Executives of Bankrupt Companies Made $131 Million in Bonuses This Year

While a wave of bankruptcies continues to wash over the country as a result of the pandemic (and just poorly run businesses), that hasn’t stopped the executives of some of the biggest trainwrecks in recent business history from collecting fat bonus checks, despite driving their respective companies into the ground. Among the higher profile names are companies like J.C. Penney, Chesapeake Energy and Hertz, who have all filed for bankruptcy protection this year.

They have also all awarded their executives significant bonuses totaling $10 million, $25 million and $1.5 million respectively in the weeks — or sometimes days — leading up to their bankruptcies. And they’re not the only ones.

Out of the 100 companies that have filed for bankruptcy since the Covid lockdowns began, Bloomberg estimates that 19 of these companies have committed to paying a total of $131 million in retention and performance bonuses.

The companies claim the bonuses are to keep their management teams in order to lead their turnarounds. Yes, the very same management teams that led the companies to bankruptcy to begin with. And the bonuses are tough to claw back unless they are made after a company officially files for protection with the court.

Hungarian Stockbrokers Oppose European Plan to Shorten Trading Hours

Members of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) oppose a European plan to shorten trading hours, financial daily Vilaggazdasag reports.

The plan for shorter trading hours was proposed by the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME), an industry advocacy group with offices in London, Brussels and Frankfurt.

According to their proposal, trading hours should be limited to a maximum of seven hours compared with eight and a half currently in place. For example, the Budapest bourse is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the AFME plan calls for opening hours of between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. hours.

Robert Kiyosaki: When They Took the Dollar Off the Gold Standard, They “Cheated the World”

In a recent interview, author Robert Kiyosaki spoke with Lior Gantz of the Wealth Research Group. The two discussed the economy and the future of gold, silver, and bitcoin as the Federal Reserve continues its money printing scheme.

Kiyosaki is the author of the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. He also co-authored a book with president Donald Trump called Why We Want You To Be Rich. In this interview, Kiyosaki explains where he thinks fiat currency is headed and where metals and cryptocurrencies will end up.

This economic disaster will be a deep crisis spanning years, not months. Because of that, Kiyosaki says you should prepare now, as things are not set to improve any time soon. To see a special report put together by Gantz, click here.

Kiyosaki says that financial education is vital and he started to understand the monetary system after the United States took the dollar off the gold standard. He says, “when they did that, they basically cheated the world.” That meant the U.S. could simply create as much money as it wanted, and the Federal Reserve was all too happy to do that. “That’s why the rich don’t borrow money. Because the U.S. dollar is fake. We couldn’t keep up this fakeness if we didn’t have the most powerful military in the world.” And oddly enough, the military was funded with that same fake money created out of thin air. “Nobody would put up with that bullsh*t.”

COVID-19: Lies & More Damnable Lies

What’s been done and still being done to the American people over this coronavirus outbreak is obscene. It is almost beyond words.

The American people have been beaten into the ground with propaganda spewed by Dr. Anthony Fauci aka the Bernie Madoff of the science world for the past five months. While Fauci has become a household name, Dr. Judy Mikovitz hasn’t. Not for lack of trying on our part, but because of the reprehensible censorship by You Tube, Facebook and others. This is a lengthy interview with that courageous woman.

Dr. Mikovitz’ reputation has been shredded. She was persecuted by our government and even arrested. No charges were ever filed and she was released. But we all know what that can do to your reputation, credibility, career and future.

Why? Mikovitz went after Fauci. The FBI opened an investigation which was killed by dirty cop, James Comey under another corrupt piece of dung, Eric Holder. Dr. Mikovitz cooperated with the FBI investigation throughout 2014. Now it’s time to go after Fauci who isn’t who the masses think he is.

Disgraced Democrat Sprung From Prison Without Explanation

Here’s a name that’s something of a blast from the past. Those of you who have been following political corruption stories for a while will likely recall the tale of former Pennsylvania Congressman Chaka Fattah. It’s been a while since his name has been in the news. In fact, the last time I wrote about him was back in December of 2016 when he was sentenced to the longest stretch in prison of any member of Congress in the history of the country. Fattah was given a ten-year sentence for stealing millions of dollars in both taxpayer money and funds designated for charitable causes. He was only halfway through his time in the crowbar motel, but this week he was quietly released from the slammer with no explanation being given for this generous maneuver by the federal Bureau of Prisons. GOP Sen. Hawley Introduces Anti-Slave-Labor Bill Aimed at China and ‘Woke’ Brands Like Nike and the NBA

China and American off-shoring corporations received a rude shock Monday morning when Senator Josh Hawley (R-Missouri) introduced legislation “to hold American companies accountable for slave labor in their supply chains,” largely in Communist mainland China.

