The Muslim Brotherhood in the Netherlands

The two articles below concern a controversial candidate for the Green-Left (GroenLinks) Party in the Netherlands who is closely associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. Many thanks to Gary Fouse for the translations.

The first article is from De Dagelijkse Standaard:

Naïve idiot club Green-Left [party] puts up Muslim Brotherhood-Islamist as candidate — Spot number 9 on election list

So they have succeeded: As a strictly secular, left party, they have placed Kauthar Bouchallikht, someone from the extreme-right Islamic hate club Muslim Brotherhood, on place number 9 in the coming parliamentary elections.

Give credit where credit is due: Carel Brendel, retired AD journalist, discovered that the leftist secular and liberal Green-Left placed someone from the hard-hitting, extreme-right Muslim Brotherhood on an election list spot for the coming Parliamentary elections. Her name is Kauthar Bouchallikht, and she was vice-chair of the youth organization of this sharia club (MB).

“The candidate commission of the Green-Left has awarded a high candidate position in the coming Tweede Kamer elections to Kauthar Bouchallikht, the vice-chair of the youth and student organization of the Muslim Brothers. The celebratory biography makes no mention of this striking activity.”

And no, that does not mean that the Green-Left has placed a terrorist on their list. But the MB is a fanatical and fundamentalist movement that attempts to bring about sharia and Islamic law through democracy. In France, President Macron has recently started warning against these crazy people, Brendel writes.

“Nevertheless, the MB is seen by many as a problematic political-religious movement, which would promote ‘Islamic separatism’ (according to French President Emmanuel Macron) and is in the longer term possibly more dangerous for democracy than Salafism (according to what the agency for Protection of the Constitution in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia reported).”

So it is important that the Green-Left remove this girl from the election list. Or the ideals of the party should be changed to reestablish the Netherlands as a theocratic, Islamic state. That is, naturally, also possible.

The second article is also from De Dagelijkse Standaard:

Muslim Brotherhoodgate in Green-Left gets worse: Controversial candidate is now “probably” daughter of MB leader

The net around Kauthar Bouchallikht, number 9 on the Green-Left party list in the coming parliamentary elections, continues to close. The connections that this candidate maintains with the extremist Muslim Brotherhood is apparent not only from its membership — her own father is a prominent leader, a think tank is now writing.

Against its better judgment, Green-Left in 2020-2021, an otherwise completely secular party, is apparently planning to repeat the PvdA failure of 2012-2014 with Tunahan Kuzu and Selçuk Öztürk by giving a place on the list to an Islamist politician. Because after it was earlier shown that their number 9, Kauthar Bouchallikht, through leadership positions in Islamic groups, carried with her the ideas of the MB, Jesse Klaver’s party acted as if there was nothing wrong.

No indeed, just a politician who is judged on her gender and religion, suggested the party leader. Nothing more to see here! So goes the not-so-convincing explanation from Klaver.

But the fact that Bouchallikht is intertwined with the Islamists of the MB, which desires an Islamist theocracy, is not only evident from the dubious group FEMYSO, for which the future representative of the people was a board member. The connections also reach into her family domain, reveals the think tank Global Influence Operations Report:

“The GIOR has discovered that in addition to her leadership position in FEMYSO, Kauthar Bouchallikht is likely the daughter of Mostapha Bouchallikht, one of the most important leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Netherlands. The Dutch trade register indicates that her Amsterdam address is the same address used to register a Dutch foundation where Mostapha Bouchallikht serves as Chairman. […] Based on their respective ages, the most likely conclusion is that Kauthar Bouchallikht is the daughter of Mostapha Bouchallikht, a relationship confirmed by other sources in the Netherlands.”

Jesse Klaver and Green-Left can stay hidden and pretend there is nothing strange about Mostapha Bouchallikht Jr. But in the end, the party is doing one thing by this: Put themselves on the pile, drop in the polls, and let the poison cloud called Islamism sneak through a crack into the Tweede Kamer. Does the party want to have all that on its conscience? We will soon learn.

  1. The Muslim Brotherhood’s stated aim is “destroying Western civilisation from within”. Does not the Green-Left know?

  2. Egypt, Austria and France are out of bed with both feet on the floor. Hopefully it’s because they now see clearly that the cost of denial is infinitely higher than taking responsibility. Wish I could say that for my hopes for Joe Biden.

  3. My Dutch brother in law thinks that muslims are ‘neat, keen, cool and groovy’. He also hates America that has provided him with some wealth and several homes.
