A Twilight Struggle in France

At long last, and not until after the percentage of Muslims in the population passed the point of no return, the French government has decided to do something about “radicalization”. The initiative seems the very essence of futility, since Islam is firmly established in dozens or hundreds of banlieues, from which it can never be dislodged without the use of massive and lethal violence.

Fight against Islamism: The plan extended to the entire country

November 27, 2019
by Stéphane Joahny

After targeting fifteen districts particularly affected by the phenomenon of radicalisation, the fight against Islamism and community withdrawal is spreading throughout the country. Prefects are meeting Thursday at the Ministry of Interior to discuss it.

Prefects are meeting Thursday morning at Place Beauvau for an exceptional seminar on the theme of “the fight against Islamism and community withdrawal”. No fewer than four ministers — Nicole Belloubet for Justice, Jean-Michel Blanquer for National Education, Julien Denormandie for Cities and Housing, and Marlène Schiappa, in charge of Equality between Women and Men — will be present alongside Interior Minister Christophe Castaner. “This working meeting is in line with the plan to combat radicalisation presented in February 2018,” the ministry is told.

Fifteen “republican reconquest districts”, those most affected by the phenomenon of radicalisation (community withdrawals, departures for Syria, etc.), such as Trappes in the Yvelines, had been targeted. The action of the State — both administrative and judicial authorities — has resulted in the closure of twelve mosques, four schools and one hundred and thirty drinking establishments close to the radical Islamist movement.

Objective: mobilize all government services throughout the country Public authorities have also made adjustments of several million euros through the CAF [Caisse d’allocations familiales/Family Allowance Fund] and the Urssaf [Unions de Recouvrement des cotisations de Sécurité Sociale et d’Allocations Familiales/Social Security and Family Allowance Contribution Collection Offices].

Instruction will be given on Thursday to the prefects to mobilise all the services of the State to apply this plan to the whole country, in line with to local circumstances. Locally, prefects already coordinate departmental assessment groups (GEDs), responsible in particular for monitoring radicalised individuals at risk of violence.

  1. Closing one hundred and thirty drinking establishments? What are they drinking there? Koolaid? Camel micturation? I know it couldn’t possibly be alcohol since such is haram to the faithful…

Maybe the French political establishment should take a page from the experience of Kemal Atatürk in secularizing Turkey after the end of the Ottoman Empire. Requiring French prostitutes to wear the veil whenever they appear in public would be a good start. Measures to de-arabize islam in France would also be useful to co-opting more liberal religious leaders while minimizing the influence of salafist and wahabbist indoctrinated muslim religious authorities. Requiring sermons be conducted only in French, and calls to prayer banned or if allowed, only in French would be useful in weakening the grip of the Saudi-trained mullahs.

The point is, there are so many things that could be done by the French government to combat islamization that the response can be viewed as pathetically weak at best, or proof they are not serious and serving further to embolden the islamists at worse.

    • The drinking establishments could be tea/hookah joints. If they were bars that only underscores the vile hypocrisy of that satanic ideology.

Either way, both types of establishment are cash-based businesses, making them very handy for money laundering and moving funds around with little traceability.

  2. American RICO statutes (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) were intended to go after the mafia. The acts of Islamic mullahs and jihadis clearly falls into the same pattern as the mafia. The only difference being, Islam’s claim of an oddball form of “religious legitimacy”.

The US should use the RICO statutes to, declare Islam, a criminal enterprise. Then close Islam down as it presently exists in the US.

RICO allows the government to follow crime and money. Then, arrest all, and confiscate anything in its path.

You can be sure the movement of money for jihad is widespread. You can be sure the incitement and communication between mullahs and mosques is wide spread. You can also be sure there is foreign involvement. The RICO statutes were made just for this type of activity.

Use a small army of CPAs and attorneys to investigate every jihad attack. Follow 100% of the money back to its source. Track anyone involved, in any way. Then use the RICO statutes to jail, confiscated, and shut down all involved. That includes:

M1 – Shutting down mosques involved in any jihad attack.
    M2 – Arrest mullahs involved.
M3 – Follow, and confiscate, all jihad money back to its source.

    • “The US should use the RICO statutes to, declare Islam, a criminal enterprise. Then close Islam down as it presently exists in the US.”

I guarantee you that it will never EVER happen in the US; the ruckus caused by merely leaking such a plan would be tantamount to a coup.

I d not want to sound pessimistic, but my contention is that the time for resolving “the issue with the Cult” *peacefully* is completely over.

  3. There may be an alternative to massive and lethal violence.

Cordon off the Muslim banlieues. No one gets in or out.

Stop all food supplies and turn off all public utilities.

    • Undoubtedly this will be implemented before the end, however such a tactic is likely to be used only in response to massive lethal violence and will not serve to minimize bloodshed. I imagine it would go one step further and at some point require the military to go in block by block, building by building, and room by room to kill those who refuse to surrender. The ghetto inhabitants will likely set their own ghettos on fire to try and spread the blaze to the rest of the city or to ambush those who try to put it out. I would not be surprised to see artillery used to level such banlieues, especially after clearing efforts encounter IEDs, effective sniper fire, and rockets and mortars launched at the rest of the city from within such cordoned areas.

      • I can’t find anything fallacious in your argument, MHM. Sadly you are spot on; the only question is: when the “end” happens. We do not have any idea; not having Sibyl available now, we are doomed to just watch gradual deterioration until the break point.

    • Michael-

I have additional ideas that align with your points.

However, the Overton window has not shifted enough for me to post them.

  4. France will be seen to be unserious until the government sets up walled sectors where all Muslims are required to live, and cannot leave. The only exceptions will be for those who want to leave the country. Capital punishment will need to be reinstated for a range of crimes, most of them related to illegally entering the country. Of course nothing like this will happen. But really, the country is not merely at risk, it will spiral into failed state conditions before 2030 unless something radical is done. Better to be vilified by libleft garbage than see your country destroyed. I saw Lord Pearson in the UK last week declare that the 10 largest English county divisions would be more than 50% Muslim by 2031. Europe is well and truly done. Meanwhile they wax hysteric, endlessly, on the climate. And bankrupt their economies dealing with a Potemkin issue.
