We Haven’t Seen a Manufacturing Slowdown Like This Since the Last Financial Crisis

This isn’t what was supposed to happen. According to the economic optimists, there was going to be a great “manufacturing renaissance” as America entered a wonderful new golden age of boundless prosperity. But of course that is not what has happened. Manufacturing activity has been declining for the past three months, and all across the country we are seeing economic conditions rapidly deteriorate. Over and over, we are seeing economic numbers that are worse than anything we have seen since the last recession, but the economic optimists keep assuring us that these are just temporary blips on the way to America’s glorious economic renewal. Well, they can keep believing in a mirage of future prosperity if they want, but the hard numbers keep telling us another story. For example, the Chicago Purchasing Managers Index has now fallen to a level that was “last sustained during the financial crisis”…

Manufacturing activity across the country has contracted for three months, according to closely watched ISM data. In the Midwest, the slowdown has been more severe. The Chicago Purchasing Managers Index shows backlogs dropping to a level touched briefly four years ago but last sustained during the financial crisis.

In the middle of the country, it already feels like a manufacturing recession for many business owners. Manufacturing facilities are being closed down, machines are being idled and thousands of workers are being let go. The following comes from a CNBC article about our current manufacturing slowdown…

Disclosure: Ngo is the Editor-at-large at The Post Millennial.

Over the past week, antifa had tried to harass the centre into deplatforming the speakers. Despite the group attempting to intimidate the business, audience, and speakers, they failed to shut down the event.

General Flynn Attorney Sidney Powell: “We Will Seek to Move to Dismiss for Egregious Government Conduct” (Video)

Attorney Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs on Tuesday night to discuss the latest updates on US Government’s court case against General Michael Flynn.

The Justice Department on Friday responded to Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell’s motion to compel production of Brady Material and to hold prosecutors in contempt.

Sidney Powell filed a motion a couple weeks ago revealing that General Flynn was indeed set up by the FBI with an ambush, damaging leaks and altered 302 reports.

Powell revealed that former FBI lawyer Lisa Page EDITED General Mike Flynn’s 302 report, then lied to the DOJ about the edits.

How to Deep Six the Deep State

The Deep State apparatus comes across in the Foreign Affairs article, “Trump and the CIA,” as a form of secret government that no elected official dares to cross. If this is indeed the case, our elections have become meaningless, and our elected officials are functioning as mere puppets. Foreign Affairs is published by the CFR.

But Trump has decided, in more cases than not, to challenge the power of the Deep State. He has gone against their advice in many ways, including his decision to withdraw U.S. forces from northern Syria. That irritated the Obama holdovers in the CIA because their Marxist Kurdish soldiers in Syria, deployed for a time against ISIS, were left alone to face the Turkish Armed Forces. Trump was not interested in getting American troops in the middle of a conflict involving communist Kurdish fighters. “Mr. Trump suggested that the Democrats liked the Kurds in part because they included some communists,” the New York Times reported, without noting that the observation was factually accurate.

In fact, the Kurds practically worship a Marxist-Leninist, now in a Turkish prison, by the name of Abdulla Ocalan, who was identified as trained by the KGB. The Kurds have been waging war against Turkey for decades and have killed thousands of people. Trump figured, with good reason, that it was better to stick with Turkey than a few thousand homeless communists wedded to the imaginary state of “Kurdistan.”

How the CIA came to adopt these Marxist fighters as American “allies” is a story that needs to be told and investigated. It was without approval by Congress. Reports indicate the CIA spent about $1 billion on a war in Syria that produced 500,000 dead and millions of refugees. That disastrous and bloody policy was authorized by President Obama and carried out by John Brennan, who was CIA director from March 2013 to January 2017…

It’s time for members of Congress, in the House and Senate, to introduce legislation to abolish the CIA. Otherwise, their complaints about the Deep State can’t be taken seriously.

Metlife Black Cat Among 300 Feral Felines Living Inside Stadium, Employees Keep Them Fed: Report

Microsoft Would Really Love to Pick Your Brains About Project Cortex

Having unleashed Teams on the world, Microsoft has been pondering what else it can do with all the data lurking in Microsoft 365. The answer, it seems, is Project Cortex.

