Both Sidney Powell’s “Kraken” Lawsuits Thrown Out by Supreme Court

Clearview AI is Taking Facial Recognition Privacy Invasion Case to the Supreme Court

Clearview AI wants the Supreme Court to rule on a facial recognition lawsuit against it instead of sending the case to an Illinois state court. Regulators in countries such as Canada and Germany have found Clearview’s face recognition AI to be in violation of privacy laws.

Clearview AI has asked the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals to review a privacy violations case against it after the court ruled to send the case back to a state court in Illinois. The lawsuit against Clearview was brought by Melisa Thornley, in an Illinois state court. The plaintiff sued Clearview for violating the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

Clearview scrapes photos on social media platforms for facial recognition. Thornley claims that the company sold her biometric data to third parties without her consent.

Echo Chamber: D’s Now Dominate R’s on Social Media Thanks to Mass Bannings, Algorithmic Suppression

The biggest social media sites are now leftist echo chambers thanks to the banning of Donald Trump and tons of his supporters, data from CrowdTangle has revealed.

The bias is so extreme it’s downright comical.

From Axios:

  • The combined Twitter following for the 10 elected Democrats with the biggest audiences is 102 million compared to 23 million for the top 10 Republicans. Even taking President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris out of the equation, Democrats’ following is nearly triple Republicans’.
  • On Instagram over the last 30 days, the 10 most-engaged Democrats drove 76 million interactions vs. 6 million for the 10 most-engaged Republicans, according to CrowdTangle data. Take away Biden and Harris and the advantage is still double.
  • On Facebook, the top 10 Democrats have generated 2.5x more interactions than top 10 Republicans over the last 30 days, per CrowdTangle data.

‘End of Conservative Books’: Amazon Using ‘Hate Speech’ Excuse to Censor & Purge the Right From Existence.

You know all about the ongoing and very real and well documented Big Tech Purge that the media pretends doesn’t exist. And about Amazon’s removal of a book about the transgender movement that the libs tried to play off as mere housekeeping (where have we heard that before?) by Amazon.

Well just like with Twitter, the “just cleaning up old stuff” excuse was a big lie.

We’re going to do some big blockquoting here, because this is important.

Golden Globes Suffer Ratings Nightmare

The initial ratings report has come back for the annual Golden Globes award show that aired on NBC Sunday night, and it’s an ugly scene.

According to the national ratings, NBC averaged just 5.42 million viewers and in the key demographic of ages 18-49, just a 1.2 rating. That is down 60% from last year’s figures (14.76 million viewers, and 3.8 rating).

Two significant differences between this year and last could have had a major impact on those numbers. In 2020, the Globes were preceded by the highly rated NFL playoffs. Also, this year’s show was remotely staged rather than holding a live, in-person extravaganza as usual.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo Defends Himself Against Multiple Sexual Harassment Accusations: “Some of the Things I Have Said Have Been Misinterpreted”

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo responded to multiple allegations of sexual harassment on Sunday evening, saying in a statement that he “never intended to offend anyone.”

“At work sometimes I think I am being playful and make jokes that I think are funny,” Cuomo said. “I do, on occasion, tease people in what I think is a good-natured way. I have teased people about their personal lives, their relationships, about getting married or not getting married. I mean no offense and only attempt to add some levity and banter to what is a very serious business.”

Jewish Family Kicked Off Flight Over Maskless Baby

A Hasidic Jewish family says they were kicked off a flight because they refused to make their 18-month-old baby wear a mask, while passengers claimed Frontier Airlines staff performed celebratory high-fives after the incident.

A video of the incident shows the family walking off the plane as other passengers complain, “This is Nazi Germany! “and, “This is gonna go all over the news!”

Despite the policy being that children aged under 2 do not have to wear masks, the Orthodox Jewish Public Affairs Council (OJPAC) says the family were told “to get off because their 18-month-old had no mask.”

Killing the Keystone Pipeline: Are We Being Led by Fools or Idiots in Washington DC?

