specific health-related data to the scheme.

Facebook Scrubs Trump Interview With Daughter-in-Law, Threatens New Restrictions

Update (1400ET): Shares of Twitter are paring earlier gains on Wednesday following a Fox News report that President Trump is moving ahead with his plans to launch a rival social media network.

Twitter Selling Off Trump Moving Ahead on Social Media Plan

* * *

The list of respectable liberals and progressives who have urged social media giants like Facebook and Twitter to abandon their prohibition of President Trump includes Bill Gates and Bernie Sanders.

Yet, instead of letting up, social media companies — goaded by Democratic lawmakers during the latest in a series of tedious hearings about “hate speech” (aka speech that liberals find politically unpalatable) — are doubling down.

Fox & Friends on Wednesday slammed Facebook after the company removed an interview with Lara Trump and the former president from Facebook and Instagram. Lara Trump, who just joined Fox News as a paid contributor, posted the conversation with her father-in-law to her social media accounts, only to see it abruptly scrubbed due to the ban on content from the president.

F&F host Brian Kilmeade seethed over the removal: “That’s unbelievable,” Brian Kilmeade said. “Do you realize he is the former president of the United States? You do an interview with him, and it’s not worthy? It’s not allowed to be on your page? That is incredible.”

To that end, DeSantis announced he would sign an executive order prohibiting local authorities and businesses operating there from requiring people to present their Covid, i.e., vaccine passes.

As we previously reported, a Facebook group of teachers, parents, and school district board members of the Loudoun County School Board, called “Anti-Racist Parents,” started a campaign to attack parents opposing the controversial critical race theory. The theory asserts that Americans are inherently racist and attempts to help people identify their biases. But critics of the theory claim that it actually contributes to more racism.

It’s ‘Entirely Possible’ Vaccine Campaigns ‘Will be Used for Massive-Scale Depopulation’: Former Pfizer VP

‘PLEASE warn every person not to go near top up vaccines. There is absolutely no need to them…If someone wished to harm or kill a significant proportion of the world’s population over the next few years, the systems being put in place right now will enable it. It’s my considered view that it is entirely possible that this will be used for massive-scale depopulation’, Dr Mike Yeadon told the American Frontline Doctors

Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer, spoke with great urgency to America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) late last week warning that the drive to inject the largest possible portion of the population with experimental COVID-19 vaccines is “madness,” involves “evil,” includes “crimes against humanity” and may have the intention of “massive-scale depopulation.”

Last December, Yeadon, a British national, filed a petition with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to immediately suspend testing on these experimental vaccines due to many safety concerns, including pathogenic priming, which involves “an exaggerated immune reaction, especially when the test person is confronted with the real, ‘wild’ virus after vaccination.”

In their white paper on the topic, AFLDS warned that such reactions, which can be fatal, “are difficult to prove,” as they are often interpreted as infection with “a worse virus,” or, perhaps, a more dangerous variant.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: COVID Vaccine Mandate Violates Federal Law

Rutgers University last week announced it will require all students enrolled for the 2021 fall semester to be vaccinated for COVID-19.

The announcement prompted Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to remind university officials that federal law prohibits mandating products approved under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

In a letter to Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway, Kennedy, who also serves as chief legal counsel for CHD, wrote:

“Federal law 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) requires that the person to whom an EUA vaccine is administered be advised, ‘of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.’“

The reason for the right of refusal stems from the fact that EUA products are by definition experimental, Kennedy wrote.

“Under the Nuremberg Code, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is ‘absolutely essential,’“ Kennedy wrote.

Kennedy said forced participation in a medical experiment could result in injury.

The latest “victim” in this raging online campaign is Martin Kulldorff, who participates in the coronavirus vaccine safety groups advising CDC, FIH, and FDA.

But now that Kulldorff has expressed his misgivings around the idea that children and youth must also be inoculated against Covid, this Harvard professor is facing Twitter censorship.

Video: Florida’s Ron Desantis Announces Executive ‘Action’ Against Biden Vaccine Passports

“I think this is something that has huge privacy implications, it is not necessary to do.”

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced Monday that he would be taking executive action against the “vaccine passports” being developed by the Biden regime and private corporations to deny Americans the right to commerce if they cannot provide proof of receiving a COVID vaccination shot on the spot.

“You want the fox to guard the hen house? I mean, give me a break,” DeSantis said. “I think this is something that has huge privacy implications, it is not necessary to do.”

DeSantis said that while it’s “important” for vulnerable populations to be able to take the vaccine, “we are not going to have you provide proof of this just to be able to live your life normally, and I’m going to be taking some action, in an executive function, emergency function right here very shortly.”

