Financial Services Committee to Hold GameStop Hearing on Feb 18

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev is expected to testify before the House Financial Services Committee on Feb. 18 as lawmakers probe the company’s decision-making to restrict customers from trading GameStop (GME) shares last week, sources told Politico.

The hearing was later confirmed by a press release from the committee describing the virtual hearing will be entitled: “Game Stopped? Who Wins and Loses When Short Sellers, Social Media, and Retail Investors Collide.” The hearing is scheduled for Feb. 18 at 12:00 PM ET.

Robinhood’s decision to restrict customers from buying stocks, along with forced liquidations, drew immense criticism from both major parties, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Ted Cruz.

Despite Poland’s GDP drop caused by the coronavirus crisis leading to the first yearly GDP decrease since 1995, it was still less severe than forecasted.

Two Shocking Headlines That Sum Up COVID: Billionaires Made $3.9 Trillion During the Pandemic, While Workers Lost $3.7 Trillion

The economic impact of Covid-19 on regular folk across the globe is as devastating as the physical toll it has taken, but we can’t just blame the super rich(er) for our woes — the true villains are much closer to home.

In a simple comparison, two headlines seem to say it all about the economic impact of the Covid-19 crisis: the first, from Business Insider, reads “Billionaires made $3.9 trillion during the pandemic” while the second, from The Guardian, shouts “Covid-19 has cost global workers $3.7 trillion in lost earnings.”

A Week After Saying ‘Wear Two Masks’, Fauci Says it ‘Won’t Make a Difference’

Less than one week after advising Americans that wearing two or even three masks would be ‘more effective’ against the spread of coronavirus, Dr Fauci has done a complete 180 (again) and admitted that there is no data to suggest it will make any difference.

After Fauci made the comments last week, the media began to push the idea that two masks wasn’t enough, and that people need to wear three, or even four masks.

However, during an interview at the weekend, Fauci completely contradicted his own comments from the previous week.

The police eventually secured the hotel, but in the skirmish, agitators chanted, “Pigs in a blanket, fry ‘em like bacon,” a death threat against cops.

Attorney Lin Wood Tells Georgia Bar to Pound Sand — Says He Will Not Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation

Attorney Lin Wood is an outspoken supporter of President Donald Trump.

When the Republican Party abandoned the US President on November 4th, Lin Wood and a handful of American patriots stood with the president and worked to expose the fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

On January 7th, after hundreds of angry protesters stormed the US Capitol the previous day, Twitter suspended Lin Wood’s account for hate speech or encouraging violence or something.

Biden Attacks Farms — Comprehensive War on Global Food Supply — Engineered Famine

The Biden admin’s executive actions in the last 48 hours are attacking farms and implementing the technocratic takeover of food, accelerating a global collapse in food production by paying farmers NOT to grow food, cutting their financial support, tasking Tom Vilsack’s USDA with a Net-Zero goal, changing COVID guidance on grocery stores, restaurants, and meatpacking plants. Meanwhile, the media is finally acknowledging the soybean shortage, and the US is now also experiencing a fertilizer shortage, which will further increase costs and cause yields will collapse. As other countries stop exporting to protect domestic supplies, the US has been wholly sold out. This confluence of issues and cascading failures merits our attention urgently — start growing food today.

Biden Pick for Unemployment Head Let Nigerian Fraudsters Steal $600 Million From Her State

President Biden’s pick for a position overseeing unemployment claims has been blamed for her state’s loss of more than $600 million to Nigerian fraudsters.

Suzi LeVine, who ran Washington state’s Employment Security Department, has been tapped by the Biden administration to serve as the interim assistant secretary of the Employment & Training Administration, which helps states in processing unemployment claims.

However, LeVine has been criticized after her department was scammed out of more than $600 million by a Nigeria fraud ring that used stolen identities to file more than 122,000 fraudulent unemployment claims. An investigation by the state blamed LeVine for not correcting a software vulnerability that was exploited by the fraudsters.

Although the state of Washington has been able to recover around $357 million, it is still missing $243 million.

Facebook Oversight Reverses Hydroxychloroquine Censorship Decision

Facebook’s independent Oversight Board has ruled against the social media giant’s decision to remove an October 2020 post touting hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) — the antimalarial which Democrats and their media surrogates were cautiously optimistic about until former President Trump promoted it.

“In October 2020, a user posted a video and accompanying text in French in a public Facebook group related to COVID-19,” explained the board on its website. “The post alleged a scandal at the Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament (the French agency responsible for regulating health products), which refused to authorize hydroxychloroquine combined with azithromycin for use against COVID-19, but authorized and promoted remdesivir. The user criticized the lack of a health strategy in France and stated that “[Didier] Raoult’s cure” is being used elsewhere to save lives. The user’s post also questioned what society had to lose by allowing doctors to prescribe in an emergency a “harmless drug” when the first symptoms of COVID-19 appear.”