“We have completed the research on this issue. Please pass this on to those who voted in this kind of thought process. I guess if these same people wanted to stop heating their house, driving their cars, using plastic, and don’t forget eating food — Yes it takes fuel to put food on your table!”

The Keystone Pipeline is 2,147 miles long, and would supply 830,000 barrels of oil per day. Doing the math; A tanker truck can carry 190 barrels of oil. It would take 4,368 trucks per day just to haul that amount of oil.

It would take three days to cover the 2,147 miles. An additional 4,368 trucks would start the trip the second day, and another 4,368 trucks would start the trip on the third day. Needless to say, all these trucks will be returning empty.

Therefore, it would take 26,208 trucks per day to haul what the pipeline could carry in one day.

If the trucks could get six MPG, it would take 157,248 gallons of diesel per day to carry the oil… at $3 per gallon, ( which will now go up) just the diesel cost would be $471,744.00 per day, in addition the drivers’ salaries, and maintenance costs.

If we can ship it by train, they haul a lot more. Each train tanker holds on the average 700 barrels of oil, so it would take over 1,185 cars to haul the oil. The most tankers a train can have is 100 cars and can only run 40 MPH, so it would take a little over 10 trains to travel 900 miles a day.

The end result is 2-1/2 days by train and another 24 hours to unload the train, so it would take almost 40 trains going south from Canada, fully loaded with oil, and 40 more trains running back north empty. In the meantime, you will be needing that many trains in Canada to be loading while the empty trains are headed back, so it would take 120 trains with 100 tankers each to haul the oil.

A tanker ship coming from the Arab countries would take 27 days and hauls two million barrels. Iran will love loaded oil tankers heading to the U.S. and through the Straits of Hormuz. Can we talk about a potential environmental disaster? The Keystone Pipeline is 2,147 miles long, and would supply 830,000 barrels of oil per day. Please tell me again, how canceling the Keystone Pipeline is helping real Americans?”

Mad Maxine Waters Libeled Navy Vet as ‘Dishonorably Discharged, ‘ Now She’s Losing in Court

Mad Maxine blew Joe Collins off when her lawyers were sent proof of honorable service and a cease-and-desist letter. That was a mistake.

We’ve heard a lot of overheated rhetoric from Mad Maxine Waters over the years. She calls people racist without any evidence. She was one of the loudest voices encouraging public confrontations with Republicans.

She got used to getting away with that crap without any serious consequences, even when she’s gotten caught with her hands in the cookie jar. For example, in 2010, Waters was accused of helping an unsound bank (OneUnited) receive government aid to help her husband, who was an officer and stock-owner of the bank. She avoided any problems by throwing her grandson and chief of staff under the bus.

Maybe that’s why she thought nothing of slandering the Republican she was running against last November.

Malaria Vaccine Breakthrough Made Using Tech From COVID-19 Research

A team of researchers from Yale filed a patent last month for an experimental malaria vaccine using the same RNA technology used to develop COVID-19 vaccines.

The team, led by professor and medical doctor Richard Bucala, said the first tests of the experimental vaccine on mice showed the highest levels of immune response compared to other vaccines in development.

The patent was filed in partnership with pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline, which has worked with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other global health entities to develop a vaccine since the 1980s.

In 2019, there were 229 million cases of malaria and 409,000 deaths from the mosquito-borne disease. A vaccine called RTS,S has been field tested since 2009, but it is only 30% effective.

Man Dies by Suicide After Shooting Wife Inside West Houston Medical Office, Police Say

A man on Monday shot his wife before fatally shooting himself during an appointment inside a west Houston medical office, according to the Houston Police Department.

The woman, who has not been identified, was in stable condition as of Monday evening at Memorial Hermann Hospital. The suspect has only been identified as her 64-year-old husband.

Police described the shooting as a domestic violence incident. The suspect fired two pistols, one from each hand, shortly before 3 p.m. in a fourth-floor office at 12121 Richmond Ave., Assistant Chief Wendy Baimbridge said in a news briefing at the scene.

