The German Government Extends its Control Even Further

Markus Gärtner is an author, journalist, and editor-in-chief of Privatinvestor Politik in Germany. In the following video Mr. Gärtner discusses the appointment in Bavaria of a representative to monitor hatred and agitation on the Internet. He also talks more generally about the proliferation of unelected federal “representatives”, some of them members of the Bundestag, appointed by the government in Berlin.

Avenging the Prophet in Morges

Morges is a town in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. Earlier this month a “Swiss” culture-enricher stabbed and killed a man in Morges “to avenge the Prophet”.

Many thanks to FouseSquawk for translating this article from Le Matin:

Man stabbed in Morges

Possible terrorist motive cannot be excluded

A homicide occurred Saturday in Morges could have connections to terrorism. The Public Ministry of the Confederation has taken over the case.

The Public Ministry of the Confederation (MPC) has taken over the case of homicide Saturday [September 12] in Morges, where a man was stabbed in the city center. The MPC justifies this measure because “a possible terrorist motive cannot be excluded at the moment.”

The suspect, who was arrested Sunday in Renes (VD) by Vaud cantonal police after a night on the run, had already been in the sights of the MPC. “He is already implicated in a criminal procedure led by the MPC,” states the latter in a statement. The federal prosecution adds that the person has also been known to the Confederation intelligence service (SRC) since 2017.

The attack took place Saturday evening around 21:20 at a kebab restaurant located near the Morges train station. The victim, who died at the scene, is a Portuguese national, aged 29. According to several witnesses, the victim was with his companion when the assailant stabbed them with a knife.

“The context of this homicide is in the process of being clarified,” continues the MPC in its statement without giving further details.

The following article from the Central European outlet Remix News “clarifies” the “details” of the case:

The Food is Awful! The Staff Are Racists! My WiFi Connection Sucks!

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for translating this article from Politikstube:

For the well-being of the guests —

Stuttgart: Refugee workers demand free internet in accommodations

Refugee helpers complain about desolate internet connections in the Stuttgart accommodations, which is why the city must provide free and stable reception, also in view of the corona pandemic.

How terrible and inhumane, first the “people seeking protection” had to take on the strains of the long escape route, possibly also overcome the Mediterranean or the Balkan route, fight their way through crisis areas such as Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Spain or France, exhausted and with full expectations finally arrived in the land of milk and honey, a tragic emergency now occurs unexpectedly: poor internet connection.

It is no wonder that the refugee helpers express their displeasure, demand a welcoming culture and want to push through the guests’ demands.

With this mentality in high supply, it is almost surprising that no one has complained about the weather.

Stuttgarter Nachrichten:

The city should provide efficient and free WiFi in the refugee accommodation — this is what representatives of the Stuttgart Circle of Friends, the AK Asylum and asylum pastor Joachim Schlecht demand in a current letter to Social Mayor Alexandra Sussmann, which was also sent to the parliamentary groups.

“The inadequacy of WiFi has become more severe in recent months during the Corona restrictions,” complain the refugee helpers.

The letter refers to a survey with feedback from 14 accommodations.

There, Internet access is often financed through donations; there are only makeshift remedies.

The possibility of setting up an Internet contract yourself with a router in your room is forbidden in the accommodations.

The reception is often only stable in the social workers’ room. For the retrieval of homework and homework help, for online language courses or contact with a lawyer, “these weak emergency solutions are not suitable,” emphasize the refugee helpers.

To make matters worse, for reasons of infection protection, several people are no longer allowed to be at the receiving locations at the same time.

Thus the requirement: good reception in every room.

EU Migration Pact: The Next Conflict on Immigration

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for translating this article from Tichys Einblick:

EU Migration Pact: The next conflict on immigration

The EU Commission has presented a “Pact for Migration and Asylum”.

Critics fear that this will accelerate the UN migration pact that promotes immigration, and that the pact is intended to be the lever to break the resistance of the Eastern European states to migration.