YouTube Staff Want the Platform to Delete 2014 Rap “Meet the Flockers” After Recent Anti-Asian Sentiment

YouTube executives clashed with staff for refusing to remove a rap with anti-Asian rhetoric. The incident is one of the latest developments in the ongoing national focus on the spike in anti-Asian attacks that have gone viral in recent weeks.

The fracas started when YouTube staff requested the Trust & Safety department to remove a now relatively old rap called “Meet the Flockers” by musician YG.

The rap, which was released in 2014, is about a burglary. However, it includes lyrics about targeting neighborhoods in which many Chinese people live.

AstraZeneca Rebrands COVID-19 Vaccine After Public Becomes Aware of Its Dangerous Side Effects

The pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca is rebranding their COVID-19 vaccine as the public becomes aware of the dangerous side effects associated with the experimental vaccine.

They are calling their vaccine “Vaxzevria” now, changing it from the previously more generic name of “AstraZeneca Covid-19 Vaccine.” Although the packaging may be different, the contents of the vaccine will remain the same.

The European Medicines Agency decided last week to allow the British-Swedish pharmaceutical giant to rebrand their COVID-19 shot as globalists attempt to salvage public support for the vaccines after adverse reactions have dominated the headlines.

Czechia Wants Faster EU Enlargement, Says Foreign Minister Petricek

The Czech Republic is in favor of a faster enlargement of the European Union and will insist on it during the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU, said Czech Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek in Belgrade according to the B92 news station.

During the visit, he met with Serbian officials, including President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic. They discussed mainly the development of mutual trade, support for regional cooperation, Serbia’s move towards the EU, the development of the pandemic, and the restart of tourism.

“As for the enlargement process, we want to give it new impetus during the Portuguese presidency (in the European Union),” B92 quoted the head of Czech diplomacy after meeting with Serbian ministerial partner Nikola Selakovic. In this context, Petricek also noted that the Czech Republic is ready to share the experience of its European integration with Serbia. In the past, Petricek talked about the EU enlargement being the priority of Czech presidency in the second half of 2022.

Dr. Mike Yeadon: The Devastating Impacts of the COVID Vaccine

At the outset, Dr. Yeadon said “I’m well aware of the global crimes against humanity being perpetrated against a large proportion of the worlds population.

“I feel great fear, but I’m not deterred from giving expert testimony to multiple groups of able lawyers like Rocco Galati in Canada and Reiner Fuellmich in Germany.

“I have absolutely no doubt that we are in the presence of evil (not a determination I’ve ever made before in a 40-year research career) and dangerous products.

“In the U.K., it’s abundantly clear that the authorities are bent on a course which will result in administering ‘vaccines’ to as many of the population as they can. This is madness, because even if these agents were legitimate, protection is needed only by those at notably elevated risk of death from the virus. In those people, there might even be an argument that the risks are worth bearing. And there definitely are risks which are what I call ‘mechanistic’: inbuilt in the way they work.

“But all the other people, those in good health and younger than 60 years, perhaps a little older, they don’t perish from the virus. In this large group, it’s wholly unethical to administer something novel and for which the potential for unwanted effects after a few months is completely uncharacterized.

“In no other era would it be wise to do what is stated as the intention.

“Since I know this with certainty, and I know those driving it know this too, we have to enquire: What is their motive?

“While I don’t know, I have strong theoretical answers, only one of which relates to money and that motive doesn’t work, because the same quantum can be arrived at by doubling the unit cost and giving the agent to half as many people. Dilemma solved. So it’s something else.

Appreciating that, by entire population, it is also intended that minor children and eventually babies are to be included in the net, and that’s what I interpret to be an evil act.

“There is no medical rationale for it. Knowing as I do that the design of these ‘vaccines’ results, in the expression in the bodies of recipients, expression of the spike protein, which has adverse biological effects of its own which, in some people, are harmful (initiating blood coagulation and activating the immune ‘complement system’), I’m determined to point out that those not at risk from this virus should not be exposed to the risk of unwanted effects from these agents.”

England’s Archbishop Defends Free Speech After Mohammed Cartoons Protests

France’s Right-Wing Considers Macron’s Law Against Islamic Separatism Too Weak

On Tuesday, a two-week-long debate began in the French Senate regarding the law promoted by French President Emmanuel Macron to fight radical Islam, and according to right-wing lawmakers, Macron’s plan is insufficient.

Some call the legislation Macron’s stepping stone to the next presidential election. The French president came up with his proposal shortly after the brutal beheading murder of high school teacher Samuel Patty by a Chechen-born youth, with Macron claiming that similar acts committed by radical Islamists should not happen under the new law.