“I think it’s tragic,” Baimbridge said. “Like I’ve said before, 50 percent of our aggravated assault incidents in Houston right now — and really across the nation, if you’re looking at these numbers — they are domestic-violence related.”

When officers arrived, they found the woman in the hallway outside the office. She had been shot once in the chest and again in her right arm. Officers then saw the suspect in the office, dead from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police said the suspect appeared agitated when he arrived for his afternoon appointment with his wife.

Before the shooting, he told a witness, “I’m going to kill you. I want you to die,” Baimbridge said. The man pulled the witnesses’ shirt. The witness pushed him away and ran out of the office, Baimbridge said. That’s when the man turned and shot his wife, she said…

The Fake COVID “Pandemic” Is the Excuse for Concentration Camps

The flu season has been conflated with Covid and has disappeared. It is possible that more Covid patients were killed by ventilators than by Covid and by immune systems unsupported by adequate intake of vitamins C and D and zinc. No Covid deaths were necessary as two proven and safe treatments-HCQ and Ivermectin-were available but banned by public authorities. Deaths were wanted in order to build fear in order for pharmaceutical companies to make billions of dollars on vaccine sales and in order for governments to impose more controls over citizens and more inhibitions of civil liberty.

In Florida there are no lockdowns, no mask mandates, no arrests of people for “non-compliance,” and Floridians are not dropping dead in the streets. Indeed, you would not know that there was a “Covid pandemic.” This indicates that the Covid pandemic is an orchestrated hoax with ulterior motives…

It is perhaps significant that as early as February 2020 it was reported that “high-security coronavirus camps are … dotted around the globe. From the US west coast to a peninsula in northwest England and deep in the heart of Germany … In Britain, it’s a hospital; in the US an air base or six and in Australia it’s an island far from home” (figure 2).

From another February 2020 article, we learn that the Pentagon was in the process of setting up multiple quarantine camps near airports in Hawaii, Illinois, Texas, California, Georgia, New York, Washington State, Washington DC, New Jersey, and Michigan. At this time, 1107 people had allegedly died worldwide with (not of) Covid-19. In comparison, tuberculosis killed 1.4 million people in 2019, or about one person every 22 seconds, according to the World Health Organization. Pursuant to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, they have the “legal authority to detain any person who may have an infectious disease that is specified by Executive Order to be quarantinable”.

They Have Betrayed the Constitution — Overwhelming Evidence of FBI Corruption

The money quote from Solomon’s article is this:

Former FBI Assistant Director for Intelligence Kevin Brock said the information about Papadopoulos’ foreign lobbying that the bureau used to open the Russia collusion probe failed to meet the bureau’s own legal standards to justify the larger dragnet that encompassed Page and many other Trump officials.

“Normally when the FBI opens an investigation on a U.S. citizen, it has specific facts justifying an investigation of that person,” explained Brock, who led the implementation of many of the bureau’s current rules for informants and intelligence gathering. “But here what the ECs are saying is they don’t know who is involved and they are just conjecturing that someone in the Trump campaign might be in a position to receive help from Russia. You just can’t open a full field investigation on conjecture. . . .

“What they are doing is using preferred definitions,” he said. “When we employ the investigative techniques used against Carter Page to break the laws of another country and steal their secrets, it’s okay to call it spying. When we use those same techniques against a U.S. citizen, it’s called an investigation.”

Let us give the despicable Bill Barr credit for one thing. He told the truth about Obama. The Obama Administration was spying, illegally so, on Donald Trump and his campaign staff. We now know what a dishonored, disgraceful outfit the FBI has become. The FBI has betrayed the Constitution.

Wayne Root: The Communist Takeover of the United States — Part II

This is Part Deux of my series on the Communist Takeover of the United States. Part I centered on the new President who oversees it all— Barack Obama. I do believe the new president is in fact, the old president. This is the third term of Obama.

The first time around, Obama tried his best to destroy America, American exceptionalism, our Judaeo Christian values, our capitalist economic system, our healthcare system (17.7% of the US economy), and the great American middle class.

