Gates of Vienna News Feed 12/9/2020

Government officials in Quebec and Jamaica have cracked down on illegal parties that violate Wuhan Coronavirus restrictions. A nightclub in Columbus, Ohio was shut down after a performance by a rap artist broke COVID rules. Meanwhile, police in St. Petersburg, Russia entered a bar that remained open after the lockdown curfew and beat patrons with clubs.

In other news, seventeen states have joined Texas in its lawsuit — or, more properly, its motion for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order — filed with the Supreme Court seeking to overturn election results in four battleground states where the local executive officials or judges violated state election laws passed by the state legislatures.

A page on the university’s website suggests that “students who identify as Black, Indigenous, or as a Person of Color (BIPOC)” can apply to be exempt from the mandatory vaccine rule if it makes them uncomfortable for reasons that most may find perplexing.

According to a report by Campus Reform, minority students at Cornell University may be permitted to excuse themselves from a mandatory flu vaccine policy.

COVID-19 is Communism

According to retired Air Force Brigadier General Robert Spalding, the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic” is a weapon that was hatched by communist China as part of its “stealth war” against the United States. While traditional weapons of war include things like guns and bombs, COVID-19 is “novel” in the sense that it achieves a number of different goals, not the least of which include the destruction of the economy, people’s minds, and national stability. From a health perspective, COVID-19 is pretty much a non-issue…

Whether or not COVID-19 is even a real virus is unimportant, it turns out. Simply convincing enough people that it exists — and convincing them that the only cure is mass compliance with communist-style “public health” dictates such as masks and vaccines — is apparently enough to bring about the total destruction of national sovereignty, which is exactly what is now taking place. Public health measures also do not have to make any sense whatsoever — which they clearly do not — just so long as enough people believe that they help. Spinning narratives like “masks only work if everyone wears them,” which is exactly the same as “vaccines only work if everyone gets them,” also program the masses to demand communist-style adherence to the “rules” as a replacement for freedom and individual liberty. If you really stop to think about it, everything the government is telling us about COVID-19 in terms of how to supposedly eradicate it predicates upon individuals giving up their sovereignty and coalescing to the “herd.” There is no more room for freedom of choice or even freedom of thought, which is exactly how society works in communist China.

[Comment: It is Government over-reaaction, pushed by “Great Reset” traitors within the government, that is destroying western economies.]

Deep State Threat? Gov. Kemp Daughter’s Boyfriend Killed in Fiery, Explosive Wreck

A staffer and close family friend of Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp died in a tragic car wreck Friday morning, hours after the governor called for a signature audit of 2020 election votes.

Local media reported 20-year-old Harrison Deal, an aide to Sen. Kelly Loeffler, former intern to Sen. David Perdue and boyfriend of Kemp’s daughter Lucy, was the only person who died in a fiery three-car wreck on I-16 in Pooler.

Witnesses reportedly heard explosions from the crash over a mile away.

Witnesses near the Harrison Deal car crash reported hearing “loud explosion.”

Some claimed to have heard multiple explosions that lasted until first responders arrived…

#HarrisonDeal car exploded (witnesses heard the explosion over a mile away). Vehicle left as molten metal, engine block ejected 50-60 yards away. That’s not an accident. That’s a car bomb disguised as an accident…

Investigative journalist Michael Hastings met a similar fate.

Facebook Fact-Checker USA Today is Using College Kids to Censor News and Social Media Posts

USA Today, one of Facebook’s third-party fact-checking partners, is using college interns to create fact-checks that sometimes result in posts being suppressed and hidden behind a “False Information” notice.

In one of these fact-checks, Camille Caldera, a summer intern at USA Today, fact-checked a viral photo of Jen Psaki, who was recently named as Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s press secretary.

The viral photo shows Psaki wearing a hammer and sickle hat while posing with officials from Russia. The fact-check admits “the image is real” but somehow still gives it a final rating of “missing context.”

In Stunning Rebuke, LA Judge Strikes Down ‘Abusive’ Outdoor Dining Ban as Lacking ‘Science, Evidence or Logic’

A Los Angeles judge has tentatively struck down the county’s ban on outdoor dining after the Public Health Department — led by Director Barbara Ferrer — failed to provide a scientific basis for the order.