“The murder encouraged the law, but, otherwise, it is a project that was prepared for a long time as part of Macron’s presidential reforms,” says Zdenek Müller, an Arabist living in France.

However, the opposition disagrees with the president’s plans. In the National Assembly, most Republicans rejected the bill, considering it too soft.

The deputy mayor of the France’s capital city also suggested that White Frenchmen stay silent while Black people and other ethnic minorities discuss racism. Pulvar’s comments have reignited concerns that American “woke” culture poses a threat to the French state and its culture.

Polish Footballers Shouldn’t Kneel for BLM, Says Head of Polish Football Association

Many on the Polish web are discussing whether Polish football players should kneel in support of Black Lives Matter just before their Wednesday World Cup qualifier on versus England at Wembley Stadium in London.

In the United Kingdom, Premier League players always kneel before a match to show their support for the divisive Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, which has promoted itself as an attempt to fight racism, but which also led to damaging riots that cost lives — including Black lives — and billions in damage in the United States.

England’s last opponent, San Marino, had given into public pressure and its players knelt before their match. So far, it is unknown whether Polish footballers will do the same as their counterparts from San Marino, according to a report from Polish news outlet Dorzeczy.

Another clear majority, 56% to 24%, even say that you should need to present proof of vaccination before being allowed to get a haircut.

UK Police Chief Brags That COVID Patrols Aren’t Necessary Because There Are So Many Snitches

A police chief in the UK says his force doesn’t need to carry out COVID patrols because they are getting flooded with so many calls from the public reporting other people for visiting the beach.

Overnight stays in locations other than a person’s primary address are not permitted until April 12, but a recent mini-heat wave prompted crowds of beachgoers to enjoy some rare March sunshine, as well as others who made trips to visit second homes.

This didn’t go down well in Dorset, where locals took the opportunity to grass people up to the authorities for allegedly violating lockdown rules.

In fact, the snitches were so enthusiastic that according to James Vaughan, the chief constable of Dorset Police, they’re now basically acting as an auxiliary arm of the cops.

The Time Has Come for a Talk About the Arctic Route

by Emanuel Pietrobon

An unlucky move by a 220,000 tonne ship traversing the Suez Canal has been successful where the pandemic has failed: to halt the global economy. How the incident could happen is still matter of open debate, but the reason why the consequences spread quickly is easy to understand: some 90% of world trade relies on the sea and a large part of such traffic goes through Suez.

This channel, for whose control there have been even wars in the past, keeps playing a pivotal role in the context of globalization and its importance increased hand in hand with the growth of Chinese exposure in the European market. Because the Suez Canal is the “gateway to Europe” for the goods coming from Asia, China in particular, and a look at the data may make the readers understand why the world leaders are worrying about the incident and are working on a joint and fast solution: about 19,000 ships passed through here in 2019 and the same number throughout 2020, that is a medium of 1.25 tonnes of cargo per year and, overall, 13% of world trade.

In short, this artificial sea-level waterway is both the gateway to Europe and a lung of globalization, and in these days, due to the incident, the Lloyd’s List estimated that the world economy is experiencing a damage of about $400 million per hour, with Egypt alone recording a loss of $12-14 million per day.

The incident has been received with fear in the pandemic-hit European Union, whose economic recovery is a long way off and is now at risk of slowing down further, but some countries have taken the opportunity to highlight the urgency to overcome the increasingly anachronistic “Suez format” by boosting up existing routes, like the North-South Transport Corridor, and by betting on the opening of new ones, like Russia’s long-dreamed-of Northern Sea Route.

China’s Threat to Free Speech in Europe

China has imposed sanctions on more than two dozen European and British lawmakers, academics and think tanks. The move comes after the European Union and the United Kingdom imposed sanctions on Chinese officials for human rights abuses in China’s Xinjiang region.

China contends that its sanctions are tit for tat — morally equivalent retaliation — in response to those imposed by Western countries. This is false. The European sanctions are for crimes against humanity, whereas the Chinese sanctions seek to silence European critics of the Chinese Communist Party.

The current standoff is, in essence, about the future of free speech in Europe. If notoriously feckless European officials fail to stand firm in the face of mounting Chinese pressure, Europeans who dare publicly to criticize the CCP in the future can expect to pay an increasingly high personal cost for doing so.

  1. Significantly more Germans are victims of foreigners than the other way around
    Germany, March 31, 2021

BERLIN. Germans are significantly more likely to be victims of crimes involving foreign suspects than the other way around. In 2019, the police cleared up around 70,000 cases in which at least one German suspect was involved and at least one foreigner was a victim. On the other hand, there were around 130,000 crimes in which at least one non-German acted criminally against a German, according to a request from AfD MP Stephan Brandner to the federal government, which JUNGE FREIHEIT has received.

