Hungary Q2 GDP Drop Worse Than Expected

The Hungarian economy shrank by 13.6 percent year-on-year in the second quarter of the year, but the country still fared better than the European Union average, conservative daily Magyar Nemzet reports.

While the raw figure was —13.6 percent, the seasonally and working-day adjusted figure was —13.5 percent, still well under analysts’ expectations of a 10 to 11 percent drop.

Due to the coronavirus restrictions introduced in March, all sectors of the economy suffered a serious decline, with services and the manufacturing sector the worst hit. Given that the first quarter of the year the economy grew by 2 percent, the decline for the first six months of the year is 6.1 percent.

Claiming that he also performed two or three massages on Prince Andrew at the property, Gita described the eerie atmosphere inside Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse as a “weird, warped world.”

A Mass Exodus Away From Big Cities on Both Coasts

In all of U.S. history, we have never seen anything like “the mass exodus of 2020”. Hundreds of thousands of people are leaving the major cities on both coasts in search of a better life. Homelessness, crime and drug use were already on the rise in many of our large cities prior to 2020, but many big city residents were willing to put up with a certain amount of chaos in order to maintain their lifestyles. However, the COVID-19 pandemic and months of civil unrest have finally pushed a lot of people over the edge. Moving companies on both coasts are doing a booming business as wealthy and middle class families flee at a blistering pace, and most of those families do not plan to ever return.

Los Angeles is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Once upon a time it attracted wealthy and famous people from all over the globe, but in 2020 it is “a city on the brink”…

Little Trust in Government’s COVID-19 Vaccine

The tyrants who want to vaccinate the world with a coronavirus vaccine have one big problem on their hands: trust. The public is rapidly losing trust in government, the banking cartel, and big pharma. This could be a big problem when it comes to trying to manipulate people into taking this vaccine.

One of the biggest problems the government is having when it comes to the coronavirus vaccine is that many don’t trust those pushing and creating the vaccine. But those who think they own you, are going to try their hardest to get you to comply.

Their biggest concern is not the safety of a vaccine, but that people will not take the shot once it’s available. That should be a sign that maybe your best interest is not theirs. The mainstream media continues their propaganda push for big pharma and the government however, doing their best to convince you that the vaccine is the only solution. Those wide awake already know better.

The concerns raised about TikTok — the “good” twin of ByteDance’s mainland China app Douyin, primed and said to be separated specifically to serve foreign markets — is that is still might be sharing and thus compromising data of US users with China’s authorities, whose internet censorship zeal and techniques have by now become as “legendary” as they are unpredictable and opaque. Seattle Defunded Police. Now Businesses Are Leaving, And Rioters Still Aim Explosives at Cops

Last week, the Seattle City Council voted to slash funding for the police department, leading the city’s first black female police chief to resign. The council defunded the police even after antifa rioters had wreaked havoc on the city in the name of racial justice. In one particularly memorable case, rioters used a van loaded with explosives to blow open a police station. On Sunday, rioters fired explosives at police, wounding at least three of them. Some businesses in the city have had enough.

“What [the] city council has done has been more detrimental to our business than a global pandemic, by far, absolutely,” Joe Raetzer, co-owner of Steepologie Teas with his wife Andrea, told the Fox affiliate Q13 last week. His wife said there are “only so many times you can hire people and lay them off because they don’t want to be in this location, they already didn’t feel safe pre-COVID, pre-riots.”

Steepologie Teas boasted more than 300 loose-leaf teas on 4th Avenue. Seattle Apartments Magazine rated the tea shop “hands down the best tea in Seattle.” Now, the tea store has closed down permanently.

YouTube Joins Twitter in Banning Content Around “Hacked” Material in the Run Up to the Election

With the amount of intense censorship as a way to editorialize and control what information is available to billions of users, social media giants have never before came as close to becoming true publishers, instead of being what most people perceive them to be — as merely platforms that host user-generated, third-party content.

Two events combined in 2020 to produce this “perfect storm” of censorship, whose silver lining is that it at least forced these companies out in the open to reveal their true nature. And these events are the pandemic, and the US election.

On the latter front, YouTube is introducing another limitation to what creators can cover, and that’s information about candidates for public office that emerges thanks to “hacking.”

He also added that the Visegrad Four countries, which include Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland, together with Baltic States, must play their part.

