Several young men are accused of raping a 14-year-old in the district of Biberach. This was announced by the public prosecutor’s office in Ravensburg and the police this Monday morning. Arrest warrants were issued against the three main suspects.

The girls, 13 and 14 years old, met with the men on the evening of 12 November, according to the authorities. They had arranged to meet them late in the evening.
Picked up at meeting point
Three of the suspects are said to have picked up the girls at an agreed rendezvous point. They are said to have then driven to a parish in the Biberach district and met two other men in a garage.

Parents press charges
The authorities announced that the 13-year-old was able to prevent sexual assault. The 14-year-old was raped by three men. The next day, the parents heard about it and reported it to the police. According to their own statements, the police “immediately initiated extensive investigations”, making it possible to identify all five suspects.
180 grams of marijuana and amphetamines
On Wednesday police officers searched the apartments of the five men and the garage. The investigators found about 180 grams of marijuana and amphetamines in the garages. They discovered another drug in the suspects’ apartments.

The responsible judge issued arrest warrants against the 32-year-old and two 20- and 19-year-old men at the request of the public prosecutor’s office in Ravensburg. They were issued on Wednesday and the men are now in detention.
Upon request from Schwäbische.de the public prosecutor’s office communicated that the 32-year-old has German citizenship. The two younger men come from Syria.
The other two suspects, 27 and 34 years old, are under investigation but not in custody. The investigations conducted by the public prosecutor’s office and the police are still ongoing.
