Democrats Already Prepping for Possible Trump Transition Sabotage — Assuming He Accepts Election Loss

Democrats are preparing for the possibility that President Donald Trump and his staff will sabotage their transition if he loses the 2020 election.

At least one outside group — National Security Action — has started making preparations for the Democratic campaigns in the event their candidate wins, and Elizabeth Warren has just released a plan that describes how she would quickly staff the government to smooth the transition if she won the White House, reported Politico.

Democrat Richard Pan Wants Social Platforms to Censor “Violent” Content After Getting Shoved During Livestream

The State of California has over the past couple of years enacted several pieces of legislation pertaining to the digital market and online communications, some more controversial than others.

These include a bill against publishing “deepfake” videos ahead of a US election, another severely limiting the ability of companies to hire freelancers — and before that, a GDPR-inspired Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

But California’s state lawmakers are not stopping there, as a new bill now hopes to tackle the phenomenon of livestreaming violent content on social media giants like Facebook and YouTube.

Deplatformed: How Big Tech Companies & Corporate America Subvert the Second Amendment

Anyone familiar with the Bible is familiar with the Mark of the Beast: Without this mark, no man may buy or sell.

Regardless of one’s religious faith or lack thereof, there is an illustrative case in this biblical story: When one cannot buy or sell, one is metaphorically up the creek. Short of producing everything one needs oneself, buying and selling are necessary parts of virtually every modern person’s life.

In our modern world, we can begin to see a sort of Mark of the Beast: While ideas and even objects aren’t banned, they are increasingly difficult to come by, not due to government fiat, but due to the machinations of corporations hostile to the American values of freedom.

One can be in favor of the free market while recognizing a simple truth: There is no way that America’s Founding Fathers would have sat on their hands while five corporations dominated American discourse and commerce. It is hard to imagine, for example, the Founders suffering a single private bank processing most of the payments in the United States and refusing to do business with gun merchants. Alternately, one can scarcely imagine that the Founders would have sat still for three companies — all of them hostile toward American values and the Constitution — dominating political discourse and deplatforming anyone who opposed them.

This is the situation in which we find ourselves as a nation today: Guns are not illegal, but private companies will make it increasingly difficult to buy, sell or own them — up to and including pulling your bank account. You have all the freedom of speech you like, but prepare to be deplatformed or have your voice buried by large tech corporations with their thumb on the scale of American discourse.

As the American economy has become more corporatist — such that the market is controlled by the interrelation between monolithic mega-corporations, Wall Street and the state — and less capitalistic and dynamic, the American press and economy are now being dominated by forces hostile toward the American public and American values…

House Dems Want Google to Censor All Climate Dissent

Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL), chair of the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis, has written a letter to Google and Alphabet Inc. CEO Sundar Pichai urging him to suppress “dangerous climate misinformation on YouTube.”

Alphabet, which owns Google and YouTube, has yet to offer a comment.

The letter makes a number of demands for censorship from YouTube, calling on the video-sharing platform to:

Stop promoting climate denial and climate disinformation videos by removing them immediately from the platform’s recommendation algorithm;

Add ‘climate misinformation’ to the platform’s list of borderline content;

Stop monetizing videos that promote harmful misinformation and falsehoods and about the causes and effects of the climate crisis;

Take steps to correct the record for millions of users who have been exposed to climate misinformation on YouTube.

Ivy League Privilege: Climate Change Protesters Get Records Expunged for Shutting Down Football Game

Going to an Ivy League school is great. Not only are you practically guaranteed a lucrative job and enriching professional networks after graduation, but you’re above the law even while still enrolled.

It’s not even clear that the dozens of Harvard and Yale students and alumni arrested for shutting down the Harvard-Yale football game — in order to demand divestment from fossil fuels — fulfilled their court-ordered five hours of community service.

The Harvard Crimson makes no mention of whether Judge Phillip Scarpellino required the 10 Harvard students and alumni to produce documentation that they served the conditions under which their charges would be dropped. All the protesters agreed to Scarpellino’s terms at their Dec. 6 hearing.

They showed up in his New Haven court Monday, where “their case was annulled, legally erasing any record of their arrest (the Yale Daily News has no coverage of Monday’s hearing, so it’s unclear what happened to the Yale charges):

Long Island Judge Ignores Bail Law, Refuses Release of ‘Menace to Society’

A Long Island judge intentionally ignored the state’s controversial bail-reform law and refused to release a defendant he deemed a “menace to society,” The Post has learned.

Nassau County District Judge David McAndrews admitted in court that accused two-time bank robber Romell Nellis wasn’t charged with a “bondable or bail offense” — but still ordered him held on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

“I don’t want you walking around my neighborhood,” McAndrews told Nellis, according to a transcript of the Jan. 9 hearing in Hempstead.

