Strong Jobs Report Has One Big Soft Spot; Dow Jones Falls

The U.S. economy added a better-than-expected 225,000 jobs in January as the unemployment rate ticked up to 3.6%. Average hourly wage growth improved to 3.1% from a year ago. Despite the strong jobs report, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell Friday after hitting a record high Thursday.

Acronym Group That Sabotaged Iowa Caucus Birthed by Billionaire WHO Funded Alabama Disinformation Campaign

Silicon Valley billionaire Reid Hoffman funded the creation of ACRONYM, the group that sabotaged the Iowa caucus results, after bankrolling voter manipulation campaigns including the notorious online “false flag operation” in Alabama’s 2017 senate race.

At the time of publication, February 6, the winner of the Iowa’s Democratic Party caucus is still unknown. Senator Bernie Sanders, the clear winner in virtually every exit poll, is currently ahead in votes. Yet somehow Pete Buttigieg, a favorite of the party establishment who was unknown to most voters until last year, has claimed victory.

The force accused of sowing the confusion and disarray surrounding the first Democratic Party contest of the 2020 election season is a dark money nonprofit called Acronym. It was Acronym that launched Shadow Inc, the mysterious company behind the now-infamous, unsecured, completely unworkable voter app which prevented precinct chairs from reporting vote totals on caucus night.

Facebook and Twitter Decline Pelosi Request to Delete Trump Video

A fierce behind-the-scenes dispute between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office and Facebook erupted into public view Friday, as the speaker’s office demanded that Facebook remove a video posted online by President Donald Trump.

The video in question showed Pelosi’s viral State of the Union moment ripping up the text of Trump’s speech Tuesday night, but was edited to make it appear that she ripped the speech even as Trump saluted a Tuskegee airman in the audience. In fact, Pelosi’s speech-ripping gesture came at the end of the president’s speech, and her office said it was in response to the totality of the speech and what Pelosi saw as misinformation in it.

How Government and Media Are Prepping America for a Failed 2020 Election

Russia, China and Iran are already being blamed for using tech to undermine the 2020 election. Yet, the very technologies they are allegedly using were created by a web of companies with deep ties to Israeli intelligence.

Over the past several months and with a renewed zeal in just the last few weeks, anonymous intelligence officials, dubious “experts” and establishment media outlets have crafted a narrative about the coming “chaos” of the 2020 election, months before it takes place. Per that narrative, certain state actors will use specific technologies to target the “American mind” in order to undermine the coming presidential election. The narrative holds that those efforts will be so successful that the U.S. will never recover as a democracy.

Though these anonymous government sources and their stenographers have already named the countries who will be responsible and the technologies they will use, they also admit that no evidence yet exists to back up these claims, meaning they are — at best — pure speculation.

‘I’m Back’: James Woods Trashes AOC and Clintons in Return to Twitter

Actor James Woods returned to Twitter late Thursday, and very few prominent Democrats were left unscathed.

Woods, 72, had quit using his popular Twitter account in April after having his account punished several times for breaking the platform’s user rules. The actor claimed that Twitter was unfairly censoring his account because of his conservative views.

In his first tweet back, the Hollywood conservative ripped New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for her controversial remarks about people in the United States being able to “pull themselves up by their bootstraps.” Woods wrote, “I’ve tried so hard this past year to live without the wealth of knowledge available on Twitter, but this kind of blazing insight can be found nowhere else, so… I’m back! #AOCStillAMoron.”

James Carville Sounds the Alarm as Sanders Surges in Primary: ‘I’m Scared to Death’ for Democratic Party

Democratic strategist James Carville expressed his concerns as the Democratic primary race is officially underway, saying he’s “scared to death” of the direction his party is going.

Appearing on MSNBC, Carville began by pointing to the success Democrats had during the 2018 midterm elections and stressed that it “matters” who the candidates are and what the party chooses to talk about.

“I’m 75 years old, why am I here doing this? Because I’m scared to death, that’s why,” Carville exclaimed. “Let’s get relevant here … all the Sanders people are taking pictures wishing Jeremy Corbyn the best. … I don’t want to go down that path.”

The former Clinton advisor slammed the press corps for going “AOC crazy” over its coverage of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and pointed to more moderate candidates like former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., who he noted “got a lot of votes” in Iowa.

Man Who Was Supposed to Testify Against MS-13 Gang Members Found Dead

Long Island authorities on Wednesday implied that a man set to testify against MS-13 gang members was killed as a result of criminal-justice reforms requiring prosecutors share witnesses’ identities with defendants.

Nassau County officials, including the police commissioner and county executive, announced the death of 36-year-old Wilmer Maldonado on Wednesday — while also decrying the discovery laws that took effect Jan. 1.

“The system failed, the system failed,” Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder said at a press conference.

“This man is dead because we didn’t do enough … and this law is not helping us.”

NBC News Review of Iowa Caucus Vote Finds Potential Errors, Inconsistencies

The Iowa Democratic caucus results are rife with potential errors and inconsistencies that could affect the outcome of the election, according to a review by the NBC News Decision Desk.

The apparent mistakes — spotted in at least dozens of the state’s 1,711 precincts — call into question the accuracy of the outcome of Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucus, which was held Monday night.

In some individual precincts, it may be possible to fix the errors; in other precincts, it will probably be impossible to determine how voters truly made their choices.

The potential errors and inconsistencies take on importance because of the closeness of the contest between the two front-runners — former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.

With all percent of precincts reported, Buttigieg had 26.2 percent support and Sanders had 26.1 percent.

The NBC News Decision Desk said it has reviewed the reporting data provided by the Iowa Democratic Party and identified several different types of potential problems with the count.

Rachel Maddow Blames 4Chan for Shambles in Iowa

Rachel Maddow blamed anonymous messageboard 4Chan for the debacle in Iowa, claiming that a handful of calls ‘clogged up’ the Iowa Democratic Party phone lines.

The delay in reporting the results of the Iowa caucus was blames on “reporting issues” related to an app called Shadow which is owned by Buttigieg supporter Tara McGowan.

However, this didn’t stop Maddow from claiming that 4Channers were to blame for calling Democratic Party phone lines to sow confusion, despite it being acknowledged that this occurred after the problem with the app had been made public.

Rep. Mike Johnson: Pelosi Committed Felony When She Ripped Up the Official Copy of President’s SOTU Address (Video)

Rep. Mike Johnson: It was totally unprecedented. It was shameless and it was also unlawful, Tucker. A lot of people have been talking about this the last 48 hours and I did a little legal memo to point out to my colleagues that she actually committed a felony when she tore that paper up. It wasn’t just ANY copy of the State of the Union Address it was THE copy, the original. And we have over two centuries of custom and tradition. And, of course, the Constitution calls for the State of the Union Address. When the president delivers the copies to those top legal officers, those two top legislative officers in that co-equal branch of government, those are the official documents of the House. If you tear those up you violate a specific statute in the criminal code.

The App That Broke the Iowa Caucuses Was Sent Out Through Beta Testing Platforms

It was not properly distributed through app stores

The New York Times reported that many precinct chiefs had trouble simply downloading the app, and Motherboard’s screenshots give hints as to why that might be. The app was not deployed through traditional app stores or even sideloaded using an enterprise certificate. Instead, it was deployed through mobile testing platforms, including Apple’s TestFlight and a similar service that services both iOS and Android called TestFairy. Both platforms are for apps that are not yet finalized.

Testing platforms are common for mobile apps, and are one of many ways in which independent app developers and large software makers can deploy beta software without going through the sometimes rigorous App Store and Play Store review processes. This is primarily to let developers squash bugs and ensure the app can run on a variety of different devices, some of which may be using outdated operating systems and powered by older, less powerful components that may render the app sluggish or just plain inoperable.

In this case, however, it looks like Shadow used test platforms for the app’s public distribution.

Witness Murdered After New York Law Revealed His Identity in MS-13 Trial

A violent crime victim ready to testify against MS-13 Gang members in Long Island, New York has been murdered after Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) latest jailbreak law forced witness names to be revealed to the defense in the criminal case.

Wilmer Maldonado Rodriguez, 36-years-old, who was set to testify against MS-13 Gang members who had allegedly beaten and stabbed him in October 2018, was found bludgeoned to death after Cuomo’s law forced his identity to be released to the defense in the ongoing pre-trial stage, according to Newsday.

“This courageous man was prepared to testify against his alleged assailants at an upcoming trial, but he was brutally beaten to death before he could,” Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas said in a statement to the media.

“This case underscores the importance of safeguarding the identities of witnesses and victims of crime and our hearts are with Mr. Maldonado’s family and friends as we grieve his loss,” Singas said.

Originally, Rodriguez’s identity was protected as a witness against the MS-13 Gang members in the alleged 2018 attack. As Breitbart News warned in December 2019, though, Rodriguez’s identity was released to the defense after elected New York Democrats and Cuomo passed a jailbreak law that mandates witnesses for the prosecution be turned over to the defense in criminal trials no later than 15 days after the defendants’ arraignment.

Births in Finland plummeted for the ninth consecutive year in 2019, dropping to a mere 45,600 and reaching their lowest level since the country’s nationwide famine in the 19thcentury.

Last year, the Finnish population grew by over 9,600 to around 5.5 million as 18,000 more migrants came to Finland than emigrates who left the country, Finland’s national broadcaster Yle reports.

Sweden Public Voted for the Worst Waste of Money in 2019

The climate policy

Sweden, the mother country of the most popular climate activist Greta Thunberg, voted for the worst money waste of government’s action for last year. The climate policy is therefore awarded the award by the Taxpayers’ Disposal Ombudsman.

Despite Sweden sent more than doubled figures for decreasing the emissions the country produces the results are greatly disappointing. While in 2014 the government budget was 5.2 billion SEK, there is a plan to spent 12.6 billion SEK in 2020. But despite this, emissions no longer decrease. Last year, emissions even increased marginally. In 2018, the situation was even worse when emissions increased by half a million tonnes.

With the Brexit deal finally approved by MPs, Boris Johnson’s government has about 11 months to prepare and finalise trade deals with the EU. There are talks on how best to do this, especially with the EU being known to veer towards making whole deals instead of going piecemeal per sector.

Caroline Glick: Israeli Sovereignty and the Fate of the Trump Plan

On Wednesday morning, NeverTrump propagandist Bill Kristol told his MSNBC audience that Democratic chances of victory over US President Donald Trump will rise if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is defeated in Israel’s elections on March 2.

Along the same lines, if Netanyahu fails to apply Israeli sovereignty to the Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria before the election, not only will he almost certainly lose those elections, his defeat will bury Trump’s peace plan and harm Trump’s reelection chances.

To understand why this is the case it is first necessary to understand the nature of the Blue and White party and its relationship to Trump and his peace plan.

After Trump’s peace plan was published, Israelis discovered significant problems with the map attached to the plan. Among other things, the map places large sections of Highway 60, which crosses Judea and Samaria from south to north outside Israeli jurisdiction. If left uncorrected, the designation will endanger the security of tens of thousands of Israelis whose communities will be rendered isolated enclaves. Since ensuring Israel’s ability to defend itself and its citizens on a permanent basis is a major goal of the plan, this omission was obviously an oversight. Netanyahu announced this week that he has assembled a team to work on the map.

So long as the map is not adjusted, members of Likud and other parties in the right-religious bloc Netanyahu leads will be unable to vote in favor of the plan, despite their support for Trump and for the plan overall.

This then brings us to Benny Gantz and his party.

Just before Gantz traveled to Washington to meet with Trump at the White House last Monday, it came out that his top campaign strategists, Ronen Tzur and Joel Benenson had both separately published multiple posts on Twitter viciously attacking Trump. Both men compared him to Hitler, called him a Russian agent and a racist. In other words, both men parroted Democratic talking points against Trump…

Got to Get That Gecko — Bridgewater State Professor’s Quest for New Species Has Led Him All the Way to Sri Lanka

BRIDGEWATER — There are more than 1,000 species of geckos living in on every continent except Antarctica.

For an international research team that includes Bridgewater State University Associate Professor Thilina Surasinghe, the search for new species has led them to the island of Sri Lanka.

“I wanted to study species that were less explained and look into habitats that were less looked into,” he said.

Geckos the team has studied are several inches long and are among some of the smallest species, Surasinghe said. Most have been found in a 10 square kilometer area, including in forest areas and caves.

So far, the researchers have found and named 10 gecko species, he said.

10:40 am: Singapore trade minister says there’s no need for panic buying

There’s no need for citizens to panic buy household items, Singapore’s trade minister Chan Chun Sing said in a Facebook post. He said the ministry is “close contact with our retailers and I assure all Singaporeans that there is no need to rush for essential supplies like rice or instant noodles.”

After Singapore raised its alert level, images began to surface online of long lines and some empty shelves at supermarkets.

“Our supply lines for these essentials are intact and there is no risk of us running a shortage of essential food or household items. We also have our national stockpile for essential items,” Chan said.

He also asked people to refrain from hoarding unnecessarily, saying “This will create undue panic and is unhelpful to the situation at hand.” —Wang

Death of Doctor Who Warned About Coronavirus Triggers National Backlash Over China’s Censorship

The death of a Chinese whistleblower doctor who was punished for trying to warn about the coronavirus has triggered a national backlash over freedom of speech and censorship that has overwhelmed official online attempts to contain the expressions of anger.

The swell of indignation that washed across Chinese social media platforms began with conflicting reports over the death of Li Wenliang, 34, an ophthalmologist in Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus outbreak.

Wuhan Central Hospital, where he had worked, finally confirmed that he had died of the virus early Friday, apparently after he contracted it from a patient.

Li had already become a national hero for alerting fellow doctors Dec. 30 in an online post about the emergence of a SARS-like illness, warning them to wear protective clothing to avoid infection.

Li, along with seven others in Wuhan, were later arrested by local security police on charges of spreading rumors and forced to sign a document disavowing his statements and agreeing to quit speaking out.

One AI-Powered Simulation Predicts That the Coronavirus Will Kill Up to 52 Million People

An AI-powered simulation created by a technology executive named James Ross has found.

According to Ross, his simulation is projecting that this coronavirus outbreak will kill up to 52 million people…

An AI-powered simulation run by a technology executive says that Coronavirus could infect as many as 2.5 billion people within 45 days and kill as many as 52.9 million of them. Fortunately, however, conditions of infection and detection are changing, which in turn changes incredibly important factors that the AI isn’t aware of.

And that probably means we’re safer than we think.

Probably being the operative word.

Personally, I don’t think that the numbers will be anywhere close to that.

But the fact that his model has been right on the money day after day so far is quite alarming…

Stunning 400 Million People Are on Lockdown in China as Guangzhou Joins Quarantine

Guangzhou, the capital of China’s southwestern Guangdong Province and the country’s fifth largest city with nearly 15 million residents, has just joined the ranks of cities imposing a mandatory lockdown on all citizens, effectively trapping residents inside their homes, with only limited permission to venture into the outside world to buy essential supplies.

The decision means 3 provinces, 60 cities and 400 million people are now facing China’s most-strict level of lockdown as Beijing struggles to contain the coronavirus outbreak as the virus has already spread to more than 2 dozen countries.

The Chinese Doctor Who Tried to Warn the World About Coronavirus Has Died

The doctor who tried to warn the world about coronavirus in December and was silenced by Chinese authorities has died.

Li Wenliang, 34, was an opthamologist working at Wuhan Central Hospital in December when he saw test results that showed that seven patients from a local market had been diagnosed with an unknown illness that looked a lot like SARS, the virus that killed 774 people across Asia in 2003.

He tried to raise the alarm among friends in a private messaging group in late December. The police ordered him to keep quiet. He went back to work on the front lines fighting the virus and, like tens of thousands of others, ended up contracting it himself.

On Thursday, he died.

Judge Overturns Convictions of Volunteers Who Left Food and Water in Desert for Migrants

PHOENIX — A federal judge in Tucson overturned the convictions of four humanitarian aid volunteers found guilty last year of leaving food and water for migrants trekking through protected Arizona wilderness, saying their work was part of their “sincere religious beliefs.”

In January 2018, U.S. Magistrate Judge Bernardo Velasco found Natalie Hoffman, a volunteer with humanitarian aid group No More Deaths, guilty on all three charges she faced. He also found three other volunteers — Oona Holcomb, Madeline Huse and Zaachila Orozco-McCormick — guilty of the two charges each.

Their convictions came from citations they received on Aug. 13, 2017, for entering Cabeza Prieta Wildlife Refuge without a permit, and leaving behind 1-gallon water jugs and cans of beans at drop stations in the refuge that No More Deaths has used for years.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Rosemary Marquez issued a 22-page decision reversing Velasco’s guilty verdicts for all four volunteers, after the four appealed their convictions.

San Diego Bishop: ‘Death Toll’ From Climate Change Worse Than Abortion

San Diego Bishop Robert W. McElroy said Thursday that while abortion is a great evil, “the long-term death toll from unchecked climate change is larger and threatens the very future of humanity.”

Both abortion and climate change are “core life issues in the Catholic Church,” the progressive bishop said during a public lecture at the University of San Diego. Neither should be identified as preeminent in 2020 since that would “inevitably be hijacked by partisan forces to propose that Catholics have an overriding duty to vote for candidates who espouse that position,” he said.

‘The Only Solution for Climate Change is Letting the Human Race Become Extinct’

A Cambridge academic has proposed a radical new way to solve climate change — letting humanity become extinct.

Patricia MacCormack, a professor of continental philosophy at Anglia Ruskin University, has just released her new book The Ahuman Manifesto, which will officially be launched in Cambridge today (Wednesday, February 5).

The book argues that due to the damage done to other living creatures on Earth, we should start gradually phasing out reproduction. But rather than offering a bleak look at the future of humanity, it has generated discussion due to its joyful and optimistic tone, as it sets out a positive view for the future of Earth — without mankind.

  1. News aggregators say 400 million Chinese are quarantined and it will hurt their economy.
Some www pages say it could be an engineered virus with a lab located in the area of the outbreak.
The fried bat meat on a stick story is cover.
Are the globalists making their cull 90% of the population move?

    • I doubt it. This is a test move, IMO. Aimed at knocking China to their knees. Remember what lying about Chernobyl did to the Soviet Empire?

  2. I wonder if countries will get serious about securing their borders when migrants with Coronavirus start arriving?

    • Highly unlikely. Virtue signaling trumps protecting the health, livelihood, and security of citizens without question. Besides, the quislings don’t have to live in proximity with the savages they import anyways.

  3. China’s got swine fever, bird flu and now this bat soup indigestion. It could well be God’s punishment for 70 years of Marxist/Maoist tyranny over those poor people.

    • More realistically, poor people in (especially) S E China live in close proximity with their livestock, particularly chickens and pigs. This facilitates cross-species migration of viruses originating in wildfowl.

  4. Don’t forget Indians eat rat meat. Of course not all Indians. Only now we are thinking about this. Tragic. When do the purges start? Better to go down fighting.