According to The Real Deal, LA County Superior Court Judge James Chalfant overturned the county’s outdoor dining ban which went into effect on Nov. 25, calling it an “abuse” of powers that are “unsupported by any findings.”

“The Restaurant Closure Order is an abuse of the Department’s emergency powers, is not grounded in science, evidence, or logic, and should be adjudicated to be unenforceable as a matter of law,” wrote Chalfant in a 73-page assessment which found that the county failed to perform a required risk-benefit analysis about the restriction.

Newsmax Ratings Surge, Surpass Fox for First Time

Before Nov. 3, neither OAN nor Newsmax could come anywhere close to matching, or surpassing, the ratings from America’s reigning king of cable: Fox News, the conservative-leaning news and opinion network that helped cultivate the base of GOP voters which Trump rallied to victory in 2016, has finally lost its crown.

According to media reports, Newsmax beat Fox News among the coveted 25— to 54-year-old demographic for the first time ever on Monday evening. The ratings win comes amid a breakthrough in the Trump Administration’s push to challenge the election results in the court of public opinion to try and “delegitimize” Biden’s presidency (just like how many on the left refused to accept Donald Trump as their president 4 yeas ago).

Senate Confirms Big Tech Critic Nate Simington to the FCC

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has a new member: Nathan Simington, nominated by President Trump and now confirmed by the Senate.

Simington, who will become one of the two Republican commissioners in this independent body that also has two Democrats and a chairperson (currently Ajit Pai, who is about to leave the post in January) was previously greeted with suspicion because of how little Washington lobbyists knew about him.

Another reason might have been the fact he was nominated by Trump, who is also trying to enlist FCC’s help in curbing the right of Big Tech to apply widespread censorship, particularly on social media, with no legal consequences.

Twitter and other social media companies can control what people can and can’t post. The Center Square learned that the hard way. For the past ten days, its stories have been blocked by the platform. Unsurprisingly, the platform did not explain why they were restricting the news website.

However, according to an Op-ed on Daily-Journal, a local newspaper based in Kankakee County, Illinois, by The Center Square’s journalist Chris Krug, Twitter is punishing the news website for being good at reporting news.

YouTube Bans Videos Alleging “Widespread Fraud or Errors” Changed the 2020 US Presidential Election Outcome

In one of its most flagrant election-related censorship moves to date, YouTube has announced that from today, it will start removing any videos alleging that “widespread fraud, errors, or glitches changed the outcome of any past US presidential election.”

For the 2020 US presidential election, YouTube is applying this policy to all videos uploaded on or after December 9. It will then start issuing strikes to videos that are uploaded after Inauguration Day (January 20, 2021) and then removed under this policy.

YouTube also revealed that it has already removed more than 8,000 channels and thousands of “harmful and misleading elections-related videos” under its existing policies.

This change means that any videos sharing or agreeing with President Trump’s official legal argument, which alleges that Trump won the election and that there is evidence of widespread voter fraud that changed the result of the election, will now be purged from the platform.

‘Not a Conspiracy Theory’: Alberta Premier Kenney Issues Dire Warning About Impending ‘Great Reset’ (Video)

The premier of Canada’s oil-rich province Alberta, Jason Kenney, has sounded the alarm over the so-called Great Reset, describing it as a “grab bag of left-wing ideas, for less freedom, and more government.”

In a four-minute long explainer video on his social media channels, Kenney says the Great Reset is “not a conspiracy theory, but an actual set of concrete proposals” based on a book of the same name by Klaus Schwab.

Schwab is the president and founder of the World Economic Forum, aka Davos, or as Kenney describes it, the “biggest gathering of global hypocrites in history.”

The premier claims Schwab sent a copy to every government leader around the world, detailing his thesis that governments and societies should seize the opportunity of the public health and economic crisis wreaked by the Covid-19 pandemic to reimagine the world and radically change policies.

Clearly no fan of globalist leadership, Kenney lambastes the Davos elites who presume to “lecture working men and women about how they should reduce their carbon footprint” with “hypocrisy so thick, you can’t even cut it with a knife.”

