The Trump campaign on Sunday filed an appeal to the United States Supreme Court asking it to reverse three decisions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in which the activist court changed the state’s mail ballot law prior to and after the 2020 election.
As reported by Fox 2 Detroit, Trump’s campaign alleged in a statement that the PA State Supreme Court’s changing of the law was a violation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution and Bush v. Gore. The campaign’s appeal asks SCOTUS for an expedited review and reply by Thursday, giving it enough time before Congress meets on January 6 to “consider the votes of the Electoral College.”

FDA Investigating Allergic Reactions to Pfizer
The Food and Drug Administration is investigating at least five allergic reactions from people in the U.S. who took the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.
Dr. Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said the allergic reactions had been reported in multiple states. Marks said a chemical ingredient called polyethylene glycol “could be the culprit” for causing the reactions.

A former Wisconsin judge, who testified Wednesday in the state on behalf of the Trump campaign and the citizens filing affidavits alleging election irregularities during the 2020 general election, told lawmakers of his concerns that “the court system has been deeply intimidated by the left.”

This week, the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is scheduled to become available across the United States. Trucks carrying the vaccine rolled out of Michigan Sunday night, December 13. It’s been reported that the first to receive this new vaccination will be nursing home residents, followed by healthcare workers. Court Hears Arguments in Legal Challenge to Toronto Church Lockdowns
The Ontario Superior Court heard arguments in an injunction hearing on a legal challenge to Ontario’s lockdown on religious worship Friday.
The case was brought by the Toronto International Celebration Church, which is seeking an injunction against Ontario’s limit on church attendance in coronavirus “grey zones,” or regions under lockdown.

Austrian Police Arrest Two Suspects in Vienna Islamic Terror Attack
Austrian police have arrested two more suspects for alleged involvement in the November 2 Islamic terror attack in Vienna.
A spokeswoman for the prosecutors’ office said Sunday that one of the two men arrested is a 26-year-old Austrian of Afghan origin whose DNA was found on one of the murder weapons. Both arrests both took place on Friday but the news was not released until Sunday.

French Court Convicts Islamic State Operative Over Foiled Train Attack
PARIS (AP) — A French court on Thursday convicted an Islamic State operative over a train attack five years ago that was foiled with the dramatic intervention of three American passengers.
The special terrorism court sentenced Morocco-born Ayoub El Khazzani to life in prison, with 22 years guaranteed behind bars.
El Khazzani, who went from drug-trafficking in Spain to Syria as a jihadi, met his match in the train car encounter with three childhood friends from California who took him down. Clint Eastwood turned the face-off into a movie, “The 15:17 to Paris.”

Netherlands: Climate Protesters at Schiphol Airport Glue Hands to Ground, Glass Doors
Members of environmental activist organization Extinction Rebellion Netherlands blocked two entrances Friday morning at Schiphol Airport. The protesters said they were angered by what they claimed was special treatment the major transportation hub received during the pandemic.
Extinction Rebellion reportedly encouraged members to bring solid glue with them used to plaster their hands to the ground and to the revolving glass doors at the entrances. By 12:30 p.m., the fourteen people had been arrested and removed by the Marechaussee, the branch of the military which monitors the country’s airports and borders.

Police in Utrecht Shut Down Illegal Student Party
The police in Utrecht put an end to an illegal student party on Saturday. All forty partygoers were fined for violating coronavirus measures. One person was arrested for insulting an officer.
The police went to the building on Willem Dreeslaan around 10 p.m. after a report came in about a serious noise complaint. The party was shut down immediately, and the students had to leave. There may still be further repercussions for the owner and residents of the building, such as penalties of administrative fines.
“The time for warnings is really over,” said the police. “Reports of illegally organized parties and handled with priority and ended as soon as possible. Where possible, fines are also imposed on organizers, owners of the property concerned, and also the visitors of the party.”

