This week we are going to look at HR 127, a bill to violate our Second Amendment to the core. It is described as To provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms, and to prohibit the possession of certain ammunition. The big problem with this bi ll is it totally ignores the Second Amendment. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Right now, the States that require permits or restrict guns, in general, is ‘infringing’ on that right. Now they want to force a gun owner to get licensed to own not just the gun, but be licensed to have the ammunition for it as well and they want ALL guns registered. Germany did that in the 1930s and then went around and confiscated all the guns. See the pattern here? Our schools don’t teach our constitutional rights, they don’t teach real-world history for a reason. If you don’t know what your rights are, when they take them away from you, you won’t know it. The reason the Founders required education using the Bible for a school book was so people would know when the government was violating the principles of God. The Democrats ignore the fact the government is supposed to guarantee that we do NOT lose our rights.
Remember that the Democrats always name their bills with names that make them sound compassionate in problem-solving. This bill is called “Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act”
Sabika Sheikh was a student in a Sante Fe High School in Texas that was shot and killed along with ten other students and staff in December of 2018. I hate when one person dies because of a violent act but these are the things that happen in a free society. There are that many shot in Chicago eve ry weekend because the people in Chicago are not allowed to defend themselves.

Texas Southern University was involved in an agreement with Beijing Jiaotong University, which gave a considerable amount of control to China over what curriculum was taught in TSU’s Confucius Institute, documents obtained by Campus Reform reveal.
The contract, which was signed in 2012, gave BJTU power to decide the “themes of academic reports and the implementation plans,” while Texas Southern University’s Confucius Institute “must accept the assessment of the [Confucius Institute] Headquarters on the teaching quality,” according to the agreement.

For the third time in less than five months, the U.S. Congress has summoned the CEOs of social media companies to appear before them, with the explicit intent to pressure and coerce them to censor more content from their platforms. L.A. District Attorney Drops Death Penalty for Man Charged With Killing Police Officer
Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón said he would not seek the death penalty for Michael Christopher Mejia, 30, charged with killing a police officer and his own cousin in 2017.
Officer Keith Boyer, 53, was killed when he responded to a report of a traffic collision in which Mejia was involved. Mejia also shot officer Patrick Hazell while trying to flee the scene of the crash. Hazell survived.
Deputy District Attorneys Garrett Dameron and Geoff Lewin both objected to removing the death penalty from the case.

New Legislation Would Protect Drivers Who Hit Protestors
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — When massive demonstrations against racial injustice erupted across the nation last summer, protesters used an increasingly common tactic to draw attention to their cause: swarming out onto major roads to temporarily paralyze traffic.
This method sometimes resulted in searing images of drivers plowing through crowds, causing serious injuries and in some cases, deaths.
Now, Republican politicians across the country are moving to stop the road-blocking maneuver, proposing increased penalties for demonstrators who run onto highways and legal immunity for drivers who hit them. Canada to Follow Australia and Take on Facebook, Seeking Payment for Content
Canada is poised to take on Facebook, following the example set by Australia, which began a war with the tech giant when the country’s publishers backed proposed legislation demanding payment for their content.
Canadian Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault condemned Facebook’s actions as “highly irresponsible” last week when the social media giant removed all Australian news content from its sites in retaliation.
Guilbeault warned that Canada would be next in making sure Facebook paid for news content from Canadian publishers. Guilbeault is charged with drafting legislation in the next few months that would require Facebook and Alphabet Inc’s Google to pay up.

Even though Brussels’ Koekelberg basilica is one of the largest churches in the world, Belgium’s COVID-19 restrictions dictate that no more than 15 individuals can attend service in the building at one time, Reuters reports.

Brexit leader Nigel Farage has warned that there is a “communist takeover” of large swaths of Britain’s private education sector, as an investigation has revealed that schools throughout the country have been bought out by firms connected to the Chinese government.

France: Macron Proposed Sending Portion of Country’s Vaccines to Africa
French President Emmanuel Macron is claiming that because France has “more than 10 million” of its citizens with family in Africa, that 3 percent to 5 percent of the country’s COVID-19 vaccines should be sent to African countries to tackle the crisis.
In an interview with the Financial Times on Thursday, Macron indicated that he would submit his idea at the meeting of G7 leaders on Friday. German Chancellor Angela Merkel is “OK” with this initiative, he added.
“I say: let’s transfer 3 to 5 percent of the vaccines we have in stock to Africa. This would have no impact on the rhythm of vaccine strategies [in rich countries]. It won’t delay it by a single day given the way we use our doses,” Macron said.