Throughout the video, Kenney decries the proposed policies that would, in his estimation, create massive poverty, particularly the energy policies advocated by some very influential people, including Canada’s own Prime Minister Justin Trudeau…

The Greatest Hoax Ever Perpetuated on an Unsuspecting Public

Story at-a-glance:

According to Dr. Roger Hodkinson, one of Canada’s top pathologists and an expert in virology, the COVID-19 pandemic is the “greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public”

Hodkinson stressed that PCR tests cannot diagnose infection and mass testing should therefore cease immediately. He also pointed out that social distancing and universal mask wearing are useless measures

Michael Yeadon, Ph.D., former vice-president and chief scientific adviser for Pfizer and founder and CEO of the biotech company Ziarco, has also spoken out about how fraudulent PCR testing is being used to manufacture the appearance of a pandemic that doesn’t really exist

Others who have identified the COVID-19 pandemic as a global hoax of unprecedented proportions include a group of German lawyers who founded the German Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee and are now laying the foundation for mass class-action lawsuits

Included are suggestions for how you can resist and defend against the global power grab and be part of the solution

Germany has mediated a way through the blocked 1.8 trillion euros ($2.18 trillion) EU budget and coronavirus relief package proposal that Poland and Hungary were jointly blocking due to clauses linking the funds with rule of law and conditioned but vaguely defined democratic standards.

While some member states remain skeptical, the two countries are said to have preliminarily accepted it. Thursday’s European Council summit is set to take up the matter.

One official with knowledge of the negotiations told Reuters that “We are preliminarily in agreement but there is some pressure…the aim is to have this done before the EU summit (on Thursday).”

Sweden Limits Store Hours and Sports as Cases Climb, But Insists Lockdowns “Not Possible”

Jubilant journalists from London, to New York, to Brussels and seemingly everywhere in between were almost jubilant a little over a month ago when headlines pronounced that even Sweden, the lone European holdouts who kept schools open and the economy running as normal for the bulk of the pandemic, would impose some mandatory restrictions as cases, hospitalizations and deaths were once again on the rise.

Sweden’s approach came with a cost, of course: For months, it had one of the higher death tolls in Europe (though still not the highest — that title belongs to the UK). And some have questioned whether Sweden’s laissez faire approach, engineered by chief virologist Anders Tegnell, might have been misguided — even though data show most Swedes voluntarily obeyed all the social distancing and mask related ‘recommendations.”

UK Requires ‘Resuscitation Facilities’ At Corona Vaccine Centres After Allergic Reactions

Britain’s National Health Service (NHS) confirmed on Wednesday that it is deploying “resuscitation facilities” in coronavirus vaccination centres following the revelation that two healthcare workers suffered anaphylactoid reactions after receiving the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine on the first day of rollout.

Following the adverse reactions experienced by the two healthcare workers, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) issued “precautionary advice” which said that people who have a “history of a significant reaction” to medicines, foods, or vaccines should avoid taking the coronavirus vaccine.

What’s Next Following Romania’s Parliamentary Election?

by Matt Snape

It looks as if Romania’s National Liberal Party (PNL) has suffered an unexpected defeat following the country’s recent parliamentary election. The opposition Social Democratic Party (PSD) was just short of 30 percent of votes in the nation’s general election on Sunday, according to preliminary results published on Monday after over 90 percent of votes had been counted.

Surprise Result Overturns Expectations

This was not the result that the PNL expected. In September, activist Nicusor Dan defeated the Social Democratic incumbent mayor of Bucharest, Gabriela Firea, which gave the PNL the boost that they needed for last Sunday’s poll. At the time, the Liberal Party said it won the most mandates in its history and it gained control of approximately half of Romania’s local-county heads, as well as of the mayors of the biggest cities, including Cluj-Napoca and Iasi.

In normal circumstances, this would provide any governing party with confidence ahead of a national election, but like with many elections in recent years, the opinion polls got their predictions horribly wrong.

Another Missing British Teen Girl Found in Syrian Camp for ISIS Brides

Nasra Abukar, who went missing from her London home aged 18, has been found at the Kurdish-run al-Hol camp for Islamic State family members in Syria, the same location where Shamima Begum was tracked down last year.

Ms Abukar had been persuaded to travel to Syria to marry jihadist Aseel Muthana six years ago, according to information obtained by The Times — the same newspaper that found Ms Begum in February 2019.