In his appeal, the Czech prime minister also referred to the 2014 Russian annexation of the Ukrainian peninsula and the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968, according to a report from Aktualine.cz.

Wall Street Wants More Frauds From China

Investors dumped the shares of Nasdaq-listed iQiyi late last week after the Chinese company announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had initiated an investigation into it for fraud.

In April, short-seller Wolfpack Research accused iQiyi of inflating revenue and user numbers by double-digit margins. The “fraud,” as Wolfpack termed it, dated back before iQiyi’s initial public offering in March 2018.

iQiyi, known as the “Netflix of China,” is no fly-by-night operation. It is owned by blue-chip Baidu, “China’s Google.”

The iQiyi scandal follows a series of Chinese frauds, most notably Luckin Coffee, which admitted fabricating sales and was delisted from Nasdaq at the end of June.

Want someone to blame? Of course, you should be angry at dishonest Chinese company execs, but rapacious Wall Street dealmakers and complicit American regulators deserve the tar and feather too.

NZ Prime Minister Delays Election Due to Coronavirus

While President Trump was labeled a “fascist” for suggesting the election should be delayed due to coronavirus, New Zealand’s Prime Minister just did exactly that with barely a whimper of dissent.

At the end of last month, Trump tweeted, “With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA. Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???”

The Washington Post said the tweet “checks all 8 rules for fascist propaganda,” while the New York Times asserted that Trump should be removed from office if he attempted to to delay the election.

Now New Zealand Prime Minister and globalist darling Jacinda Ardern has delayed the national election for a month because the country experienced just 58 new coronavirus cases.

Belgium: Migrant Gang Called ‘Criminal Justice’ is Attacking Young LGBT People and Sharing Videos of Beatings on Telegram

Last week, a video went viral of a group of migrant youths beating two victims in Leuven, Belgium, after which they forced a White teenage boy to apologize and lick their shoes. In the video, the word ‘Zemmel’ is heard, which is a slur that Moroccans commonly use for gay people.

An investigation by Het Laatste Nieuws found that the video is a connected to a gang of youths called “Criminal Justice” or “Criminal System”, which the paper says is hunting young LGBT people in Belgium.

‘National Humiliation’: 1,000 Illegal Boat Migrants Reach UK in 10 Straight Days of Channel Crossings

Over 1,000 illegal boat migrants crossed the English Channel in small rubber dinghies in just 10 days this month, as Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage brands the growing crisis a “national humiliation”.

Between the 4th and 13th of August, some 1,004 illegal migrants were brought ashore by UK Border Force. This is over half the total number of migrants recorded to make the illegal journey during the entirety of 2019.

Senior Tory MP Tim Loughton Suggests Quarantining Cross-Channel Migrants on Cruise Ships After Arriving in Britain Before Being Sent Back to France

Migrants crossing the Channel from France to Britain should be held in military bases or even aboard cruise ships to ensure they quarantine properly, a senior Tory MP has suggested.

Tim Loughton, whose East Worthing and Shoreham constituency is on the south coast, suggested stricter measures were needed to prevent an influx of coronavirus.

He said it ‘made a nonsense’ of the quarantine facing British tourists returning from France if migrants were not facing a strict regime.

And he called for those trying to cross the Channel to be immediately handed back to the French authorities.

His comments came as yet more migrants arrived in Britain this morning, the day after 112 refugees crossed the Channel.

UK: ‘She’s Taking us for a Ride’: Farage Investigates ‘Migrant Hotel’ In Home Secretary’s Own Constituency

Nigel Farage has criticised Priti Patel for failing to tackle the English Channel migrant crisis, releasing footage that appeared to show another hotel completely occupied by illegal boat migrants in the home secretary’s own constituency of Witham in Essex.

The episode is the latest in a series of Farage Investigates. In one report last month, the Brexit Party leader had uncovered a hotel in the north of England turning away British tourist staycationers because the government was using it to house the increasing number of illegal aliens arriving on Britain’s shores from France.

YouGov Poll: Hungarians Trust Their Government on Immigration Unlike Other Europeans

Hungary is the only country in a major new survey of 13 European countries that has a majority of citizens trusting their government on the issue of immigration, with the survey also showing that most Europeans are “insecure” about immigration and deeply distrust the EU to improve immigration policy, according to the British polling firm YouGov.