But McAndrew’s principled stand was short-lived, as a higher-level judge promptly reversed his order and released Nellis with an ankle monitor — only to have him cut it off and disappear.

Slow Moving Socialist Avalanche is Headed Right for You

Snow avalanches are sudden events and can occur without warning. But the slow-moving avalanche into socialism can take several generations and is so imperceptible the average person never sees it coming. You had better look up because there is a slow-moving, socialist avalanche coming right at you and that avalanche contains inside it, tyranny, oppression, despotism, domination, confiscation and government control and abuse. That avalanche contains the chains that will encase you forever in the cement of slavery.

The current Democrat candidates for President are a picture window into what they have in mind for you, lots of “free stuff” with no way to pay for it, if they get elected. The “free stuff” is designed to buy the votes of stupid people that haven’t learned there is no such thing as a free lunch. Sadly, America is loaded with very stupid people and they might just have the numbers to elect the likes of Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar, Tom Steyer, or God forbid, Michael Bloomberg. These Democrat candidates all want to tax the middle class into oblivion for their socialist programs and they want more control over your lives. They are not your friends. They are your sworn enemies.

Let’s just say that you aren’t stupid and you can see clearly what is going on. Just How Are You ‘Gonna’ Change Things?

Statins Trigger Brain Changes With Devastating Effects

Dr. Beatrice Golomb is a professor of medicine at the University of California, San Diego, whose recent research has focused on statin use. In her answer to a question by a Scientific American reader, she writes about how statins affect your neurological system and, more specifically, your brain:7

“Between 2003 and 2012 roughly one in four Americans aged 40 and older were taking a cholesterol-lowering medication, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. But studies show that statins can influence our sleep and behavior — and perhaps even change the course of neurodegenerative conditions, including dementia.

In 2015, my colleagues and I observed that women taking statins, on average, showed increased aggression; men typically showed less, possibly because of reduced testosterone levels. Some men in our study did experience a marked increase in aggression, which was correlated with worsening sleep.”

By 2016, the recommendations for statins widened when the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force published new guidelines in which they indicated statins should be started in people between the ages of 40 and 758 who have at least one risk factor for heart disease. This recommendation resulted in 35 million who are currently prescribed statin medications.9

Golomb has found the drugs produce different effects based on a person’s medical history, the drug they are taking and the dose.10 She’s found that while adverse drug reactions have been reported with statin use, there are not a lot of published studies having to do with mood and behavioral changes related to statin use.

In 12 case studies, Golomb found changes that started after statin use was begun and persisted or progressed as the drug was continued. Reports of violent ideation, suicide, irritability and depression were resolved when the drug was discontinued. A sample of the reports include:

Suicide after simvastatin was taken for 5 days Depression in a woman in her 50s after taking simvastatin 10 mg for 2 weeks Depression and aggression in a man in his 50s after taking atorvastatin 20 mg for 1 month Suicide in a man in his 40s after taking atorvastatin 10 mg for several months

Other reported symptoms included suicide attempts, cognitive compromise, nightmares and anxiety. Golomb first suspected a connection between statins and mental health changes nearly 20 years ago. She found more evidence in the literature than she anticipated. She then conducted a study in Sweden, comparing the cholesterol levels of 250,000 to local crime records and commented to the BBC:11

The Pretended Articles of Impeachment Against a President

Article II, Section 4, of the Constitution provides, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Since the specific language of the Constitution states two crimes (treason and bribery) and then contains a clause, which contains the words “other crimes,” it seems clear that criminal conduct is contemplated by the drafters of the Constitution for this impeachment clause to become operative.

Therefore, I believe these are really “pretended articles of impeachment” because they fail to make a case for impeachment even if they were true.

Secondly, both “pretended” articles of impeachment lack what I believe is necessary, specificity. For example, “abuse of power” is so broad that it may be considered to be “void for vagueness.” Moreover, the argument of those advancing the impeachment of the president seems to center on the idea that he has somehow “hijacked” the foreign policy of the United States.

The difficulty with this argument is that the president is the only person in all of the constitution who is charged with developing and implementing foreign policy. Therefore I don’t see how it’s possible for him to “hijack” foreign policy since all the decisions are ultimately his to make.

Lastly, “Obstruction of Congress” seems to be the silliest charge of all.

VA Started Pushing Crazy Gun Laws, So Residents Just Bought 74,000 More Firearms — in One Month

RICHMOND, VA— It’s not surprising to see that the residents within Virginia purchased nearly 74,000 firearms in December of 2019.

Gun control bills and measures have been a hot topic in the state of Virginia, and with good reason.

Democrats within Richmond have been adamant in bringing forth legislation that can be contorted to strip citizens of their second amendment rights. As a result, citizens of the state thought it a good idea to purchase their weapons while they still could.

According to the Associated Press, December of 2019 saw an increase of 47% over the number of firearm sales when compared to December of 2018.

