Gates of Vienna News Feed 9/23/2020

In a press conference after the grand jury’s decision in the Breonna Taylor case, Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron announced that no charges would be filed against police officers for shooting Ms. Taylor to death. Mr. Cameron revealed that police had in fact knocked on Ms. Taylor’s apartment door and announced themselves to the occupants. After gaining entry they were shot at by the victim’s boyfriend. When they returned fire, Ms. Taylor was shot and killed.

Black Lives Matter protesters in Louisville responded by rioting and attacking police, using weapons and equipment brought to the scene in advance by a rented truck. At least two police officers were shot by rioters. Violent protests also erupted in other cities, including St. Petersburg, Chicago, and Washington D.C.

In other news, the Eiffel Tower was evacuated and closed today after a phone caller shouted “Allahu Akhbar” and threatened to detonate an explosive device at the monument.

Another Federal Judge Rules That Coronavirus Shut Downs Are Unconstitutional

A federal judge ruled on Monday that Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf´s (D) coronavirus orders, which shut down the state, closed businesses and limited gatherings, were unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV, a Trump appointee, said in his opinion that COVID-19 orders from Wolf and Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Rachel Levine violated and continue to violate the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly and the due process and equal protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.

The efforts to stop the spread of the coronavirus “were undertaken with the good intention of addressing a public health emergency,” Stickman wrote.

“But even in an emergency, the authority of government is not unfettered,” he added.

“There is no question that this Country has faced, and will face, emergencies of every sort,” he wrote. “But the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment.”

Kamala Harris Exposed: Harris Fought Tough Sex Offender Law While California´s AG

According to a report from California State Senator Jim Nielson´s office, the former ‘mistress´ of former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown possesses a history that assisted sex crimes offenders despite the victimization of young children at the hands of those perverts.

During her years as California´s Attorney General, Kamala Harris had instructed all parole officers working for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) that the sex offender residency restrictions, approved by Californian voters, is unconstitutional in every county. As a result, parole officers no longer could enforce residency restrictions prohibiting sex offenders from living within 2,000 feet of schools, playgrounds or parks.

“This [was] outrageous,” said State Sen. Jim Nielsen, who served as chairman of the Board of Prison Terms and advocate of the popular Jessica´s Law. “This unilateral decision by one politician not only goes against voters´ wishes, it puts children in harm´s way.”

Would You be a Slave in Your Own Land?

Very powerful, influential and rich people are doing everything in their power to defeat Trump and thereby reduce the free men and women of America to slaves of the elite class, the aristocracy. Most of these people made their billions as a direct result of capitalism and free markets. (See: “Billionaire Backers”)

Now these denizens of high tech and finance are using their billions to tear that system down by overwhelming it and erasing any other differing view points, together with lying, cheating, election fraud, censorship, stealing, fear, intimidation and violence. They will do ANYTHING to win!

The news media is aligned with these very rich and powerful people (Progressives) and are working against Trump as well.

Academia is hopelessly in the tank for Progressive causes and is working against Trump while poisoning the minds of American college students and censoring any other ideology.

Our public schools have been hijacked by Progressives and for several generations have been indoctrinating our children in the ways of Progressivism, collectivism, social justice, environmental equity, climate change, systemic racism, critical race theory and white privilege. Individual freedom and unalienable rights are the farthest thing from the minds of these super rich aristocrats who believe their way is the only way and like all megalomaniacs and bullies, they intend to shove it down your throats. If you don´t like it, they will roll over you, embarrass you, intimidate you, threaten you and make you very afraid of what they can do to you. You have every reason to be afraid.

Britain’s Coronavirus Lockdown is Six Months Old Today, And May Last for Six More

Prime Minister Boris Johnson put the UK into lockdown six months ago today. Yet despite assurances that the draconian measure was to “flatten the curve” and give the government breathing room to react, freedoms in the UK remain severely restricted and may yet be further impinged upon.

The national lockdown — in which large swathes of the population were told they must stay in their homes and some businesses were required to close completely — began on March 23rd, six months ago. While the exact nature of the lockdown had changed in time — it is now legal to sleep with someone you don’t live with, for instance, and some businesses are being encouraged to reopen — the UK remains under the government’s corona rule-by-decree rules, with fines and even imprisonment for simple transgressions like socialising improperly or being caught without a mask in some public places.

He said this just one of signs of the European Union’s deep crisis.

Marika Bret, a member of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, had to leave her home last week after receiving threats that the police considered serious.

At the beginning of September, the satirical magazine published caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad again. Precisely because of the mocking depiction of the prophet, the magazine’s editors became the target of a terrorist attack in 2015 that saw 12 people murdered by Islamic extremists.

“I had ten minutes to pack up and leave my home — ten minutes to give up part of my life is a little short, it’s very cruel. I will not return home again,” Bret told Le Point weekly.

Rule of Law Proceedings Against Hungary Shouldn’t be Tool for Political Blackmail, Says Justice Minister

The European Union should desist from pursuing its baseless attempts of Article 7 proceedings against Hungary and reiterated that the European Court of Justice has refused even after two years to rule on whether the proceedings were even legal to begin with, Justice Minister Judit Varga said about the General Affairs Council meeting of the EU on Tuesday in Brussels.