Sen. Hawley’s office says that The Slave-Free Business Certification Act “increases corporate supply chain disclosure requirements, mandates regular audits, requires Chief Executive Officers to certify that their companies’ supply chains do not rely on forced, slave labor, and creates penalties for firms that fail basic minimum standards for human rights.”

Hawley chided American companies, saying, “the celebrities that hawk their products have been playing this game for a long time — talk up corporate social responsibility and social justice at home while making millions of dollars off the slave labor that assembles their products.”

Is the Anti-Racism Training Industry Just Peddling White Supremacy?

(NEW YORK MAGAZINE) There’s an old syllogism used to describe desperate politicians: (1) We must do something; (2) This is something; (3) We must do this. In the wake of mass national demonstrations that followed George Floyd’s murder, many white people — including leaders of businesses, schools, and nonprofit organizations — have grasped for some concrete step they can take to redress systemic racism. They have found that something: the burgeoning anti-racism training industry, whose most famous theorist and practitioner is Robin DiAngelo, whose book White Fragility rocketed to the top of the New York Times best-seller list.

Daniel Bergner has a long profile of DiAngelo and her fellow anti-racism trainers in the New York Times. The story is far more devastating than it might appear at a casual glance. It reveals a business model spreading kooky, harmful, and outright racist ideas.

Czech PM Babis: Czechia Negotiated the Biggest Increase in Funding of All Countries

Due to a change in criteria, the Czech Republic could receive almost €2.8 billion more from the EU recovery fund than was originally proposed by the European Commission, said Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis after the second day of the European Union summit.

According to the amended proposal from the head of the European Council, Charles Michel, the Czech Republic could gain a billion euros (27 million korunas) in a multi-year budget within the framework of cohesion policy.

However, according to Babis, the agreement has not yet been drawn up and the main controversial topic of Saturday’s meeting was the condition of respecting the rule of law.

EU Leaders Fail to Reach Agreement After Three Days of Summit Negotiations

European Union officials are signaling that despite this being the longest EU summit since the year 2000, when the Nice summit lasted for five days, EU leaders may actually be going home without reaching an agreement on the seven-year budget and the coronavirus recovery fund.

On Monday morning, President of the European Council Charles Michel presented the member states with a new version of the recovery fund with €390 million in grants and the rest in loans.

He then adjourned the meeting until the afternoon to give the EU leaders time to consider and discuss the proposal in smaller groups and to give the EU Council presidency the time to prepare a document which details the process and the rules governing the administration of the recovery fund.

Google Bans Award-Winning WW2 Game Attentat 1942 for Referencing the Term “Nazi”

There are some countries super-sensitive to any hint of glorifying Nazism through, for example, displaying its symbols — like Germany and Russia — the first because it unleashed evil onto the world, the second because it paid a high price in helping defeat it.

But whitewashing history of any mention of Nazism — whose interest would that serve? Certainly not that of the memory of the victims.

So how do Google and its app store come into play here? Apparently, by censoring an indie game in a number of markets (including the said two countries, but also Austria and France) — because the game makes use of Nazi symbols.

Italian Pedo Cult Tried to Recruit Members of the Elite

A “powerful” pedophile cult busted by police in Italy set up a sophisticated legal front to hide its activities and tried to recruit wealthy members of the elite.

The sect was exposed after a 2 year police investigation dubbed ‘Operation Dionysus’ during which authorities uncovered a “very powerful” cabal that subjected young women and minors to sexual abuse and torture.

Like many sex trafficking networks, the organization appeared to be into occult sex magic rituals that promised inductees entry into a “magical, fantastic and secret world” and the lighting of an “inner fire,” while making them dependent on a 77-year-old leader known as ‘the Doctor’.

PM Orban: I Don’t Know What’s the Personal Reason for the Dutch Prime Minister to Hate Me or Hungary

In a sign of growing tension between Hungary and the Netherlands, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban told journalists in Brussels that he doesn’t know why Dutch Prime Minister hates him or Hungary but that Rutte’s attacks are impeding negotiations at the EU summit.

“I don’t know what’s the personal reason for the Dutch prime minister to hate me or Hungary, but he is attacking us so harshly and making very clear that because Hungary, in his opinion, does not respect the rule, it must be punished financially. That’s his position. Which is not acceptable, because there is no decision about what is the rule of law situation in Hungary,” said Orban.

Poland Preparing to Withdraw From Istanbul Convention in Victory for Catholic Activists

Poland is preparing to join other Central European countries like Hungary and Slovakia and withdraw from the controversial Istanbul Convention due to texts within the document that promote gender ideology and anti-Catholic sentiment, Polish Labor Minister Marlena Malag told a gathering of Catholic activists.