Hungary, which is known for its strict immigration stance, saw 53 percent of citizens saying they trust Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s government and 41 percent saying they do not trust the national government.

This contrasts greatly with the rest of Europe, with an average of 61 percent of respondents saying they do not trust their national governments on immigration and only 31 percent saying they do. The survey polled 1,000 people in each of 12 different European Union countries and Great Britain.

NETHERLANDS : RACE RIOTS / CALLS FOR MILITARY

Marrakech aan Zee: “Race riots”: like war in Dutch cities and seaside resorts
    From Syp Wynia
    Tuesday, August 18, 2020

First there were fights and riots by young migrants on the North Sea coast, then in many cities in the Netherlands. Was it just the August heat, as some politicians claim? The police react helplessly, and soldiers are called for.

The August 2020 heatwave was accompanied by civil unrest, social tension and a remarkable number of knife fights on the Dutch coast and in Dutch cities. Many young immigrants were involved in the violence. The authorities blame the heat and boredom for the tension, because the Corona measures would have spoiled all the fun for the boys – the Dutch version of the rowdy party scene.

There are other reasons too: parallel migrant societies in the Dutch cities. The fact that a particularly large number of immigrant children were involved in the violence is striking, but not surprising. And the corona measures actually play the role of fire accelerator.

    The parallel society shows itself

In the larger Dutch cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht), a large part of the population – especially young people – consists of non-Western immigrants, often from the former “guest worker” countries Morocco and Turkey or the former colonies of Suriname and Curacao. Many of them – especially the Moroccans and, to a lesser extent, Turks – live with large families in small apartments that focus on problem areas.

This environment was already disadvantaged when far-reaching corona measures were also taken in the Netherlands from March. Schools and restaurants were closed, events canceled, companies let their employees work from home as much as possible. Helpers soon reported additional domestic violence, especially in neighborhoods with “vulnerable” families.

From June 1, the Dutch corona measures were relaxed and travel to many holiday countries was possible again. But the very countries of origin in which many Dutch migrant families often take long-term holidays in the summer (Morocco, Turkey) remained closed. Tensions increased in the migrant quarters in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. Many migrant families from Germany who were unable to travel to their country of origin this summer also increased the pressure in the boiler.

At first it led to chaos in Scheveningen, the seaside resort of The Hague. Scheveningen is used to a lot, because the former fishing village has around 14 million tourists every year. But never before have so many been there as on the weekend of August 8th and 9th. They were not necessarily received enthusiastically.

Scheveningen was renamed “Marrakech aan Zee”.

The battle for a place in the sun

The mostly rustic beach life took on a completely different character. The Deputy Mayor of The Hague noted that not only were there twice as many bathers as any other hot day, but also a whole new type of tourist with violence and brawls. In Blankenberge, Belgium, it was even worse: there, the sons of migrants from Brussels provoked fights for a place in the sun or for a parasol. Desperate, the authorities decided to limit train traffic to the entire Belgian coast in order to block reinforcements for the insurgents.

In Scheveningen, a drama took place beneath the surface. Groups of “drill rappers” – hip-hoppers who glorify weapons, often from Surinam or Curaçao – from Amsterdam and Rotterdam challenged each other. On Sunday August 9th, the Amsterdam rappers lost the battle against the Rotterdammers. On a hot Monday, August 10th, a 19-year-old Rotterdammer was stabbed to death at the Scheveningen pier. The Mayor of The Hague, Jan van Zanen, came back from vacation to manage the crisis.

Not a day too early. Because on Wednesday the 12th, brutal riots broke out in the Schilderswijk, a former working-class district near one of the two main train stations in The Hague. The Schilderswijk was already a troubled area when it was still a working-class Dutch area and remained so when it became an almost complete immigrant area.

As early as 2014, a group of sympathizers of the Islamic terrorist group ISIS marched through the Schilderswijk. Also in 2015 there was brawl and destruction after a migrant from Curacao, Mitch Henriquez, was killed by police in The Hague when he was arrested. Henriquez is still regarded by black activists in the Netherlands as evidence that the Dutch police are allegedly racist and that they follow “ethnic profiles”.