Abukar had two sons with the Muthana, Faris and Talha, with the former being killed in a coalition airstrike that also injured her husband. The Somali-heritage 24-year-old wants to return to the United Kingdom with her three-year-old surviving son; however, like Begum, she, too, has reportedly been stripped of her British citizenship after authorities deemed her a security risk.

The newspaper reports that social media posts allegedly attributed to the young woman showed her promoting life in the Caliphate and sneering at the 2015 Bataclan terror attacks, typing the word “Paris” followed by a “crying with laughter” emoji shortly after jihadists slaughtered 130 people.

Russian Cops Pound Bar Patrons With Clubs for Flouting COVID-19 Rules

Russia isn’t playing around with bars that flout COVID-19 rules.

A team of Russian police beat partiers at one St. Petersburg watering hole with clubs Wednesday for failing to close at 11 p.m. due to the pandemic.

Surveillance footage showed more than a dozen officers storming into The Commode bar and forcing patrons onto the floor, some of whom were pounded with truncheons.

“We didn’t expect them to break down the doors and kick and beat girls with batons,” Nikita Farbess, Commode’s co-owner, told Reuters.

Jamaica: McKenzie Moves to Shut Down Illegal Parties; Says No Permits Granted

An illegal party titled ‘Shut Yuh Mouth with Yuh Likkle Bit a Money’ that was advertised for Wednesday, December 9 in Bull Bay, St Andrew in clear breach of the Disaster Risk Management Act (DRMA), will not take place as scheduled as Local Government Minister Desmond McKenzie has asked the police to shut it down.

The promoters of the event also claimed that the party was sanctioned by the “Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC)” which the minister noted was both erroneous and a lie as the KSAC has for sometime been renamed the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC). McKenzie also noted that none of the 14 municipal corporations across the country had granted any permits for any entertainment event in the last five months.

McKenzie, who was addressing the House of Representatives on Tuesday, said promoters were using social media to advertise their events in an effort to bypass the proper channels and to keep the police off their track.

He told The Telegraph how some of the migrants tried to get into his lorry before ‘someone hit the truck’ and the ‘whole passenger window’ was smashed, leaving him injured.

Spain: Over 8,000 Illegal Migrants Land on the Canary Islands in November

The month of November saw more than 8,000 illegal boat migrants arrive on the Spanish Canary Islands, in what could be an all-time record month, according to figures from the Spanish Interior Ministry.

Spain’s Ministry of the Interior said last Thursday that 8,157 illegal boat migrants were recorded as having landed on the Canary Islands in November, bringing the total number of illegal migrants who have arrived in the Atlantic archipelago so far this year to an estimated 20,000, the French newspaper Le Figaro reports.

The amount of migrants who’ve arrived illegally in 2020 is roughly ten times higher the number seen in the previous year, with the sheer number of arrivals overwhelming the small island chain. Of the total, 75 percent arrived between September and November.

Sweden: New Children’s Bible Features Far-Left Gender and Diversity Ideology; Claims God is Asexual

The Children’s Best Bible, the first Swedish children’s Bible in more than a quarter century to have been translated from Greek and Hebrew texts, contains far-left gender and diversity ideology which, among other things, claims that God is asexual.

The researcher, editor, and writer of the new Bible, Sören Dalevi, a bishop in the ultra-liberal Lutheran Church of Sweden, researched children’s Bibles and translated texts from Greek and Hebrew before producing his own version of the book — something that hasn’t been done since the Bible for Children was published in 1995, Swedish state media reports.

Among other things, Dalevi’s book differs from previously published children’s Bibles in that it wasn’t at all translated from English.

The ACLU Sells “I Read Banned Books” Merch While Its Lawyers Advocate for Book Burning

In the past, controversy followed the ACLU because of how far the non-profit was willing to go to protect legally guaranteed free speech in the US; but these days, it’s because of how much the group is willing to contradict its own previous policies.

One recent incident that added to that new perception of the ACLU as having abandoned its original purpose and promise was when one of its prominent lawyers joined an online cancel campaign against a book with whose content they disagreed.

Thus the organization that used to defend even the right of Nazis and the KKK to exercise their rights guaranteed in the US under the First Amendment, found itself trying to purge a book exploring transgenderism.

  1. Breaking breaking;- on Canada’s realignment with the Chinese Communist Party.

Normally I would not take too much notice, read the first link, then take your time to go through the 2nd link and the half hour video, to figure just some of the ramifications.