The question that arises is whether the planned migration and asylum pact is more of a defense against “too many” immigrants, especially illegal immigrants and those who are actually not supposed to be in the country — or means a further opening towards more regular, steady and numerically expanded migration, as many critics fear in the commentary section on the “Roadmap”.

This cannot be answered with certainty at the moment — since there is still no concrete (published) pact text that could be evaluated, and presumably the authors of the pact are also torn between humane intentions and the recognition of all kinds of practical problems.

In addition, the commission shies away from open conflict with Eastern European states, which, unlike Germany, are fighting for a limitation and see the German situation as a deterrent.

There is simply no one ideal solution for major global migrations from densely populated, rather poorer regions; this was sufficiently shown by the dispute over the UN migration pact of 2018.

The European conflict remains and is intensifying.

The conflict between the self-proclaimed immigration countries such as Germany and the opponents of massive and unbridled immigration is coming to a head — and it is to be feared that Angela Merkel will try to break the resistance against immigration.

Extensive declarations of intent

The currently available statements on the EU pact contain declarations of intent that amount to a “defense”, control and reduction of the number of migrants. There should be a (security, health and identity) preliminary examination of asylum seekers at the EU’s external borders, the consistent return to their countries of origin of persons not entitled to protection, i.e. the prevention of long-term stays in Europe without authorization. The EU border authority Frontex is to be strengthened and a more intensive security-related exchange between the countries is to control migration. So far so good.

However, the drafts up to now also contain elements such as the principle of the routine EU-wide distribution of all persons considered eligible, as well as a yes to legal migration and resettlement programs for refugees. This increases the potential for immigration and is also intended to cover those regions in which the rights of the state population are taken into account even more, and which do not see themselves as immigration countries, as is the case in Germany. One may understand this passage as an attack on Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary, which generally reject further migration and distribution mandates.

Signal for more migration to Europe

There is a risk that the new migration and asylum pact will dramatically increase in their countries of origin the number of people willing to migrate, and that it will be interpreted as a signal that Europe also accepts and wants to (and can) manage more extensive migration.

Bring ’em in! There’s Plenty of Room!

The following video by the popular German vlogger Unblogd discusses the ongoing sequelae of the arson at the Moria migrant camp on the island of Lesbos. After inmates of the camp burned it down, Chancellor Angela Merkel and Minister-President Markus Söder of Bavaria agreed that bringing thousands of displaced “refugees” into Germany was a good idea. Not surprisingly, migrants reacted by torching other asylum facilities, beginning with one on the island of Samos.

Never Forget the Charge Down the Kahlenberg

We recently passed the 337th anniversary of the Other September 11th — the lifting of the Second Siege of Vienna by a Christian army commanded by Jan III Sobieski, the king of Poland, on September 11-12, 1683. Early in the morning on September 12 the king led the charge down the slope of the Kahlenberg to confront the Ottoman Army at the Gates of Vienna under the command of the Grand Vizier, Pasha Kara Mustafa. The Ottomans were routed, and fled back into Hungary. Kara Mustafa was later garroted for humiliating the Sultan with his defeat.

Despite the accelerating Islamization of Europe in the 21st century, the victory in 1683 has not been forgotten. Many thanks to JLH for translating this article from Politically Incorrect:

Welcoming comments by Petr Bystron on the occasion of the torchlight parade on Vienna’s Kahlenberg

“Remembrance of September 12, 1683 is more topical now than ever.”

September 15, 2020

Again this year, there was a solemn commemorative ceremony recalling defeat of the Turks and the saving of Europe in 1683. Approximately 300 people attended the event organized by the Kahlenberg Alliance. The Wiener Akademikerbund, the organization Okzident, ProVita and the Plattform Gedenken 1683 assembled notable speakers from neighboring lands.

From Slovakia came former Prime Minister Jan Carnogursky—the jurist who was arrested in 1989 as a communist dissident and later rose to become the conservative Minister of the Interior of Slovakia. As a devout Catholic, he is part of the Habsburg Order of St. George. His speech emphasized the Christian roots of Europe.