Cortex sits a little awkwardly with the other search technologies unveiled at this year’s Microsoft Ignite conference in Florida, USA: updates to Bing to unify a corporate intranet with the internet, like a Fiesta crudely welded to a supertanker, and a Cortana now fully focused on Microsoft’s productivity suite.

Since all three are geared towards making use of the data stashed away in Microsoft 365, an observer would be forgiven for thinking that, once again, the Windows giant has come up with multiple ways of doing similar stuff.

The AR-15: The Real Story

Beto O’Rourke will never get the chance to take away the AR-15 kept in the home of Jeremy King of Lithia, Florida. King and his family are grateful for that and for the right to keep and bear arms enshrined, without any asterisk, in the Second Amendment of the Constitution that Democrats claim to be defending.

Yep, that AR-15, the very same “assault” weapon owned by bitter clingers said to endanger such families and the neighborhoods they live in. Instead, it saved his family from an intruder who broke into his house, pistol-whipped Mr. King, grabbed his 11-year-old daughter, and threatened to leave the King family another statistic buried deep in the news. As Spectrum News 9 tells the story:

Fake Indigenous Woman Resigns From Montreal City Reconciliation Job After Family History Revealed

A Montreal city councilor has just stepped down as the city’s reconciliation advisor. The problem? She could be Canada’s Elizabeth Warren.

Marie-Josee Parent was elected to Montreal City Council in 2017 as the first indigenous woman elected to hold such a position. She has said publicly that she is Mi’kmaq on her father’s side and Acadian on her mom’s.

Except, as it turns out, at least according to genealogical research conducted by Eric Pouliot Thisdale, she may not be not indigenous at all. Pouliot-Thisdale used church records to trace Parents genealogy and found that she had no indigenous ancestors on her father’s side.

A separate genealogical examination done by Dominique Ritchot came to the same conclusion, however, he did find an indigenous ancestor on Parent’s mother’s side.

But before Parent puts her moccasins back on, this potential maternal Mi’kmac relative is some 12 generations back in the family tree, which makes any DNA contribution less than negligible. And this person is someone that Parent didn’t even know existed when she was first staking her false claim to Indigenous ancestry.

Should Europe Bring Back the Fighters Who Left for ISIS?

This debate about repatriation is another example of how confused the West has become when trying to apply its moral principles. The real victims here are the people who were murdered, injured, raped, tortured or displaced by ISIS. Their children, if still alive, will have to live with the consequences of ISIS terror.

A common pattern of these calls for repatriation is that they never mention the immense suffering imposed on Europe, the Middle East, and the world by the Islamic State.

All those appeals fail to address the main issue. By joining ISIS, these men and women made a choice. They decided to leave behind their European citizenship and join a “state,” the fundamental values of which are totally incompatible with those of Western societies. These men and women decided to join a terrorist group whose objective was mercilessly to murder people of their home countries, as they did in Nice, Berlin, Brussels, Paris and many others places; a group that burned alive in a cage a captured Jordanian fighter pilot and raped hundreds of Yazidi women, to mention just some of their atrocities. At the time they joined ISIS, they knew what they were doing and could not ignore the nature and the acts of this terrorist group. They should be stripped of their Western nationalities because they themselves renounced them by joining a terror organization.

Almost all the persons concerned are first — and more often, second or third — generation immigrants to the West. In most instances, they also retain the nationality of the country their families hailed from: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia or Pakistan. So, by losing their Western nationalities, they would not become stateless.

The Hong Kong protest movement is one built on online organizing, and the policeare working to find out the identities of individuals who are using social media apps to spread information on the protests.

Since mass protests began in June over a now-withdrawn extradition bill that many Hongkongers feared would be the final straw in Beijing’s encroachment over the city’s affairs, protesters have used encrypted messaging app Telegram to plan demonstrations, initiate crowdfunding efforts, and spread information about police action during protests.

At Least Six American Children and Three Adults Killed in Ambush in Mexico

At least three women and six children, all U.S. citizens, were killed when they were ambushed in Mexico, family members said.

Members of the LeBarón family, who lived in a Mormon community in northern Mexico for decades, were traveling in three vehicles on Monday when gunmen attacked. Family members told the New York Times one child was shot while running away and others were trapped inside a burning vehicle.

Two of the children killed were less than a year old, family members said.