Obama gave it his best shot. He crippled America, but he couldn’t quite finish the job. He needed Hillary to be elected to finish the job, but we all know how that turned out. Trump managed to beat a rigged election by bringing out the biggest turnout of white middle class voters in history. Obama vowed to never let that happen again.

Hence the election of old, weak, feeble, brain-dead Basement Biden— hopelessly lost and confused with dementia. He’s fallen and he can’t get up. Obama likes it that way. Biden is Obama’s puppet and front guy. Obama can now finish the job and do it under the cover of darkness.

We Are Witnessing a Last Minute Mass Exodus Before the Final Collapse of Our Major Cities

Americans fled the big cities “in droves” in 2020, and one recent survey discovered that even more Americans are planning to move in 2021. The corporate media is attempting to frame this mass exodus as a temporary phenomenon, but there is nothing temporary about it. Millions upon millions of people can see that our society is literally melting down all around us, and they want to get somewhere safe while they still can. In recent weeks, I have written articles about the specific problems that we are witnessing in Chicago and San Francisco, but the truth is that virtually all of our major cities are coming apart at the seams, and this is motivating more people than ever to seek greener pastures.

With so many Americans looking to move, this has pushed up home prices in desirable suburban and rural areas to insane heights.

In fact, in some parts of the country it is difficult to find a decent home for sale at all. In Bozeman, Montana one man has actually resorted to walking around with a cardboard sign asking for someone to sell him a house…

Priyamvada Gopal, Onyeka Nubia, Kehinde Andrews, and Madhusree Mukerjee had slated the British icon at the college bearing his name in a seminar titled The Racial Consequences of Mr Churchill, in which he was described as “the perfect embodiment of white supremacy” and the empire he led to victory over Hitler’s Germany branded “far worse than the Nazis.”

Drastic Measures: Czechia Enters Strict Lockdown for Three Weeks

The Czech Republic entered a strict lockdown today that will last at least three weeks. The movement of people between districts will be restricted, with 30,000 police officers and soldiers supervising compliance.

The new government measures, approved on Friday, also bans visiting relatives even if they live in the same district. There are only certain exceptions.

Restrictions also oblige people to wear at least a surgical face mask outdoors, while a respirator is mandatory in shops, public transport, and other busy places.

On Sunday, Czechs had to choose a place to stay for the following three weeks. According to the new measures, going for walks, doing sports, or dog walking is allowed only within a municipality. When going to work or doing shopping within a district, there will be no need to provide any documents. But leaving the district will be possible only for work or in urgent cases, such as to see a doctor. People will then have to provide an employment contract or confirmation from their employer to leave the district or an affidavit in other cases.

Shopping outside of the district is forbidden.

Hungarian Certificate Won’t Contain Type of Vaccine

The Hungarian government’s vaccine passport will no longer state which type of vaccine Hungarians received, with Hungarian news sources all reporting the move was meant to avoid any discrimination by the European Union against Hungarian citizens inoculated with the Russian Sputnik V and the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine.

The Hungarian government modified its previous ordinance about the vaccine certificate and vaccine registry application originally issued on Feb. 12 (ordinance 60/2021 — II.12) on Saturday and the two will no longer contain the type of vaccine used for the inoculation, news and opinion portal Mandiner reports.

The new ordinance (86/2021 — II.27) says that the updated vaccination certificate and respective database will now contain the validity of the immunity offered by the vaccine, the name and passport number of the person who received it, but no longer the type of vaccine used. Although the government did not provide any explanation for the change, Hungary’s embrace of the Chinese and Russian vaccines are raising concerns that other EU members may not accept them as valid vaccines.

Renewable Energy is Causing an Environmental Wasteland

We are all overloaded and overwhelmed trying to stop the complete and total destruction of our constitutional republic by Lucifer’s Democrat/Communist Party USA. Tens of millions of Americans are so financially strapped their daily lives are spent trying to figure out how they will be able to pay bills and put food on the table.

