Will the Coronavirus Outbreak Cause a Massive Stock Market Crash?

Could it be possible that this coronavirus outbreak will be the trigger that finally bursts the biggest stock market bubble in U.S. history? As I have discussed previously, stock prices in the United States were the most overvalued that they have ever been during the month of January, and our stock market has never been more perfectly primed for a huge meltdown. But stock prices are all about what investors believe will happen in the future, and if they remain convinced that the future is bright then perhaps this stock market bubble could persist for a while longer. Unfortunately for Wall Street, this coronavirus outbreak is starting to create a wave of fear in the financial community. In fact, concern about the coronavirus pushed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down more than 600 points on Friday, and that represented the worst day for the Dow since last August…

Antifa Vandalizes Posters, Replaces With ‘Threatening’ Imagery Involving Trump Voter

A conservative student group at an Illinois college says a student worker “who identified herself as an Antifa member…is responsible for” vandalizing posters promoting the group’s upcoming events.

“Our posters promoted a speech by former Antifa member turned conservative commentator, Gabriel Nadales, and a speaking event/dinner by Turning Point USA’s Founder and President, Charlie Kirk, in Crystal Lake, Illinois hosted by the McHenry County Republican Party,” the McHenry County College Turning Point USA chapter shared in a recent Facebook post.

Are Virginia Politicians Really So Fragile and Delicate They’d Pass a Bill Making it Illegal to Criticize Them?

There’s a very good reason that Virginia wants to disarm civilians with a rash of new, unconstitutional laws. That’s because they seem to be modeling themselves after one of those countries where the government cannot be publicly criticized without great risk to the critic.

Yet another new bill is on the table and this one criminalizes criticism of certain government officials. The summary of HB1627, proposed by Delegate Jeffrey M. Bourne, reads:…

Des Moines Register Poll Scrapped After Apparent Mishap

The widely anticipated Des Moines Register/CNN/Mediacom poll of likely Iowa Democratic caucus-goers was scrapped shortly before it was set to be released Saturday night after complaints from Pete Buttigieg’s campaign about how it was conducted.

The stunning announcement by the media sponsors and West Des Moines-based pollster Selzer & Co. means the results of the historically accurate survey won’t be released before Monday caucuses. The decision left the campaign and political media universe, which has descended on Des Moines, dumbfounded.

Rahm to Bernie Backers: Democrats Can Win Without You

Former Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel said Sunday that Democrats are better off appealing to swing voters with a reasonable candidate than committing to a strategy of turning out progressive voters by nominating Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.).

“Here’s what I think is a real challenge for Democrats on the eve of Iowa: What is the bigger threat for our party? Are we going to nominate somebody that can’t win, or are we going to risk a rupture in the party that is irreparable?” he said. “In 1992, ‘96, 2008, 2012, and in 2018, the Democrats showed a formula for winning nationally. The question is are we going to follow that formula or throw the playbook out and try something different?”

Brexit: The Unquenchable Fire Spanning the Globe

It took three Prime Ministers, two General Elections, and three and a half years of arguments from either side of this political divide since the public voted to leave. It was a campaign that was being fought even after the votes were counted. This may seem familiar to our American audience. President Trump won in 2016, and yet there are swathes of the political and media class who just do not accept the reality: This is Brexit country.

As Britain prepares to bid a not-so-fond farewell to the E.U., I want to walk you through the timeline of events from Britain joining what was billed as little more than a simple trade arrangement. And we’ll go all the way through to the E.U. becoming a monolithic government that commanded nations in what laws they must implement and what border controls, if any, they were permitted. Finally, we’ll see how Britain broke free of an organization that would be a country. The Back Story: Clashes And Confrontations

In 1973, Britain joined the European Communities (E.C.), which was a fairly simple trade organization made up of just eight other countries, including France and Germany. Then, in 1975, the E.C. developed to become what is today known as the Common Market or ECC. Membership of the ECC would require certain laws and regulations to be made in the E.U. and not in Westminster, in order to have regulatory alignment political capital. A referendum was held to see if the people of Britain wished to continue. The result was an overwhelming yes.

However, as the years went on, more and more changes to the structure of this trading organization took place that required a handing over of national sovereignty. The trading block grew, adding new European countries to its ranks. Treaties were signed by the governments of the day each time they arose that handed power to Brussels and took it away from the British parliament. Many thought this was a price worth paying to be part of a large trading block.

But not everyone.

2016 Redux: Kremlin Warns ‘Chemical Provocation’ Coming as New Fighting Erupts in Aleppo

Amid the ongoing Russian-Syrian military offensive to liberate Idlib province from the al-Qaeda linked Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, suburbs near Aleppo have been scene of intense fighting in recent days, despite government forces liberating the major northern city in December 2016, which marked a turning point in the war.

Turkish-backed Syrian rebels have in recent days and weeks mounted new insurgent attacks on the outskirts of the provincial capital city at a moment the Syrian Army has made huge gains into neighboring Idlib. A key reason Damascus has vowed to retake every inch of Idlib is that for years al-Qaeda has launched terrorist attacks on suburbs of Aleppo from there as civilians and the government attempt to rebuild the largely destroyed urban center.

This latest renewed fighting in Aleppo appears a concerted effort by Turkey to use its proxy forces to repel and distract the brunt of the Syrian Army offensive on Idlib, considering on Friday President Erdogan warned he’s ready to use military force if Assad doesn’t halt Idlib operations.

Prominent Hindu Leader Shot Dead by Suspect Jihadis in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Hindu Mahasabha’s UP president Ranjeet Bachchan shot dead, out on morning walk.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Lucknow | February 2, 2020:: Another Hindutvawadi leader was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne men in the heart of Lucknow’s Hazratganj area on Sunday morning, officials said. The victim is believed as in the position of the president of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha’s Uttar Pradesh unit.

Ranjeet Bachchan, an actual resident of Gorakhpur district who has been residing in OCR Building — ‘B’ Block since 2012, was on a morning walk along with another person when the men fired at them near the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI) building in Hazratganj.

Bachchan died on the spot and the other person was critically injured. He is undergoing treatment at the trauma centre of King George’s Medical University (KGMU).

“In the scuffle, the assailants fired on Ranjeet Bachchan’s head multiply, who died on the spot. In the firing, Ranjeet was injured and was rushed to Trauma Centre,” he said.

However, this could be a ploy of the assailants to make the crime look like a loot attempt rather a planned murder, the officer said…

Coronavirus: China Death Toll Rises, Evacuations Continue

The death toll from the coronavirus epidemic in China has surged, with more than 17,200 infected. The updated figures came as authorities prepared to open a new 1,000-bed hospital to treat victims of the new virus.

The number of confirmed deaths from China’s coronavirus outbreak has risen to 361, with Hubei province — the center of the outbreak — reporting 57 new deaths on Monday, according to the National Health Commission.

The death toll exceeds that of the 2002-03 SARS outbreak, which killed 349 people in mainland China. The commission also confirmed 2,829 new cases of the virus nationwide on Sunday, bringing the total number of people infected within China to 17,205. The total number globally is 17,300.

Shocking Footage Inside China’s Newly-Constructed Hospitals, ‘Like Jail Cells Where You Go to Die’

China has gone from constructing ghost cities to now erecting hospitals to treat coronavirus patients. As we’ve reported, China could be hiding the true number of confirmed cases and deaths, and in some cases, not reporting the deaths at all, and “immediately” hauling the bodies down the street to a local crematorium, effectively burning the evidence.

The government’s official death toll on Saturday night topped 300, with more than 14,550 cases reported globally.

China is attempting to show the world, it has been proactive and responsible during the outbreak, and in one way that it can optically please everyone that it has everything under control, is to build a hospital in Wuhan, the epicenter of where the deadly virus supposedly began.

UK researchers have warned upwards of 75,000 could be infected in Wuhan, as more than 137,600 have been placed under observation across China.

AP: Only 24 People Charged Over ‘Deliberately-Lit Bushfires’ In NSW, Australia

The Associated Press reported Friday that “only” 24 people have been arrested for deliberately starting fires in New South Wales this season in an article weighing the relative impact of arson on the Australian bushfire crisis.

Of these 183 cases, only 24 people had been charged over “deliberately-lit bushfires,” AP stated, while legal action had also been taken against another 100 people for “conduct that could be described as being careless during a fire ban.”

Yet AP also cited “arson expert” Troy McEwan of Swinburne University of Technology as saying that “a significant proportion of bushfires are deliberately lit in Australia.”

Explosive Leaked Confession of Domestic Abuse of Johnny Depp Turns #MeToo Upside Down

Her biggest frustration with Depp appears to be that he tries to get away from her when she turns violent. 1. Have you watched the Russian film “Dog Heart” based on the book by Mikhail Bulgakov? Highly recommend. There is a scene in the film as the commissars try to take the apartment from a famous medical professor.

An unusual lawsuit started in Germany, reminiscent of a scene from Mikhail Bulgakov’s novel “Heart of a Dog”. The City Hall of Neckartailfingen sued a local artist who rents a 6-room apartment. The request of the city hall: “to be compacted for migrants”, that is, to voluntarily give up four rooms where the city administration will settle refugees from the Middle East.

“The city needs space for refugees,” the German media came out with this headline today, January 30. The mayor of Neckartailfingen Gerhard Gerticke appealed to the Nürtingen district court with a lawsuit against the 75-year-old artist Klaus Roth. The mayor proposes to leave the pensioner only two rooms instead of six.

    • But you can feel like a hero of the movie “Dark City” (1998). It seems that yesterday the world was completely different, but today there are only “Muhammad” around.

  3. and Mitt Romney is in the process of being recalled by the State of Utah. I suppose that he is not being the good Mormon that he is expected to be. According to some he is, or was, the face of the GOP establishment. The joke in 2008 was how do you tell the candidates apart? I’ll leave the punch line for you to figure.

  4. Well we are are giving so why would the Muslims not take? To the Muslims we seem to be condoning ALL rape and butchery too. I imagine some bright right white sparks will decide to join in the butchery of our own. To survive. It used to be called war against an invader aided by a fifth column of yours and theirs.

  5. Carpetbagger Mittens is still going? These career bureaucrats really do think that they are epic heroes that the neo-feudal technoserfs love and emulate.
The commies in the worker’s paradise of China wouldn’t lie about the virus would they? I know rhetorical questions are fun.
About the metoo Bolshevistas…a lot of local guys are now marrying foreign women because they don’t come with that baggage.
Feminists and racebaiters are so cute acting like it is 1964 forever.

  6. On the proposed mass censorship of internet, All Canadians should give them feedback. The report and feedback form can be found here: https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/110.nsf/eng/home
Don’t miss this opportunity to give them a piece of your mind. “The people’s broadcaster” doesn’t care what you think, but your letters will go onto public record.