The proportion of foreigners was around 12.5 percent in 2019. Figures for 2020 are not yet available, as the police crime statistics (PKS) will probably only be available in April, according to the answer from the Federal Ministry of the Interior. Only clarified cases were considered in the evaluation. In addition, victims are recorded in the PKS “in principle only in the case of criminal acts against highly personal legal interests (life, physical integrity, freedom, honor, sexual self-determination”.

More than 35,500 immigrants among suspects
The AfD politician also wanted to know how high the proportion of immigrants is among the suspects in cases in which Germans were victims. This group is defined in the PKS as persons with the residence status of asylum seekers, persons entitled to protection and asylum, quota refugees, tolerated persons or who are illegally staying in Germany. The police registered around 35,500 cases in 2019. Most of the suspects came from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq.

In homicides there were 248 cases with a German as the suspect and a foreigner as the victim. Conversely, the number of such acts totaled 356. The police also recorded significantly more foreigners assaulting Germans (1.791) than the other way around (458) in the case of rape, sexual coercion or crimes against sexual self-determination. The same applied to bodily harm.

“The state must protect its population from avoidable crime”
Brandner asked the JF with a view to the figures: “An efficient fight against crime includes taking statistics seriously and not talking nicely, as the federal government always does.” The AfD politician also criticized the fact that German victims were of foreign crime are not in the public eye. But it is “the duty of a state to protect its population from avoidable violent crime”. Criminal asylum seekers should therefore be deported promptly. “You have lost your right to protection.”

The answer to another AfD request from last week had shown that the number of convicted foreign offenders had increased significantly in recent years. Over the past decade it has grown by 51 percent. The most common were Turks, Romanians, Poles, Italians, Serbs, Iraqis and Russians. (ls)

  2. I hope this is not too long; as I just put excerpts, so that maybe some parts may spark a point of thought, to look further into.

Perhaps to add more points and angles of thought, though New Zealand laws are similiar and in other ways a bit different.
Or how to use a point in your own systems too.
    —– — – – – – – – – – – ——-

An open letter to the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern ….
    etc.. etc…

    1) …. provisional consent to the sale or supply or use of a new medicine where he is of the opinion that it is desirable that the medicine be sold, supplied, or used on a restricted basis for the treatment of a limited number of patients.”.

This provisional consent is subject to 58 conditions …..

    2) …. Medsafe’s Medicines Assessment Advisory Committee on 2 February 2021 states that approval would be sought for provisional consent for Comirnaty as a “prescription only” medicine.
Curiously the “prescription only” restriction is omitted from the subsequent gazette notice. ….

    3) …. Minister of Finance approved an ad hoc indemnity for the supplier (Pfizer), under the Public Finance Act, in September 2020 (indicating a lack of confidence by Pfizer in the safety of its own product), to induce Pfizer to supply to New Zealand. …
…. Pfizer Vaccine is not FDA approved. It has only Emergency Use Authorisation in the USA. ….

    4) …. “safe” or “effective,” at least not in the sense commonly understood by the public. To the public “safe and effective” means it will not cause any significant short or long-term harm to anyone who receives it, and it will prevent infection, symptoms and transmission. …

…. “we don’t yet know if it will stop you from catching and passing on the virus.”
The claim “when we roll up our sleeves we are helping to protect all of us” creates the inference that the Pfizer vaccine will prevent the transmission of COVID-19 from one person to another.
There is no evidence to support this claim.
Even Pfizer itself does not claim that the vaccine prevents the transmission from one person to another.

    5) … principle of “informed consent” is fundamental. This requires information about risks, benefits and uncertainties as well as alternatives, and also that decisions are freely made, without duress. …

    6) … no evidence this vaccine prevents infection or transmission.
Despite this, some employers are threatening employees with dismissal or reduced hours if they do not receive this experimental vaccine. ….

    7) …. some employers threatening staff with dismissal or reduced hours if they do not accept the Pfizer vaccine.
There will inevitably be health and safety claims against employers who required or encouraged employees to accept this experimental vaccine if they suffer vaccine injury. ….

    8) …. reliance on misleading and unjustified assurances that the vaccine is approved by Medsafe and is safe and effective.
Another example of this is the threat to the integrity of our bloodbank.
This website at http://www.nzblood.co.nz states that no standdown is required for the Pfizer BioNTec vaccine as it is “approved by Medsafe”. In fact it has only provisional consent for treatment of a limited number of patients. ….