The Islam expert Irfan Peci — a welcome guest on TV talk shows until 2015 — represented academe. After he had discussed the Islamizing potential of the waves of immigration, the MSM began to avoid him. Presently he inspires the patriots’ camp with his expertise on Islam in Europe.

The foreign policy expert Petr Bystron sent a video message insisting that September 12 be made an all-Europe holiday. Bystron consistently battles against the Islamization of Europe, as well as the broadening of Europe to include Turkey. In his first Bundestag speech addressing Turkey, he said: “Dear Friends from Turkey, Turkey has never belonged to Europe, Europe ends at the Bosporus. And Turkey does not belong to the EU.”

The battle on the Kahlenberg decisively influenced Europe’s fate. This day in church was celebrated for centuries in the Catholic Church in Mary’s Name, specifically in reference to THE VICTORIOUS REPULSE OF THE TURKISH MUSLIMS, who cried “Allahu Akhbar” before Vienna’s walls.

On September 12 every year, especially in the former lands of the Habsburg monarchy, people celebrate the turning back of the Turks at Vienna. On that day in 1683, the Blue Elector [of Bavaria] took part with Polish King Jan Sobieski in the victory over the Turkish Muslims. “Without the victory of united European armies over the Muslims at Vienna, we would have had no Enlightenment. Europe would have taken an entirely different path” says Bystron.

The Catholic Church celebrated the holiday in Mary’s name for a long time. Pope Innocent XI (1676-1689) made the holiday mandatory for the entire Church, following the victorious breaking of the Turkish siege on the Kahlenberg by united Christian armies under King Jan III Sobieski.

A banner with an image of the Madonna’s Protective Mantle was borne before the Christian army at Vienna. Liturgy reforms removed the holiday from the liturgical calendar in 1970. Already in the background was the attempt to appease Islam, driven since the 1970s by progressive circles within the Church.

Apparently, however, the Vatican was aware as early as 2002 of the reality of this historical background. Since then, the holiday appears again in the general calendar. In the meantime, it had been celebrated by devout Catholics in Germany and Austria. They remember only too well the danger of Islamization of the Christian West.

Below are two additional meaningful memorabilia featuring Jan III Sobieski.

First, a drawing by the Swedish artist Lars Vilks of the Hero of Vienna with a Rondellhund (Roundabout Dog) prophet at the Gates of Vienna. It was drawn especially for this blog, and I treasure it:

No More Smiles

Here’s H. Numan with the latest Coronanews from Thailand.

No more smiles

by H. Numan

I guess it’s about time for an update about the land of the smiles. Not that there is a lot to smile about. The corona — or as I rather refer to it: the Wuhan virus — has been gone for +100 days in Thailand. In that period no new cases developed locally. Some people had to be hospitalized, but they were repatriated citizens or foreigners. That’s the good news. The bad news is that Thailand won’t be lifting lift travel restrictions for the coming peak season (December to February). Almost certainly including the next high season (Chinese New Year in February) as well. Rumors are that restrictions will remain firmly in place until after Songkran, in April 2021.

That means that Thailand will no longer have a tourist industry to speak of when the restrictions are finally lifted. Right now I hear over and over again news that worries me sick. People have started to notice that businesses are disappearing. Famous night markets close down permanently. Beaches are completely empty. Zoos and attractions are declaring bankruptcy. Almost all elephant camps are gone. Their elephants have been released into forests. People don’t realize it, but that is the disappearing of the infrastructure.

Just think about it: many coach companies work exclusively for the tourist market. Sure, they pick up a group of Thai travelers for a wedding or a party. But that is not their core business. They can’t live on it. That means their drivers and mechanics are out of work. Same for tour leaders or staff in hotels and attractions. Those people are now doing other work. You can’t wait forever for a miracle. Not here. It may not be a high-end technical job, but you do need some experience. That experience is now disappearing.

Even if, unlikely as it may be, the government were to lift all restrictions right now, the tourist industry could recover. It will take at least several years for a complete recovery. Possibly the entire decade. Only the government isn’t going lift any restrictions. That means hotels cannot apply for loans at the bank. Nobody knows how long this is going to last. Banks do not extend loans on that premise. Smaller hotels don’t have large financial reserves. Large hotels have some, but not indefinitely.

