SEC Sues Decentralized Content Platform LBRY Over Sales of Its Cryptocurrency, Puts the Entire Industry at Risk

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a complaint against LBRY Inc, the company behind the open-source, decentralized, blockchain-based LBRY network and the growing video-sharing platform Odysee, which alleges that LBRY’s sale of the LBRY Credits (LBC) cryptocurrency constitutes an unregistered security offering under the Securities Act of 1933.

LBC is used to perform various functions on the LBRY network such as sending tips, publishing and boosting posts, and buying and selling digital content. It can also be bought and sold on several cryptocurrency exchanges.

The complaint won’t impact LBRY channels, LBRY content, or LBC token holdings, according to LBRY. LBRY adds that LBC will remain usable, regardless of the outcome of this complaint.

However, LBRY warned that if the complaint is successful, it would advance an “aggressive and disastrous new standard that would make almost all blockchain tokens securities.”

“Right Now I’m Scared” — CDC Director Chokes Back Tears as She Fearmongers “Impending Doom”

In a stunningly emotional outburst during this morning’s COVID-19 Response press conference, new CDC Director Rochelle Walensky went “off-script” (though if one watches here eyes it appears she is very much reading a script) to warn the public about her “impending doom” following a rise in COVID cases and hospitalizations.

Are You Ready to be an Outcast for Refusing the COVID Vaccine?

Why have behavioral psychologists been employed by the government to promote the COVID-19 vaccination campaign?

This is the question that The Unz asks — and, with it, they also want to know why the government needs a rapid response team to attack opinions of those who question the “official narrative.” The whole point is, why can’t facts and data stand alone as enough validation to line up for the shot?

Unfortunately, a report by the National Institutes of Health not only relies more on countering challenges to the vaccine than it does on facts, but also appears to be intent on turning anyone who refuses the vaccine into an outcast.

“This is very scary stuff,” The Unz says. “Agents of the state now identify critics of the COVID vaccine as their mortal enemies. How did we get here? And how did we get to the point where the government is targeting people who don’t agree with them? This is way beyond Orwell. We have entered some creepy alternate universe.”

President Biden is calling for states and local authorities to reinstate mask mandates and to pause other reopening efforts.

“I’m reiterating my call for every governor, mayor, and local leader to maintain and reinstate the mask mandate,” Biden said on Monday. “Please, this is not politics. Reinstate the mandate if you let it down.”

Roughly 17 states have either lifted their mask mandates or never originally enacted them.

Blank-Eyed Biden Delivers Limp, Sad, North Korean-Style ‘Press Conference

Out of masochism and a patriotic sense of duty to monitor the latest propaganda from on high, I endured the entirety of Joe Biden’s March 25th “press conference” — the first of its kind in the Biden-Harris administration and, based on his performance, perhaps the last.

No decent American should have to suffer through this hour and a half of drivel. Nothing of substance was revealed in its duration — other than the palpable mental decline of the man with his hands on the nuclear football…

Eyes blank, looking like an escaped nursing home resident who wandered in front of a microphone, Biden scanned the room to try to connect the faces to the names as he had attempted to memorize for weeks with staffers.

Once called upon, the “journalists” then stood up and asked their pre-approved “questions.” The theater, disguised as a press conference with media, began in earnest.

Then it rained softballs hard, the softest of the soft. The “questions” from the “journalists” included such piercing gems as:

Death by a Thousand Executive Orders and Court Opinions

By Lexington Greene

Anyone who has read the U.S. Constitution, or their own State Constitution, knows that in the USA, lawmaking is the exclusive power of the lawmaking branch of government, the State legislatures, or in D.C., Congress. Anything hoisted on the people that was not passed constitutionally by the lawmaking branch is NOT “law,” it’s an “unlawful and unconstitutional order.”

Federal lawmaking authority rests solely with the Article I lawmaking branch, Congress. Only that which passes a constitutional legislative process is “law,” or carries with it the force of law. The same is true in every State. Everything else is merely “acting under color of law.”

Four Antifa Arrested at Violent Oregon Capitol Riot

Four suspects have been arrested and charged over the violent Antifa riot at the Oregon state Capitol in Salem on Sunday where black bloc militants assaulted drivers on the road with rocks, paint and pepper spray.

The “Fascist Free 503” direct action was organized on social media by Antifa groups to confront those participating in the right-wing “Freedom Rally.” Antifa accounts from across the Pacific Northwest urged their comrades to prepare for violence.

Before noon, about 100 Antifa mostly from the Portland-area arrived at the Capitol dressed in riot gear and black clothing. The Salem Police Department said in a press release that the militants were armed with weapons and riot supplies, including guns, bats, skateboards, umbrellas, shields and gas masks.