It used to be called “race riots”

But now, in the hot August days of 2020, the Schilderswijk has been the scene of what used to be called “race riots” in the USA for three days in a row. Fire hydrants were opened, fires lit in the streets, a Molotov cocktail thrown into a brand new youth building. Groups of young people, mainly of Moroccan origin, moved from street to street, wrecking cars and defrosting houses and shops.

The police were pelted with eggs and cobblestones, also targeted from the roofs of the houses. Residents experienced it as a war. Hundreds of rioters came on three consecutive evenings – alerted via Snapchat and other social media and often from other districts or cities. Dozens were arrested every night.

On Friday the fire spread over Utrecht; by Snapchat called for the ‘The Hague to excel’. This is where the riots began in the Kanaleneiland immigration district and spread to Overvecht. Here, too, there were riots, destruction and the throwing of stones by young people, accompanied by fireworks. Here, too, dozens of rioters were arrested on both evenings. But the thunderstorm and the downpours had a greater effect than the police operation. The downpours in particular have put an end to the Dutch heatwave riots for the time being. A riot attempt in Rotterdam was nipped in the bud by the police and the rain.

The showers that ended the riots marked the beginning of the debate. The authorities rebuffed by stating that the heat, boredom and the impossibility of vacationing in Morocco were the cause of the unrest. The police in The Hague and Utrecht refuse to reveal the ethnic aspects, but it is an open secret that young Moroccans – some barely 14, 15 – are the hard core of the rioters. This was also confirmed by a single affected Moroccan mosque, which expressed the hope that Allah would still show them the right way.

    Use of the military?

The “right-wing populist” politicians Geert Wilders and Thierry Baudet see themselves confirmed: multicultural societies are more like parallel societies. Wilders advocates using the army against the rioters. Local politicians in The Hague called for “re-education camps” and cuts in benefits for parents who do not prevent their children from unrest.

In the meantime, the police action is also an issue. The police unions argue that they cannot do anything effective because if they act tough they are accused of discrimination and if they don’t they are accused of being too soft. A remarkable maneuver came from the deputy mayor of Utrecht, Lot van Hooijdonk (GroenLinks), who initially did not use the police in the first riots because the police operation was a success for the rioters. Utrecht could not hold out this stance for long in view of the general devastation and eventually deployed the police.

It is also noteworthy that only a few of the rioters were detained in the police stations for more than one night. One can certainly not speak of repressive measures. It appears that the Dutch police are unsettled and on the defensive following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, the numerous demonstrations by Black Lives Matter and the still ubiquitous Mitch Henriquez and the allegations of ethnic profiling.

“They are angry with the police for allegedly being racist,” an observer in De Volkskrant said of the Moroccans. And: “They live in overcrowded residential areas, they have a bad reputation and no future.” The fact is that Dutch Moroccans are overrepresented in crime statistics and often do not finish school. The Dutch drug mafia – with numerous murders – also has a markedly high Moroccan share. An expert completes the picture in another newspaper, NRC Handelsblad : “Big families, small houses, raised in an authoritarian way”.

But the newspaper De Telegraaf is less understanding after a week of unrest and is calling for a curfew, mass arrests and wanting to hold parents accountable. The predominantly Moroccan youth have “no respect for authority” and form an underclass in the Dutch cities that is taking on permanent forms. The anthropologist Teun Voeten: “A time bomb is ticking in the working-class neighborhoods. It is a state of lawlessness.”

The author Paul Andersson Toussaint advocates abandoning the gentle welfare policy of the Dutch government (“drinking tea”) and “drawing a very clear line” because “the criminal macho culture must disappear”. “There’s nothing racist about that.” Toussaint: “You’re not afraid of being caught, that doesn’t happen often. They don’t care about Dutch society. There is extreme anger and hatred, especially against whites. ”

  2. “Czech PM Babis: We Must Encourage Belarusians to Start a Velvet Revolution”
Please don’t. If Belarus goes the same path us and all other “Iron Courtain” countries went after 1989, there’s nothing to look forward to. And it’s self-evident there’s no other option than be flooded with Western products, being used a an extremely cheap labour force and having the consumist lifestyle force on them.

While the situation over there isn’t ideal, I’m really on the fence whether or not it’s better than the other option.

    • I heard that Babis babbles the line laid down by Pompeo, but is not in effect doing anything to back up those words. Let’s hope it stays that way.