Is the Establishment Still Terrified of Trump?

They want Trump convicted so that he will be prohibited from ever again holding public office. The establishment fears that Trump could make a comeback, win the Republican primaries in 2024, become the nominee, and return in triumph as president.

They are determined to abort that possibility. Many openly admit it.

What does that say about the liberal establishment’s love of democracy when they would disqualify, in advance, the largest vote-getter their opposition party ever had, out of fear he might come back to win the presidency as he did in 2016?

Journal of Medicine Says HCQ + Zinc Reduces COVID Deaths

Early on in the COVID-19 pandemic, doctors around the world reported high success rates using an inexpensive treatment protocol of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and zinc, typically in combination with an antibiotic to treat secondary bacterial infections.

Almost immediately, government health agencies and mainstream media started attacking the treatment, going so far as to ban the prescription and use of HCQ for COVID-19 in some areas. Over time, it became painfully clear that a concerted and coordinated effort to prevent its use was afoot.

One of the most obvious reasons for why certain individuals and companies might want to prevent the use of an inexpensive generic drug is because it might eliminate the need for a vaccine or other antiviral medication under development. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been invested, and drug companies were, and still are, counting on a massive payday. As noted by Dr. Meryl Nass in a June 27, 2020, blog post:…

The students also said they weren’t allowed to take part in discussing affirmative action “because they’re white,” and some noted discomfort with a “white privilege test” in which they earned points merely because they had two parents at home.

Stolen Election: States Need Not Comply, Part 3

Since illegals buy driver’s licenses on any street corner in major metropolitan cities, they get election materials when they have no right to even be on U.S. soil. Many states have brazenly passed laws to give illegal aliens driver’s licenses. All in violation of federal immigration laws, but since we’ve had no constitutionally grounded U.S. Attorney Generals for decades, those states continue to get away with it. Stupid state legislatures rolled over with nary a whimper. Illegals voting are impacting congressional seats which means Electoral College votes.

This new bill in the House being pushed by Lucifer’s Democrat Communist Party USA is another attempt to eliminate forever any fair elections in this country. As for Comrade Wyden’s vomit about standing in lines, how about try voting early? Take time off work? Employers usually give employees time to go vote and many states have a couple of Saturdays to vote.

People are inconvenienced? How about those who stuck their necks out to create a new nation and those who made the ultimate sacrifice on the battlefield to give us the precious right to elect those who make our laws? Don’t talk to me about inconvenience. No, this is all part of the plan and the states do NOT have to comply. Congress has set, for federal elections, first Tuesday following the first Monday in November as Election Day. How states conduct those elections, i.e., voter registration, signature verification and so forth is the sole jurisdiction of each state. Congress has no legislative authority to butt in.

The Fight for a Moral America

There has been a coup that the Democrats instigated for total control of America and they are pushing as much through as fast as they can because I believe that they think something might happen to reverse their coup. I still stand with righteousness and will refuse to acknowledge a proven stolen election.

The policies that Biden is shoving down our throat in his executive orders, if you noticed, have ALL been against Americans. I wonder if the morons that voted for the traitor are still impressed with him? Remember during his ‘campaign’ he said he wasn’t for fracking? Even during the debates, he claimed he never said he would ban fracking, but, true to his Democrat roots, he lied. Both he and Harris support the banning of fracking. The people that Biden has nominated for his fake cabinet are anti-fossil fuel. Joe Biden’s nominee for interior secretary Rep. Deb Haaland is a Green New Deal co-sponsoring progressive who wants an immediate and outright ban on fracking in the United States.

If confirmed, Haaland would be responsible for managing all of the nation’s natural resources, including oil, gas, and clean coal, and more than 500 million acres of federal and tribal lands.

She would also be in charge of making good on Biden’s promises to reduce the nation’s reliance on fossil fuels and create more renewable energy sources.

While Biden flip-flopped on fracking during the presidential campaign — claiming he would ban it before backing it to woo blue-collar voters in states like Pennsylvania — Haaland, 60, is unequivocal.

The Republican Party at the Crossroads

In 1962, a former FBI agent by the name of Dan Smoot wrote a book about an “invisible government” running America. Decades later, FBI agents would become members of that invisible government and arrange a political surveillance operation directed at President Donald J. Trump. Only one of these corrupt officials, former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, has been held accountable.

But “accountable” doesn’t really apply. Clinesmith pleaded guilty to criminal charges in connection with an illegal surveillance warrant and he was “sentenced” by Judge James E. Boasbergto probation.

This means that the surveillance state that subverted the Trump presidency is still in place and running the show under the Joe Biden regime. The former president must, if he proceeds with an impeachment defense, expose not only the fraudulent election but the Deep State agencies in on it.