“Their aim is to protract the current situation as they can gain domestic political popularity by keeping criticism of some Central European states on the political agenda,” she said. “The legal arguments are over, Hungary is proposing to close the procedure as soon as possible.”

Australian Report Discloses the Economic Destruction of the Global Warming Fraud

Australian Senator Malcolm Roberts, a major spokesman exposing the hoax of Global Warming, notes that his nation is still part of the Agreement and, thus, has been “seduced into endorsing policies aiming at decarbonizing and consequently deindustrializing” their economy. Roberts avers that costly government policy has, knowingly, been based on “imprecise, weak, and unscientific” data. He is calling for a stop to “all climate policies” until the government provides scientific proof for the need for destruction of the economy.

Roberts speaks of CSIRO throughout, so let me introduce you. CSIRO is the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, established in Australia in 1926, as an agency for scientific research. CSIRO has expanded and is collaborating with leading organizations around the world, FYI, and you can draw your own conclusions, in the US, CSIRO works with:

Brussels Finally Tries to Halt the Flow of Migrants Into Europe: Every EU State Would be Ordered to Take in Quota of Refugees or Pay for Their Removal Under New Plan — But Britain Won’t Take Part

EU leaders have unveiled new migration rules that they hope will overhaul Europe’s failing migration policy and put an end to migrant camps in northern France.

Refugees arriving in the continent will have their biometric data and fingerprints taken and a decision on their future made within three months giving them less time to disappear from the system.

And a new proposed EU border force should see failed applicants detained and returned immediately.

Eurocrats hope these tough new measures will deter many from travelling through the bloc’s passport-free Shengen zone and reduce those who head to Calais and Dunkirk in the hope of using it as a springboard to Britain.

For the first time countries can pay for migrants to be removed from Europe instead of taking in refugees.

Hungary, Poland, Czechia, And Slovakia Likely to Oppose EU’s New Migration Plan

The European Commission is preparing to present a plan that would dramatically change the European migration policy, and although the official proposal has not been presented yet, the countries of Hungary, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and other EU countries that opposed to migration quotas are expected to defy a plan that is expected to align with the pro-refugee sentiments of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

The plan should require each member state to receive several refugees in exchange for €10,000 per admitted individual, according to Czech news portal Idnes.cz. The amount would come from the European Union budget, Reuters reported, referring to diplomats and officials familiar with the proposal.

States that fail to meet the obligations would face litigation and heavy fines, however, the collection of fines takes years.

It CAN be Done: Tunisia Stops and Turns Backs Hundreds of Boat Migrants at Sea

(AFP) — Tunisia said Monday that naval patrols had intercepted 19 boats carrying a total of 246 people seeking to cross from the North African nation to Europe overnight Saturday to Sunday alone. The vast majority of those stopped were Tunisians, the interior ministry said, with just 29 people coming from other countries. Thousands regularly risk the dangerous crossing from North Africa’s coasts to reach Europe.

For Tunisia, a small Mediterranean country with a population of around 11 million, the number of people attempting the crossing dropped sharply from a peak in 2011. But it began rising again in 2017, driven in part by the struggling economy and deep inequalities in the country, almost a decade after a revolution that many hoped would bring change.

Young Iraqi Migrant Beats 92-Year-Old German Woman to Death: Police

Police in Marktredwitz in the east of Germany arrested a 17-year-old Iraqi male suspected of a violent attack the 92-year-old female pensioner who has succumbed to her injuries. As announced by the public prosecutor, the young man is in custody on suspicion of manslaughter, according to German police.

It turned out that the 17-year-old, who was born in Germany but has Iraqi citizenship, had damaged several cars while intoxicated with drugs. Because he was also slight injuries, he was taken to a hospital.

  1. The CSIRO helped Chinese scientists collect deadly bat Coronavirus in Eastern Victoria. The CSIRO provided them with their laboratory facilities. The next Coronavirus pandemic could be developed from the Australian bat corona virus and then when it decimates the World the Chinese can claim it originated in Australia which it kind of did before it was modified in a Chinese lab. I think it is a very clever plan and very funny from the Chinese perspective.
How stupid is Australia? I keep trying to point out how dumb it was to politicians and hope they won’t be so stupid again.

This country has become a rabid Socialist dictatorship that would make even the EU cringe in embarrassment. Who does Boris think he is? Oh well, never mind that actual scientific data doesn’t support any of this, let’s just report our neighbors for so much as sitting on their porch without wearing their designated slave masks, and best be dropping to your knees to for your new BLM masters who run amok in huge mobs, because apparently the melanin content of your skin wards off bat-plague. Start clapping at the sky in gratitude to your state masters while you’re at it chap. Want to wave the crescent moon and sing foreign anthems, engage in a mass Shia march on London, and tear down any sign that these Isles ever had an indigenous population?! Why, of course. Want to have some friends over for tea? Haram, off to gulag.

But don’t worry, it’s not like there isn’t a single patriotic party in parliament right now and the current ruling government has an overwhelming majority that will last for years right?…….oh…..

At this rate a societal collapse is mere months away, so at least it won’t last much longer. In Spain too insanity reigns, the police are arresting people for driving unmasked with their windows down.