How Bill Gates Premeditated COVID Vaccine Injury Censorship

In a deep dive into the Gates Foundation’s charitable donations, The Nation found there were $250 million in grants to companies where the foundation held corporate stocks, including Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Sanofi and Medtronic. The money was directed at supporting projects “like developing new drugs and health monitoring systems and creating mobile banking services.”

What Gates had discovered was an easy path to political power, allowing him to shape public policy without being elected to office. In other words, favorable headlines could be bought with charitable contributions.10 One event that Gates has personally supported and participated in was Event 201.

Writing in The Defender, Robert Kennedy Jr. describes the exercise that Gates organized in October 2019. Many high-ranking men and women with governmental authority participated in Event 201, which coincidentally simulated a worldwide pandemic triggered by a novel coronavirus, just months before SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, changed the world.

They included representatives from the World Economic Forum, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Johns Hopkins University Population Center, the World Bank, the Chinese government and vaccine maker Johnson & Johnson. During the event, the group developed strategies to control a pandemic, the population and the narrative surrounding the event.

At no time did they investigate using current therapeutic drugs and vitamins or communicating information about building immune systems. Instead, the aim was to develop and distribute patentable antiviral medications and a new wave of vaccines.

Lockdown Denialism is Lethal, Repulsive, And All Around Us

Daniela Lamas, a critical care doctor at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, has written a terrifying article in the Washington Post. It’s about the non-Covid cases of sickness in her hospital. There are older Americans dying of malnutrition, young men drinking themselves to death, others with cancers that could have been treated had they not skipped medical services for a full year, and drug overdoses breaking all records.

The article is a wake-up call for those who have thus far refused to recognize that there is more to public health than the avoidance of the pathogen with the name SARS-CoV-2. Good public health deals with the whole range of threats to human well being. As the epidemiologist Martin Kulldorff has stated, “[p]ublic health is about all health outcomes, not just a single disease like Covid-19. It is important to also consider harms from public health measures.”

There is just one problem with the piece: it never specifically blames lockdowns, even though the author details all the devastating consequences of these policies. She is almost too careful in her explanation:

Polish Sporting Rifles and Guns Are a Slam Hit on the US Market

The .223 S Beryl M1 rifle produced by Fabryka Broni “Lucznik” (Arms Factory ‘Archer’) in the Polish city of Radom has recently appeared in the catalogs of Arms of America and Atlantic Firearms. Previously, the MiniBeryl pistol and Beryl S 762 M1 models also sold out with the same enthusiasm.

Currently, the US is experiencing a record surge of firearm purchases, which began during the Black Lives Matter riots that occurred last year, and have further grown amidst fears of gun control legislation from the Biden administration.

The newest .223 S Beryl M1 model is a sporting center-fire semiautomatic-only rifle for single fire. It is powered by one of the most popular intermediate ammunition in the US of a 5.56×44 mm/.223 Remington caliber.

The Sovietization of the American Press

“The new, cleaved media landscape advances the same tiny intersection of elite opinion, except in the post-Trump era, that strip fits inside one party”

by Matt Taibbi

I collect Soviet newspapers. Years ago, I used to travel to Moscow’s Izmailovsky flea market every few weeks, hooking up with a dealer who crisscrossed the country digging up front pages from the Cold War era. I have Izvestia’s celebration of Gagarin’s flight, a Pravda account of a 1938 show trial, even an ancient copy of Ogonyek with Trotsky on the cover that someone must have taken a risk to keep.

These relics, with dramatic block fonts and red highlights, are cool pieces of history. Not so cool: the writing! Soviet newspapers were wrought with such anvil shamelessness that it’s difficult to imagine anyone ever read them without laughing. A good Soviet could write almost any Pravda headline in advance. What else but “A Mighty Demonstration of the Union of the Party and the People” fit the day after Supreme Soviet elections? What news could come from the Spanish civil war but “Success of the Republican Fleet?” Who could earn an obit headline but a “Faithful Son of the Party”?

Reality in Soviet news was 100% binary, with all people either heroes or villains, and the villains all in league with one another (an SR was no better than a fascist or a “Right-Trotskyite Bandit,” a kind of proto-horseshoe theory). Other ideas were not represented, except to be attacked and deconstructed. Also, since anything good was all good, politicians were not described as people at all but paragons of limitless virtue — 95% of most issues of Pravda or Izvestia were just names of party leaders surrounded by lists of applause-words, like “glittering,” “full-hearted,” “wise,” “mighty,” “courageous,” “in complete moral-political union with the people,” etc.

Some of the headlines in the U.S. press lately sound suspiciously like this kind of work: — Biden stimulus showers money on Americans, sharply cutting poverty — Champion of the middle class comes to the aid of the poor — Biden’s historic victory for America

B.C. Slapped With New Lockdown Restrictions — for Only “Three Weeks”

Well, British Columbia had a good run while it lasted. After months of being one of Canada’s more open provinces, B.C. has now smacked many of its businesses and places of worship with new sweeping restrictions.

On March 29, Dr. Bonnie Henry announced that new lockdown restrictions are to be in effect for the next three weeks, until April 19. However, if we’ve learned anything about politicians and the political doctors who rule over us during life with COVID-19, it’s best not to hold your breath about any timelines you’ve been given.

The new sweeping restrictions mean that the recent sliver of freedom B.C.’s public health office had just granted churches and other places of worship, to be able to host indoor services between March 28 and May 13, was snatched away from believers just in time for Easter. The restrictions also deal restaurants, pubs and gyms a severe blow by forbidding all in-person dining, and certain group exercises in gyms.

Ahead of the release of our full-length video that’s coming tomorrow morning, we wanted to provide another teaser clip of how Montreal police treat journalists covering protests in the city. Two Rebel videographers, Efron Monsanto and Mocha Bezirgan, were detained almost immediately upon their arrival at the protest.

Toronto Sees Its Biggest Protest Against Lockdowns Yet for Worldwide Freedom Rally

From Germany and the United Kingdom to Switzerland and Croatia, anti-lockdown protests erupted around the world on Saturday, March 20. And this was certainly the case at Queen’s Park in Toronto, where “Yahoo Nation” was back in full force as thousands converged at the Ontario legislature.

And there was certainly anger and frustration in the air. Which is understandable. After all, honest, hardworking, taxpaying citizens are fed up with their businesses being smacked down. They are fed up with being unemployed. They are fed up watching democracies morph into dictatorships thanks to unelected, non-accountable public health officers suddenly becoming generalissimos in the name of Wuhan virus safety. And they are really, really fed up with the non-stop continuation of the biggest lie to emerge out of the pandemic: “We are all in this together” — say the politicians and bureaucrats who have not suffered at all during the past year.

It states that “nobody is safe until everyone is safe,” and that a “global community” must be further implemented in order to combat ‘inevitable’ future pandemics.

6 People Arrested for Death Threats Made Against French Teenager Mila

Six people have been taken into custody in the investigation into the death threats made against the French 17-year-old Mila after she released a video critical of Islam in November.

Due to the fallout from the video, Mila was forced into hiding after receiving 50,000 death threats. She now remains under permanent police protection and cannot attend school. Despite the challenges she faces, she still maintains an active online presence, posting videos and content that have drawn the wrath of her critics, including Twitter itself, which temporarily suspended her account this month.

Authorities have only tracked down a small fraction of the number of people who have threatened Mila. The six people taken into custody — five men, and a woman — all aged 18 to 35, were arrested in Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Gironde, Haute-Savoie, Bas-Rhin and Bouches— du-Rhône, as part of the investigations carried out by the national center for the fight against online hatred, recently created within the Paris prosecutor’s office.

Germany: Merkel Mulling More COVID Restrictions

After abandoning plans for a “draconian” 5-day Easter Weekend lockdown, German Chancellor Angela Merkel apparently hasn’t given up the fight to impose another economy-crushing round of lockdowns on the German people, who have lived with varying levels of restrictions for a year already.

In an interview that followed what the FT described as “one of the toughest weeks Merkel has faced as Chancellor” Merkel attacked the leaders of Germany’s 16 states, warning that they should not be reopening their economies, while threatening a new national curfew to slow the “third wave” of the virus.

Allah-Hu-Akbar Hardliners Attacked 100-Year-Old Hindu Temple in Pakistan

Yudhvir Singh Rana | HENB | RAWALPINDI | March 29, 2021: While shouting Allah-hu-Akbar, a group of unidentified and armed people attacked an over 100-year-old Hindu temple at Purana Qila on Saturday, causing severe damage to its ongoing renovation work, stairs and doors.

Earlier, the encroachment mafia closed to the local Islamist hardliners had occupied the surroundings of the temple over a long time by making shops and kiosks. The district administration assisted by the police recently removed all encroachments.

After the temple was cleared of encroachments, renovation work was started.

The security officer of the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Northern Zone, Syed Raza Abbas Zaidi, lodged an FIR at Banni police station, saying that construction and renovation work stopped on the temple which had been going on for the last one month.

He said there were some encroachments in front of the temple which were removed on March 24. However, religious rites have not been started in the temple nor were there any idol or any other worship item.

The complainant said 10 to 15 people stormed the temple on Saturday at about 7.30pm and damaged the main door and another door at the upper story as well as the staircase.

He sought legal action against the people who had caused damage to the temple and its sanctity.

BBC, With History of Anti-Hindu Bias, Attempts to Take Hinduism Out of Holi and Islamise the Festival of Colours: Details

The “secular-liberal” media establishment, having attempted to ‘secularise’ every aspect of Hindu culture and traditions, are now trying not only trying to downplay the Hindu roots of ‘Holi’ but also have taken a step ahead to give an Islamic touch to the Hindu festival. At the forefront of it this time around is the BBC.

The British public broadcaster BBC took to social media to Islamise the Hindu festival. BBC Hindi shared an Islamic couplet by Baba Bullehshah to undermine the Hindu roots of the festival of colours.

The British broadcaster, however, did not stop there. BBC Hindu shared the lines of the poem ‘Aaj Rang Hai’ written by Amir Khusrau, a 12th-century Islamic court poet.

BBC Hindi also shared an article that questioned the Hindu roots of the festival. The article written by self-proclaimed historian Rana Safvi, titled, “Who said Holi is just a Hindu festival?” declared that Holi was not just a Hindu festival but also a tradition followed in the Mughal era.

A concerted attempt appears to be underway to Islamise all aspects of Hindu celebrations and appropriate Hindu festivals to downplay their cultural and religious linkage. After Diwali, the secular propagandists have now come for another Hindu festival — Holi.

ISIS Supporters in Indonesia, Malaysia Call for More Violence After Attack During Holy Period for Muslims and Christians

Indonesian supporters of Islamic State (Isis) are calling for more attacks after a newlywed couple carried out a suicide bombing at a cathedral in South Sulawesi on Sunday, during what is considered a holy period for Christians and Muslims — while counterterrorism police on Monday discovered five home-made bombs during raids in Jakarta and West Java.

The Indonesian couple — who were married six months ago — were the only casualties in the Makassar city bombing that left 20 people wounded and was attributed to Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD), the largest Isis-linked group in the country.

Police said the couple, who were both members of the group, were killed instantly after they rode a motorcycle into the church compound and detonated a bomb packed with nails after being challenged by security. The authorities added that the husband had left a suicide note to say he was ready to die a martyr, while local media on Tuesday reported that the woman was four months pregnant.

The Demonic Carnage of Vaccines, Part Three

The deaths and adverse reactions from the untested mRNA vaccines, which were rushed to the public via “Operation Warp Speed,” are killing many recipients today. Animal testing was bypassed for the Covid-19 vaccines, but in previous mRNA testing, all the animals died, not from the vaccine, but because the vaccine createdhyper immune system changes in the animals’ bodies. When another virus exploded on the scene, they died of sepsis and cardiac failure. This is likely a binary poison…part one is the vaccine and part two is a new virus that overwhelms the system.

AstraZeneca has now been banned from 20 countries because of blood clots…Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Romania, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Cyprus, and Sweden. Bulgaria and Thailand have also stopped the jab. While the AstraZeneca vaccine hasn’t been authorized for use in America just yet, White House Chief Medical Officer Dr. Anthony Fauci told lawmakers that there will likely be enough safety and efficacy data to grant the vaccine authorization in April.

Governments and pharma companies have rushed this new experimental RNA technology into use for the first time in history. Prior to the Covid injection, all attempts to force approval of RNA tech had failed; dangerous and deadly over-reaction of the immune system was the reason.

Fauci and his communist collaborator, Dr. Zhong, are now pushing a new lie. They are saying your children shouldn’t play together until they’re fully vaccinated. I thought the science proved that Covid wasn’t a danger to children? What changed?

Zhong, who is often called “China’s Fauci,” is a pulmonary specialist and a long-time Communist Party member. He’s Fauci’s communist pal. He and Fauci just appeared together on a Covid panel and both expressed hopes that Covid restrictions and mass vaccinations worldwide would continue well into the future, “It will take about two-or three-years’ time with global collaboration.” Their plan is to make Covid panic and enslavement the new normal, for a virus that 99.75 percent of the people recover from.

Oh yes, go get your vaccine and once you’ve had both injections, Krispy Kreme will give you a free donut every day when you show your vaccine papers.

  1. Spain to Require Masks in All ‘Open-Air Spaces’, Including Beaches

The Spanish government is mandating masks in all “open-air spaces”, including beaches, from March 31st.
Oh Spain how stupid you are-masks will not stop the elements of the virus seeping through the mask outwards or inwards. It would be a paradox if masks and respirators worked, given what is known about viral respiratory disesases. The main transmisson path is long-resdence-time aerosol particles which are too fine to be blocked, and the minimum-effective-dose is smaller than one aerosol particle.
Masks only illustrate the degree to which governments, the mainstream media, and institutional propagandists can decide to operate in a science vacuum, or select only incomplete science that serves their interests. People in Spain you are being deceived.

  3. I’m starting to think that authorities around the globe are viewing covid restrictions and subsequent ‘fines” as valuable revenue sources. Where does the money go? Slush funds, private pockets???