Virginia Congress Continues Gun Control Frenzy With 9 More Bills

Despite a massive and peaceful turnout on the Lobby Day rally on January 20th, the Virginia State Congress remained totally unfazed by what the people wanted and proceeded to advance numerous unconstitutional gun laws over the following week.

While everyone has been focused on the Wuhan coronavirus, state lawmakers have been quietly eroding gun rights.

Proving they don’t care at all about the opinions of the people of Virginia, the state’s Senate passed a “red flag” gun law only two days later. Here’s the summary of SB240.

Also two days after the rally of gun owners, the Senate Judiciary Committee advanced a proposed new law that would make it more difficult for Virginians to get a concealed carry permit in the form of SB263.

The advancement of these gun laws is a slap in the face to every gun owner who has protested in person, written or emailed his or her members of Congress, and attended local meetings.

It shows that the people currently in office don’t care what Virginians have to say about the laws they pass. It underlines their blithe dismissal of the Sanctuary municipalities and of the massive peaceful protest that even saw protesters cleaning up the area before they left.

The protest may have meant nothing to lawmakers, but to gun owners, it meant everything. It means that people in Virginia will stand up for their rights. It means they will not back down. It means they’re willing to put themselves on the line to protect the 2nd Amendment in a state that still has a flag that says “Sic Semper Tyrannis.”

But as for the state government? You know, the one purchased by presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg?

This is not a government that represents the people of Virginia.

Polish FM Praises Trump’s Peace Plan

Efforts by US President Donald Trump’s administration to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are commendable, Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz declared on Wednesday.

“I commend the efforts of President Donald Trump’s administration aimed at resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I took note of the unveiling of the political part of the peace plan. Together with its economic component, it constitutes a valuable basis for an in-depth discussion between two parties of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” Czaputowicz wrote in a statement on the peace plan proposal for Israel and Palestine.

Trump’s “Peace Plan” Would Double the Size of Palestinian Territory and Give Them a Capital in East Jerusalem

I was going to write about something else today, but I just couldn’t do it. Ever since I learned the details of President Trump’s “peace plan”, I haven’t been able to focus on anything else for very long. Under Trump’s plan, the U.S. would formally recognize a Palestinian state, the Palestinians would be allowed to set up a capital in East Jerusalem, and the amount of territory under Palestinian control would double. Yes, you read that correctly. Needless to say, I am very deeply upset right now and anyone that loves Israel should also be very deeply upset. The good news is that the Palestinians hate Trump’s plan so much that it has absolutely no chance of being implemented any time soon. But the fact that the Palestinians have already rejected this deal does nothing to diminish the fact that this is the biggest mistake that Trump has made in his entire presidency.

It is not as if Trump acted on a whim. This plan has been in development for three years, and the final draft is 181 pages long. If you have not seen the official document yet, you can read it for yourself right here. President Trump, Jared Kushner and everyone else that worked on this plan put an enormous amount of time and effort into it, and they knew exactly what they were doing.

In essence, this plan carves up the land of Israel like a Christmas turkey. The Palestinians would lose sovereignty over some Jewish settlements in the West Bank, but in return they would receive vast new tracts of land that currently belong to Israel. In addition, the Palestinians would be given East Jerusalem as a capital city, and President Trump seems quite excited about the prospect of opening up a U.S. embassy there. The following comes from Fox News…

[…]

In the aftermath of the unveiling of the plan, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas boldly proclaimed that “we say a thousand noes to the Deal of the Century”…

Coronavirus: British Airways Suspends Flights to China, UK Will Quarantine Citizens for Two Weeks

British flag-carrier airline British Airways has cancelled its direct flights to China until March at the earliest, and British travellers returning from China will be quarantined for two weeks, the latest bids to prevent the spread of the deadly Coronavirus.

As tens of millions of people in several Chinese cities remain on lockdown, with access to public transport restricted or totally withdrawn and roads closed, a handful of nations worldwide are putting in place plans to repatriate their own citizens from Coronavirus areas. The latest among them is the United Kingdom, which will fly back up to 300 citizens trapped in Wuhan and Hubei, reports the BBC, and will place them into quarantine for two weeks before being allowed to rejoin the general population.

Study of Coronavirus Victims Finds “96% Identical Genome Level to a Bat Coronavirus”

A new scientific study that took samples from five coronavirus victims found that the strain is “96% identical at the whole genome level to a bat coronavirus.”

Following the viral spread of videos out of China and other Asian countries showing people eating bat soup, the media attempted to debunk a link between the coronavirus and bat eating, partially by insisting the connection was “racist.”

This debunking campaign came despite Chinese authorities admitting that the source of the outbreak was an illegal animal market at which snakes and bats are sold in Wuhan.

Former Aussie PM: Conservative Govts Should Support Working Women to Have More Children

Tony Abbott has said conservative governments should do more to help working, middle-class women to have more children because the current birth-rate for that demographic is a “real problem”.