The rest of the culprits from the intelligence community are free, some still in power and others making appearances on TV and arranging book deals to make themselves rich. They now want additional powers, in the form of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, to put Trump supporters under surveillance and jail them.

Our only hope, in terms of a functioning two-party system, consists of the new members of Congress, such as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has introduced charges of impeachment against China Joe…

The real conspiracy is the FBI/CIA cabal that subverted the Trump presidency and brought an administration under the control of China to power.

‘Who Cares? … They Died!’: Cuomo Hits Back at Questions Surrounding COVID Nursing Home Death Data

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo this week awkwardly pushed back against criticism of New York’s official COVID-19 nursing home death data, appearing to callously dismiss claims that his administration failed to properly secure long-term care facilities against the virus over the past year and then fudged the numbers to cover that failure up.

In a scathing report this week, the New York attorney general claimed that the Cuomo administration may have severely undercounted the number of nursing home-associated deaths by failing to count care facility residents who died after being transferred to a hospital.

Obey God, Or Obey Government? Pastor Fined $2,300 for “Non-Compliant” Church Services

This past Saturday, I bumped into a bold pastor with a contagious smile, who was preaching the gospel to all the passerby in front of B.C.’s Vancouver Art Gallery.

Pastor David Marks also told me the shameful news that recently, he was fined a whopping $2,300 for preaching in an online service. There were only around 10 people present at the “scene of the crime,” a good portion of them responsible for ensuring the online service ran smoothly.

B.C.’s discriminatory COVID-19 restrictions that restrict religious gatherings — while leaving pot shops, indoor fun parks and busy malls open — are so out of control that now, even pastors like Marks who are trying to comply with them are subject to tyrannical fines that go against our fundamental right to freedom of religious expression.

Czechia Closes Its Borders to Foreigners

Starting last Friday at midnight, foreigners are no longer permitted to enter the Czech Republic except for essential travel such as work or study trips. In this case, the so-called travel traffic light, which has so far governed the conditions of travel into the Czech Republic, no longer applies.

Most European countries are in the red category, indicating a high level of risk. These are states that have a proportion of positive coronavirus tests of more than four percent and more than 250 cases per 100,000 population in the last two weeks.

According to the resolution, the Czech Cabinet prohibited the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic except for the trips to work and school along with necessary visits to family or loved ones, trips to medical facilities, and social services facilities, or for certain events such as weddings or funerals.

Hungary: Budapest Mayor’s Advisor Wants Ban on Children’s Baptisms

A ban on children’s baptism? Gaspar Béke’s, environmental advisor to liberal Budapest Mayor Gergely Karacsony, said he believes it is illegal to force children into belonging to a church, news portal Vasarnap reports.

The expert, who styles himself as an atheist activist, regularly publishes controversial posts on social media, and in his article published two years ago, he argued that the Hungarian soldiers who fell in the Don Bend during World War II were not heroes. Shortly after that article was published, readers drew attention to another piece from Béke’s where he had previously argued that the state should prohibit the baptism of children.

“From a legal point of view, baptism is clearly illegitimate, but how could it be abolished in practice?” He wrote on the blog of the Hungarian Atheist Society called Atheist Revolution in 2018. He explained in the article that by banning baptism, the country would make it clear that violating the rights of others, regardless of age, is unacceptable.

Italy’s Corrupt and Dangerously Biased Judicial Branch Poses Threat to Democracy

A judge intimately connected with attempts to prosecute League party leader Matteo Salvini in 2018 is now sharing his secrets about corruption in Italy’s judicial system in a new book, and it is sure to have implications regarding rule of law for both Italy and, more broadly, the entire European Union.

Luca Palamara, the former president of the association of Italian magistrates (ANM) from 2008 to 2012 and former member of the High Council of the Judiciary (CSM) from 2014 to 2018, had warned that he would refuse to bear sole responsibility for crimes he was accused of and would start naming names and divulging information about corrupt activities. He is now carrying out his threat with the publication of an interview turned into a book with Alessandro Sallusti, a journalist who is the publishing director of Il Giornale daily newspaper.

In the book entitled “The System” (Il Sistema), Palamara breaks the omertà on the links between magistrates and politicians, on the domination of left-wing currents in the judiciary and the impact this has often had in terms of judicial interference in the political and democratic life of the country.

The case was reported by Maltese civil authorities to the Commission of safeguard of the Catholic church. A Brief Examination of Some Facts Related to Mass Vaccination

The case of Israel, leading the world by far in the mass vaccination contest, doesn’t leave much maneuvering room for skeptics. Since Israel launched its vast vaccination campaign in December, it has been witnessing an exponential rise in COVID-19 cases and deaths. By now, the British Mutant has become Israel’s dominant COVID strain. Israel’s health system is on the brink of collapse.