Julian LeBarón, a cousin of the three women who were driving the vehicles, said one of the women, Rhonita, was on her way to Phoenix to pick up her husband, who works in North Dakota and was returning home to celebrate their wedding anniversary when her car broke down. The gunmen “opened fire on Rhonita and torched her car,” he said. The woman, a 9-year-old girl, an 11-year-old boy, and twins less than a year old were killed, he said.

The two other cars, about eight miles ahead, were also ambushed. The two women driving, a 4-year-old boy, and a 6-year-old girl were killed, LeBarón said.

“Six little kids were killed, and seven made it out alive,” LeBarón said, adding that one of the women got out of her car and put her hands up when “they shot her point blank in the chest.”

Greece: Government Plans to Redistribute 5,000 Migrants From Islands to Mainland Europe

The Greek government continued to transfer migrants from overcrowded camps on its islands to the country’s mainland over the weekend, with authorities reporting that a total of 795 arrived at the port of Eleusis near Athens.

Before being transferred to Greece’s mainland, the migrants had been living at the Moria camp on the island of Lesbos in the Aegean sea, where close to 15,000 migrants live in a camp that was originally meant for just 3,000 people. The migrants were said to be transported by Greek naval ships, AP reports.

Italy’s Leftist Government to Hand Out More Cash to Migrants Than Disabled Italians

Italy’s new leftist government is set to hand out more welfare cash to migrants than its own disabled citizens.

Recently released figures show that the state will allocate €50 million next year, €200 million in 2021, and €300 million in 2022 to the Disability and Self-Reliance Fund.

Given that two million out of three million disabled people in Italy rely on state benefits, this works out at just 54 cents per day in welfare, which isn’t even enough to live on a subsistence diet.

In contrast, migrants receive €20 euros a day, a figure that used to be even higher at €35 euros a day before Matteo Salvini reduced it.

Muslims Force Swedish Man to Beg on His Knees for Mercy or Get Killed

Society News has shared a video showing how a Swedish guy is forced to the knees by a migrant who threatens to murder him.

The incident is said to have happened the night before Sunday at PostNord’s former parking at Pilängen in Örebro. The background is said to be that two guys at the age of 18 have been driving a car and then end up in a confrontation with a bunch of immigrants in another car who crowded into a car queue.

The guys allegedly being pursued by the immigrant gang for a long time eventually stopped the car to find out what they wanted. In a message to Social News, one of the guys recounts the following:

Critics Blast Proposal to Slow Climate Change Using Population Control

More than 11,000 scientists from a broad range of disciplines signed a new editorial declaring a “climate emergency,” but other researchers immediately criticized one of the proposed remedies: halting population growth.

“Still increasing by roughly 80 million people per year or more than 200,000 per day, the world population must be stabilized—and, ideally, gradually reduced,” reads the piece published in BioScience on Tuesday.

The authors note that effective means of lowering fertility rates include making family-planning services more widely available, improving education for girls and young women, and increasing gender equality.

But rich nations generally already have flat or declining birth rates, so the proposal largely seems directed at fast-growing developing nations in Africa and Asia.

Germans Select Indian as ‘Christ Child’ For Traditional Christmas Celebration

In German-speaking parts of Europe, the so-called ‘Christ Child’ takes Santa’s place as the children’s gift-giver, and for the next two years, the world-famous Christmas Market in Nuremberg will be opened by a mixed race Indian girl:

Nuremberg authorities have thrown their weight behind the 17-year-old girl who was criticised by local right-wing politicians for her newly-assumed role as the symbol of the Christmas Market.

Benigna Munsi, 17, was born in Nuremberg to an Indian father and German mother. Last Wednesday, a jury chose her to be the Christkind, or Christ Child.

The Nuremberg Christkind, traditionally played by a young woman, is selected every two years and is tasked with opening Nuremberg’s landmark Christmas Market, which attracts around two million visitors every year.

In New Doc, Attenborough Botches Facts Again on Walrus and Climate Change

Following Episode 1 of the BBC series’ Seven Worlds, One Planet, where he got his facts about albatrosses wrong, David Attenborough has now turned his attention to walruses.

Surprise, surprise, they’re all in danger from global warming. At the start of the program, we see thousands of Pacific walrus hauled out on a spit of land somewhere in Siberia.

Attenborough informs viewers in his best undertaker tones:

For most of the year, they feed out in the Arctic Ocean, emerging to rest on the sea ice.