“While I’m all in favour of stay-at-home-mums if that’s their choice, I do think that a properly conservative government, acknowledging that having a family is one of the most wonderful things that anyone can do, would make it easier for women in the workforce to have more kids,” Mr Abbott said at the Centre for Independent Studies in comments reported by The Sydney Morning Herald.

A Plague of “Billions” of Locusts Threatens to Create a Horrific End Times Famine All Over Africa

Billions of locusts are eating everything in sight in east Africa right now, and every single day many more farms are being completely wiped out. Unfortunately, authorities are telling us that what we have seen so far is just the tip of the iceberg. In fact, if extreme measures are not implemented immediately, authorities are claiming that this locust plague could literally get “500 times” worse in a few months. But it is difficult to imagine conditions getting any worse than they are at this moment. Ravenous locust swarms that are “the size of cities” are consuming crops at a staggering pace, and this could potentially cause famine on the African continent that is unlike anything we have ever seen before.

It can be difficult to imagine a plague of “billions” of locusts. After all, there are only about 7 billion people living on the entire planet.

But this is actually happening. Right now “billions of locusts” are absolutely devastating east Africa, and each one can eat “its own weight in food every day”…

The truly frightening part of this story is that we are being told that the worst is yet to come.

If you can believe it, and I know that this sounds absolutely nuts, but UN officials are actually warning that this plague of locusts could get “500 times” larger when warmer weather arrives…

Boris Celebrates Taking Back Control of Brexit Britain’s Immigration — With Unlimited Immigration Program

Don’t worry: The PM’s only going to let the best boffins in… honest

The program will replace today’s Tier 1 visa program aimed at people with “exceptional talent,” but with some changes. For one, the cap of 2,000 annual places will be removed, leaving it theoretically open to an unlimited number of people.

Applicants will still need to gain a formal recommendation from named institutions, though the new program foresees most of the applicants coming through the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) quango, established in 2018.

The government stressed the program will be focused on scientific and research fields, though today’s system allows for applicants from a wide range of other fields, including medicine, the arts, engineering, and culture. It’s not terribly clear if the new program will accept folks in those fields.

Police arrested some who had crossed and prevented others from getting through.

The five men, two Syrian nationals aged 26 and 29, two 26-year-old Palestinian nationals and an Algerian national aged 25, were arrested near the border, Szilvia Szabó told MTI.

Over 50,000 immigrants, many who illegally entered Canada through the border, were ordered deported but remain in the country, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.

Transgender “Woman” Convicted of Sexual Assault Was Focus of Legislature Plea for Taxpayer Funding of “Gender-Confirming Garments”

A Nova Scotia transgender “woman” has been convicted of sexually assaulting her continuing care assistant.

Dartmouth resident Sherri (Sherry) Dawn Barrett, 45, is six feet tall and weighed 200lb at the time of the June 7, 2018 assault which took place at Barrett’s home.

“You’re pretty, I just want to keep you in my pocket, I want to keep you here forever.”

Later, Barrett hugged and attempted to kiss the CCA while she finished her paperwork before picking her up, even after the CCA told Barrett “no, this is unprofessional”.

UK: Newsreader Loses His Job of 30 Years for Quoting Shakespeare at a Black Person

Veteran British newsreader Alastair Stewart has lost his job of 30 years after quoting a Shakespeare passage to a black man that included the word “ape,” despite the fact that he had previously directed the same tweet to a white person.

Broadcaster ITN said Stewart had made “errors of judgment” is his use of social media that breached editorial guidelines.

The controversy was over a Twitter response Stewart sent to a black man in which he quoted a passage from Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure;

Dressed in a little brief authority,
Most ignorant of what he’s most assured,
His glassy essence, like an angry ape,
Plays such fantastic tricks before high heaven
As make the angels weep; who, with our spleens,
Would all themselves laugh mortal.

  2. Back in December a nurse in Ulm, Germany, tried to kill five prematurely born infants by injecting them with morphine. All five survived and won’t have any permanent damages thanks to fast professional help. The article doesn’t say anything about the nurse’s ethnicity, but since the city has roughly 10% muslim population (signicant minorities being Turks, Syrians and Iraqis), I’m willing to bet this isn’t the deed of a beast, but an attempt at a new form of jihad. Perhaps someone else is willing to dig deeper (like on local forums, I didn’t find any aditional information in German media). https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=cs&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.novinky.cz%2Fzahranicni%2Fevropa%2Fclanek%2Fzdravotni-sestra-v-ulmu-se-pokusila-zabit-pet-predcasne-narozenych-deti-40311721

  3. Amazing. SF is incapable to hire and supervise people responsible for keeping the streets clean. FBI had to get involved. The whole city council should be sacked for incompetence.
