Head of IMF to Polish Government: ‘Stay on Course!’

The head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva, emphasized that the current global economy was in a very poor shape due to the fact that global GDP forecasted to drop 4.9 percent — the worst result since the recession in the 1930s.

“This a true world crisis! Ninety-five percent of the world will end 2020 in a much worse position than they started the year, with a lower GDP per capita,” she told RMF FM radio.

An Irrevocable Message to Every Politician and Bureaucrat

The stage is set. There are those among us that are itching for a fight. Civilians are heavily armed and growing more armed by the day out of fear of rising government tyranny. All the first act of this violent revolutionary play needs is a trigger and the trigger could be some inconsequential, unexpected event that ends up being the “shot heard ‘round the world”. It could come at any moment…

Does COVID-19 Cause Heart Damage? A Cardiologist Explains the New Research

By now, you likely know about all the symptoms of COVID-19—dry cough, fever or chills, fatigue, sometimes diarrhea and vomiting. But the aftermath of COVID-19—those lingering effects the virus has on the body even after infection—is talked about less often, in part because scientists don’t fully understand the long-term effects of the new disease yet.

Now, in two new studies, both published Monday in JAMA Cardiology, researchers warn of some lasting effects COVID-19 could have on the body—specifically the cardiovascular system.

Google Slammed for Censoring to Favor the World Health Organization

During the House Judiciary Committee’s antitrust subcommittee meeting this Wednesday, July 29, Ohio representative Jim Jordan took the opportunity to criticize Google for the multiple censorship cases in which the technology giant has participated.

The relevance of technology companies today has become a serious concern for politicians. The way companies decide to censor content depending on their interests seems to benefit certain countries and opinions, which has come under heavy criticism and resulted in constant pushback from government agencies and users.

During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on antitrust law with the CEOs of Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said that posts positioning hydroxychloroquine as a coronavirus cure will be taken down.

“We do not want to become the arbiters of truth. I think that would be a bad position for us to be in and not what we should be doing,” Zuckerberg said. “But on specific claims, if someone is going to go out and say that hydroxychloroquine is proven to cure COVID, when in fact it has not been proven to cure COVID, and that that statement could lead people to take a drug that in some cases, some of the data suggests that it might be harmful to people, we think that we should take that down.”

Poll: 62% of American Say They Have Political Views They’re Afraid to Share

A new Cato national survey finds that self-censorship is on the rise in the United States. Nearly two-thirds-62%-of Americans say the political climate these days prevents them from saying things they believe because others might find them offensive. The share of Americans who self-censor has risen several points since 2017 when 58% of Americans agreed with this statement.

These fears cross partisan lines. Majorities of Democrats (52%), independents (59%) and Republicans (77%) all agree they have political opinions they are afraid to share.

Republicans Don’t Appear to Want to Break Up Big Tech

Legislators in Washington DC today started their antitrust hearings, setting their sights on giants like Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon — and the way they may be abusing their dominant positions in the digital market against competitors.

The judiciary hearings concern how these large companies may have dominated and ultimately abused their power.

Judging by a confidential hearing guidance that was leaked from the Republican point of view, this hearing was always going to center around the following topics: Big Tech’s political bias that may be leaving their consumers in the dark — with the goal of the probe allowing for the opposite, and for the market to be able “to respond.”

Durkan said, “We don’t need the help that the president’s offering, and, in fact, I think the president’s actions have directly escalated and were responsible for what happened this weekend. Many people who were interviewed by media said they came to the protest because of what’s happening in Portland. The protest itself was billed as something in solidarity with Portland. The Money Antitrust Committee Members Receive From Big Tech

On Wednesday, July 29, the House Judiciary Committee’s antitrust subcommittee held a hearing with the main executives of Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon, but the impartiality of this meeting, like much of the way money changes hands in politics, has been called into question thanks to large monetary donations to committee members by the aforementioned companies.

Monopolies in technology markets have become a relevant problem for world politicians. Large companies not only limit the ability of smaller companies to emerge, but they can also manipulate public opinion.