Germany: Berlin Police Called Out to Antifa Stronghold Over 700 Times in 2020
Police in the German capital of Berlin were called out to the area around the Antifa stronghold of Rigaer 94 a total of 717 times in 2020 to deal with incidents ranging from violence to threats and property damage.
Police were called out to the building, which has been partially illegally occupied for years by far-left Antifa militants, to deal with hundreds of different offences, according to a Berlin senate response to a question posed by libertarian Free Democrat MP Paul Fresdforf.

Hungarian Justice Minister Judit Varga said the Hungarian government was willing to get rid of a law making foreign-funding of NGOs transparent after the European Commission began an infringement procedure earlier this week.
The European Commission launched the infringement procedure after citing a Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruling from June of last year that called on Hungary to get rid of the law that regulated NGOs receiving foreign cash.

Ireland: Facebook Shuts Down Instagram Accounts Advertising Illegal St Patrick’s Day Rave
FACEBOOK HAS SHUT down social media profiles advertising an illegal “lockdown rave” after profiles gained traction online.
The event, which has been advertised on both Instagram and Snapchat, would be in breach of Level 5 Covid-19 restrictions if it went ahead.
“We have restricted access to this account as it violates government Covid-19 health guidelines,” said a Facebook company spokesperson.
“We are committed to supporting the HSE’s work to keep people safe and informed, including on the importance of social distancing.”
While Level 5 restrictions officially end on 5 March, it is all but certain that they will be extended into April.
Level 5 restrictions prevent social gatherings of any type, with exceptions for social bubbles or for essential family reasons like childcare.
According to posts seen by TheJournal.ie, the illegal rave was planned to be held in Dublin or Kildare, and organisers were planning on announcing the location 12 hours before the event began.

Spain: Madrid Police Raid Find Illegal Revelers Below Beds
Spanish police played hide and seek with illegal partygoers in Madrid this weekend, with officers going to great lengths to catch up with the culprits.
Police released a video showing officers finding revellers hiding under beds and inside wardrobes.
Local residents called the police when they realized that a tourist apartment was being used for a party in defiance of lockdown restrictions.
44 people received a fine, according to police.
Overall, local police broke up a total of 227 gatherings over Friday and Saturday.

Spain: Violence Erupts in Barcelona on 5th Night of Protests Over Jailed Rapper
A fifth night of protests in Barcelona over the arrest of a rapper, convicted of criticizing the country’s monarchy and glorifying a separatist group, turned violent Saturday with protesters throwing objects at police, setting fires and looting and vandalizing many luxury shops.
Police arrested Pablo Hasél last Tuesday for a 2018 conviction under Spain’s Public Security Law, which bans the glorification of terrorist groups and insults against the Spanish monarchy. Authorities cite politically inflammatory lyrics and social media posts for charging Hasél, but his arrest immediately set off days of protests and sparked a debate over freedom of expression.
Thousands took to the streets Saturday night, protesting Hasél’s conviction and nine-month sentence. At one point, demonstrators hurled projectiles and flares at police, who fired foam bullets to break up the crowds.

Twitter Locks Out Irish Bishop After He Criticized Euthanasia
A post by an Irish Catholic bishop has been deleted by Twitter for criticizing the country’s emerging pro-euthanasia policies.
Given that the anti-euthanasia view holds true to core tenets of the Church, the bishop’s criticism should simply have been an exercise in freedom of religion and free speech associated with it, regardless of the subject, but that consideration didn’t seem to play a role when Bishop of Elphin Kevin Doran’s tweet got removed.
Sunday Times Columnist David Quinn said that the bishop had been “barred” from Twitter (his account remains, but he is apparently unable to post). The tweet in question has been removed because the term “assisted suicide” was used to describe euthanasia.

UK: Illegal Car Meet of Over 30 Vehicles Broken Up by Police in Greenhithe
Over 30 vehicles had to be broken up by police at an illegal car meet.
The meet up took place in the Greenhithe area and was broken up by the police in the early hours of this morning (Sunday, February 21).
The police announced on Twitter at 12:40am this morning the report of the illegal meet up.
Kent Police said that many of the cars were stopped and issued fines for breaking lockdown regulations.

UK: Large Group of Quad-Bikers and Motorcyclists Hit With COVID-19 Fines for Illegal Gathering
Police officers broke up a ‘large gathering’ of people riding quad-bikes and motorcycles and issued a number of the riders with fines for breaching lockdown.
Officers encountered up to 30 riders on open land in Potters Marston, near Hinckley, this morning.
The adults among the group were fined for breaches of the lockdown regulations, officers said.

