Selling to the Communists

Selling to the communists continues: KfW has paid 503 million euros to Chinese companies since 2013

Frankfurt / Main — It is unbelievable how those responsible are selling our country to the communists in the Middle Kingdom: Olaf in der Beek (FDP), member of the Bundestag Committee for Economic Cooperation and Development, accuses the federal government of making itself an accomplice to Beijing’s expansionist policy.

“Germany pays part of the Chinese Silk Road Initiative and finances China’s striving for geopolitical power in Asia and Africa with tax money from the federal budget,” said the FDP member on Welt am Sonntag.

The background to this is that the KfW “Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau” (Reconstruction Loan Corporation) has awarded €503 million to Chinese companies for the implementation of infrastructure projects since 2013, according to a response from the federal government to a small request from the FDP parliamentary group about which the Welt am Sonntag reported. More than half of this sum, namely €283.2 million, was accounted for by infrastructure projects outside of China. Since 2013, the development bank has awarded €152.3 million to Chinese companies carrying out projects in Asia. KfW awarded a further €130.9 million to Chinese companies that carried out projects in Africa.

In its answer, the Federal Government writes that the projects carried out by KfW cannot be assigned to the “Belt and Road” initiative, but without providing any evidence. The FDP man in der Beek does not think that is credible. “Instead of blindly financing China’s great power and expansion policy,” he said, “Berlin needs the political will to find a common European response.”

China has been pursuing ambitious global goals since 2013 as part of the “Belt and Road” initiative — also known as the “Silk Road Initiative”. The country is establishing an infrastructure network that, according to its own information, connects more than 100 countries worldwide. According to the Chinese representation, this is intended to promote global trade. Critics see the initiative as part of an aggressive expansion policy aimed at expanding China’s power. Countries in Asia and Africa play a prominent role in the initiative, reports the newspaper.

Soon China will have conquered the whole world. And Germany comes first.

  1. The payments in question were in fact loans just so we are clear what the monetary motivation would be. This particular policy obviously benefits elites more than anyone since they will see all of the profit. I wouldnt be put in the position of defending Chinese expansionism if I didn’t think JournalistenWatch and the FDP were pandering to Americaphile sentiments though, and when I say that I mean American deep state. Watch out for the Chinese expansion, they are enemy number one for the west! Economic ties to them is treason against the United States lead alliance of this new polarity! The same United States with more than $1.200.000.000.000 debt to their supposed Chinese nemesis. What I am reminded of is the rage over Nordstream II and the dealings with evil Russia by the US state, while America keeps buying all the Russian oil they want, a pipeline the FDP was also fiercely against. I would invite English speakers to watch the videos Red Pill Germany made about the Nord Stream II hypocrisy.