NO LONGER A RUMOUR— CHINESE TROOPS AMASSED ON US/CANADIAN BORDER
    https://richardsonpost.com/howellwoltz/19370/chinese-troops-on-us-canadian-border/

The mainstream press has been silent—or are they simply serving their CCP handlers and Democrat Marxist Comrades, as they prepare for action?

President Trump ordered a redeployment of F-22s and F-35s to Alaska recently, and authorised one million reservists to be ‘called up’ back in the Spring.

Sending America’s latest military aircraft to the hinterlands of Alaska made absolutely no sense when we first read about it. Why did he do that?

I did not connect the dots—until now. Trump has flanked the enemy with the most sophisticated air power on earth.

The Chi-coms move an inch toward America, he can light them up from behind.

Trudeau shows his commitment to the CCP, though he has been hiding that as dirty secret.
Canada seems to have sold out, though I think the news kept out of their main stream media, will be winding up in Canada too. 🙂

China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to send its troops for cold weather training at CFB Petawawa in Ontario
    https://www.rebelnews.com/ezra_levant_show_december_09_2020

The “China Files”, that probably will get rescinded if Trudeau gets his way.
    Read them while you can.
The Chinese must have some dirt on Trudeau and his merry band most definitely in China’s pocket.
This seems to be done in secret.
    https://www.rebelnews.com/the_china_files
The video there, the China files, is 31 minutes 25 seconds and as mentioned, well worth reflecting on.

Re aligning Canada to Communist Chinese Party. hmm.
I find it unbelievable!, but then, am I really surprised?
    Shocked yes, but not surprised.
    ———-

Plenty of cold places up in the Himalayas bordering India too.

Working with Canadian troops, Canadian troop helping train the
    Chinese.
What else will those troops be noting, like how Canadian troops also do things.
Anything else they can spy on?

The stinking thing is, keeping it quiet from the rest of who would have been Canadian allies, and keeping it quiet from 5 eyes and NATO.
It is not only Trudeau, but the rest of his government, and then also what looks like to be a lot in the civil service.

Then there has been all the trade pressure, diplomacy nonsense to pressure up Australia.

Plus what is now being revealed in the USA, to destroy “election integrity, plus so many things to actually pull down a country.

Truth, exposure, and plus thanks to Baron.
To know we have done what we can do, look after yourself, allow time to refresh, and steady as it goes.
Also to all other commentators too, God be with you all, as life is to be lived in abundance.

    • Those Rebel News, China Files are from the Canadian government released under their form of Official Government Information.

Inadvertently or for whatever reason was not redacted by much, as Eliza Levant then explains, only he did fully black out some names, for privacy and security of a person.

One can read the full 32 pages of the or click the “view”
      https://www.rebelnews.com/the_china_files

I think the documents need to be recopied, and spread, and same as the video, so it can go on other platforms than Youtube.

It would seem Trump is ahead of the play, but it is the people that need to have information, the truth, that allows them knowledge to figure things more accurately so as to make good decisions.
Trump only gains real power with knowledgeable citizens.

    • InfoWars is generally pretty good. I’ve seen Alex Jones shave the truth a little here and there, but mostly the site is reliable, even if it does sensationalize everything.

    • I usually look for his source, or google more on some of the points so as to use a more credible source.
I eventually thought he was so over the top, that he was more damaging as a loose cannon, so his shots were totally ineffective, and doing a lot a damage around himself.

Alex Jones’s bombastic impulsive ways are a bit too much for me.

A couple of weeks ago I ended up watching an interview with Tim Pool of timcast for a number of hours.
A good balance, as timcast quietly kept fact checking, and so Alex Jones became a bit more thoughtful.
I was intrigued and enjoyed it.

That Utube of Tim’s was booted from Utube, as Alex Jones could not resist by being reckless, uttering just a couple of key words, even after Tim’s warnings. So the damage was done.

What I call an outlier for information, and so can be useful, but can be time consuming as one has to verify so much.

A good tool on some occasions, when needs be.

    • Like I said, whatever the so called law says about arms, ignore it. Quite a few of us Americans are going to make boatloads of coin of the realm selling arms to the native Brits soon. Sheep? Or Wolf?
The Russians are finding a heck of a brisk business these days I understand.