UK: No Prison for Woman Who Bit and Racially Abused White Cops for Saying ‘All Lives Matter’
A woman bit and racially abused white police officers while claiming to have a firearm because one of them said “all lives matter” has been spared from prison.
Four white police officers attended the address of 20-year-old Sicily Hunston in Wythenshawe, Manchester, after reports that she was brandishing a blade in a drunken state, according to a Sun court report.

UK: Police Swoop on Illegal House Party in Burnley
Due to the current coronavirus lockdown, gatherings are banned. The address had been reported to police earlier in the month by fed-up local residents for having constant house parties on a weekend.
PCSO Sam Baysal, of Burnley and Padiham Police, revealed the house was being advertised as a hotel.

Bangladesh: Catholic Woman is the Victim of Violence by Two Muslims
In the Diocese of Barisal, a 43-year-old mother of one was sexually assaulted at her home by a neighbour and his friend. Beaten, she was left unconscious on the floor. Her husband filed a complaint with the police, who arrested the attacker identified by the woman. The attackers thought the Christians were “very weak” and would not report the crime. In their village, Muslims sympathise with the man in prison.

Malaysia Fines News Outlet Over the Comments of Readers
The top court in Malaysia fined Malaysiakini, a news outlet, for comments posted by readers. The ruling has raised the already growing concerns over the crackdown of free speech in the country.
The case against the news outlet was brought by the attorney general, who referred to five comments critical of the judiciary that were posted by readers. The AG also cited the outlet’s editor-in-chief Steven Gan in the contempt case. According to the AG, the comments undermined the public’s confidence in the judiciary.

Myanmar Gripped by Strike as Anti-Coup Protests Build
(Reuters) — Businesses shut in Myanmar on Monday in a general strike called to oppose the military coup and thousands of protesters gathered despite a threat from authorities that confrontation could cost lives.
Three weeks after seizing power, the junta has failed to stop daily protests and a civil disobedience movement calling for the reversal of the Feb. 1 coup and release of elected leader Aung San Suu Kyi.

France: Illegal Alien Stabs Immigration Official to Death After Asylum Claim Rejected
A 46-year-old official at a French asylum seeker reception facility has died after being stabbed several times, allegedly by a Sudanese migrant who had his asylum claim rejected.
The stabbing took place on Friday in the city of Pau at around 11 a.m. local time and reportedly saw the 38-year-old Sudanese migrant stab the 46-year-old official at least three times, with one of the stab wounds in the victim’s throat.

Days after the Biden administration urged officials to use ‘more inclusive’terms for illegal immigrants such as replacing the word “alien” with “noncitizen,” House and Senate Democrats have introduced a bill which would, along with a pathway to citizenship for roughly 11 million “noncitizens” — co dify the wording changes into law.
In a Tuesday email sent to US Citizenship and Immigration Services officials reported by Axios, acting director Tracy Renaud encouraged the “more inclusive language in the agency’s outreach efforts, internal documents and in overall communication with stakeholders, partners and the general public.”
Other changes in the email included using “undocumented noncitizen” or “undocumented individual” vs. “illegal alien” and “integration or civic integration” instead of “assimilation.”

Amazon Removes Book Critiquing Transgender Movement
Amazon removed the bestselling book “When Harry Became Sally: Responding To The Transgender Moment” from its online store on Sunday, the book’s author announced.
Published in 2018 by then-Heritage Foundation research fellow and now-Ethics and Public Policy Center President Ryan T. Anderson, the book was an immediate bestseller, even on Amazon, according to the Washington Post. However, the online shopping giant removed the book on Sunday, Anderson tweeted.

The “woke” move came to light Friday in the UK when Disney Plus made five series available on its subscription streaming service. Viewers are greeted with the disclaimer:
This programme includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now.
Rather than remove this content, we want to acknowledge its harmful impact, learn from it and spark conversation to create a more inclusive future together.

Gaming Outlet Kotaku Leads Attack on Harry Potter Game Developer Over Conservative Views
Another attempt to cancel someone over their conservative views is underway.
Gaming news outlet Kotaku is leading the attack on the developer of an upcoming Harry Potter game over his history of running a conservative YouTube channel, which included supporting the Gamergate movement and attacking the radical social justice movement in the gaming industry. The developer is now facing calls to be fired.
Warner Bros is working on a Harry Potter game titled “Hogwarts Legacy.” The developer of the game, Troy Leavitt, is under attack for his conservative views.

Reports are coming in from all over the world, where the “Covid 19 Vaccines” are being administered.
There reports are horrifying as much as they are alarming. While there are very large numbers of individuals who are having adverse reactions from fainting to temporary nerve incapacitation, others are falling into life threatening conditions, such as blood clotting in the arteries and heart attacks.