Malag’s announcement that Poland is moving forward with withdrawing from the convention comes at a time when Polish Catholic organizations are actively petitioning the Polish government to end its continued participation in the agreement, according to radiomaryja.pl.

Poland originally signed the Istanbul Convention for the prevention and combating of violence against women and domestic violence in 2015 which was ratified by the liberal administration led by the Civic Platform (PO). The Istanbul Convention was ratified under pressure from gender and LGBT activists.

According to the critics of the convention, it uses the laudable objectives of combating domestic violence and discrimination against women in order to force through gender ideology that is alien to Polish family values and tradition.

Russian Elite Given Experimental COVID-19 Vaccine Since April

Scores of Russia’s business and political elite have been given early access to an experimental vaccine against Covid-19, according to people familiar with the effort, as the country races to be among the first to develop an inoculation.

They declined to be identified as the information isn’t public.

Germany: Infamous Asylum Seeker ‘King Abode’ Remains Free Despite 7 Convictions

The 22-year-old migrant “King Abode”, whose real name is Mohamed T., was supposed to be deported back to Libya, but now the district court of Dresden lifted an eight-month prison sentence against the permanent asylum seeker on Wednesday and referred the 2018 case back to juvenile court.

“King Abode” received an eight-month suspended sentence in 2018 for insulting, threatening, and biting a train passenger in the arm. His self-proclaimed name translates to “King Stay” in English, and is meant to highlight Germany’s inability to remove him from the country.

The reason the Dresden court dropped the case and referred it to juvenile court is that it claims “King Abode” should not have been sentenced as an adult, a spokesman for the regional court confirmed a report of the Bild newspaper on Thursday.

Our Country: We Better Get Busy Livin’ or Get Busy Dying

We’ve got Somalian immigrants in Minnesota declaring: “Suud Olat, a Somali Muslim, who is running as a democrat in a special election for the Minneapolis City council to represent Ward 6 said, “We Somali Muslims are going to take over!”

They’ve already taken over Detroit, Michigan, Miami, Florida and New York City. These people mean business and they will take whatever opportunities to engage our U.S. Constitution against us. As their numbers grow, their power grows along with it. As that power grows, our country fractures into tribal groups, races and cultural conflict. All the while MOST Americans don’t possess a clue as to what’s really happening in those Muslim enclaves. It’s a guaranteed fact that none of those Muslims work for the best interests of America or Americans. Why? Because they are most certainly NOT Americans or ever want to be! Their religion stands as THE most malignant virus in the world because it cannot be dislodged from their brains or emotions. Its single mandate: “Convert or kill all non-believers.” (Quran)

The fact remains: our U.S. Congress continues importing 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants annually. Around 2050, we’ll see 100 million more immigrants and their offspring changing the entire culture and majority race in this country to make us a nation of minorities from around the world. If you don’t think we face a seriously conflicted future, you’re not paying attention.

The Global Reset Unplugged and “The Deep State”

Imagine, you are living in a world that you are told is a democracy — and you may even believe it — but in fact your life and fate is in the hands of a few ultra-rich, ultra-powerful and ultra-inhuman oligarchs. They may be called Deep State, or simply the Beast, or anything else obscure or untraceable — it doesn’t matter. They are less than the 0.0001%.

For lack of a better expression, let’s call them for now “obscure individuals”.

These obscure individuals who pretend running our world have never been elected. We don’t need to name them. You will figure out who they are, and why they are famous, and some of them totally invisible. They have created structures, or organisms without any legal format. They are fully out of international legality. They are a forefront for the Beast. Maybe there are several competing Beasts. But they have the same objective: A New or One World Order (NWO, or OWO).

These obscure individuals are running, for example, The World Economic Forum (WEF — representing Big Industry, Big Finance and Big Fame), the Group of 7 — G7, the Group of 20 — G20 (the leaders of the economically” strongest” nations). There are also some lesser entities, called the Bilderberg Society, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Chatham House and more.

The members of all of them are overlapping. Even this expanded forefront combined represents less than 0.001%. They all have superimposed themselves over sovereign national elected and constitutional governments, and over THE multinational world body, the United Nations, the UN.

In fact, they have coopted the UN to do their bidding.

Unwoke is the Jobs Board That Helps Companies Avoid Accidentally Hiring Radical Activists

As soon as “woke” appeared as a legit word, it was only a matter of time before “unwoke” made it to the stage as well.

It’s certainly one way to try to sloganeer away from the need to focus back from performative politics that end up making actual talent in their chosen field ousted and even unemployable, all due to their real or perceived ideological transgressions — that all too often have nothing to do with these people’s professional credentials or skills that they bring to the table.