But now climate change has melted the ice here, and the only place within reach of their feeding grounds where they can rest are a few beaches, such as this one. 100,000 of them, almost the entire world population are here.

Once again, he has grossly misled viewers.

The film was shot at Cape Serdtse-Kamen, on the Russian Chukchi coast (No 50 on the map below).

James Dobson: School News About ‘Most Horrible’Sex Ed ‘Greatly Angers Me’

James Dobson, the founder of Focus on the Family, the James Dobson Family Institute and Family Talk, is blasting the administrators of Austin, Texas, public schools for the “harmful indoctrination” of an explicit sex-education program that exposes children to “graphic details … not appropriate to even describe.”

Despite considerable opposition, the Austin Independent School District adopted a curriculum that critics say promotes a radical ideology opposed by most parents.

David Walls, vice president of Texas Values, said there is “a resounding concern that this radical, hyper-sexualized sex education is going to be problematic for the future generations of kids in this city.”

For example, the “difference” between biological sex and gender identity is not taught until the fifth grade, but students in grades three and four both will be urged to adopt “inclusivity.”

Lessons based on the “Genderbread Person” will introduce fifth-graders to gender identity, attraction, biological sex and gender expression.

[Comment: Whatever is taught first to kids is what shapes their initital pereception of a subject. This is why the globalist indoctrination of perversion is taking place at earlier and earlier ages. Globalists want their lies to be imprinted as truth in the minds of children, before parents get a chance to pass on their own values to their children.]

The Left-Right Divide is About Reality Itself

By Dennis Prager

The left-right divide in America is, unfortunately, unbridgeable.

There are three reasons.

First, we are divided by our vision of what we want America to be.

The right believes the founders’vision was brilliant and moral, that bourgeois middle-class values are superior to alternative value systems; that rights come from God, not man; and that the state must be as small as possible. The left (not liberals) shares none of those values.

Second, we are divided by the means we use to achieve our vision. Given their different ends, left and right obviously differ on what means to use to achieve their ends.

Third, and perhaps most troubling, there is a reality-perception divide.

Left and right have different perceptions of reality.

Trump Proposes New Rule to Allow Faith-Based Adoption Agencies to Refuse LGBT Parents

The Trump administration is proposing a new rule that would no longer force faith-based adoption agencies that receive federal grants from the Department of Health and Human Services to process adoptions to same-sex couples.

The rule seeks to wipe away an Obama-era regulation that said adoption agencies getting federal grants could not consider sexual orientation or gender identity as factors in approving potential adoptive parents.

The proposed rule was published Friday, and could take effect in 30 days if there are no legal challenges.

Proponents of the new policy argue that they’ll create a more equitable environment for LGBT performers and members of the audience who view themselves as neither male nor female, the Daily Mail reports.

Watch: Deranged Activist Advocates for Killing Men on Woke TV Show

When a panel of women all seem to be in agreement about the necessity of killing men on prime-time TV, you start to wonder what’s happening to our culture. On November 5, Australia’s public service broadcaster ABC hosted a panel of five women, plus its female presenter, on its popular Q & A programme. The programme has hosted many international stars in the past, such as Jordan Peterson, and this time, the star of the show—if that’s the correct term—was Mona Eltahawy, an intersectional feminist who promotes violence in order to “smash the patriarchy,” and dismissed Barack Obama as “part of the system” when he called for civility among activists.

Germany has taken in several million illegal immigrants since 2013. To date, in total, around 3,2 million “refugees”. 98% are illegal immigrants, with no right to be there. Today, 15,000 cross the border unchecked every single month.

These people, often illiterate in their native language, are given German language courses., costing the tax payer billions of Euros.

According to German State TV, less that 50 each month (often less than that) reach the language proficiency level B1, which would allow them to live a simple, fairly independent life in Germany.

The level B2, which is needed to take part in the job market is simply out of reach.

German State TV: Are the Language Courses for Refugees working?
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J61RkkptKrA

These people are a life-long welfare benefit subgroup of society, who illegally entered the country and will need to be fed, houses and clothed, by the 25 million net tax paying German population. Germany has a population of 83 million.

    • Whether they reach an acceptable language proficiency or not is irrelevant. European nations are full of 2d and 3d generation muslim immigrants who speak the indigenous language fluently who will always consider themselves muslim first.