Wales: Police Break Up Staff Party at Pub as They Issue 40 Fines in 24 Hours
Police broke up a staff party at a pub as they issued more than 40 fines for coronavirus breaches in 24 hours.
South Wales Police said officers were called to a pub in Margam on Thursday, December 17 where they broke up a staff party and issued eight people with fines.
A police spokeswoman said: “The matter has also been referred to local authority partners for further review by licensing officers.
“Welsh Government regulations continue to prohibit indoor gatherings. Those flagrantly or repeatedly breaching the restrictions can expect enforcement action to be taken.”
Officers were also called to a pub in Sandfields where a gathering was being held just hours after the Welsh Government announced lockdown would be starting in Wales as part of level 4 restrictions.
The spokeswoman said: “The owner of a Sandfields pub was fined after officers were called to a gathering just hours after the Welsh Government announced Tier 4 restrictions would come in to force in Wales.
“The licensee was issued with a fixed penalty notice after officers were called to the Victoria Road premises shortly before 10.30pm.
“The matter has also been referred to local authority licensing colleagues and further retrospective action may be taken by police and partners”.
More than 40 fines were handed out to people for breaking coronavirus regulations in Swansea Bay in the one day.

Extinction Rebellion protestors have blocked the streets of Perth this morning to protest action on climate change.
The group converged at the corner of Hay and William Streets dressed in Christmas themed clothes from 8am this morning.
Extinction Rebellion spokesperson Lyn Maclaren told 6PR Breakfast “Mrs Clause and her elves will be drawing attention to the plight of the North Pole”.

Jamaica: 22 Persons Detained at Illegal Party; Woman, Senior Citizen Charged
Twenty-two persons were detained by law enforcers during a series of operations in the St Andrew South Police Division.
The police said the operation also resulted in a woman being charged with breaches of the Spirit Licence Act, and a man for breaching the Noise Abatement Act.
The operations were conducted on Thursday, December 19.
The accused are 58-year-old Christine Stone of Bay Farm Road, St Andrew, and 70-year-old Kenneth Campbell of Lissant Road, Kingston.
Reports are that an illegal party was in session at McDonald Place off Olympic Way in St Andrew.

Pakistani Migrant Charged With Raping 8-Year-Old Boy on Greek Island of Kos
A 20-year-old Pakistani migrant has been charged with raping an 8-year-old boy in a field near a migrant reception centre on the Greek island of Kos.
The Pakistani migrant is expected to stand trial in January for the sex attack, which took place on the 19th of July last year.

WHO (Finally) Admits PCR Tests Create False Positives
Warnings concerning high CT value of tests are months too late…so why are they appearing now? The potential explanation is shockingly cynical…
The World Health Organization released a guidance memo on December 14th, warning that high cycle thresholds on PCR tests will result in false positives.
While this information is accurate, it has also been available for months, so we must ask: why are they reporting it now? Is it to make it appear the vaccine works?
The “gold standard” Sars-Cov-2 tests are based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR). PCR works by taking nucleotides — tiny fragments of DNA or RNA — and replicating them until they become something large enough to identify. The replication is done in cycles, with each cycle doubling the amount of genetic material. The number of cycles it takes to produce something identifiable is known as the “cycle threshold” or “CT value”. The higher the CT value, the less likely you are to be detecting anything significant.
This new WHO memo states that using a high CT value to test for the presence of Sars-Cov-2 will result in false-positive results…
So why has the WHO finally decided to say this is wrong? What reason could they have for finally choosing to recognise this simple reality?
The answer to that is potentially shockingly cynical: We have a vaccine now. We don’t need false positives anymore.
Notionally, the system has produced its miracle cure.
So, after everyone has been vaccinated, all the PCR tests being done will be done “under the new WHO guidelines”, and running only 25-30 cycles instead of 35+.
Lo and behold, the number of “positive cases” will plummet, and we’ll have confirmation that our miracle vaccine works.

EU insists on refugee rights
Brussels – According to the will of the EU-Commission during the Coroa-Crisis, Asylum applications should be facilitated by email Europe-wide, where possible and necessary.
The recommendations reported yesterday by the refugee and migration authorities in Brussels stated that the asylum seeker must in return receive an email proof of receipt acknowledgement.
Generally, those seeking refuge must maintain the highest level of access to the asylum seeking process and their fundamental rights must be assured.
According to the report, exceptions from this normal procedure must be both proportionate and without discrimination.
For example, refugees may only be placed into quarantine when all persons arriving from the same region are quarantined too.
Fundamental benefits such as a school education for children must be upheld, and modified like for the rest of the schoolchildren, for example by learning courses online.
Furthermore, the EU commission encourages EU member countries to carry out new resettlement programs as extensively as possible.
For new settlement programs from outside the EU, the Corona Pandemic entry restrictions do not apply.
The European Union is an Anti-White project.