But, make no mistake about it: Those who serve the architects of a global government are well funded, committed and never stop working to destroy this country. The ultimate goal of the global warming aka climate change con is the destruction of capitalism — except for corporate capitalism. Billionaires like the Koch brothers making oceans of money off the monstrous lie called climate change.

Young Americans across this country for decades have been scared into believing the end of our planet is near. Their cause was boosted when a 16-year old girl with Asperger’s Syndrome, Greta Thunberg, splashed on the scene a few years ago and instantly became the idol of hundreds of millions of climate change cult followers.

COVID-19 Virus Didn’t Originate Naturally But is Actually a Bioweapon, Most Russians Believe, According to Explosive New Poll

It sounds like the plot of a Hollywood film, but a new poll has found it’s also how most Russians see Covid-19.

The study, conducted by The Levada Centre, was published on Monday and found that more than half of 1,600 participants living in the country aren’t afraid of becoming infected, the highest percentage of people holding such a view since the pandemic began in February. At the same time, despite colossal efforts to roll out the Sputnik V jab, developed by Moscow’s Gamaleya Institute, fewer than one in three told researchers they would consider being immunized with the formula.

The majority of Russians, however, believe that the respiratory virus was unleashed across the globe as an artificially-created bioweapon. 51 per cent of respondents said that matched their view, while fewer than one in four said they believed it originated naturally.

“Socialism on a Global Scale”: Sky News Host Demolishes Davos Elites and ‘Great Reset’ Scheme

Sky News Australia host Cory Bernardi has just taken a flamethrower to the global elite, telling us we need to be mindful “of any organization with the term “world” in their name” in a monologue which would never see the light of day in most Western nations.

After flaying the World Health Organization (WHO) for ‘giving China a free pass on the Wuhan Flu,’ while banking $500 million on pandemic bonds, Bernardi demolishes the World Food Program, the World Meteorological Organization, the World Tourism Organization, and the World Trade Organization — for lies, misinformation and climate-related pretzel logic to justify policy.

“All these authorities are pushing an agenda — it’s the same agenda, to decarbonize, deindustrialize, and disempower the Western world. They are part of a concerted plan to redesign capitalism in a new image,” Bernardi says, adding: “That image of course is socialism.”

Spearheading this effort is the World Economic Forum (WEF) that meets annually in Davos, Switzerland.

“The WEF is the architect of the Great Reset, and the fourth industrial revolution. They coined the “build back better” hashtag, that is actually proving so popular with big government elites right across the globe,” says Bernardi. “Under the WEF vision, the Davos attendees will own what you’ll be renting. And trust me on this, it’s not gonna be a philanthropic enterprise.”

“By reducing you to a mere user rather than an owner, the world does actually become more equal, because it will concentrate power, authority and money in the hands of a tiny few, while the rest of us become mere economic vassals for these oligarchs.”

“Useful Idiot” Is a Technical Term

USEFUL IDIOT — “a naive or credulous person who can be manipulated or exploited to advance a cause or political agenda”-and based on how easy it was for mere politicians seeking unbridled power over the people, to trick the people into ruining their own lives…committing themselves to voluntary house arrest and making citizens so scared that they are afraid to even drive their own car alone without a worthless mask on…I’d say the term might apply to 90% of Americans now.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.” It’s been attributed to Cicero, but honestly, no matter who first said it, they spoke an undeniable truth. The quote goes on to say;

“An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known, and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation; he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared.”

Of course, the part left out is that fools, with the power to vote themselves into tyranny, cannot be survived. Useful idiots with an ounce of power, will eventually destroy themselves and everyone around them. This is exactly what makes an idiot useful to tyrants and also why tyrants spend years dumbing down a society until it’s little more than a village full of idiots.