In my article Guinea Pigs United I pointed out that the rise in cases and deaths correlates with the distribution of vaccines. In Israel, the Orthodox Jewish communities that were vaccinated en masse saw COVID cases rise 16-fold, while Israeli Arabs who at large refrained from vaccination saw numbers of COVID cases dropping sharply.

But Israel is not alone. Some other states have followed a similar path and their situation is becoming as catastrophic as the crisis we witness in the Jewish State…

It is hardly a secret that those who seem to be enthusiastic about the vaccines are also claiming to be in favour of ‘good science’ or even ‘real’ science as they often refer to it. The statistical facts that are related to mass vaccination are not very promising. Examining the situation in the countries that are engaged in mass vaccination such as Israel, Britain, the USA and the UAE reveal that these countries witnessed a clear decline in COVID cases and deaths during late November and early December. However, just a few days after those countries launched their vaccination campaigns, the numbers of COVID cases and consequently deaths went through the roof.

New Grid Threat: Russia Deploys Super-Electromagnetic Pulse Weapon Capable of Traveling at Mach 20 That Could Put the U.S. In the Dark With Little Notice — and China Ready Too!

US Warns it “Will Take Action” as Myanmar Military Coup Declares 1-Year State of Emergency

In what looks to be the first foreign policy and international crisis of the Biden administration, recently confirmed US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has urged Myanmar’s military leaders to “reverse these actions immediately” after arresting the country’s civilian leadership in a coupon Monday.

“We call on Burmese [the US still officially calls it Burma] military leaders to release all government officials and civil society leaders and respect the will of the people of Burma as expressed in democratic elections on November 8,” Blinken said according to Reuters.

As we detailed earlier Aung San Suu Kyi, leader of Myanmar’s governing National League for Democracy (NLD) and President Win Myint and other civilian leaders were “taken” during military raids on their homes in the early hours of Monday (local time). State TV broadcasts were cut, along with the internet to the capital.

A military channel then announced in an emergency broadcast that the army under commander in chief Min Aung Hlaing will retain control of the country for at least a year using ‘state of emergency’ powers.

“The NLD won enough seats in parliament to form a government in November, but the army says the vote was fraudulent,” BBC reported. “The army has called on the government to postpone convening parliament, which was due to take place on Monday.”

  1. Czechia does not have guarded borders anymore. How could they close them? They can harass people at airports, is that it?

    • I live on the border and it is not difficult to close the crossings. You can always walk through the forrest of course, but all official border crossings are manned on both sides of the border.

      • Interesting. So have they rehired border crossing guards and are checking all vehicles, like in the old days?

        • Yes, today they usually sit in cars, because the old border crossing buildings are gone, but they do stop you, and Bavaria is requiring 2 day old negative test to let you in, Austria does too but I am not sure if they require it on the border like the Bavarians.
When it all begun last winter, the Czech Army even deployed paratroopers into the forrests to watch the “tourists” not to cross the border. They were hidden in the bushes in full on Paratrooper gear and camoflage.

  2. ‘Meanwhile, to protect itself Czechia closed its borders to foreigners.’

Foreign states don’t see much difference, frankly, between the GOP and the Dems. Its tweedledum and tweedledee in their eyes. With the 2020 election American moral influence has largely ended. This will have huge knock-on effects going forward. Reading yesterday the White House official response to the Burma election steal was magnificently surreal.

  7. — So. Nearly a month has gone by and they won’t release the name of the policeman who shot unarmed Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt. An unarmed woman whose hands were busy trying to hoist herself through a window, and who posed no imminent threat to anyone. They’ll announce they’ve recommended no charges be pressed against the cop who shot her, but they won’t name him. How many unarmed Antifa or BLM rioters were shot dead merely for trespass? Any?
    — I wonder how long it will take them to release the name of the criminal shooter down in Sunrise, Florida? Feb 2nd, 2 FBI agents were killed and 3 FBI agents wounded while trying to serve a warrant on a violent sexual abuser of minors. It’s early days, but they haven’t released the name of the suspect yet. How long will it take them? The longer it takes, the more likely the suspect is a member of “protected groups.” Here’s some interesting statistics re Sunrise, Fla – it’s 55% white, 35% black, 42% foreign-born, and 15% non-citizen. 42% foreign-born!!!!!
That area of Florida is dotted with mosques, and a madrassa lies just outside Sunrise’s city limits. Just like a Leftist, I find myself hoping the perpetrator is a white guy. Because if he’s an immigrant from a misogynist culture, and the Left tries to cover it up, I’m going to really, really mad. We don’t need British-style Muslim grooming gangs here in the USA. And we don’t need brain-addled Leftists covering up for them. If you hate hate, you should hate ALL hate. Stand up for truth and justice!