In non-slum areas of the city, only about 16% of people tested positive for coronavirus antibodies.

Ph.D. Student in Singapore Uses LinkedIn to Recruit Govt US Employees to Collect Intelligence on Behalf of Chinese Officials, Pleads Guilty in Court

Multiple instances of intellectual property theft and espionage activities in the United States, perpetrated on the behest on the Communist Party of China (CCP), have come to light in recent years. The US Justice Department has recently unearthed one such case wherein a Singapore national created a ‘fake’ consultancy firm and used social networking sites such as Linkedin to recruit US government employees and pass off sensitive information about the government to the Chinese authorities.

Jun Wei Yeo, who operated under the alias of Dickson Yeo, worked for the Chinese Intelligence. Yeo, a Singapore national and a Ph.D. student at the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), created a fake consultancy in 2018 and posted job advertisements to lure the US military and government employees with security clearance. 1. Why would 62% of Americans be afraid to reveal their support for President Trump?

    • The fact you can be fired from your job, have the mob pay your family and home a visit. Doxing on social media, boycotting of your business if you work or own the company.

      • Terrorism, repression, oppression, well pointed out, G! Public has not yet recognized that democrats are and have always been since and the purpose of founding (to save slavery, forever) criminals, in love with and supporting crime and criminal activity. I include bulky tactics, throughout their history, of course, including union activities as well.
Democrats need to be decertified, banned as a criminal organization, but of course no where near enough know this yet, especially the criminals, however Loui Gohmert said much the same thing to Congress a couple days ago!!!! https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/07/23/louie-gohmert-urges-house-to-ban-democratic-party-for-supporting-slavery/

  2. ‘ Facebook, on the 27th of July 2020, unpublished a page on the social media platform called ExMuslim TV, that merely shared short videos of ex-Muslims and the persecution they faced by the community after they had left Islam’

From what I understand, Facebook replatformed ExMuslim TV.

  3. ” A bed-and-breakfast in Michigan was forced to remove a Norwegian flag after people mistook it for a Confederate flag and complained.”

It was mistaken for Confederate Flag. Superficiality is rampant among the mobs/rioters, as well as among those we elect as our super-intelligent, peerless, legislatures, representatives , and rulers. Because they were selected they feel that they are unusually clever and godlike.

Superficiality . . . enemies are being elected by a confused society and we know not. They work for Somalia and enemies of Israel and we are oblivious.

the pirate’s book says that infidels help jihad by being confused, oblivious, stupid, and half of the infidels everwhere help the followers of the pirate.

    • “Superficiality is rampant among the mobs/rioters”

And they call themselves the “educated”.

      • They have been sold a ton of Barbara Streisand disguised as something valuable. Most of them are too stupid to realize that they have been had but not too dumb to realize that they will never do anything useful with the crap they have been indoctrinated with. Certainly a dangerous combination.

  4. I first saw this piece about the bed and breakfast place and the confusion over their Norwegian flag being mistook for a Confederate flag on infowars. Most of them probably couldn’t find Norway on a global map. They’d probably point to Australia or south Africa if asked where Norway was.

    • take a look at the youtube flicks about ” stupid people”. The otherwise nice Jay Leno is not so nice with ignorants.
It is shocking to see Americans clueless at the question of which continent the US is in. ” Name 5 continents”!
Answer: Africa, Asia , Michigan, Fort Lauderdale??? Just kidding.

  5. Das Radio reported that confederate flag mishap in the glorious people’s republic of Michigan.
Anyplace that elects an Ilsa from Buchenwald named Gretchen is already destroyed.
I have a stars and bars bandana but won’t wear it as an obedience muzzle because of the potential SWAT raid.
The bestest and brightestest in any room can’t even tell the difference between a Norsk flag and the confederacy.
Local AM news had some harelip affiliated with the department of education prattling on about sportsball and the fall schedule until someone pulled the plug on the feed.