‘Poland is a Precursor and Example for Other Countries, ‘ Says Polish Pro-Life Activist

The Great Reset, Part V: Woke Ideology

In previous articles, I’ve discussed the Great Reset and introduced several ways of understanding the economics of it. The Great Reset can be thought of as neofeudalism, as “corporate socialism,” as “capitalism with Chinese characteristics,” and in terms of “stakeholder capitalism” versus “neoliberalism.” In future installments, I intend to treat the technological (transhumanist) and monetary (centralized banking and digital currency) aspects that Klaus Schwab and others anticipate and prescribe.

But in this essay, I wish to consider the ideological aspect of the Great Reset. Just how do the planners mean to establish the reset ideologically? That is, how would a reset of the mass mind come to pass that would allow for the many elements of the Great Reset to be put into place-without mass rebellion, that is? After all, if the Great Reset is to take hold, some degree of conformity on the part of the population will be necessary-despite the enhanced, extended, and more precise control over the population that transhumanist technology and a centralized digital currency would afford.

The killer of a family near Nizhny Novgorod played nicely with a five-year-old victim
    Bandits hunted for jewelry

There are new data on the murder of a family of four in the village of Kudma near Nizhny Novgorod (fanatics dealt with a five-year-old baby, his mother, grandfather and grandmother). An investigation into what happened to the family of the head of one of the subdivisions of the Gorky railway showed that the detained 25-year-old native of Uzbekistan was not just a hired worker – he was very friendly with a five-year-old boy. And nevertheless he did not regret him …

… The role of the natives of Armenia detained along with the migrant worker is not yet clear. Perhaps the Uzbek acted as both a gunner and a performer, and they were only customers. According to another version, the men only helped the murderer to escape from the crime scene.

    WHO ARE THE GASTERBITERS ATTACK

Most often, the victims of migrants are their direct employers. Moreover, grave crimes are committed against the most defenseless – pensioners, women and children. The latest high-profile case in the Moscow region is the murder in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region of a female PRUE assistant professor and her mother by a repairman from Uzbekistan. The teacher’s six-year-old daughter was also injured.

  2. GERMANY Frankfurt, Hesse.

Hessian government makes it clear: Citizens have no right to be spared muezzin calls
    March 2, 2021

Another milestone on the long Islamization agenda has now been ticked off: In the black-green (Christian Democratic Union/Green Party) ruled Hesse, calling the muezzin is also possible without permission. Citizens have “no right to be spared from contact with deviating statements of faith or religious symbols,” states the state government.

In a ruling in autumn, the Münster Higher Administrative Court decided that the Turkish Ditib community in the city of Oer-Erkenschwick, controlled by the Turkish despot Erdogan, was allowed to use loudspeakers in the area again in order to summon the orthodox to Muslim prayer . A resident had previously sued against the immission control exemption granted by the city and received the right in the first instance.

The Hessian AfD party had requested a judgment and stated in a major request to the state government that muezzin calls were “often found under massive disapproval on the part of the affected, non-Muslim population, which in the muezzin call an expression of Islamic dominance and a violation of their own religious and cultural identity sees ”instead.

Now the black-green state government stated in its reply that the muezzin call is also possible without permission:

“Contrary to the assumption of the questioner, no (emission control) approval is required for the Muslim call to prayer, with or without loudspeaker; Approvals have therefore not been granted and therefore cannot be withdrawn or revoked. The loudspeaker systems used for the call to prayer are systems that do not require approval within the meaning of Section 22 Paragraph 1 of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).”

The government does not have an overview of the Hessian municipalities in which the muezzin call is sounding.

In the question, the AfD also asked whether the muezzin call would not constitute an impairment in the sense of negative religious freedom (Art. 4 GG). The Hessian state government does not see itself bound by this constitutionally documented right either and announces:

“In a society that gives space to different beliefs, there is no right, even under the aspect of so-called negative religious freedom, to be spared from contact with deviating statements of belief or religious symbols (cf. BVerfG, decision of January 27, 2015, ref .: 1 BvR 471/10, BVerfGE 138, 296 ff., Juris marginal number 104). This view is also represented by the Hessian state government. ”

Thus, the long Islamization agenda of the Islamic officials is likely to be slowly worked through. (SB)