Practically every hotel in Thailand has been closed since February. Local travel restrictions have been lifted, but that is nowhere near what hotels need to survive. Not to make a profit, but to survive.

The media and the government are insanely positive. The media report widely of the recovery of nature. The famous Maya Bay has been restored completely after a year-long closing. Tigers in wildlife parks have multiplied in larger numbers. All nature parks were and still are closed to tourists since the lockdown began. Wildlife, not surprisingly, is thriving. “See how good this is for nature? We have to focus on sustainable tourism when this is all over. This is really a blessing in disguise!”

As said by the media who don’t make their money in tourism. And by government officials who basically leech off tourism. How bad is it? Really, really bad.

So bad that a sacred institution might be axed. Everyone who has ever been to Thailand knows about double pricing. Especially government-run businesses (famous temples, nature parks, public camping grounds, etc.) have prices in English and in Thai. What you probably don’t know is that Thailand has not only its own alphabet but also Thai numerals. The prices can differ considerably. For example, the entrance fee to the Grand Palace is Bt. 250 in western numerals. The price in Thai numerals is (Bt. 20). Which tourists don’t know, because they can’t read it. Shall we say: An ignorant tourist is a happy tourist? Nobody uses those Thai numerals. It’s a bit like Roman numerals. You learn them, you can read them, but rarely use them. It’s the same here, only we do have a use for them. In double pricing.

Karen’s Lives Matter

MC weighs in on the culture wars plaguing us in this autumn of our discontent.

Karen’s Lives Matter

by MC

There is a very famous book entitled Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds.

First published in 1841, Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds is often cited as the best book ever written about market psychology. This Harriman House edition includes Charles Mackay’s account of the three infamous financial manias — John Law’s Mississippi Scheme, the South Sea Bubble, and Tulipomania. [source]

The book is all about human folly, and 2020 deserves a new chapter because humanity changes not.

One can almost understand the “we’re all gonna die’ reaction in the Spring of this year as it became apparent that this new virus was a killer. However, as more information became available, it also became apparent that the public reaction and hysteria were misplaced, and that whilst certain groups were vulnerable, healthy people under 60 had little to fear.

Then came the vested interests.

The MSM fanned the flames, and the COVID bubble got bigger and bigger as the whole thing got more and more political rather than medical, and rational science had left the building.

The medical profession, backed by big pharma, have virtually created the religion of ‘Science’ where the ‘deniers’ are deemed delusional idiots who need to be shut out and deplatformed, and where free speech should only be allowed to supporters and co-religionists. Criticism is banned and books should be burned. Sieg Heil!

The new social crime of Scientific sedition has now been created.

There is no real definition of many of the ideas of Scientific religiosity, and ‘racism’ is a word that is bandied around and is used as a hammer on the anvil of Multiculturalism. In this delusional race war, ‘racism’ can be overloaded into the most egregious connotations which undermine the very existence of culture, any culture, as long as it is not ‘white’.

This morning I watched the first football game of the season. The prologue was so soppy and sickly I skipped it, and the adverts were simply delusional lies, including the Biden ad. If you want to know what socialism really does to a country read this op-ed.

Yes, we Jooz are waking up to the perils of the great delusion.

Many things really look and sound good when well-presented, but how many of those toys that look so wonderful in the Christmas adverts are five-minute wonders on the home front? And the little UPS girl even prefers the packaging box to the toy inside.

But we really need to apply the ‘toy’ test to many things in life: do I really need to pay hundreds of dollars extra for the electric tailgate that I will really NEED about once a year? Or is it just the vanity of showing off?

Fashion is a terrible thing, and is a major cause of temporary insanity, delusion and the madness of crowds. When BLM burn African-American businesses, and Antifa behave like Nazi Sturmabteilung, we need to stop and look at what is happening.

In February 1917 there was a revolution in Russia, and the Kadets took limited power:
