Gates of Vienna News Feed 2/1/2020

The officially acknowledged death toll in China from the Wuhan Coronavirus has now passed 300, and the number of confirmed cases is over 14,000. Australia has banned all flights to and from China. The first death from the coronavirus outside of China occurred in the Philippines. And there are accusations that Chinese authorities are sending corpses straight from hospitals to crematoria to be burned.

In other news, an NGO “rescue” vessel has been cleared to drop off 363 migrants in Italy.

ACU Tells Mitt Romney He’s Not Allowed at CPAC Because of His Vote for More Witnesses

At the end of February this year, like every year, I’ll be to our nation’s capital for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). There I will be meeting with other conservative media personalities, and activists. We will be swamped with politicians trying to get our attention for a blog post or a radio appearance. One politician who won’t be there will be Mitt Romney.

Former Harvard Law Professor and noted author Alan Dershowitz had more bad news for Democrats on Friday night.

When President Trump is acquitted next week he will no longer be impeached. It will be over. It will be removed from his record.

Sorry, Nancy. The charade is over.

Federal law enforcement officials arrested an alleged Al-Qaeda terrorist leader in Phoenix, Arizona, late this week on murder charges filed by the Iraqi government.

Ali Yousif Ahmed Al-Nouri, a 42-year-old Iraqi national was “wanted to stand trial in Iraq for two charges of premeditated murder committed in 2006 in Al-Fallujah,” the Department of Justice said in a statement.

An Iraqi judge issued an arrest warrant for Ahmed and subsequently requested Ahmed’s extradition from the United States.

Corrupt Former Ukraine Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch is Retiring From State Department

Corrupt former Ukrainian Ambassador Marie Yovanovich announced yesterday that she is retiring. The former US Ambassador was involved in numerous corrupt acts while overseeing the US Embassy in the Ukraine.

Just last month President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani revealed a huge money laundering operation involving the Bidens and Burisma Holdings in the Ukraine. Money was flowing through Latvia and Cyprus disguised as loans to various tech companies then paid out as ‘board fees’to Hunter Biden.

“That is a straight out violation of a money laundering statute,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani revealed that there is documents showing Schiff’s star witness, fired US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch perjured herself at least twice during her impeachment testimony.

Hannah Roemhild Who Targeted Mar-a-Logo Yesterday is a Rich Opera Singing Bernie Supporter … And She’s Crazy

Yesterday shots were reportedly fired at Mar-a-Lago after a woman breached two check points there. Hannah Oremhild is the reported culprit and we knew yesterday that she was a Bernie-bot. Now here is more…

Today we have more on Ms. Hannah.

It looks like most Bernie Sanders supporters, Ms. Hannah was raised in a well to do family in a very nice and expensive house in Connecticut:

She must feel guilty about her upbringing and especially the boat her family cruised around in:

She supported the woman’s march and shows Trump hating cartoons on her social media. She is also a die hard Bernie supporter.

Here is a composite of all the pictures above:

Socialist Bernie Sanders followers appear to be the most violent of all far-left factions. They grow up rich but then feel bad about it so they jump on the Bernie train and then go ballistic.

Mathematicians Solve an Enduring ‘42’ Problem Using Planetary Supercomputer

Mathematicians have finally figured out the three cubed numbers that add up to 42. This has settled a problem that has been pondered for 65 years: namely, can each of the natural numbers below 100 be expressed as the sum of three cubes?

The problem, set in 1954, is exactly what it sounds like: x3+y3+z3=k. K is each of the numbers from 1 to 100; the question is, what are x, y and z?

Over the following decades, solutions were found for the easier numbers. In 2000, mathematician Noam Elkies of Harvard University published an algorithm to help find the harder ones.

By 2019, just the two most difficult ones remained: 33 and 42.

Then, after watching a YouTube video about the problem with 33 on the popular maths channel Numberphile, mathematician Andrew Booker from the University of Bristol in the UK was inspired to write a new algorithm.

He ran this through a powerful supercomputer at the university’s Advanced Computing Research Centre, and got the solution for 33 after just three weeks.

So, we were left with the hardest one of them all: 42. This proved a much more obstinate problem, so Booker enlisted the aid of fellow MIT mathematician Andrew Sutherland, an expert in massively parallel computation.

Republicans Are ‘Actual Demons, ‘ ‘Zombies, ‘ Says New York Times Nobel Prize-Winning Columnist

New York Times columnist and Nobel laureate Paul Krugman has doubled down on denouncing the Republican Party as “bad people,” insisting that there’s nothing wrong with “demonizing” opponents who “actually are demons.”

Krugman refused to budge from his declaration that “Republicans are bad people” during an interview with PBS’ Firing Line on Thursday. When interviewer Margaret Hoover pressed the Nobel Prize-winning economist on the risks inherent in “demonizing” political opponents, he only doubled down, taking his ad hominems into the mythical realm.

‘Taking Our Baby to the Hospital Was the Single Most Harmful Decision We Made’

Child services falsely labeled this dad an abuser and took his adopted newborn.

Last May, John Cox was worried he had accidentally hurt his newly adopted infant by rolling into her when they both dozed off. Erring on the side of caution, he brought her to Children’s Wisconsin hospital—where he worked, coincidentally, as a pediatric emergency doctor—just to make absolutely sure she was fine. It turned out she had suffered a minor fracture that is common in babies and heals on its own.

Two weeks later, child protective services declared him a child abuser and took the baby from him and his wife.

The child has been in foster care now for eight months. She is only nine months old.

What happened? According to a remarkable investigative story by NBC’s Mike Hixenbaugh, it’s possible for the authorities to interpret almost any bump or bruise as evidence of evil intent:…

The Pentagon is Preparing to House Up to 1,000 People at Military Sites Who May Need to be Quarantined Due to the Wuhan Coronavirus Outbreak

The Pentagon is preparing military installations to, if necessary, quarantine up to 1,000 people returning to the US from overseas to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus that originated in Wuhan, China, the Department of Defense announced Saturday.

“On Feb. 1, Secretary of Defense Dr. Mark T. Esper approved a request for assistance from the Department of Health and Human Services for housing support for 1,000 people who may need to be quarantined upon arrival from overseas travel due to the novel coronavirus,” a Pentagon statement explained.

The Pentagon will provide access to multiple facilities capable of housing at least 250 people through Feb. 29.

UMass Boston Student First Confirmed Case of Coronavirus in Massachusetts

A UMass Boston student returning to school from Wuhan, China, is the first confirmed case of the potentially deadly novel coronavirus in Massachusetts.

The student, a male in his 20s, landed at Logan International Airport on Jan. 28 with a runny nose. He sought medical treatment on Jan. 29, public health officials said.

He did not require hospitalization and has been “isolated” at his home — not a dormitory — while public health nurses continue to monitor his condition, city and state health officials said in a telephone press conference Saturday, adding that the student was “doing quite well.”

Why Texans Don’t Want Any More Californians

Talk of a “California Exodus” is sweeping the country—and so are anxieties about its effects on the rest of the West. In October, the Boise mayoral candidate Wayne Richey proposed at an election forum to build a $26 billion wall to keep out people moving from the Golden State. (His backup plan to stop the invasion of Boise? “Trash the place.”) A viral Wall Street Journal article recounted the plight of a small Idaho town buckling under the stress of thousands of inbound Californians. And this month, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a warning on Twitter to Californians moving to his state: “Remember those high taxes, burdensome regulations, & socialistic agenda advanced in CA? We don’t believe in that.” The sentiment was echoed in various warnings in Dallas newspapers about the awful “California-ing” of North Texas.

Anti-Feminist Blogger Ordered to Stay Clear of UQAM Campuses

A resident of the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood in Montreal has been ordered to keep away from the UQAM campuses while his criminal case is pending. Jean-Claude Rochefort, 71, is an anti-feminist blogger who was charged back in December with inciting hatred towards women according to the Montreal Gazette.

Rochefort was arrested in Montreal by police in December after a professor at UQAM filed a complaint against Rochefort allegedly posted a blog about Marc Lepine, the man behind the infamous Ecole Polytechnique mass shooting in 1989. It was a shooting that killed 14 women and injured 14 more. Just prior to the 30th anniversary of the shooting, Rochefort praised Lepine in a blog most and was consequently arrested.

Islamic Terrorist Who Plotted Danish Newspaper Massacre Released in Sweden

A radical Islamic extremist who plotted to massacre the staff of Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten in 2010 has been released by Swedish authorities, despite plotting more attacks while in prison.

The man, who has not been identified by name, is said to be in his forties and was one of three Swedish citizens arrested as co-conspirators in the 2010 plot who were initially imprisoned in Denmark but later moved to Sweden, Aftonbladet reports.

During his time in prison, the Muslim radical is said to have plotted even more attacks, with instructions on how to make a bomb and a map of Copenhagen’s public transportation system being found in his cell.

He is also said to have behaved poorly after being transferred to a Swedish prison and told prison officials he was ready to “kill and murder” during his stay.

Sweden: Hijab is ‘Look of the Year’

On January 20, Iran’s only female Olympic medalist, Kimia Alizadeh, defected from Iran. “I am one of the millions of oppressed women in Iran whom they’ve been playing for years,” she wrote.

Then, last month, the Islamic Republic’s female chess master, Mitra Hejazipour, 27, removed her hijab during a chess tournament in Moscow and was promptly removed from the national chess team.

Hejazipour said that she had decided “not to have a share in this horrendous lie and not to play the game of ‘We love the hijab and have no problem with it’ anymore…”

“It creates many limitations for women and deprives them of their basic rights. Is this protection? I say definitely not, it is solely and merely a limitation.”

Ted Malloch: Goodbye EU…

On January 31, 2020, after years of manic anguish, threats, intrigue and maneuver, the United Kingdom will finally leave the European Union.

Big Ben should be tolling. Ding dong, the wicked witch is dead and Dorothy can go back to Kansas — or the Midlands.

The lifelong ambition of one Nigel Farage deserves a Lordship and a Knighthood for his undying and patriotic efforts over decades. He will finally see the return of trade, money, borders, laws and independence itself, to the British people.

Brexit, the massively consequential, world-historic demonstration of economic populism and anti-globalism will come to fruition, thanks to the shattering electoral victory of the eurosceptic Conservative Party — led by their clever Etonian, former Mayor of London, and now Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

And it was Donald J. Trump who backed both of them and fully endorsed Brexit as a sage policy — even before he was elected US President. Once in office, the pro-sovereignty President has been relentless in his support and in offering a wide-ranging, US-UK Free Trade Agreement, at precisely the necessary time and to great mutual benefit. Who knows, in a year the British may perhaps even be enjoying some of our famous chlorinated chicken.

In retrospect today, in the midst of all the celebration, it is time to relate some less than fully known truths about this many decades long, Brussels fiasco.

The first disclosure goes back to the very founding of the Union.

Already in 1952, Jean Monnet, one of the leftist French minds behind the European abduction candidly said, “Europe’s nations should be led towards a superstate, without their people understanding what is happening. This can be accomplished by successive steps, each disguised as having an economic purpose, but which will eventually and irreversibly lead to federation.”

The European Union and its antecedents were a product of ideologues and continentalists opposed to all English Lockean traditions and common law and instead, followed Rousseau’s, General Will.

UN Hacked in Apparent Espionage Operation: Report

GENEVA — Sophisticated hackers infiltrated UN offices in Geneva and Vienna last year in an apparent espionage operation and their identity and the extent of the data they obtained is not clear.

An internal confidential document from the United Nations, leaked to The New Humanitarian and seen by the Associated Press, says dozens of servers were compromised including at the UN human rights office, which collects sensitive data and has often been a lightning rod of criticism from autocratic governments for exposing rights abuses.

Asked about the report, one UN official told the AP that the hack appeared “sophisticated” and that the extent of the damage remained unclear, especially in terms of personal, secret or compromising information that may have been stolen. The official, who spoke only on condition of anonymity to speak freely about the episode, said systems have since been reinforced.

Zuesse: How Obama’s Mid-East Policy Led to Nazi Rebirth in Today’s Germany

On January 12th, Deutsche Welle (Germany’s public broadcaster like BBC, PBS, NPR, and RT) headlined “Mayor’s resignation highlights threat to German leaders: Arnd Focke, the Social Democratic mayor of a town in Lower Saxony, was regularly threatened by nationalists. Now he has resigned. Regional officials have repeatedly faced threats across Germany.” He quit for his safety, because carrying out Germany’s compassionate policies toward the flood of mainly Middle-Eastern refugees has produced a backlash that is becoming increasingly organized and dangerous to Germany’s democracy.

U.S. President Barack Obama’s policies in support of overthrowing secular governments (such as in Libya and Syria) in the Middle East, and his attempts to install there new governments — which were planned to be allied with the fundamentalist-Sunni Saud family who own Saudi Arabia — caused the exodus, from those secularly-headed U.S.-attacked Middle-Eastern countries, of millions, some of whom live now in Germany and are not accepted there, for many of reasons, some valid and some invalid. The resulting influx of millions of culturally markedly different people has given rise to a rebirth of Germany’s Nazi movement.

Whereas Obama’s U.S., and especially now Trump’s U.S., has refused entry of refugees from these countries that America (by means of its tens of thousands of jihadist proxy-forces from around the world) invaded, Europe (and especially Germany) has been compassionate toward the refugees, and are now experiencing the political blowback, at home, from their admission of refugees from America’s foreign policy — a policy favoring dictatorial fundamentalist-Sunni Arab regimes, to overthrow secular governments in the Middle East.

The Fall of Qasem Soleimani and the Mahdi Doctrine

This messianic creed is the raison d’être for the Islamic Republic of Iran according to its founders and leaders.

On the day Soleimani was killed, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, tweeted, “We congratulate Imam Mahdi [aj] and Soleimani’s pure soul and condole the Iranian nation on this great martyrdom.”

Who is Imam Mahdi and why was Khamenei congratulating him on the day of Soleimani’s death? In short, he is Islam’s messiah, the 12th of 12 Imams who are successors to Mohammed. Said to have been born in 879 CE, the Imam Mahdi is believed by Shi’a Muslims to still be alive, but hidden from mankind in “occultation” until a time of such upheaval on the earth that only his reappearance will rescue mankind and, in fact, usher in an age of global peace; Islamic peace, that is; a kind of peace in which all mankind is living in submission to the Allah of the Koran.

Crazy to Western ears, this messianic creed is the raison d’être for the Islamic Republic of Iran according to its founders and leaders. It is also the basis of Tehran’s foreign and military policies; and it is impossible to overemphasize the Iran regime’s visceral commitment to it.

Coronavirus: China Accused of ‘Burning Bodies in Secret’

World health officials, back from a visit to Beijing, expressed great concern that a dangerous new virus was spreading between people outside of China, even as the number of illnesses continue to grow dramatically inside that Asian nation.

The new virus has now infected more people in China than were sickened during the 2002-2003 severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) outbreak. On Wednesday, the number of cases jumped to 5974, surpassing the 5327 people diagnosed with SARS.

The death toll, which stood at 132 on Wednesday, is lower than the 348 people who died in China from SARS.

Doubts have been raised about the official death toll, however, with claims Chinese authorities have been cremating bodies in secret.

Chinese-language news outlet Initium interviewed people working at local cremation centres in Wuhan, who said bodies were being sent directly from hospitals without being properly identified and added to the official record.

Fear of the Coronavirus is Spreading Like Wildfire All Over the Globe

We haven’t seen an outbreak like this in any of our lifetimes, and it is really starting to frighten a whole lot of people. This virus has an incubation period of up to 14 days, it spreads very easily from person to person, and it also appears to be mutating very rapidly. For now, the vast majority of the confirmed cases are still in China, but the virus continues to pop up in more locations around the globe. In fact, on Friday we learned that the U.K. and Russia have both confirmed their very first cases. This is obviously a very dangerous disease, and nobody is quite sure what is going to happen next. But videos that are circulating on social media are fueling speculation that this could become a horrifying global pandemic of epic proportions.

Wuhan Coronavirus: Unnecessary Panic, Experts Say

The Wuhan coronavirus seems to have a low fatality rate, and most patients make full recoveries. Experts reveal why it’s causing panic anyway.

The outbreak of a new coronavirus has sparked fear and anxiety around the world.

The pneumonialike virus, which originated in Wuhan, China, has infected more than 9,700 people and killed 213.

So far, the virus does not seem to be as deadly as SARS, which killed 774 people from 2002 to 2003. SARS had a mortality rate of 9.6%, whereas about 2% of people infected with the new coronavirus have died. But the number of people infected after one month has already surpassed the SARS outbreak’s eight-month total.

Many patients with coronavirus have already made full recoveries. According to Chinese officials, most of those who’ve died were elderly or had other ailments that compromised their immune systems.

‘Cancel Culture’ Attacks on “White Privilege” Will Trigger Tragedy Down the Road

Perhaps the best evidence that there is a concerted effort to cancel the White race from recognition for their achievements can be witnessed by a simple search on Google. Type in ‘White inventors’ and fasten your seat belt. While there is no doubt that minorities have contributed many inventions over the course of the centuries, the Google results make it look like the tinkering White man, where he appears at all, is still struggling to invent the wheel. If the world’s biggest search engine were relying solely on algorithms to provide its ‘answers’ (as opposed to the deliberate meddling of a human hand) then it seems utterly impossible that renowned ‘Caucasian’ inventors, like the Wright Brothers, Henry Ford, Alexander Graham Bell, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein, Tim Berners-Lee and Isaac Newton, to name a few, do not feature anywhere near the top of Google search results. This was a deliberate move by the Silicon Valley giant to deny White inventors their rightful place in the historical record.

Abp Viganò Raises Concerns About Cardinal in Charge of Next Papal Election

‘In the Heart of the Church we seem to glimpse the approaching shadow of Satan’s synagogue (Rev 2:9).’

In a new testimony touching upon the election of the next Pope, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has alleged that the cardinal whom Pope Francis recently approved to preside over the next papal conclave was involved in covering up the misdeeds of infamous Legionary of Christ founder, Marciel Maciel.

In a statement released on January 31 and titled “The faithful have the right to know” (see official English text below), Archbishop Viganò asserts that Pope Francis’s confirmation of Cardinal Leonardo Sandri as Vice-Dean of the College of Cardinals is a “masterpiece of deception.”

On Saturday, January 25, the Holy See announced that Pope Francis had confirmed the election of Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re, 86, and Cardinal Leonardo Sandri, 76, as Dean and Vice-Dean of the College of Cardinals respectively. The announcement came one month after Cardinal Angelo Sodano, 92, resigned as Dean of the Sacred College.

Francis’s approval of these elections “has gone almost unnoticed and yet conceals a devious strategy,” Archbishop Viganò writes.

The former apostolic nuncio to the United States contends that the confirmation of Cardinal Re as Dean of the Sacred College is “a cover for that other more effective appointment — of Cardinal Sandri — which has been prepared ad hoc to pilot the next conclave secundum Franciscum, that is, according to an updated and augmented edition of the St. Gallen Mafia.”

Are the World Elite Using a Rise in Nationalism to Reassert Globalisation?

Putting yourself in the mind of someone who commits an act of illegality is perhaps the only way we can begin to understand the motivation behind the transgression. A common reflex reaction to the most heinous of crimes is to simply call for the perpetrator to be removed from society and put in prison. Out of sight, out of mind. Whilst this is not an unreasonable expectation, it does not get to the root of why he or she became a criminal.

We can take a similar stance when it comes to globalism. If a self appointed elite who permeate institutions like the Bank for International Settlements and the IMF share a desire to concentrate world power through a centralised network of global governance, rather than simply rebel against this vision is it not equally as important to try and understand the vision from the perspective of those who created it? I would argue that to comprehend the minds of global planners it is necessary to mentally place yourself into their way of thinking.

A couple of years ago I published an article called, Order Out of Chaos: A Look at the Trilateral Commission, where I examined some of the key motivations behind this particular institution’s goals. I quoted past members of the Commission openly rejecting national sovereignty and championing the interdependence of nations. One of those quotes was from Sadako Ogata, a former member of the Trilateral Commission’s Executive Committee, who at an event to mark 25 years of the institution remarked how ‘international interdependence requires new and more intensive forms of international cooperation to counteract economic and political nationalism’.

Shortly after the Trilateral Commission was founded in 1973, one of its members, Richard Gardner, wrote an essay for Foreign Affairs magazine (the official publication of the Council on Foreign Relations). In ‘The Hard Road to World Order’, Gardner emphasised the objective of dismantling national sovereignty:

In short, the ‘house of world order’ will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down. It will look like a great ‘booming, buzzing confusion,’to use William James’ famous description of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.

With Britain in the process of leaving the European Union, you could argue that one of the main planks of the Commission’s agenda has failed. If the global elite want the integration of European nations, and for the majority of those nations to be controlled through a centralised behemoth like the EU, surely seeing the UK become independent from the union goes against everything they believe in? Not necessarily.

[Comment: In the short term EU appartchiks will seek to neutralize UK independence piecemeal on the down low via “agreements”. Boris should keep his word that this does not happen.]

5 thoughts on “Gates of Vienna News Feed 2/1/2020

  1. Despite the friendly foreign policy of Russia towards China, the Muslim population of the Russian Federation hates this country.
And this is how it manifests itself.

“Our ad is a hidden challenge to the Chinese.” Restaurant in Makhachkala banned entry for Chinese citizens due to coronavirus

Makhachkala, February 1. Restaurant “Gambit”, located in Makhachkala, shared information that “Chinese people are not allowed in their restaurant.” The restaurant management explained this decision by the method of combating coronavirus.

“Kazakhstan has closed its borders today, and I see that certain measures are being taken in Russia as well,” said the restaurant owner, “Kavkaz.Realii”.

According to the owner, they decided not to admit the citizens of China because of the safety of visitors, in addition, they were guided by political motives.

According to the entrepreneur, Chinese citizens in their country infringe on the rights of Muslims. And their advertising is a hidden challenge to the Chinese. He also noted that in Dagestan people advocate different faiths.

According to reports, Chinese citizens in the restaurant will be determined by speaking, and at guests at risk, employees of the institution will measure the temperature.

The owner of the restaurant noted that visitors would be asked about political views, and if they were tolerant, they would be allowed into the institution and even fed “at their own expense”.

In addition, a message appeared on the restaurant’s page on Instagram that “Dagestan khinkal with garlic sauce is the best remedy against coronavirus.”

  2. Regarding Brexit, that strategy has long been obvious. They stalled and stalled, and now will try to keep their agenda going via sneaky damaging negotiations.

    But they’ve been dealt a BLOW! 🙂

  3. “This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it.”

Things you can do to be in control of your destiny:
Hand-washing and eye protection. And no spontaneous hugs in public. Stay away from Universities, with all their Chinese students.

Wide fields of fire and crew-serviced belt-fed toys are not needed at this time.

  4. That’s the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China who made the statement of dead victims of 2019-nCoV to be cremated immediately and not far from where they died. Transfer for burial is not being allowed to avoid the further spread of the virus. That’s being reported as coming straight from official agencies of the Chinese government. But in the realm of accusations there have been a few reports from biological laboratories that the Coronavirus may contain HIV Insertions. A mere coincidence that located in Wuhan Biosafety Level 4 (BSL-4), Pathogen Level 4 facility, the Wuhan Institute of Virology. where this particular strain of Coronavirus originated from the same area. Merely a coincidence in that aspect I can assure you all. Yes.
